Elements Massage

I have been going to Elements West Allis regularly for the last few years and have always had a positive experience with the massage therapists and the front desk staff. Everyone is extremely kind and professional. Shout out to the front desk person today who helped me pay with a gift card I had left at home by finding it on my account. Really appreciate it!!

The absolute WORST massage I’ve ever had. I normally go to Elements or Neroli in Brookfield, but I needed a massage earlier than they had openings. This was my first massage at the West allis location, and I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage with Shiloh. Before the massage we talked about specific areas I wanted worked on. She started the massage with me face down, and she began to rub my back with dry hands. After a few minutes of that, I asked her to use a lotion or oil. She said that was how she normally started massages. Weird. I’ve never had that before. Then as the massage progressed, it felt very amateur and like she didn’t know what she was doing. After working on my back and shoulders, I had to speak up because she would rub an area, and I felt more inflamed than when I came in. I had to speak up about 5 times during the massage about different areas that didn’t feel good. I’ve never had to speak up for myself so many times, and I know not everyone is comfortable advocating for themselves. I finally asked her to stop, and she said that she was just wrapping up, and it was the end of my massage. I was floored. She didn’t address my deltoids and scalp as we had discussed. I came in with a migraine and asked for work on my scalp and face. I’ve had multiple shoulder surgeries and needed work on my right deltoid. She did massage my arms, but was done in only a few minutes with zero concentration on my deltoids. I couldn’t believe the time was up, and she hadn’t followed through with my very specific requests. When she was done, and I was dressed, she wasn’t outside the room as she said she would be. I went to the front desk to check out and let the receptionist know how disappointed I was with the massage and Shiloh. I told her it was the worst massage I’d ever had. She apologized and said she would leave a message for the manager. With the agreement that I would discuss payment with the manager when she called, I left without paying. The manager never called me to follow up. While I’m happy to have not paid for such a terrible massage, the customer service is obviously lacking from the top down. I will never go back to that location. Shiloh was absolutely horrible. Please don’t waste your time or money on an appointment with her. I don’t know where she went to massage school, but it honestly felt like she had no training at all. All I can say to a prospective client is not to go here, and definitely NEVER BOOK WITH SHILOH!!!

Purchased a prenatal massage for my pregnant wife. Paid extra to it to be done by elite Colleen, who also specialized in prenatal massages. My 8 month pregnant wife arrived 6 minutes early to her massage and was charged with a late fee. She filled out all the paperwork prior so it’s not like she was delaying the process. Colleen also kept up conversation with my wife throughout the massage. My wife was looking forward to a peaceful massage, not being asked questions constantly. Overall the experience was not what we had expected.

Pretty pushy on the monthly membership, not cool. Online it says extra $10 for a prenatal massage, confirmed over the phone a week before the appointment..when we got there they said $20 extra.. I corrected them and they did accommodate. Overall a massage was what I wanted & recieved which was pleasant.

The overall atmosphere and customer service was phenomenal.The negatives is that I ended up getting a service that wasnt clearly described on the website. On the site it appeared to be an add on to an 1hr massage, which lead me to believe my entire service would total an hout an a half. Once at the appointment I was briefly informed to pick 2 focus spots which would receive (reflexology). I prepared for my service by going nude (expecting a full body massage, in addition to reflexology). At this point I think I should have been informed that there was no need to undress for the service selected. Instead the therapist completed the service, and I explained to her what I booked online/expected to receive. If I had been properly informed, I would have opted to do the full body massage (which cost less). The reflexology only consists of two focus spots for the duration of 1 hour and cost more than a full body massage.I probably didnt explained that correctly, but didnt want to continue this review any longer than necessary. So, when booking online, please beware of this.I did book another appointment with another therapist (the first one didnt satisfy my expectations with what was received). So, well give it another shot and see how it goes.

The staff is amazing here as is customer service. So far I have only received massages from Shiloh. She is a miracle worker. I am dealing with hip pain that I go to physical therapy for and the only thing that takes the pain completely away are the massages from Shiloh. The pain is kept from completely gone to just a minimum for weeks and up to a month just after one massage session.

Kylee did an amazing job! I absolutely loved ever minute of the massage. And I didnt feel as awkward as I thought I was going to. She was super easy to talk to, knew what she was doing, and made me feel like it was ok to tell her when I needed her to use more or less pressure.

The employees including Ambrosia and Anne do great work. But twice I had be called due to a cancelation thirty days apart took off work to receive service. Not that any of women motioned canceled , but I expected reliable service when needed. Im not at all dissatisfied with the service provided but the lack of reliability is concerning I have to find a new location with service assured on schedule, Im to busy to reschedule so often.

I love the staff they always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. The environment is nice and relaxing as well. Some of the better masseuses are harder to schedule with but most of them are good so its not that big of deal.

Amazing experience! Clayton really worked out a lot of stress I hold in my shoulders and neck! Looking forward to booking another session.

First let me start off my saying I had a session gifted to me and that one session had me hooked! I love that marketing idea 💡The therapist Ive enjoyed the most is hands down Abby, she is phenomenal. She is so friendly, courteous, and respectful. I can tell shes an experienced therapist, since she releases muscle tension every time I come and gives suggestions on how to ease tension at home.The place is kept very clean and is very quiet. As soon as I walk in my de-stressing period begins.Prices are very reasonable and the massages are amazing. This IS why I continue coming back. Keep it up!

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and respectful. I felt well taken care of the minute I walked through the door. The spa itself is very quiet and smells really nice :) I signed up as a member after my first massage, no question! Thanks for the lovely experience.

Kylee was absolutely phenomenal. I normally go to Neroli but never again - I have never had a better massage. Her pressure was perfect and her techniques were flawless and actually did something! Seriously I have never been more impressed and satisfied.

I can honestly say the two stars are only because Hannah has the hands of God. I’ve received incorrect information from the front desk staff at this location three different times. Today was the cake topper. I was scheduled for a 60 minute massage and the front desk associate told me that I could upgrade to the 90 minute massage because I had a Birthday credit I excepted that and upon leaving from my appointment today was told by another front desk associate that I had a balance due because I as an associate don’t qualify for the upgraded birthday 90 minute mind you I’m the one who said our membership up for my husband LOL again this is the third time I received incorrect information and this time it cost me an extra $40 I feel like in this situation, knowing that I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage and it was due for my birthday that they should have been very clear before the appointment or when I came in but I was even just told by the store manager that the email isn’t very clear but I’m considered an associate in my husband is considered the member and that they do the emails to bring in more business… I wouldn’t mind the extra cost had I understood what I was actually scheduled for, but being told one thing and scheduled by someone for something that you’re told is a birthday credit, but then it being changed and you’re being charged as you’re leaving, that feels like a scam. Again, Hannah has the hands of God and if it wasn’t for her, I would literally give zero star…

I was thrilled to find a place close to home! I had 6 massages to date and left each time super happy! I suffer from severe pain, due to underlying conditions, and this helped elevate a good portion of it! My last visit was met with a rude front desk associate (who spent more time chewing her food than answering my questions) and a change in future appointments! None of which I had asked for! Communication is essential In life! Sadly, this lady was horrid and that hurts the soul! Nobody should leave feeling like I did! Thankfully, I made a few calls and found a much better place to go in the future! I was very heartbroken to lose the therapist I was working with! Good luck to anyone that goes to this place! I hope you have a much better experience than me!

Im thankful for all the times Ive went and everyone was so nice. Ive told people that I worked with about this location. I will continue to support and cant wait to book my next massage.

All staff is excellent to work with. Matty was fantastic. I have never felt better. I have been three times now with different therapist each time and I have had a great experience every time.

Sami was a great Message Therapist! She was slightly concerned about how much pressure she would be able to apply and made sure to ask if she should increase it or go lower. She ended up giving me the best massage Ive ever had! I scheduled another one as soon as i left the massage table. I highly recommend Elements Massage in West Allis to anyone looking to restart their body and feel brand new!

They were really good. The guy I had was able to find all sorts of problem areas on my back. My masseuse was very professional and made me feel comfortable. :)I spoke to someone very friendly on the phone and I ended up joining the Wellness program. However, when my friend was paying for her one time massage as she was from out of town, the workers at the front pushed her very hard to also sign up for the Wellness program. She had to say no multiple times to the point where I knew she was going to explode -- neither of us likes to be pushed by a business to join a membership when weve already said no 3+ times. Should really only have to say it once. It took her 20 minutes to pay. That part was not so cool, which is why Im not giving 5 stars. That and my friends masseuse talked the whole time even though she asked for silence on the sheet.They were never unfriendly or rude, but they need to learn to chill out on the memberships.Overall though, I had a good experience and I am excited to go back next month for my monthly massage!

I had a wonderful first massage here. I was apprehensive because I am larger, so I was nervous how I’d be treated. The staff was so friendly and made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere was very calming. My massage therapist was excellent! She made me feel comfortable and checked on my comfort level throughout my visit. I definitely recommend Elements Massage.

Ive been getting massages here for about 2-3 years now. I travel quite a bit so my credits stack up (I have a membership with them).The front desk people are super polite and they do a really good job of reminding you of your appointments. After trying out about 4 therapist, I found the one that is a perfect fit for me.Scheduling is also super easy. I usually schedule online but its as easy as just calling and talking to a receptionist. You should definitely try this place if youre looking for to incorporate massage therapy into your life.

I called in one day for the first time and was so excited to schedule and enjoy a “couples” massage. The employee on the phone was very nice and walked me through the prompts.She asked me for my girlfriends phone number to put on file for her massage and told her it was a surprise so she wouldn’t notify her. Fast forward a few days into the future and something came up where we would need to reschedule. I got a confirmation text that same day and it asked me to confirm or cancel the appointment. I canceled with the intention to reschedule the following week. Come to find out that they only canceled my appointment and not my girlfriends. But I canceled the couple massage…if I was the main person who made the appointment, why should she also cancel if I canceled the couples massage?? Long story short the communication was terrible, seems like this is common sense, they can charge me a cancellation fee fine..but for our first experience with this company being a negative one, we have no desire to go back. Felt like a con.

I started getting massages a couple of years ago and it has really helped my stress, migraines, and muscle aches.All of the staff at Elements are always friendly and accommodating. The massage therapists are courteous, personable, and professional. They are also always responsive to feedback during massages, making it possible to customize my massage however I need it that day. I have never had a bad massage!

I have been having shoulder issues for quite some time. After just one visit to Nakia, I woke up the following day with virtually no pain! He was thorough in the pre massage consult, asking where he should/shouldn’t focus. The pressure was perfect, and he made sure I was comfortable all the way through. It was a relaxing experience and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. 100% recommend this place!

Had an excellent 2 hour massage with Heather today. I am a one hour wellness member and had an extra massage to use from a month I could not get in. I was not sure if increasing to 2 hours would make a difference, but I feel like the extra time allowed my whole body to relax and I think going to Heather was just what I needed. I absolutely love her! She is so passionate about her job and making sure that her clients get the most out of their time. She is very positive and I always leave feeling energized and happy! She works very hard to make sure each massage is personalized on an individual day basis, depending on where I am feeling sore and adjusts her pressure naturally to allow the muscles to relax. Additionally, she is so easy to talk to and has excellent communication skills. She has a passion for her job and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Heather has true talent and is an asset to Elements West Allis!

Peggy was an amazing massage therapist! She focused on the areas I had concern while making the entire experience one of the best I have had. Her pressure was nice and strong and she asked often if it was the proper pressure. I would highly recommend Elements Massage and Peggy!

Actually Jaime not Brandon...I love everything about this place. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. The massages are excellent. I have been going for a year now and I look forward to each and every visit. When I got behind on scheduling my appointments, they reached out to me. It was so helpful. I can not express enough how happy I am with this place and the people that work there.

The location, the style of the shop, the customer service were all very good. The no frills approach (no spa stuff to keep costs down) is good. I lived in L.A. for a number of years and went to a few places with a similar style...keeps massage more affordable. I do like the spa approach sometimes, but I can afford more massages every year if I dont do it that way every time. I had a good experience. I will recommend it and would come back again.

I love going to Elements Massage in West Allis. The front office staff is super friendly! The front area and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. Ive had about 9 massages from 4 different therapists and they were all amazing! I look forward to my next one! Oh, and now they have aroma therapy too!

I love Elements, everyone is so friendly and compassionate. I have been going here for 3+ years and always look forward to my massages. Lonna is my therapist she is amazing, she knows the right pressure to use and always asks to make sure it is alright for me. I would recommend everyone to go here.

I had two massages in my eighth and ninth months of pregnancy, and Heather was wonderful! I had a great experience both times. If finances were better, I would totally have the membership for a massage every month. I also liked that with the membership, you could share it with someone else, so in my case, I would have shared the package with my husband. I had never seen where you could share the membership any other spa locations.

I had a terrific experience at Elements! The front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. My massage therapist, Heather,was very attentive to my needs. I complained to her about severe neck and shoulder pain, and she was able to alleviate my pain. The amount of pressure that she uses is very deep, but it was exactly what I needed and felt incredible. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a deep tissue massage!

Canceled 1 hour before my session.Very unprofessional and very clearly staff wanted a Sat night off. I had an option for an earlier appointment somewhere else but wanted to try this place. If I had canceled on them I would owe money but they can cancel last minute and it’s fine.

As a first time customer, I was very pleased and impressed with the service I received the moment I walked through the door. I was recommended Andy as my therapist and would definitely go back. If you want someone to give you a good consistent firm pressure massage then hes your guy! Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

Shannon is awesome! I dont want to share her. She is the best kept secret massage therapist ever! She can figure out where your muscles need work and she has found a few that I have not noticed!! The staff and other massage therapist are great and professional. It is worth going monthly! I wish I could tell you to leave Shannon alone!! She is mine!! 😊

I went to Elements in West Allis with their new customer discount. I was paired with Tacia, who miraculously was well-trained in exactly what I needed: relief from sciatic pain.My massage was very good, although not the best Ive received. Was great for the pain relief, but not the most relaxing and I generally prefer a mix of both. The staff was very friendly, but overall I find the atmosphere at Elements locations to feel a bit stale - I suppose its due to it being a chain.I was able to make an appointment the day after I had called, so their open availability is definitely a plus, especially for someone who has flare-ups.

Diane was absolutely fantastic! Her massage skills are excellent and she went out of her way to help work out my “issues”. I can’t wait to come back and see her again! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as well. Thanks so much!

The receptionist was very nice and informative. I went to see Rachel when my back locked up and I walked out of there feeling 1 million times better. I will definitely be back to see Rachel. I’ve been to a lot of massage places and she knows exactly what she’s doing. She also gave me exercises to do when I went home. She was very knowledgeable and very experienced.

My fiance called to schedule me an appointment which I was extremely excited about because my week had been really tough. Two hours before my massage, I received a phone call telling me my appointment had to be cancel due to the masseuse being called away to an emergency. Of course I was a bit upset, however I understood. I thought I would be offered some kind of incentive or someone else, but I received excuses and a terrible attitude from the person that did the scheduling. She was so rude and had the nerve to say “well there is nothing else I can do for you”. I will never do business with anyone that treats people that way.

Im a member of their wellness club so I usually go once a month. Every time I go I get a great massage, but this time I had someone by the name of Heather and her hands felt like heaven. She was able to work my whole body in 90min, plus she was polite and professional

Ive seen multiple therapists for different reasons. Cupping, hot stone, athletic muscle tension and even just a relaxing massage. They all have their specialties and everyone is wonderful. I appreciate their work to keep the spaces clean and safe during the pandemic. Keep up the great work!

I love Elements!! They definitely take care of their clients and make the experience very personal. Kevin is a great massage therapist and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and always seem to have a smile on their faces. See you all soon for my next appointment!

Constant last minute cancellations of our appointmentsMy wife bought a package where she gets one massage a month. She saved two up so we could go in and do a couples massage. We rarely have the same days off, so this was scheduled a long time in advance. About an hour before we planned on heading in, they called and stated someone called in sick and had to cancel. My wife was looking forward to this for a long time, so it was pretty disappointing. It will be months before we are both free on a weekend again. I asked her how often they cancel on her. She stated around 40-50% of the time.My wife further stated last time she threatened to cancel her membership, but they stated she would lose the paid for sessions. So they won’t let you cancel until you use them, but they cancel on you when you try to use them. This sounds like a scam to me.If they have to cancel up to 50% of the time because of people calling in sick every weekend, this sounds like a serious staffing issue that needs to be addressed.This company has serious reliability issues and left my wife highly disappointed. The fact that they won’t let her cancel her membership without penalties when they are at fault seems like a pretty serious issue as well.The reason why I’m giving it a 2 at this point is because I called and spoke to the manager Ray. He seemed understanding and added 30 minutes to our next massage (still doesn’t make up for it, but it’s a start). We are willing to give them another try, but if they cancel on us again, this rating will definitely go down to a one. If they can manage to not screw this up for a while, perhaps I’ll bump the rating up.

Ive never experience such poor service and follow up. My original encounter at this location was during Valentines weekend (I should have known that they were not that great since the other two location I contacted were already booked). Anyway, so I booked two deep tissue message. When I arrived for my appointment and was taken to the back my therapist informed me she does not do deep tissue message. As you can imagine I was very dissatisfied with my message and I was informed about elements message guarantee and I received a call from the manager apologizing about the mishap. So I scheduled another message with a different therapist under the impression I wouldnt be charged. Only to find out I was charged for the message (my credit card is on file) although I was told I wouldnt be charged by the receptionist and manager. I would never go back to this location and I would not recommend this location.

Being in the industry I have been to a lot of massage places. I decided to buy a groupon to try out Elements. One of my clients gets services done @ the Brookfield location. Love the fact you can choose location, Love the fact you can book online, Love the fact they called me for my first time and did a littler interview to see who best fit me, Love the fact they sent a thank you card on my first visit. Customer service is huge now, and with people expectations being through the roof, they do a great job at meeting those standards. Rooms are super quite and clean!

I went into Elements with a new client coupon. I didnt expect to end up coming back to be honest, but Tasha was so great, I see her twice a month now. I joined their wellness club, and its absolutely worth the $59 a month I pay. I love Elements and cant wait until my massage next Monday!

Alexis was very professional and respectful. She was intuitive during the massage treatment, and gave recommendations/suggestions at the end of the session. Highly recommended. Front desk staff was welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable as well.

I was a loyal participant in the wellness program for a while. When my wallet got stolen I had my card replaced. When I spoke to Elements in February about why it was not a valid card anymore and I would have to get back to them with the new card when replaced. Then Covid happens.... they obviously weren’t giving massages and it slipped my mind. Granted I have (3) hour massages tallied up at this point. They choose after supposedly sending an email to my junk folder saying they are canceling my account. Ok..... what about the massages I paid for!!!!??? This is why I’m so upset with the unprofessional company and ownership to not take into consideration we had a worldwide pandemic. All to take $300 from a loyal customer who told others to come here..... not anymore, now it will now be this warning to each person. So disappointed.

First massage in years and Nakia at the West Allis location was amazing! He checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was what I wanted. I left feeling INSTANT relief from my sore back, I will be back as I signed up for their wellness program. Looking forward to more massages and this investment in myself :)

Wasnt sure what to expect, but I really liked it. The staff is friendly & welcoming. The massage therapist asks questions to make sure the pressure is right, the trouble spots are addressed and that she is meeting my needs! I like the monthly membership option which Im sure will help over time, to get regular treatments!

A few months back I had a Friday off and decided to give Elements a call to set up an appointment. I was lucky and able to get in the same day with Heather. She was awesome and really helped me de-stress. I am now a part of the wellness program and have set myself up for monthly appointments. Extremely happy with the front staff and Heather!

The massage was scheduled at 1 pm and i had been asked to come 15 mins before for paper work, that was 12.45 pm. I was stuck in traffic due to bad weather and arrived at 12.48 pm, completed paper work and was in the room by 1.05 pm, i was okay with 55 mins massage. The massage therapist Rachel was very rude and she said she can do only 30 mins since i came late and told me my massage was supposed to start at 12.45 pm but no one ever told me that. She refused to talk and asked me to leave and go to reception to reschedule it. I took half day off from work but it was total waste while suffering with pain.That was very bad experience, this place is over booked for no reason and staff doesn’t communicate properly and massage therapist is very rude.I will never go to this place and won’t recommend to anyone.

My therapist was really nice, very informative and did not rush my treatment at all. I told so many others that I work with that they need to go see Meg Rose! One of the best massages ever

The staff here is great!*update 3 years later*Stopped in to gift one of my 3 pre-paid messages to my wife for her bday, and found they expired....I used to come here once a week. I cant believe theres no customer loyalty with the amount of money I used to spend here. Ill buy her a bday massage elsewhere. The girl upfront broke me the news very nicely.

I love having the membership. I always get a courtesy call if I haven’t scheduled a appointment in a while. Every admin has been so kind and helpful and every therapist has been amazing!

I got my first massage as a groupon gift. I was not planning on spending the money on a regular membership. But yet after the Massage with Tacia, I felt amazing. She is a gem. I feel sooo wonderful after my massages and love the coupons that come with as you sign up. I put it on the calendar and then when that month comes up, that is usually the time when I need it.

I had a 90 minute relaxation/stress management massage with Sherlyn; she was awesome! Very friendly (but not distractingly talkative) and very willing to customize the massage to what I wanted.Elements is the only place that I go to get consistently good massages!

I have been long searching for a great Massage Therapist and I have finally found the one! Aaron is amazing at what he does and I am always looking forward to my next appointment! Also I love the location and staff of the West Allis Elements location :)

If you are planning to have frequent massages then this place is for you. I enjoyed my massage, but felt it was over priced and promos were not clearly communicated. Since my 1 time massage ended I have been bothered with frequent reminders to reschedule. I want to support my local businesses but I wont be back here anytime soon.

If you are looking for a great prenatal massage, this is the place to go! They have a special bed which allows you to lay on your stomach, which makes the massage experience so much better. The environment was very relaxing and the staff were all very friendly.

Nakia gave me the best massage I ever had. He was professional and attentive to my needs and amount of pressure I preferred. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend him.

The massage itself is the only reason Im giving it 1 star. the experience & headache Ive encountered after Ive suspended my membership & then terminated it doesnt improve my rating. Im being charged for not even going even after I suspended my membership. I went there once before I had my daughter but I explained due to having 2 kids, working, & getting ready for my wedding in May, I dont have the time or extra money. their membership rules are a bit extreme for such a professional establishment. most places allow you to give a notice. here, you have to go there, fill out a form and it will not be processed until you complete it. Im done going there. personally, its not worth my time or money. even after I terminated, they are STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME MONEY EVERY MONTH!!!!

I had a very good experience at Elements Massage in West Allis. The staff were very friendly and informative. The shop was clean and smelled good. The massage therapist was excellent and very calming atmosphere was provided. I will be back for sure.

I had a massage with Megan. I was very specific about what I wanted. She listened to me, and delivered pretty much exactly what I wanted. She was very professional, affable and communicative. If youre looking for deep tissue relief, check out Megan.

Abby made my first visit so great! I wasn’t sure what to expect but she explained everything she was doing in detail and answered any questions I had. She also left me with recommendations, which were so helpful. I can’t wait to visit again!

Massage was great, but a kind reminder to the management that you are in business thanks to your clients and because your staff is not working doesnt mean you should threaten your clients with police action because they thought the services were paid for ahead of time like normal when in this time they werent which could have been simply resolved by having an employee at the desk at checkout to speak with. Wont be going back here ever again. Blatantly rude.

I purchased a salon package for my wife from Elements website. She called to set an appointment for 2 days later and got a confirmation for her to come at 10:45am. Once she got there, she was told that her appointment was never confirmed because she did not give the credit card info. She said that she had mentioned to the person answering the phone that she had received a prepaid gift. Salon front desk person made excuses and did not accomodate her.I finally went there and they started giving me excuses as to why the appointment was not made. So I asked them to simply give me my money back because this is the 2nd time they had made the same mistake and I didnt want to deal with them any more. To this, they gave me another excuse... Since the order was prepaid, they will not be able to give the money back.So basically they dont want to provide service and dont want to give the money back as well.After trying to reason with them for a few minutes, I gave up and called the credit card company to open the complaint against them.As a business owner, I dont understand how they can steal money from people as they have done to us. They are also forgetting that there is enough competition out there and if they keep up this crappy stuff, they will eventually get replaced by someone better.

For my most recent massage, I saw Jonah. I prefer medium to firm pressure for my massages. He was able to relieve a ton of my muscle tension and work out most of my knots. I felt like a million dollars after that massage and that feeling lasted DAYS after getting the massage. I would highly recommend Jonah!

I don’t recommend monthly membership. There’s no perks with. Employees at the West Allis location does not throughly understand policy. Had two discrepancies on behalf of misunderstanding due to employee lack of knowledge which is very disturbing and resisting considering it’s supposed to be a place of relaxation. I wouldn’t recommend to a rat. Highly regret spending my money with this company. Absolutely hate being inconvenienced

I do not recommend this establishment. Ok massage but inept staff. Massages canceled day of due to someone calling in sick. They tried to offer upgrades DURING the massage session (not relaxing at all to be hounded with offers whilst halfway through a massage.) When I asked to focus the massage to one trouble area, the therapist spent a whole 3 minutes of a 60 minute massage actually massaging the area I had requested. After one particular session, the staff spent ~20min insisting that something was wrong with my credit card/bank, only to find that they kept entering the identifying information of the card incorrectly several times in a row. They additionally double-charged me for a session. I think they mean well, but there seems to be some sort of disconnect when it comes to actually fostering a positive costumer experience.

The experience at Elements Massage was not what I would expect! From the entrance, to the front desk staff, to the message room and message therapist. The place is not relaxing one bit, the therapist did not listen to what I wanted, and talked the entire time. Not worth the money and time spent. Dont waste your money, all they do is try to up sell you!

I had a great massage from Michelle at Elements Massage. I have some leg pain and she was patient in helping to find the potential sources of that pain in my back. I am definitely planning on coming weekly to relax and to get better!

The hiring manager asks that you call back and when you do she tells you we have looked at your application and unfortunately the owner said to stop calling?? Wow, she only called back because they said to hiring manager said to call back. Very poor professionalism on that West Allis manager. They could of said we are reviewing applications we will contact you if we are interested. Sounds like your manager needs a different career choice!!! Also, after making this post review, my daughter received a phone call from the manager stating that he feels harrassed because of this post.
