I never do relaxing services like this so this year I scheduled a massage for my birthday (at a different place)and it was cancelled 2 hours before.Obviously I was a little disappointed because you really look forward to treating yourself. My friend told me to look at Massage Envy! I called and they had a 1 hour massage session with Nyssa— I was ecstatic! As a service producer myself, I know that same day services are hard to come by.Everyone I had encountered was very friendly. The environment is clean and very relaxing.Nyssa sat with me before to consult and I told her I had never had a massage before. She explained the process and made me feel very comfortable. I had mentioned that I was a hairstylist so I definitely needed some extra work on my neck and she exceeded my expectations. I could tell she was focusing on areas I really needed it.When I had checked out, they offered me a brochure to explain their membership and what I really loved about that was they weren’t pushy with getting you to sign up. It was a very pleasant surprise being able to get in with someone and especially someone who did such a great job. I am definitely going to take advantage of the membership! Thank you for the great birthday experience today.

This was my first visit to this location. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. But the show stealer was Jacob (JD). I’ve been to several Massage Envy locations, both in Wisconsin and Tennessee.This was by far the best massage I’ve had at any location. I’ll definitely be back!

To celebrate my birthday, I treated myself to a massage and a day before my appointment I received a text asking if I wanted to add a facial following it. It was the best way to celebrate and relax! It was my first time having Brian as a massage therapist and he was wonderful. Very accommodating and offered me a chest pillow for when I was on my stomach. It really helped during the massage and it was the first time I’ve been offered that. For my facial, Kelsey was very kind. She answered all my questions and provided me a list of recommended products. I will definitely be back to visit those two again.

Sally was amazing! She gave me the perfect massage! She was so friendly & professional too! I will definitely be returning to see her again!

For me it’s difficult finding a good masseuse who is both willing and able to get deep into muscle tissue. Egyptia is amazing. She has the versatility to do both more gentle and deep massages. Plus, she is always smiling and friendly.

Sometimes the start of my session starts early sometimes past the 5 minute “undress” time. Then it is difficult to determine why the session ends when the 50 minutes isn’t up. As an example I was in the room at 9:00 got undressed (9:05 start time) then session ended at 9:47. Would like to see a timer of some sort. My massage was good . Thank you listening.

5 stars well deserved- Kelsey is an asset to ME. She is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and the products used. I have had my membership for a year, have been getting facials for over a decade and still learned several things to help me improve my skincare routine. This was my first time at this location. Kudos to Kelsey!! I will be back!

Brian did a fantastic job. I appreciated him and Massage Envys ability to accommodate a last-minute booking, especially on a Sunday. I walked in having a fair amount of pain and discomfort and walked out refreshed with no pain. I truly appreciate the outstanding service Brian provided. Thank you!

Honestly I was really disappointed I still gave him a tip but spent $145 on really one of the worst massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had hundreds likely. Note that I explained that I was having extreme tightness in the back of my calf and quadrant Due to what I believe is wearing heels my whole life and I’ve been wearing flats and hip and walking quite a bit I asked him if he thought it was a tendon or muscle when I pointed it out and he said it could be either which is ridiculous if you were my massage therapist it also was not a deep tissue massage by any stretch And I walked out of there feeling worse than I did I would prefer for no cost because I won’t be coming back.

I just had the best massage of my life! Gail is the best of the best! She took note of my areas of focus & went right to work. She intuitively knew the perfect pressure to use. She also accessed muscles in ways I didnt know were possible. Going into my shoulder blade & neck muscles was especially therapeutic. She has expertly mastered her understanding of anatomy & physiology of the human form, and it shows!! Gail, thank you!! I really needed that.

Canceled the appointment I scheduled as part of my wifes mothers day gift. It wasnt on mothers day but a few days after. Canceled it 3 hours before the appointment when it had been booked for weeks. Even sent me a confirmation the night before to confirm the appointment. No apology or explanation was offered.

Amanda was AMAZING, as always!! Great pressure, great conversation, I walked out feeling so much more relaxed & able to function with my medical issues from car accidents.

Started late and ended early, also i did ask to get my feet done one was done and the other one didn’t. Massage lady was not the best i get my massage done once a month at Qin and i love it . But im going to get my face facials done we will see how that goes.

I was very pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was courteous and nice. They were respectful and I did appreciate the professionalism. The masseuse was very nice, she explained the different oils and very welcoming. The massage was amazing, Gail made sure to ask my preferences. She was professional and kept the pressure the entire time. I could tell she prided her work. I would definitely recommend this location for a treatment. I cannot wait to return.

Nice work Nyssa, Peter, Egyptsha, and Jacob(JD)! Ive found a good fits as you can see, but... You may have to spend some time(sessions), finding a therapist that is a good fit. Best to find a few so scheduling isnt a nightmare as they are busy. (Wish they still had the couples room.)Try to schedule two months out if you like to be a regular.They used to give free half-hour every year for members but stopped. They say you can sign up for incentives on line but I have had no success(this and availability is could drop a star.). If you join with auto-payments monthly the price is much lower. But has gotten pricey since the pandemic.

I would rate them a 10 if I could. Everyone’s so nice. Plus I always get a massage when I go there so that’s nice 😁

I love everything about Massage Envy (this is at the Greenfield location.) I had to stop my membership for awhile while I was pregnant and had preclymsia. They made cancelling so easy. I recently read-joined again because I remember how much the massages helped me physically and mentally. It only took a few minutes to update my info. I also learned that they save appointments for members which is really nice. A lot of times I can only only find the time to book the day before or the day of, and it’s great that they can usually figure something out so that I can get in. My massage therapist last week was great and the front desk person was so helpful. I can’t wait to book my next massage. ❤️

Very lackluster massage. The masseuse spent lot of time putzing with the sheet covering me, like a strange amount of rearranging, straightening, smoothing. Also ended early with 12 min to go. Although the masseuse was a very nice person her skills seemed to be lacking. Not that what she did do was bad, just not very good or complete. Absolutely no wow factor. I ALWAYS compliment a good technique....I had nothing done which warranted a that was awesome. I would not have another massage done by her again. Even though it was a hot stone massage there was nothing very special like I have experienced in the past. I havent been disappointed in my experience at Massage Envy in many years until today.

I had a 90 min massage with Shannon. Absolutely amazing. She listened to the pressure I liked. Asked if wanted any certain area worked on. I have had several different massage therapists and find Gail at Massage Envy on Layton Avenue to be awesome. She listens to what is bothering you and helps to get the muscles relaxed without the deep digging! My physician for Fibromyalgia suggested a monthly massage and the program is wonderful at massage envy! Kudos to Gail for helping me relax my muscles every month! I totally recommend Gail to all my family and friends!

My friend treated me to a massage after the immediate loss of my father. Upon arrival for our appointments, we were told there was one masseuse who offered harder pressure & one who offered light to medium. I ended up with the later.It was really kind of my friend to include me, and the massage therapist was also very kind, however I had really needed a massage with some pressure. I walked away still feeling stiff & physically suffering in the same areas.The facility is clean & the staff is professional. My massage just felt like a waste of money. Wish they would have communicated upfront on what the options were for our time slots, so we could have gone somewhere else.I ended up having to pay for a second massage, at another location, so I could get a little healing. I will add, my friend couldnt stop raving about the massage she had.Thank you anyways.

I put my gift card to good use at ME for a stretch & massage. Kelli did both with expertise. She explained the stretch procedure without wasting time & even gave me take-home tips. I appreciate not being pressured into a program but it would be worthwhile going regularly.

I love seeing Peter at this location. I purchased a monthly subscription after my second massage with him, because it was so therapeutic, and he was so accommodating that’s cute. I think black or brown looks brown in the one light so I was confused I was like yeah no that’s cute. That’s a nice little nice looking polo for short and kind. The deal is worth it.

Josiah gave me a very good massage. He was very professional, and was able to relieve me of some tight knots in my upper back. He also massaged my hands and feet in a way that released tightness of which I had not been aware. I left Massage Envy in a much better physical state from when I entered. I could not have asked for more.

The front desk staff is always so nice and knowledgeable! I was just in for a facial with Diane and a massage with Amanda. Both are incredibly easy to work with and so nice! Amanda has magical hands!!! Cant wait to see them both again in 2 weeks!

I have been monthly membership customer of massage envy since 2018 and today was the worst massage service of my life. Brian was my therapist. Rude, unprofessional, with a condescending attitude. I was spoken to like a dog. Immediately felt so uncomfortable, I never relaxed during my entire 90 minute massage. The massage itself was aggressive and rough throughout. I am physically sore with bruises even though my preference sheet stated medium pressure and I told the therapist I was there to just have a relaxing massage, not to work on anything. He man handled me and I was scared because of his demeanor to even speak up. He not once asked if I was comfortable or if the pressure was ok. Usually I am asked a hand full of times throughout the massage if everything feels ok. He didn’t check in one time. I was made to feel like an inconvenience and like he was taking out his anger on me. I will never be back to this location. It’s the fist time in 5 years that I have left a $0 tip.

Thank goodness for Perla and Massage Envy. I showed up in great pain and received the pain cream and massage and left so much better. Thank you so much!

I’m a big fan of Massage Envy! I go once a month for a facial or massage. After traveling,(flying and then sitting in a rental car for hours) I was suffering from sciatica on my left side. Gail worked her magic with a seriously good message, gave me some at-home tips, so it’s feeling much better. The pain is not gone but I did get some relief. I haven’t had a massage in a while so she was able to work out some other tight muscle areas too. Thanks so much, Gail…you’re the best!!!

Egyptsha was amazing, she found every tight spot and asked me questions during the massage to make sure that I was comfortable. My first time getting a full body massage. Gail was so good at explaining everything that was going to happen before getting started. She made me feel so comfortable. I explained that I have been dealing with a pinched nerve and focused on my neck and shoulder area. Today, one day later my hand feels so much better. I will make a massage a regular part of my body care maintenance and will request Gail each time.

I was very pleased with my massage with Brian. He is very thorough and listens to your areas that need extra attention. Definitely recommend.

The therapist Melissa was great. I have arthritis issues and she was able to focus on the muscles around my joints with just the right amount of pressure. She communicated throughout to be sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend her and plan to see her once a month.

Not worth the $$$$I went in for an hour massage for neck and back pain, I was back in my car 45 minutes later with neck and back pain. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but to me a 60 minute appointment goes from 3:15-4:15. I arrived early to fill out a medical questionnaire for some reason, I was in the room ready at 3:15, and they put my “where it hurts” diagram on the screen in the room set to a 45 minute timer. The room looked and felt like an old doctors office, the lights were orange which gave the room a yellow look. I give this place 2 stars because they were available on short notice, but there isn’t much else here for me to want to come back, or to recommend anyone to go here.

Zero stars if I could! The massage was terrible. Explicity said what I wanted covered(knots in left shoulderblade) but was questioned and ignored and other areas were massaged that wasnt the target area. I work a physical job so I need my body to be capable of that. I repeated again and again that its already extremely painful and if u have to go hard and cause pain, I can deal with that but, I need the knots to be gone. Upgraded from 30 to 60 minutes. The same thing kept happening. There was no added pressure, just the same movements. Told again, I can handle the pain but just make the knots go away. Didnt care or try to do more. This place definitely seems more interested in stretching your dollar for more treatments, not actually help the customer. Paid $100+ to feel the same way I do now hours afterwards

Booked a massage with Patrick at the Brookfield location, he listened to what was bothering me about my back and came up with a plan to get some knots out, I have never felt such relief before and can feel a huge difference in my shoulder and neck mobility after years of stress and tension. I would highly recommend seeing him! Very thoughtful and great at what he does, will definitely be coming back for another massage with him, my back has never felt better!! Thank you Patrick!

I have been coming to Massage Envy monthly for about 8 years& with Gail at least 4. She is top notch, extremely knowledgeable about the body. She has helped me in numerous issues that even physical therapists were not able to succeed with. Kudos to Gail!!! The staff is friendly & the salon is always clean.

It has been a long time since I’ve had a massage, so since I have so many credits to use up, I booked a 90 minute massage and 90 minute facial. The experience was wonderful, and they were so nice, making the whole situation even more relaxing.One thing I suggest to the company, is that members are able to book online. I’m very bad at remembering to call to book some thing, but I for some reason always remember after my location is closed, so would be very helpful to be able to book online. There were dates to book online, but I was told when I called directly to my location that the dates available are for anyone, and that’s why there’s more availability if you call directly to the location. It would be very helpful if say, a member could enter their member ID and receive those extra open dates when logging into the app.

I have been going to Massage Envy in Greenfield for over 7 years. Gail is the friendliest and most professional masseuse I have ever met. Her skills are fantastic and she makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. I cannot say enough good things about her!!

I have been getting monthly massages for a little over 2 years now from Egyptsha , she is great , communicates well, does what you want as for pressure and working areas that are tighter and need additional attention. Very pleasant young lady as well . Always feel great and like I can stand up straight , when I walk out of the session. She is always great .

This was my first time at Massage Envy. I have gone to other places in the past and have had mixed experiences, so when I recieved a gift card to ME I wasnt sure what to expect. Perla was my therapist and she did a fantastic job. This massage was very much needed from a pain relief, stress relief and relaxation perspective. Perla listened to my needs and delivered perfectly. I even came close to falling asleep on her table a few times. Very satisfied client!

Gail is the best therapist I have seen there, I have had her for quite a few years. I wish it was easier to get in to see her. I am canceling my membership because I can’t get into see her. I like to have a 90 minute but the few months I can only get in for a 60 and then I have to wait at least a month or more to get in.Thank you

Had a great experience with Peter and following mymassage, feel significantly better! He listened to my concerns and addressed them all with a clear plan that he shared before the massage started. He was deliberate and methodical, and worked out several deep knots, I would say it was a noticeable improvement from the moment I left.

Perla is a 5 star massage therapist! She listens to what your looking for during your session and provides the exact amount of pressure and professionalism. I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. She gives such high quality treatment, it make me feel extra special. My headaches have improved incredibly since seeing her. The hardest thing is getting up and leaving after she is done because I feel so relaxed. I take my mother in law there as well and she is just as enamored.

I work A LOT so I like the deep tissue massage and Peter is the best!! I go every 2 weeks and with the membership it’s really a reasonable price.

This was my first time at Massage envy.A leg on my table was uneven and was annoying. would lift up and down during the message. Would have been great if a piece of cardboard would have been placed under the short leg. I did not totally relax listening to the tap, tap. The message felt wonderful.

Laura listens then massages the key areas that are in need of attention. Great work as always. I feel great after the massage.

I love having facials done by Kayla. Front desk staff is great too. They communicated with me abt a cancel and if i would like to cone in which totally worked out for me. Kayla communicates well throughout the facial. Its always relaxing and i always feel great after my facial. Would highly recommend Kayla for facials.

I love the greenfield wi location. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean and has a calm atmosphere. I would highly recommend a visit with Shannon for a message or kacey for a facial.

Shannon was fantastic! She focused on my tight spots while providing whole body relaxation. The foot sugar scrub was a wonderful add-on. I appreciated the in-room air purifier, option for essential oils, and calm environment.

I have been seeing JD for the past couple years now and appreciate his knowledge, experience and attention to all details at each of my sessions. Its not easy to find someone and trust them from the start. I am very grateful and always look forward to scheduled sessions. The amount of stress I go through at work is something I can’t explain and scheduling monthly massages with him is a big part of my self care, the ability to disconnect, and stay present/mindful in the moment. He is the BEST!!

Lately it has been hard to book a 90 minute session with Gail, so I have had to settle for 60 minutes. She is used to having 90 minutes with me but does her best to take care of all of my issues in the shorter time span... and does a great job.

My second session with Peter, both amazing. I prefer deep tissue and he delivered. He immediately found my bad spots and took care of them. Highly recommend, but hes booked out so far, you need to schedule weeks in advance. I guess thats what happens when youre good at what you do.

I had a wonderful massage with Nyssa. She was so pleasant and my massage was perfect. The only bad part was when it was over. I would definitely go to her again!

I’ve been a member of Greenfield Massage Envy for almost 10yrs. Always clean, kind customer service team, with the best therapists. Gail has always been my favorite regular therapist however when she is off, other therapists who fill in for my appointment are just as great.

Sally was wonderful. She took great care with me. Especially the areas that needed alot of work. She was very careful of my long hair. I forgot to bring a hair tie to keep it out of her way, but she didnt pull my hair at all

I am a member at Massage envy and i for the most part i really like it. You dont have to be a member to get a massage here but I believe you need to provide cc and billing info when you make an appointment if you are not. Most of the therapists are very good and when you make an appointment, you can always ask for a therapist who is capable of your pressure preference. Nice facility and staff. And they recently just hired more therapist so less wait time to make an appointment.

I so enjoyed my facial with Diane. She is so knowledgeable and personable. She addressed some skin problems I had been trying to resolve, without any pressure whatsoever to purchase anything. What a wonderful, relaxing experience.

Claire is great. You need to lower the monthly fee. There is no advantage to be a member. At $75 a month I can get a comparable massage for $65 to $70 elsewhere.

I have had some wonderful massage sessions with Melisa. She is very good about listening to what’s going on with your body and helping you with problem areas. She has really helped with some shoulder tightness and I will be returning!

Diane at massage Envy in Greenfield was professional and curious. She gave me my first facial. Thanks to my experience with her, it will NOT be my last!

Sally is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She makes sure you get exactly the right service every time with a friendly attitude and a smile. If she left, I don’t know what I’d do.

I am so grateful for Sally and Massage Envy. Massages are never relaxing for me. I have multiple injuries and health issues. Even with a light massage, it can flare me. But Sally is amazing! I always feel that my body is so much better with her care and treatment.

I have been going to Massage Envy for about a year. Sally is by far the best therapist. She is professional and focuses with detail in areas of concern. She has different techniques of massaging, she listens to your needs and makes you feel comfortable and cared. I absolutely recommend Sally.

Due to many stressors in my life, the knots in my neck and shoulders get unbarable to live with. JD knows the body better then many Drs Ive been to! But, if you like when a therapist talks to you while giving a massage, then JD is not right for you. He does his magic while allowing you to relax in a state you dont want to leave from. The best of the best!

John is a very good therapist. He talks you through everything and makes you feel very comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and it definitely made a difference as I was having some neck and shoulder pains prior to my appointment.

Egyptsha has the best techniques. I’ve been a client since 2011 and had many therapists. Although, many are great, Egyptsha is passionate about continuing her education and learning new techniques and it shows in her work!

I look forward to each session with Peter because he listens to my concerns and is able to find the source of trouble spots. He is always checking in on how I am doing. Good therapists are difficult to find. I will be coming back to ME solely because of Peter’s talent.

This is my first time here in massage envy. Peter is my massage therapist and he is so kind he makes sure his pressure doing good. he did a good job and help me with my stiff on my neck and my lower back. now i feel so good and relax. i love the smell of the oil essential and the room so quiet with the stress relief song. i would definitely go back here again.

Finding Kelly at Massage Envy Greenfield Wisconsin has been refreshing. She is one of my favorite massage therapist I enjoy my time with Kelly she makes me feel so relaxed and refreshed and weve had some good conversations also. I would highly recommend Kelly she is a real professional and she will make you feel at ease.

Everything was great, friendly, easy and professional check in, relaxing atmosphere and the massage was phenomenal! I appreciated and suggest taking the time in the quiet room with the fireplace to really enjoy the experience. So happy to have this service available with such a knowledgeable and courteous staff!

Their therapists are incredible, specifically Ruth, which makes me so sad that I won’t be returning to this location. I am extremely disappointed by the management team and how missed appointments are handled. As a healthcare professional, I too rely on people making it to appointments but I find it very unprofessional to not follow up with clients when appointments are missed and automatically charging fees for FIRST TIME instances. I take responsibility for missing the appointment, but find it unacceptable that I was not met with any kind of courtesy when I inquired about the charge - I mostly felt belittled. Won’t be returning or recommending to anyone.

Been a member for a while to get discounts on my monthly massage. Andrea at the Greenfield, WI location is very professional and is able to do firm/deep massages. I always leave relaxed and refreshed! Shes one of the best!

Aracelis was very helpful in finding me some openings for upcoming massages while my favorite therapist is on leave. She also offered up an option for the large number of sessions my husbands account has built up.

I have to say something first my massage therapist was great the job was great however this place as a whole was an extremely disappointing experience. People get massages too relax not deal with high pressure sales tactics. I asked not to be talk to and found it strange I had to come early to fill paperwork. They actually now have singed yearly contracts. You believe that $60 a month and you get a massage. I would almost bet its probably busy when you call to book. The waiting room they where on the phone upsaleing the entire time. She asked if I wanted to go into the quite room while I waited I thought was nice until I realized they didnt want me to here the sales tactics. My massage therapist did a great job and I would have been back in two weeks had he not keep repeating over and over again how he needs more time to work on me that my 90 minute appointment wasnt enough. And kept encouraging me to set an appointment within a week. The entire point of massage is to relax not be up sold. I recommend going to a locally owned parlor I had no clue this was a chain store all about $$$$ yes I do have $$$ but I went to relax not be sold a gym membership

John is very knowledgeable and knows precisely how to resolve any muscular issues I have. After countless hours (and dollars) with doctors trying to figure out the source of my chronic chest pain, John resolved it in one visit. I’m a massage/stretch therapy convert!

I enjoy my massages from John, he listens to what I need, gives me a rundown of the plan for the session, and takes the time to address my concerns but still fit in time for the full body massage. I always continue to go back to him he is very friendly and professional.

Do NOT go here if you want to get the massage you asked for! In 10 months, I had 3 massages that did not cover the area I asked to be massaged. It was a different area each month, depending on where my pain and tension were worst at the time. Last time, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told he would call me. It has been over 6 weeks, and I have heard nothing. I should have suspected he would not call when the receptionist asked me if I would be renewing my membership. I gave a polite but firm No. She asked if I still wanted the manager to call? Duh! Chase wold not cancel the charge for me, either. Clearly a chain business cannot be trusted to give a quality massage product. It appears they feel no obligation to provide good service. I cannot strongly enough recommend NOT to go here.Additionally--LOTS of pressure to tip. And tip highly.

There is ABSOLUTELY nowhere on their website that says anything about pricing which really grinds my gears. Also would have been great to know that an hour long massage is regularly $90 and only $50 on your very first visit. When buying gift card for others itd be really nice to know this because now my family members gift cards arent even enough to pay for a full massage. Employees need to be more hands on with this. Such bad service, never going back

One of the best places to get massages in the city! Professional staff and attention to details. Relaxing atmosphere. Ive been a member for over a year and Ive never had a bad experience or a single complaint. They just did a remodel and it turned out beautiful and they now offer facials as well. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

I got a facial from Kayla, she was extremely informative about every step of the process and was easy to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I definitely recommend that you see Kayla if you want to get a facial.

Whenever I go here I choose Peter for deep pressure. He is very good at his job and makes you feel comfortable. He gives some of the best massages I’ve received.

Had a gift card from my children and scheduled a facial. First time at massage envy. A young woman is checking in when I arrived for her appt and was told she was schefuled for another day. No worries I thought his happens. I get checked in the young woman takes me back and as were talking I quickly learned I was scheduled for a massage not a facial. Next available appt is October. I specifically scheduled this prior to leaving on vacation. Two errors by this business within five minutes of opening its doors. Not a good or professional first impression. The only reason I will come back is to use the gift card. Terrible

I have been going to Egyptsha for the last few years. She is my favorite massage therapist. She listens to your needs and does a great job. I would definitely recommend going there.

Love the service and care each person provides their customer. Every massage is different and wonderful. I have the membership and love the roll over and sharing options. Life can get busy and they make sure you keep the service you pay for.

There have been multiple issues with this business. If I could give zero stars I would. The latest is they said because new owners took over they will not accept a punch card with a free massage that I have after purchasing and getting 12 massages already. I asked if they sent out a notice stating they were not going to accept them anymore and they said no. This is really poor service and communication. You think you are buying 12 and will get one free one and then after you buy 12 you aren’t allowed to use the free one. I will never go there again. Bait and switch. Terrible service and business.

Josiah is the bomb. Best massage Ive had from anyone, not just Massage Envy.Armrests would be beneficial. I hav old injuries that dont allow me to keep arms comfortable or in place while either in stomach or back. Takes away from the experience and tightens my shoulders right back up not having those.

My massage therapist did a great job with actual massage, it was exactly what I asked for! I wish that I would have had more information about how the massage would go, or a brief summary of what my visit would entail. I was escorted to a room and informed that we would start face down. Then after the massage I was escorted out to hear about the packages the spa offers. I afterwards had a friend inform me to drink lots of water, and when I mentioned soreness, they told me to make sure to treat it (ice/heat). I wish they would have informed me at the spa. Overall it was a good visit, just wish they would have given me more information, as I told them it had been a significant amount of time since Ive had one.

JD at Greenfield is fabulous! Always professional and communicates perfectly during the massage. He also has suggested other things I can do to alleviate some of my problems in between visits.

We canceled our membership because we moved, and they continued to charge the fee and had a different reason why every time. We didnt use the membership much because they never had openings. You have to book an appointment 2 plus months in advance, and even then sometimes they canceled the day of.

Perla at the Greenfield location is the best. She not only took me out of pain from a shoulder muscle pull but made me resign with massage envy. Expert therapist in my book!!!

I was very disappointed. By the time I got situated in the room, it was 2:40 and my massage was done at 3:22. This was not the full 60 minutes.

Absolutely terrible scheduling experience... I was rescheduled 5 times by this company taking 2 years to finally get in and be seen. Massage was ok however the therapist was extremely rude. I will never return.

Bait and switch pricing..... You list a 90 minuted massage for $75 on your website, and then when I call to schedule the appointment, Im told it will be $135, almost double the original price! A rather unscrupulous practice in my opinion. I luckily had the forethought to clarify the pricing when making the appointment, and decided that too much of an increase just because Im not a member. I used to have the monthly subscription, but a $60 a month subscription for a non-necessity is a bit much, and now because I dont want to pay that monthly amount, youre going to double my cost. I had also tried requesting an appointment from their website twice with no reply at all. Poor service, bait and switch pricing....

Good massages, IF you can get an appointment thats not many weeks out. Last summer we were told appointments were so far out because staff was reducing hours to enjoy summer, looks like the same thing this year. Disappointing that you can pay for a membership and not be able to use it.
