Wonderful Experience at Mint WellnessMy partner and I had an incredible experience with the couples package at Mint Wellness. The 50-minute relaxation massage, customized facials, and cranial massage left us feeling completely rejuvenated. The added touches of aromatherapy, paraffin treatment, and champagne made it even more special. The staff were professional and attentive, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Highly recommend for a memorable and refreshing getaway!

Bought a mother’s day special and it felt very rushed. The receptionist was not friendly at all. The massage went well however, the massage therapist I had was a poor draper and the walls are so thin you could overhear the front desk man and another male patient with raised voices through into the room. On top of that, I could hear a loud voice/music through my massage therapist’s earphones! I was shocked. The chocolate they served were mini MilkyWay. Otherwise, it was a decent deal. You get what you paid for.

I LOVE MINT WELLNESS! I have been going to Mint Wellness for the past two years for Mothers Day and personal care. Each and every time the massages have been rejuvenating and refreshing. I love the promotions they do because it allows me to bring different people in my life to this relaxing experience. The front desk has always been responsive and transparent in the booking process. The ladies have been amazing for the massages and are open for you giving them direction or preference on the massage given. When I went I never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes while they were cleaning and setting up the room. The atmosphere during the experience is great, the music is relaxing allowing for a true disconnect. I am actually booking for the promos for friends and couples for this month and I am excited to be back!

I went to the Coral Gables location for my husband and I anniversary we booked the couples massage the place was so clean and neat. The front desk personnel was so sweet, when we arrived at the room it was beautifully set up with decorations complementary wine. Laura was my massage therapist and I loved her she explained everything so detailed I felt very comfortable and she was so good during the facial massage. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making it a very memorable wedding anniversary and memorable. First massage.

Where do I even begin???For those of you who follow my reviews, you know that I rarely give 1-star reviews. I try to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt. But when encountering service so egregious, I feel it is my responsibility to warn others.I will start by saying that had I read the Yelp reviews for this place, I never would have booked an appointment. But Google has them at 4 stars which is MIND BOOGLING to say the least.1. The place is gross. Dirty and gross. I took pictures. You can see them, and they speak for themselves.2. The lighting in the room cannot be controlled. They do not have a dimmer. It is a bright light. You would think they would want to keep the lighting low, so you don’t realize they only clean once a year. But no, they don’t mind if you’re blinded AND disgusted all at the same time.3. The music was loud. I asked them to turn it down. They did, and then you can hear the music from either the other room or the hallway. So, we had 2 spa stations going at the same time.4. People talking in the hallway. LOUD PEOPLE talking. So now we are listening to 2 spa stations, in bright lighting, in a dirty room, with people talking outside.5. I don’t think they could legally call what they performed a “massage.” It was an oily rubdown. At some point, I wondered if she had a hand injury because my 8lb Toy Poodle applies more pressure to my leg when he taps me for an extra treat!6. I had specifically asked upon booking that I wanted to swap out the facial for a paraffin hand treatment. They agreed. I have the messages to prove it. At the end of our so-called “massage,” I asked about the paraffin hand treatment. They said it was not included. I told them I had the messages to prove it. They said it wasn’t in their “notes” but would honor it.7. Paraffin Hand Treatment: They took a painter’s brush while I lay on my stomach, and they brushed paraffin on my hands. They wrapped my hands in PAPER TOWELS and told me they would be back in 5 minutes. They came back in 2 minutes, the wax hadn’t even solidified yet, and they cleaned my hands with paper towels.8. I asked if they had done it for my partner as well – mind you, this is a COUPLE’S MASSAGE, and I had asked them to SWAP OUT THE FACIAL FOR THE HAND TREATMENT! This would mean for the BOTH OF US! It is a PACKAGE that we paid for. They said no, but that they would do it. So, my partner also got slathered in the wax for 2 minutes. Nothing but the best for my man!!!9. When we got out of the carnival-like nightmare that was this experience, they tried to charge us for my partner’s paraffin treatment. They said that he had gotten the facial so this was extra. When I asked my partner if he had a facial (and I am assuming that anyone reading this knows what a facial consists of) he said “Well, they touched my face!” Needless to say, we REFUSED to pay for it, and they did indeed take it off the bill.10. Included in this little gem of a package were champagne and chocolates. Sounds wonderful right? Well, the “champagne” was flat sugar water. It was clear white, no bubbles, and tasted like fruit juice. I almost spit it out. And the chocolates you may be asking? Ready for this? YORK PEPPERMENT PATTIES and RESSES PEANUT BUTTER CUPS. I will say, had I been getting this spa experience when I was 8 years old, this would have been magical.How this place can call itself a wellness center is beyond me! How they have not one, but TWO locations, is beyond me. How these women have masseuse licenses is also – you guessed it – BEYOND ME! This was one of those experiences where I thought to myself “Are we being recorded? Are we being punked right now? Is this all just a joke and someone is going to come out and laugh and apologize, have me sign a talent release form so it can air on Bravo, and then they would take me to the real massage??” It was THAT bad.STAY AWAY! This place makes Massage Envy look like the Ritz Carlton.I will end this review on the 1 thing that went well. The Hot Stones were hot. So, there’s that…

I definitely didnt like it. From the moment they first touched me I knew it was going to be disappointing. She basically lathered me in oil and gave me the most pressure lacking massage Ive received. Her phone kept buzzing in her pocket which made the whole bed buzz, and she kept texting whomever back.The whole massage felt like she was improvising, in other places Ive been you know the massage therapist knows the routine of the massage, but not here. I say this because she would do something to one side of my body and when shed progress to the other side she would do different things ( because shes making it up as she goes???)The package included a scalp massage which meant she slightly touched my head for a whole 10 seconds.The whole experience felt very inexperienced and improvised, did not relax me but it made me feel infuriated. You know when you lose a sneeze ? Thats how I felt after this massage 💀My friend was also getting a massage at the same time and she had the same things to say.And also the champagne and Chocolate... Was the final insult 🤦‍♀️I dont think these ladies like their jobs, and it felt as if they put the least effort possible into the massage.Dont recommend!

I visited the Biscayne location and was very pleased with my experience. From the booking to the service, the staff was friendly and polite. I received a face microneedling session, it was relaxing and professional. Will definitely be back!

This was the absolute worst massage of my life. Me and my friend did massages there today and the masseuses had absolutely zero experience- it was not even a massage. We got lathered up in oil and barely touched, there was no muscle manipulation, not even a 1 out of 10 pressure on the muscles. We could not even feel the touch. At some point both me and my friend thought it was a prank - that’s how horrible it was. We came out of there with tenser muscles than we initially had before the massage. It was truly an unbelievable experience

I got a Groupon for a 50 minutes relaxation massage, for $59. I went to the Biscayne location, and I have to wait for 20 minutes, my massage started late.After that, at the checkout they charge me for an extra spa fee $23.10 (on the Groupon voucher that it was not mentioned).So, BE CAREFUL!!!!

This is the second time I come, first time with my husband and today with my mom and both times it’s been amazing! The massage therapists are always so sweet and professional. Will definitely be back

I had a very horrible experience, my first appointment I was late I called the spa 15 times and no response only to show up and have the receptionist tell me that I would not be seen. I rescheduled and was there over 30 minutes ahead of time ! A client walked in after me with the same appt time and was called in before me. My massage was for 70 minutes and only lasted 50 as I was walked into the room at 4:10 and masseuse said she was done by 4:59 this spa used to be great

My boyfriend and I just went for the spa day for two package to celebrate my birthday which included a facial, aromatherapy, paraffin, hot stones, and a massage. The facial and paraffin were fine, and the aromatherapy was halfassed, but what really made me not ever want to come back here again was the complete lack of skill on both the hot stones and “deep tissue” massage, my boyfriend and I just got rubbed with oil the entire time. The massage was supposed to be a deep tissue and I can honestly say that that wasn’t what we received. The therapist never even touched our lower backs, biceps nor triceps, I went in hoping for some muscle relief for my neck and shoulders and well they still hurt just as much. They also never put bolsters under our feet so posture wise I am actually leaving with more discomfort than when I arrived.My advise, if you need a massage therapy session that actually has the healing abilities that a massage session should have then don’t bother coming here, however if you just like to be caressed and covered in enough oil to fry with then by all means.

Please do not book with this establishment. My friends and I were visiting from out of town, and decided to book massages. We went to the Biscayne location only to be told that we would have to go to Coral Gables due to a scheduling conflict on their end. At the Coral Gables location we were lied to about the wait time, and the receptionist was very disrespectful towards us. Instead of doing the best to accommodate their guest she ruffle stated we could leave. In the end we were requesting a refund only to have the cops called on us. I advise you to book elsewhere for a massage. The customer service is poor, and the champagne was cheap and nasty as well. You’re better off going to Massage Envy.

100% worth the money! The full massage package with the facial and the paragon is amazing! So relaxing and all the staff are so kind and welcoming! I’m so happy I started coming here and my boyfriend loves it too! Super satisfied

I had my appointment on saturday for a Signature Body Polish Spa Package. The facility is beautiful, the staff is nice. Although everything was nice and beautiful, I felt that my massage therapist was in a hurry and while she was doing massage, which by the way my husband does a better job, was on her phone. The hot tub after the massage was not filled and i couldnt use the jets because if not water would spray everywhere, in which i decided to dress and finish my package earlier. I will also add that I felt as if she was not ready, she came in and out of the room various times, and someone kept coming in the room as if she didnt have a client. I gave a 3 star mostly because the facility was truly beautiful if not I would give a 2. I personally would not recomend this facility. I paid for a 3 hour sap relaxation and I did not relax at all.

We bought a couples spa day on Groupon and by far one of the worst massages I have ever had. My “masseuse” if thats what she calls her self did a TERRIBLE job. Felt like was rubbing my back. Everything was done with one hand. My boyfriend said his masseuse wasnt as bad but could have been better. I still tipped them and definitely regretted every moment of being there. Definitely the worst and would NOT recommend

Today was my second time visiting wellness center. My first time i used a groupon to see how it was. I was charge an additiional fee at the place which was not disclose on anything in groupon. I decided to get a birthday package to treat my self on my bday. I specially asked the amount of time for the facial and the massage. I was told 90 min facial since i added another service and a 70 minute massage. My appt was at 10am today , she was super rushed i could feel it so i asked her until what time are you with me she said 11:30 i said theres no way 90.min plus 70 minutes is that time , she said o no its till 12:30 she then finished at 11:40. I don’t think they could legally call what they performed a “massage.” It was an oily rubdown..........SCAMMERS OF TIME . but still charge you full. Horrible

Groupon introduced me to the spa and I’ve been a customer for over 2yrs now. The staff is kind but most of them barely speak English but because the are so hospitable I overlook it. The services are great and worth the money. Prices are fair. They are pretty flexible and really want to make sure you have a stress free and relaxing experience.

Nightmare. I bought a facial with micro in Groupon for $90 and they double booked the session so I had to wait for 20 min. The lady let me in 20 min late and she finished the facial and micro in 20 min. Not to mentioned that in those 20 min she had to set up the equipment, so the facial and micro lasted 15 min. I told that the session was rushed and she had a hella attitude, she even asked me how much I pay for the Groupon. Then she just put me a mask for 15 min more to cover up her mistake. I texted the company number bc she told me the manager was the one texting back and I am pretty sure it was her answering. Really rude, not professional, practically told me that I had to be grateful because she put me a mask I didn’t asked for and honestly I didn’t wanted. I wanted my full session not a 15 min facial and micro.

After having a confirmation through the Instagram on May 3; today May 10 I call to pay my MOM and Me Pampering Package and confirm that everything is ok for my appointment for May 11, they tell me that they cant find my appt and they are going to call me to confirm, minutes later I receive a message on WhatsApp that my appointment was never made. They are not professionals at all.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Ok, what is it? Mint Wellness Center or URA Spa? I found this place through Groupon, where you get discounts on services, products, and other amenities. I signed up for the 70-minute massage. I did not have any issues getting an appointment. The form you fill out is short and sweet, unlike some that have you sitting there for 15 minutes while your time is running. Hydies (phonetic) was my masseuse. She had my face up first, which was a first. Most places do your back first. The place is clean and modern. Depending on your schedule, you may have trouble finding parking, so get there early. They have other services, and I saw a staff of three. If you call them, they will give you the Groupon price. Unfortunately, they do not up sale you to monthly subscriptions as in other places.

My wife and I came here to celebrare our aniversary. It is a long tradition of ours to conmemorate it with a massage. We got the Day Spa Package for Couples (for an excellent price btw). It comes with a facial, paraffin for the hands, and a massage. It all felt so great!! We are defininetly coming back. We love it!!

I commend this business on their professionalism. There was a miscommunication when I initially booked a day spa package for me and my husband. However, they were quick to reconcile and went above and beyond to provide us with the best care. The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean and polished. Parking was easy. I prefer a deep tissue massage but we received what seemed more like a Swedish massage. I did not clarify that I wanted deep tissue so I dont hold that against them! The aromatherapy and facial was nice. I will likely be coming back to try other spa options.

Avoid this place! Staff was nice and welcoming, but they can’t qualify to offer facials or massages. Honestly, not sure they have any certifications… for the 1.5 hours, the “masseuse” just rubbed lotion all over. My face felt extremely dry after the procedure (a heavy scrub and some kind of mask) - when I asked for face cream they brought out what they used on my face which is a massage cream…….. I’m shocked. For a couples massage we paid $200 and we both felt the same. Total waste.

Great couples massage! They even went the extra mile an got some balloons for my wifes birthday! Tho the chocolate they offer are melted Twix and milkyways, that didnt take away from the experience.

Horrible! Booked the Groupon signature package that was supposed to be a 50 minute massage and 45 minute facial - they did all the services at once - which was extremely uncomfortable and we were done in an hour fifteen minutes. They cut the time by 20 minutes Imagine having a facial and legs massaged and paraffin on hands all at once- very rushed. The massage was more like being petted- no muscle went into it- the technician was lazy and super ineffective. I asked her to apply more pressure and was ignored.The microderm abrasion was too quick did not cover my face and neck.Do not go here…. They do not deliver what promised

WORST massage ever. I have finally made a google account to submit my review. I wish I could’ve gotten both the ladies name but it was the Biscayne location. I got a massage with my boyfriend and the whole time they were talking and laughing among each other. They just rubbed our skin. No actual massage. My boyfriend and I were extremely uncomfortable and did not have a good experience here. I came here once before to the gables location and it was great so I booked again for my boyfriend and I. Not coming back again. Very unprofessional of those ladies. I can tell they don’t take their jobs or clients seriously.

The entire experience was amazing, and with the Groupon special, it was so worth the money spent. The Day Spa Package for 2 was a great way to relax before our flight back home! The only thing is that many of the therapists/masseuse do not speak English, so theres a bit of a language barrier if you dont speak Spanish. Otherwise, the place is amazing, and my wife and I really appreciated the service!

This place from the outside looks sketchy but omgg when you enter it’s very nice!!! Staff were super sweet! I could not believe how nice the facial and massage were. My friend and I came and we absolutely loved it. We felt relaxed, it was the highlight of our trip to miami. I’ll be back for sure!!! If you’re thinking about going..JUST GO!! It was so relaxing I felt that I could cry. This place exceeded my expectations and more!!!

I left feeling dissatisfied & highly disappointed after my Couples Massage package with Mint Wellness Center. This was my first time receiving a full body massage & I was beyond excited as I work in physical therapy and specialize in giving massages to patients but rarely ever receive one myself. The location is gorgeous, however, the masseuse designated to me performed her job in a carefree manner. I asked her multiple times throughout the session if she could please possibly press down a little bit harder to which she did for about a minute or two, but resorted back to softly gliding her hands across my body. On one occasion, she jokingly asked me if I enjoyed being in pain. Truthfully, I felt the experience wasn’t even worthy of being called a massage, considering the fact I felt more frustrated when I left rather than relaxed and at ease. What I felt I really needed which was a back massage, to break up the muscle adhesions, felt the bare minimum. She focused on the muscles along the sides of my spine without massaging anyplace else. My shoulders, upper and lower back, were ignored completely. Additionally, they placed hot stones along my back to which one fell onto the floor, & she quickly picked it up and placed it once again on my back rather than replace it or put it to the side. At the very end, a “cranial massage” was performed where she very lightly touched the back of my scalp back and forth for a few minutes. I really wanted this to be an experience that would allow me to feel rejuvenated and grateful but I feel it was a complete waste of my time and money. My partner had a different experience with their masseuse, so take that with a grain of salt. However, personally, the massage/spa treatment I received here has been one of worst services I have ever received and has put a bad taste in my mouth where I may feel hesitant to book a massage anywhere else again.

Went here for a massage while on vacation in Miami. One of the worst Ive had. I said I was having back pain from the hotel bed and it wasnt addressed. I may have left feeling worse. I think the masseuse just smeared lotion all over me for the duration. When I was leaving, they hit me with a bunch of extra fees that when I pushed back, they were happy to remove. Really?

Too expensive for the quality of service I received. The technician didnt speak a word of English which tainted my experience even more as she had trouble understanding me and vice versa. And the champagne they gave at the end didnt have a good taste, and the candy was very old and dried up. I will not come back to that place unless prices get better

We booked a 70 minute massage, and we got about 50-55 mins. It felt like they were rubbing very minimal oil on my skin. Not really a massage.

My wife and I were very pleased with the outstanding customer service provided by Mint Wellness Center at Coral Gables. I booked this couples day spa package through Groupon as a gift during our trip to Miami. The staff were all kind and professional. We will definitely be back again when we visit Miami. Highly recommend this location (Coral Gables) which has accessible parking as well as a clean and beautiful appearance. This location gives the vibes of an upscale south Florida day spa.

Not what I expected. The massage was not what I expected or wanted. It felt like she was just putting lotion on. The hand stuff, foot detox all sucked, the face was ridiculous. Very disappointed. Then after it being a gift I had to pay for some stupid fee...

Horrible experience! I was book for a consultation instead of the full service package that would take 3 hours and they offered to shorten it to 45 minutes to accommodate other clients. I came from out of town for my birthday trip to relax and Mint Spa has totally ruined my experience. I did not get service and they actually tried to reschedule me after waiting for an hour for service. I do not recommend Mint Wellness center at all. The chocolate was a Reese’s pieces buttercup and the champagne was trash. Tacky fake flowers, no tissue in the restroom and dirty glasses. Also, two walk ins came after me and were serviced and I was not!

This was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. I’m not one to write bad reviews of businesses, but this was bad. My “massage” was 5 minutes shorter than I paid for. I don’t know if they actually train the staff here. The lady who massaged me hardly did any actual massage. She just rubbed oil on me for pretty much the whole time. She only used one hand for most of the massage and I’m pretty sure she was on her phone during most of the massage (I could hear tapping on a screen throughout). The music kept cutting off, and I would have preferred no music, but she literally kept saying “Alexa resume play. Alexa play calm music” during the massage. I feel she was more focused on the music than on my “massage”, which again was just rubbing oil on my skin. I asked her to massage my scalp and she did so for literally 25 seconds. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Was not worth the money. Zero stars.

The staff providing the services is excellent. But the customer service is very poor, I went multiple times with an appointment and they didn’t have the product to provide the service instead of calling me and rescheduling my appt. Wasting my time. The refund policy is not very clear. Even though I did many treatments and bought an extra package that won’t be able to use for medical reasons they didn’t have the courtesy to do a refund after being a good customer $$$. Losing a loyal customer instantly.

Unprofessional and very poor service…. From the entrance to the end was very bad experience. Massage was bad…. staff was unprofessional, I had feelings that this people learning just now how to do massage. We had with my husband couple massage. Treatment was half way done. Front desk don’t have information about parking. No one asked what type of treatment we looking for. It was big mistake and money we spent was not worth it.

My partner and I found a Groupon for this center. The place is nice, the staff is friendly, but the quality of the massage was poor. I left more sore than when I arrived. The staff needs better training, especially the basics, and it felt like they were in a rush. They did not massage much of the neck/shoulder area, which is where most tension is located. Many in these reviews have had good experiences, but not us unfortunately.

This place is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into an ultra mega super relaxing ambience. Every detail at this place is meticulously organized to induce the most relaxing, stress abating, of body sensations. The cozy white blankets, the chair decor, the flower decor, the aromatherapy, the hot stone, the hot towel... Should I go on? You get the picture. Kudos to the hardworking and courteous staff that keep this place running smoothly. As well as to the members of the management team, specifically Paula, who strive to make every customer have an outstanding experience. Ill definitely be back.

Potential to be great but…we arrived early to no reception, our appointment was 30min late & ended 10min early, it felt rushed & impersonal. No English so couldn’t ask questions about the treatment. The ‘dermabrasion’ facial was not dermabrasion- it was a fast paced slapstick facial. An additional spa fee is charged-there are no spa facilities!! Not sure what this fee is in aid of. The massage was average, no pressure whatsoever even after requesting more than a lotion rub down. Oh and Champagne is served in the reception area, truly uncomfortable and underwhelming. No effort and zero fuss given by any of the staff members. This is NOT A dreamy SPA DAY couples package people, be warned lol. At least the beds are cozy, it felt clean with relaxing music 🤷‍♀️

The place is nice but the service is poor. Every time that I had an appointment they made me wait before. After one of the sessions I was waiting more than 20 minutes and nobody came to disconnect the machine I had to do it by myself. They forgot I was there. I thinks that was unacceptable.

From the waiting experience to the spa treatment itself, everything was relaxing. They began with offering water, tea, or champagne coupled with a small chocolates bowl and a flower placed on a tray to enjoy whilst waiting. Throughout the facial and massage she made sure i was comfortable throughout. The whole experience lasted 2 wonderful hours. I will definitely come back again when I’m in need of comfort and relaxation.

Attended Mint for the first time this weekend after seeing their VIP package special on Instagram. Had a great experience. Juli was my masseuse. She was very attentive and gave one of the best massages Ive ever had (and trust me, Ive had MANY!) I recommend this place and I recommend HER.

I was lucky enough to get a walk in over an extended layover. The place was nice but the massage seemed like the lady had no idea on how to give a massage. I was never asked if I had any injuries (I did) and then it was basically a light rub on the legs followed by digging her elbows into my back while I recoiled under her. The facial started off okay but when she couldn’t steam my face (pointing it at my shoulder) and then proceeded to do extractions which really hurt so I had to stop her.

Exceptional couples massage at reasonable price. Relaxing, attentive and the facials we cant get over how great they were. Paraffin wax was so soothing. Kind staff. Look no further for a relaxing experience in a beautiful and very clean spa in a cute area!

These reviews are definitely fake or paid. They injured my face! There’s 2 bruises on my forehead !!Not into that but it was super disappointing, I got a Groupon with a list of things & didn’t receive most of them. I was 20 mins late because they asked me to change my appt time to earlier and I forgot, but I understood giving up something. But from the list of services you think you are getting more than an hour…..Regardless I only received 2 things from a list of like 10 items. Not even offered champagne, had to ask for music and she put it from here phone, because it was quiet and awkward. The first 10 mins she was digging around and left the room I sat there waiting like I was in a doctors office. No aromatherapy oils going, no music, the light was too bright, I couldn’t relax.Not professional, the Groupon was extremely misleading. Waste of money especially with the extra $22 fee they charge after that’s not included in the Groupon nor does it mention that. It is my birthday and I was hoping for something nice but I just feel like I got scammed.

The place was very nicely done. The champagne was good and the chocolates were a nice touch. We paid for the enhanced best gift spa package which was supposed to include a full body massage, hot stones, foot detox, facial with collagen veil and microdermabrasion and several other items such as aromatherapy and hand paraffin. Our services were scheduled for an hour and 10 minutes and it felt like my esthetician was rushed. The aromatherapy was essential oils held above your face for several seconds prior to starting the massage, massage was very light and both myself and one other person in our party didnt think we received either the microdermabrasion or foot detox that were supposed to be included. Overall a 3 out of 5. An interesting experience but not entirely sure I would want to go back.

Since they dont have access on there website so book with the Groupon deal I texted on Instagram and Whatsapp to let them know that I neen to book my appointment and give them the date, the chat person was terrible and took forever to text me back after reading my text. I texted since 12pm and never get an answer back meanwhile they account is online but not replying to my text. I dont even want to go there for my boyfriend birthday anymore

The place felt unprofessionally run, and you can see it as soon as you walk into their small entry area. The rugs are very dirty, the reception area is cluttered, and the decor looks like it was done by an amateur. They were 40 minutes late to start my massage (which seemed the norm based on their reaction), and the massage therapist, Isabel, while very nice, clearly had not been professionally trained in how to give a massage. There was not even a pillow placed under my legs like is traditionally done, and her technique, while pleasant, did not seem professional. And when I commented that the room was really cold and would not help me relax for a massage, she commented that the staff get hot and like it warmer, yet the customers are cold.

Experience was amazing. Will come back when Im visiting.

I dont feel good about leaving a bad review but this wasnt enjoyable at all.Multiple issues but the biggest was the 50 min massage which amounted to the lady lightly brushing my back with her hands. Minimal and at times broken contact (let alone any pressure!) with my body. That we didnt receive the cranial massage, microdermabrasion, or the champagne that wed paid for didnt matter by that point. Nor did the front desk seem too concerned when we mentioned it (a separate issue to take up via Groupon).Never going back. I would not recommend anyone try their services either.

Absolute shameful and tone deaf service.This was hands down one of the worst places to get a massage in miami. The oil they used is cheap and smells of old lady perfume and stays on you all day, gross. No one who works there has a pleasant demeanor or tone and I felt like a chicken being led to its coop before laying on the hardest massage table Ive ever laid on. The masseuse started massaging my leg which reminded me of someone who literally doesn’t know how to give massages. Literally just rubbing that terrible oil on my leg. I could’ve sworn my knee was gonna pop out of the socket at she pressed down on my knee on the extremely hard massage table. It was somewhat close to torture but instead of yelling, i felt bad. I also came out of the massage with a red mark on my face because the table was so terrible. Someone came into my room twice and I heard all the racket coming from right outside the room. No one who was in the tiny waiting room looked satisfied and seemed like everyone was looking around to see if they experienced the same terrible service. Please dont believe the positive comment on google reviews and go to yelp. It’ll save you the hardship and regret. I really feel violated for undressing and letting these people put their hands on my body….just terrible

I purchased a Groupon for 4 people, inclusive of a 60 min massage and facial with micro and it was a rub down with lotion, at best. Complete disregard for human anatomy. The facial was limited to 2-3 lotions; no steam, forget extractions. They did not do the micro. Epic fail. Find another place with real massage therapists.

I loved everything about Mint Wellness Center. From the front desk personnel to my massagist Alejandra. She was so fantastic and I left there feeling brand new. I totally recommend everyone to check it out. They also have other specials. I will be a longterm customer of them.

Since moving to this larger space, Mint was able to maintain their image of a peaceful place to get a great massage. My wife and I got the couple’s massage, with facial and hand wax treatments. It was an extremely comforting experience and I would recommend it to those inquiring.

My husband was suppose to get a 70 minute massage. After waiting 30 minutes he was put in a room . The women giving him the massage was so horrible . After 30 minutes she left the room , leaving him without finishing 40 more minutes. He has had at least 1,000 massages and this was by far the worst massage and experience he has ever had. I spent a whole day pampering my Mother. This was the first stop of the day. The ladies treated my mother and I to some champagne and were very attentive to our every need and answered many of our questions. It was my mothers first time in a spa and they treated her like royalty. The place is clean and very chic in the middle of miracle mile (great location). Our masseuse, Christina and Lea were AMAZING. I highly recommend getting them to attend to you. I have been to many spas to get facials and massages and I have never felt so pampered as I did here. The atmosphere was so positive and relaxing. After our session the ladies asked us if we wanted anything to drink and to just relax. There was no rush in leaving. My mother cried tears of happiness. She felt sooo good. Christina and Lea went far and above my expectations. As they took their time with what we requested. So thankful for them because they made my mother and I so happy. And when my mom is happy, Im happy. Thank you so much ladies! You have made me a faithful customer from here on out.

Salon texted me a few hours before my appointment telling me it had moved my appointment up and to be there early. I arrived early, but massage started about 15 minutes late. It was supposed to be a 90-minute massage but therapist stopped about halfway in -- and halfway done! She told me time was up (even though she hadnt done my legs yet). When I checked the time, she explained the receptionist had only written done a 50-minute massage and she couldnt do more because she had another appointment.The salon didnt refund my money. Instead, it suggested I buy another massage and theyd add time to the next one.Seriously? After an incomplete massage? Ill never go back.

Okay, so first of, I have to say that personally, as a guy, going to a spa would never have crossed my mind but my wife insisted I go for a facial.I went to the Coral Gables location for the facial, everyone was very reassuring and helpful, I felt very comfortable which was amazing because I was a nervous wreck. All the instructions were pretty easy to follow even for someone like me whose never been to a spa. I had been really stressed lately and having come here really did a 180 for me. I felt relaxed and tingly for THE WHOLE DAY! I loved it and cant wait to go back, no matter how embarrassing it may seem. Guys, you have no idea what youre missing out on

First and last time … too expensive for them just to rub oil on you, it’s not a massage DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY there are more places where you can pay the same or even less and actually get a MASSAGE … I had schedule a free consultation for “mesoterapia and aparatologia” after my massages but they didn’t even remember that, didn’t even mentioned it either, if the massages were this terrible I wouldn’t take the risk to do anything else here.

You have to be very careful when buying a service and ask for a receipt because the owner Paula is not reliable at all. She is never at the place unless you are asking to buy another service or product. I bought an unlimited corporal treatment for 2 months, which was far away from she promised me and the employees suspended it after a month saying that was only for one month and that I have to pay again. Since then, almost a month ago, I am trying to talk with Paula to get the service I paid for but she is never there and doesnt answer my calls or messages. They steal your money, never go there.

Massage was not great. Girls were super noisy and vaping 🤯 while doing the facial. It wasnt relaxing or pleasant at all. Only good point, the champagne was great.

Horrendous massage! Long strokes, no pressure at all, with a ton of oil. When asking therapist to put some pressure she responded “this Groupon is not a deep tissue”. I had not even asked for a deep tissue! If you like massages and know what they feel like then this place is NOT for you. You can’t even call the service received a massage. The music was loud, bright lightening, therapist did not even ask if you wanted aroma therapy, just put some on, No privacy to get undressed. The Therapist stood in the room while getting undressed. Owner should investigate what is actually the service being provided to customers. Place does not meet minimum Spa standards. Staff say the place has two names, URA and Myint. A total joke, monies should be refunded.

Horrible experience. Went for a facial and it was a “face massage”. They dont even open the pores with vapor. The facial specialist was organizing the store to close right after I left. She left me with some cream while she went to change her clothes. It wasn’t relaxing at all. You could hear everything she was doing. She was also with her phone and looking at her Instagram. They dont offer a robe to put on since you have to take your shirt off, thank God I had a tank top. They put a “light mask” for most of the facial time. The mask didn’t had a cover or anything, 0 hygiene!!! Don’t waste your money!!!! Worst place ever!!! Kryzia was the facial specialist.

Wife showed up 10 minutes late for a 70 minute massage, they then made her fill out paper work for 10 minutes, and finally massaged her for 50 minutes. Avoid the relaxation massage, nothing but a lotion rub, no muscle massage involved at all.

I was in the place and I loved their attention and cleanliness. They offer everything they say where I had a very pleasant experience thanks to the service offered by their workers.

I didn’t feel relaxed and the massage was not good and definitely don’t recommend this place. I still felt stressed and Tensed after I left this place
