I had a BBL and Lipo 360 yesterday. I fortunately found Robert, a Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist. Robert is exceptional. Notably: Pressure perfect, explained and answered questions I had, since it was my first time receiving a lymphatic massage. He was gentle, yet firm, to ensure proper draining/ recovery. I’m so impressed, I’m staying another week to receive further lymphatic massages. The staff are also outstanding. Something I find refreshing here in Miami. Thank you Robert, I can actually fall asleep after 32 hours.

I was in desperate need of a facial and I came across Med Therapy & Spa. I was able to get an appointment with Sarah and it was one of the best facials I’ve ever had! I saw a difference on my skin almost immediately. She was so patient at explaining everything that could be going on with my skin, she seemed very knowledgeable on different skincare products and formulations and she’s overall a very thoughtful person. I received some skincare samples of the brand they use (PCA Skin, which is pretty well known for its quality ingredients) and I have a plan to follow to see if I see a difference on my skin. I’m excited for my follow up appointment with Sarah to improve the look of my skin!

Non Invasive Laser Face Lift. No Down Time. No Pain. I am 46 years old and I usually do my skincare here with Sarah. She is great, everyone here truly is. I cant say enough. Thanks to Dr. Miranda and NP Adrian Lopez I look much younger. I wanted to address sagging of the skin that develops below the jawline known as jowls. I have never had Fillers or Botox. Im just not a fan. I opted for the non invasive laser face lift. The collagen stimulation effect and compounding benefits interested me. I just decided to do another treatment after my first four months ago and I wanted to share my experience. If you are like me that does not want to inject, fill or do invasive treatments at the moment and are looking for natural results at a reasonable price range this is the treatment for you. My treatment was not painful and I selected to have the micro peel done since my skin was already in good condition and at the time I didnt want any downtime. If your skin needs a good resurfacing then choose a deep resurfacing option. You will have some down time but it is worth it. I hope this review helps someone that thinks like I do. Aging is part of life but if I can slow it down and not do anything too crazy Im all in. Anyone can do this at any age. I especially find this to be a good option for a man too. I have allowed them to use my photos but I will share mine on this review for reference. Im sure you have already seen them. Set in a very unassuming office building, the med spa is actually very nice on the inside. My masseuse was professional and mindful of my requests. I usually prefer lighter or medium massage and he did not press too hard. Overall I came away relaxed and rejuvenated! Would definitely come back.

If you are looking for massage physical therapy for pain release stay away. I have been going to get massage therapy for 15 years now, so this wasn’t a bad experience because i wasnt sure what to expect or had nothing to compare it to. Ive been to therapists in 5 different countries and 4 states of the US. This was probably one of the worst.He spent a lot of time on areas that didnt matter and when he massaged the areas that did (neck, shoulders, back) he didnt hit a single of the pain/pressure points. He left me bruised and kept using smacking motions me instead of slow gentle round motions. Hard to explain, but I left the place with a bad headache and my pain is so much worse days later.I wouldnt recommend him.

My first time going there for a message had me sold. I payed for 5 additional messages as post lipo treatment. Robert was both an amazing message therapist as well as extremely informative. The staff was honestly lovely. The young lady Sara who helped me make the appointment was wonderful as well. If you have had lipo or a bbl and need really good post op care and education in order to get the best results this is the place to go. I felt really comforted after coming here. Because I was starting yo regret getting the lipo for fear of ruining my body. Thank you guys so much!!

Sara was very knowledgeable and experienced. I had a facial and it was one of the best Ive had. They care about the small things to ensure youre comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She provided a cushion under my knees since I was laying down for a while and that really helped eliminate any curvature in my back that can cause back pain.

I have not experienced such a great massage therapist for a long while. Such a gentle thorough and effective healing practice. So responsive and attentive to my needs, releasing my body’s contractions and adjusting to go the extra mile once it is clear that is what the client needs even though it was above and beyond my original purchase. That is putting people first and having the healing intuition and knowledge to do it.

I was 2 days post opp when i found this facility on Groupon and read their reviews and was very impressed with how well their clients speak of them. I was very adamant about having someone that was knowledgeable able my aftercare. I fell inlove with the spa the minute i walked inside. I did 3 sessions and felt so attached with the staff. I wish i could extend my visit just to finish my post off care here. The staff are very friendly and they actually care for their clients. You must know that my wax experience with Claudette was truly one of a kind. She made me feel very comfortable and was gentle yet effective. She was not rushed which is why I favor Med Therapy since the other places I have gone is like an assembly line to get as many in as possible one after the other. At the request of the front desk at Med Therapy & Spa I was asked if I would do a honest review. Normally I would say yes and not do a review but I am so impressed with their work that I was compelled to do one. I went in for a 85 min medical massage it was like no other. I was asked some questions and then the service began- 15min hot pack + electric stimulation and then therapeutic massage at the pressure I was comfortable with. I highly recommend this place. Robert keep up the good work Ill be back next month.

I purchased a Groupon for a Deep Tissue Massage... on arrival the facility is ok a bit small and outdated.. The young lady receiving clients was nice and knowledgeable about their services and offered other services. She hyped the massage to be amazing. Unfortunately it was everything but. The masseuse was a young man which mentioned when asked had 5 yrs exp. The massage of 60m was short by 10m and was not Deep Tissue. He used a roller ever so lightly, another machine again lightly and there was little if any actually massage and definitely not Deep Tissue. At $70+ dollars this was uber disappointing and did not do anything for me.. I have had massages before and this was not a Deep Tissue Massage at all. Sadly not a place I would recommend. Loss of time and money.

I have been under Dr. Miranda’s care for about two months. I now sleep all night, I no longer drag myself out of bed in the morning, and I have more energy than ever. In addition, I use to have abdominal discomfort since the removal of my gall bladder which would wake me up in the middle of the night, every night. I have had this discomfort for over 10 years and seen at least seven specialty doctors. Dr. Miranda suggested I take an over the counter supplement, that is all it took. I no longer have the discomfort. I gave him a chance, did not have anything to lose. I cannot describe how thankful I am for having Dr. Miranda as my doctor.

You HAVE to feel comfortable whenever you visit an establishment such as this. And the experience here was nothing less than EXCELLENT! Its very clean, welcoming and I must say had me smiling from beginning to end. This is a genuine, raw, review. January 28th, 2021 I got in an awful crash between two vehicles. The impact from the crash affected my back and the left side of my body pretty bad. I had nights where I’d scream and cry myself to sleep because of the scorching pain. I had many long months, where I can barely sit for 5 minutes without an aching pain.. sleepless nights, loss of appetite, depression. I was really in rough shape. I lost my personality, my car was a total loss.. Then I met Sarah, a ray of sunshine. Along with Robert, a PT that seriously knows what he’s doing and can relate to back pain on a personal level.. so I truly trusted him and followed through with all his recommendations and stretches, the extra guidance he’d give. With time, I felt so relieved, I finally started to sleep a few hours a night, stretched every day..His treatment really began to work.. after a few months, my pain went from a level 9 to 8 to 3 to 2.Every week I felt better and better, I felt more myself.And after our treatment finished, I was so happy to finally not feel so much pain throughout my days, throughout my life.. I changed my entire lifestyle to accommodate to my injuries, I hate change.. I hate anything outside of my comfort zone.. but Sarah, Robert and the entire Med Spa and Therapy family made that change, much easier for me, their help, endless support, positivity and encouragement played a huge roll in my recovery.. and for that I can’t thank them enough.
