Everybody was very professional, friendly, and inviting. The service was done in a timely manner and explained thoroughly through the entire process. Felt very comfortable with conversing through out the time I was there. Really enjoy the outcome and the entire experience. Dani is really good at the work she does. My eyelash lift and tint turned out amazing! Highly recommend this service!

I’m getting married in October and have had the privilege to work with Dani. She has been working with me on a skin care treatment plan to prep my skin for the big day! I have seen noticeable difference in each treatment and she works with me on my budget when providing me guidance on at home care.

I just stopped in to purchase a face wash, and an older woman greeted me “what do you need” without saying hello. I then told her that I was in to purchase a face wash and she said “no you will not because the store is closed.” I mentioned how Google says that the spa is open.She and the man that was with her were both very rude and can come across racist with how unwelcoming they were.I will not be returning again, which is unfortunate since I’ve been going here for facials or to purchase products for 5 years.

The spa is so cute and all of the staff is so friendly. Josie has done such an awesome job on my nails! They look beautiful! Josie is so sweet and easy to talk to, I felt comfortable with her right away. I am a machinist, so its super tough to keep my nails nice. After her doing my nails, they look great for 4 weeks! The worst I have done is a small chip on the edge. Nothing has ever held up so well without lifting for me!

Went to Lula Mae for a waxing today with Morgan and it went wonderful. Morgan is such a professional esthetician , she cares about her clients and I feel very comfortable with her. Lula Mae is a wonderful place for any service. It’s clean , has caring , friendly staff. I highly recommend them and Morgan.

Had one great experiences until I unfortunately got very ill the day of my apt and was unable to attend my appointment which I communicated that with them, they then charged me a non refundable fee of $77 for a no show. On another occasion the day before my apt they text me saying my waxer no longer works for them and they had to change my times, I would never book with them again.

I can not say enough good things about Lula Mae. Dani is so knowledgeable about skin care! She explains it to you so well and gives you a voice in your treatment. She truly cares about the people she treats. I am so thankful for all I have learned from her and greatful to have her so close. I always leave feeling relaxed and cared for.

Been a long time Lula fan since opening! Ive seen Josie twice recently, for a dip manicure and a massage (which Ive done with her in the past). I was so excited to see dip manicures now offered and a few weeks later, it still looks great. With a recent back injury, she really worked on me in my massage in ways she knew would help my particular situation and it was AMAZING. I already have several more visits with her lined up and cant wait to keep it a regular thing! Highly recommend!

I got a lux facial and it was so relaxing and amazing. Dani did my facial and she was incredible. Her and I really clicked and I can’t wait to go back.

When you walk in to Lula Mae, everything is so aesthetically pleasing!! I had Hannah for my first Brazilian and she was AMAZING!! She made the whole process so comfortable and she did and wonderful job walking me through the whole thing. I have had bikini waxes before, this was by far the best wax I’ve had and way more in depth:) I thought I’d be uncomfortable after she was done and immediately after leaving my appointment my first thought was how I wasn’t in pain and nothing stung! Found this place on Groupon along with a referral from a friend. Got a Brazilian and was my first time getting anything waxed (besides eye brows) so I was super nervous. Morgan was amazing and helped me relax and wasn’t painful as I thought!

This is a great spa! As soon as I walked in I just loved the way the whole space is set up. I had an oxygen facial with Dani which we decided was the better option over a chemical peel due to it being summer and me having to work outdoors. She took the time to explain different options for facials so I would be better aware. My skin looked much brighter after the facial. Im not local to the area but I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return when I am back in town!

Wow!! Where can I start.From booking over the phone.I was scheduling myself my mother in law and my sister in law who was the getting married that same week. I called like 3 or 4 times with questions. Every time I called the person who answered was very patient with me and was willing to find a solution with me. Thank you for that!Arrived... We where being so loud lolThey never made me feel uncomfortable even though all 3 of us were speaking another language. The environment is clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The microchanneling procedure with Dani was an excellent experience. She is knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. She explained how and why the procedure is effective, compared alternative options and how each is different, and provided me with detailed aftercare and maintenance instructions. I will most definitely be returning!

I was referred to Lula Mae from my old esthetician. I had a consultation with Dani and she made me feel so comfortable and confident that she would be able to help me with my skin concerns. I had my first appointment with her which was a oxygen infused facial. It was amazing. I was just so happy with the turn out that the next day I booked with her for the recommended treatments she suggested for the rest of the year. I can’t wait for my next facial with Dani. She’s so informative and really a kind hearted person who absolutely loves her time making other people feel good and teach them what they can do for their skin.

The entire experience was relaxed and informative from start to end. Great amount of communication about appointment set-up and reminders. Hannah was very knowledgeable, and I felt like she curated the products used just for me and my skin concerns. I feel great and saw instant results. All-around, a 5 star experience. The place is beautiful and well organized , the atmosphere is so calming , my waxer was amazing and made me feel comfortable I love when they are true to their job and not so snobby and mad all the time , Ive only gotten a wax so far but Im coming back for a spa day I can give more insight 🙂

I love Lula Mae, I have had services with Dani, Emma, and Tiffany and they never disappoint. Relaxing environment, a custom-made plan for my services, and products/plan for maintenance outside the spa.Edited two years later to add: I love this spa so much. I have been a client for almost four years now and have never been disappointed. My two main services are facials (see my favorite specialists above) and the massages. Josie is my masseuse and has the hands of an angel! She always makes me feel comfortable and is responsive to feedback as far as pressure, temperature, and areas. My relaxed shoulders can’t thank her enough!

I love every service from them! Morgan did a beautiful job on my brow wax and henna. My brows looks great to go with the lash lift and hint Hannah did a few weeks ago! Not a fan of their business policy. Simply put a cancel of your appt. same day due to emergency will cost you 100% cost of service. Also should matter this is the first time cancel on same day. Won’t be going back and won’t be recommending to anyone else. For a one time fee they lost a customer and few more.Adding to respond. Reminders are great and thank you. But when it’s an emergency that means not much notice and your staff failed to hear me out or acknowledge what I was sharing. I requested to push appointment to later date or later that evening than offered but time suggested was only 30m from my original appt. It was offered without intent to help. Regardless you should listen to your clients when they share details, you should have a policy that looks at how often that happens with customer and finally you should be able to accommodate them at a later date than the day they have a constraint. Your policy as much as I respect is catered to your employees time, things do happen and there should be room to respect your customer as well.

You can often tell a lot about a business by how little staff turnover they have. Ive been going here for years, seeing the same esthis for my services, and the energy there is always positive. You can tell everyone here loves where they work. And that carries through the services. I usually go here for facials and lash lifts and always have a warm welcome and nice relaxing overall experience. Ive met the owner, Dani, several times and I can see how much she values all her employees and clients, just like family.

The woman who waxed me (Morgan) made me feel so comfortable! I havent had a wax in over a year and i didnt really have much pain. She kept conversation going to keep my mind off the pain she was very polite and nice and also the place was very clean and affordable.

This review is long overdue.I have a membership and have been coming here twice a month for a year and a half now. I would give this 500 stars if I could. I have had massages, facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures and I would highly recommend all of it! I always feel relaxed and amazing after every visit and my skin is the healthiest its been in my life. Lula Maes environment is clean and cozy. Everyone there is friendly and fabulous!

Lula Mae has saved my skin! More specifically Dani, the owner, has helped me so much! In the years I have known her my skin has improved dramatically. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. Not to mention, so sweet and so much fun to be around. I was suffering from terrible hormonal acne and she devoted her time to 2 days a week for over 2 weeks to oxygen facials (my new all time favorite treatment) and microderm facials. I am in love with all the amazing Rhonda Allison products and I know that using them in my home regimen has helped as well. All the people that work here are amazing and so welcoming. First time getting facials here and it was amazing! Angie C. (no longer works there) was the aesthetician who did my facials. She was great, knowledgeable and knew her stuff based on what I was looking for in facials. I gave it a 3 star because the problem was with the front desk. They kept linking my account to a different email and someone elses credit card. I wasnt sure where whose account my credit card was saved under as well. Ive brought this issue up about 3 times and they finally made the correction and the error was finally fixed. However, I went back after Angie left, my facials werent the same anymore.

If you haven’t booked your appointment yet… do it now! After my facial, my skin felt like it could breathe. Not only was the service relaxing, I was educated about skin care and was able to get on a skin care routine. I will continue to go back as the staff is friendly, the environment was clean and welcoming and at the end of the day, they exceeded my expectations. Treat yourself… I promise you won’t be disappointed.

This spa is amazing! I have been there quite a few times for different services including facials, brow waxes, lash lift and tints and massages. Most recently I saw Josie two days ago for a lash lift and tint. She is fantastic so friendly and knowledgeable and skilled (I have also gone to her for my massages at Lulamae as well) I can’t wait to come back!

I was thrilled to be back at Lula Mae on day 1 of their re-opening. I was so happy to see the work that was done to keep clients safe. The clear instructions when you walk in helped ease nerves that I was doing my part in keeping the staff and other clients safe.The level of detail to safety and sanitation cannot go unnoticed - the sanitation station, hand washing before and after services, all staff in masks, monitoring and disinfecting high traffic and touch points. It felt good to be home again and look forward to future appointments knowing that client and staff safety is their number 1 priority.

Whether you are looking to relax or really change your skin for the better, Lula Mae is the place to go! The owner, Dani, is a skin expert who will take the time to get to know your skin, your goals for your skin and your parameters for meeting that goal and make it happen. She is also the queen of extractions, so if you really need your pores cleaned out, book a treatment facial with her and she will make it happen.While I love all the treatments and services Ive had (facials, massages, mani/pedi, waxing and more!) - I have to say, when I make an appointment with Dani, its one of my favorites. She is a great conversationalist and keeps it comfortable, but also educates me along the way. So I have fun, relax a bit and look better. Wins all around! If you want to work on acne scarring and anti-aging (the two things Ive been tackling!) - book with Dani, she will come up with a service plan that will change it all for you!

Very disappointed. They made changes to my appointment without my approval and charge me full price for the service that they didn’t even provide me. They changed my appointment time and when I wasn’t able to make it you charger. I will never be going back to this place I guess. They will redeem your Groupon without you being there. My service cost was over $120. This is ridiculous.

Update: I messed up and had wrong email. Once the salon received a review they promptly responded and worked to make it right. I appreciated that. My lash fix and fill were definitely a much better result and experience than the first time but they never got quite as full or last as long as lash extensions I’ve had previously.Original post: I tried reaching out to the owners/management privately, twice, but haven’t received a response.“Good afternoon,Today I tried 3 services at Lulu Mae, with Melody. I had a modified Brazilian wax, eyebrow wax, and eyelash extensions. I have had all these services in the past, just not at your spa. The waxes were fine but the eyelash extensions did not go well. At a few points it felt like some sharp was stabbing me then at the end I went to open my eyes and they were glued shut. I have had eyelash extensions done several times and have never experienced either of these things. The technician worked to get my eyes unstuck which again was painful. When I got out to my car and looked closer I could see chunks of glue on my lashes so I went back in and the technician worked to get the chunks off. When dealing around people’s eyes safety should be a priority and what I experienced did not feel safe. I felt it important for you to know.I’m supposed to come in for a fill but would like to request a more experienced technician. ““Good morning,To follow up 2 days later there are chunks of glue at my lash line that is irritating my eye. I would appreciate hearing back from you on how to remedy this.”

My wife and I have both been extremely happy with our results from the terrific caregivers ( thats what I call them... because I am a bit of trouble), staff and owners- whom we have met- both lovely people.Do yourself a favor...go and experience the welcoming, inviting, and sensational things that Lula Mae has to offer... oh yeah, dont forget to tip accordingly and ask for a fine beverage -usually an assortment is available. Good people, great technicians... they fixed my tired, old feet... and I wasnt too embarrassed!

I love Lula Mae! I’ve been getting facials with Emma for almost a year now and my skin has never looked better and I will never go anywhere else! This was my first experience getting facials without having terrible breakouts after. I appreciate how she and everyone there listens to any concerns you have and the results you are looking for. Cannot recommend Lula Mae enough. I have had services with Angie that were amazing. I’ve had Procell, lash lifts, and dermaplaning procedures done by her. All treatments were very well done with precise step by step explanations of its benefits and results expected. Angie has a confident knowledge of products as well as experience. I am very pleased with my services always.

I have worked with Dani for a couple of years now. Initially went to the spa for help with my melasma. She has been wonderful in educating me on everything I need to do to keep my skin in tip top shape. I have had Procell, Rezenerate, microderms, dermaplaning and of course her specialty the best facial in town!! Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. You cannot go wrong with visiting Dani and her staff for all of your skin care and product needs. I send all my friends there for their skin care needs. Highly recommended!!

Loved it my first visit was for a massage with Zachary enjoyed it super relaxing. And this past weekend I had a facial done by Ashley it was different from other facial I had done in the past I did the microdermabrasion my skin feels so soft and clean definitely will be going back. I also had a Lux Manicure by Adrienne love it. over all I love the place everyone makes you feel so welcoming.

I went to Lula Mae last week and received a waxing service from one of the estheticians Ashley. The atmosphere of the Boutique was so inviting and made me feel like I was right at home. Ashley is very professional and knowledgeable I was informed of all of their specials and ended up taking advantage of some because the packages are so affordable. I love that I have the ability to take care of myself at such an affordable price. Will be back time and time again.

Love this salon and spa! Had an amazing first experience with dermaplaning. I was nervous to have this done, but Ashley made sure to explain the process to me. I went with my mother to treat her (and myself) to a pedicure. When trying to get a time when both chairs were open, the staff was super accommodating and even moved someone around so that we could have our toes done at the same time. We got the Lux pedicure and it was great. The staff is very friendly, and although the space is small, they managed to make it not feel claustrophobic.

This is my favorite place to go get my nails and face done! Josie is the absolute best at nail, I have been going to her for gel manicures for over a year now and every time it comes out great and even lasts longer than two weeks! Emma does my microdermabrasion and has really been helping me overcome some of my acne and skin issues, I’ve been getting micro done by her for about 5 months and great results! She really knows what she’s talking about and educates me about my skin issues as well!

I had my brows waxed here last week for the first time and the whole process was seamless from start to end. They make you feel so at home and the boutique is absolutely adorable. The waxing was perfect, she did just want I wanted and I was incredibly happy walking out. In the past at other places, Ive always had to go home and fix something, with Lula Mae, I didnt. She made sure it was perfect before I walked out the door. I love this place. Everyone was courteous, professional, and kind.

I went to get a lash lift and tint on Sunday 6/16/2019 with Meg.. She was so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable as this was my first time. Explained every step in detail for me before she did anything to me. And I absolutely LOVE my lashes. I couldnt be more happier with their service.

Found this business via Groupon. Scheduled an appt. for microdermabrasion. The tech was nice but when I asked questions, she didnt seem to be as knowledgeable as I was hoping. After the appt. and when I had returned home, I had an AWFUL reaction to both the treatment and the $35 product they sold me. When I reached out for resolution and for treatment options, no one got back to me and has YET to follow up. This is awful customer service and because of that, I will not recommend this business to anyone and will not be returning myself.EDIT as of 6/13/2020: In response to the salon’s reply on 6/13/2020, my appt. was mid-February 2020 pre COVID-19 business shut down. FYI: just because I left a review about your salon on a certain date, doesn’t necessarily mean thats the date in which I was serviced by you.Because your email address is not properly displayed on your website, I was forced to file my complaints on the form under “Contact Us” on your website. The complaints still should have reached you regardless of how I notified you.There is no way to rectify the situation. Finally, after 4 months, my skin is back to normal & I will not step foot back in your salon due to my first experience. Thank you anyways, 4 months too late.

I am so pleased that West Allis finally has a place that offers a wide variety of services. I have had facials, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning and eyelash extensions. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and they are all very meticulous and knowledgeable about the services that they provide. Affordable and clean as well.

Got ultra hydration Dermaplaning because of a recent shift in hormones (IUD came out) and MAN did Shante kill it again. She added oxygen ($15 upcharge—so worth it!!) to my treatment and my face was GLOWING again. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here I am thoroughly impressed with their services and professionalism and results. I WILL be driving 2 hours from Wisconsin Dells to keep seeing them. These women are the real deal. My skin gurus.

Shante came out to grab me (very professionally and sweet) and right out of the gate suggested that I wasnt in need of a facial but dermaplaning would do the trip and bring my face to its intended wedding glow. She took her time and did a phenomenal job, scraping my face with care and enabling me to look THE BEST I EVER HAVE for my big day. So good that my photographer texted me after while editing the pictures and took the price DOWN because she didnt have to edit my skin AT ALL.The next day she was able to upload the photos right away because of how rosey and natural everything looked skin wise on its own. Came in for a Brazilian wax with Shanté about a month ago and she was Amazing! She made the whole process seem effortless. She walked me through the whole process ,cheered me on along the way, and even gave me some tips on skin care.
