Art was great and made me feel at home. Always love coming by, always a pleasant experience. Love the VIP lounge upstairs, it’s very exclusive.

At this point I must say the hours are extremely unreliable. On the days they say they’re open 24/7 I don’t even know what they mean by that because simply put they are not. And there has been at least 3 times now that I’ve shown up at 8am and they weren’t open for at least 30 mins. As I write this today it is 9:30am and they are still not open. Their selection is maybe slightly above average and their prices are competitive. I wouldn’t have much bad to say about their employees from a customer service/ attitude standpoint, but they clearly have a problem with showing up on time. Additionally I recently enrolled in their points program and have been noticing that I only receive my points about half the time I go in. Sometimes I think they forget to ask which is a mutual issue, however some of the times I think I have given it and they still didn’t upload the points.(Was 3 stars but the last thing I like being referred to as the next time I come in is “hey the 3 star review guy) (ok well now it’s the 2 star review guy, hopefully doesn’t have to become 1)(I’m just not gonna go back, there’s a million places I can get a cheap pre roll)

Overpriced. Service was good. I bought a disposable vape for $26. It’s $13 everywhere online. Convenience was a plus but not at double the price. Should have asked the price beforehand. Feel like I got taken advantage of. Everywhere else online it’s $12.99. Lesson learned. Won’t be back.
