I been asked questions to receive exactly the service Im looking for and the way I like it dune. I get explain all the process so I know what to expect at all time even before its done. Great communication for me is key and the most important part of any service because it place the biggest roll on the outcome at VIP Spa the prices very reasonable for the excellent service I received.I feel extremely comfortable and never rushed at every apartment. I work in construction for over 30 years and I have never pay much attention to my back pain until it really got severe and it was interfering with my work. I started getting massages sporadically. But these massages will only help me for 2 or 3 days those are your average massages at the mall and the once you find at any street mall. So it became really expensive for the extremely short term relief I got. Until I came across The VIP Spa, this experience change my perspective of what a massage really is, or should be I must say. I booked for the first time the basic only thing I know a deep tissue massage like I used to do at any other massage place. It was a great experience since the beginning, I was welcomed and sat down and had a little conversation kind of evaluation about what hurt and what my goal was, what I was expecting to accomplish from this massage. And I was explained the difference between Deep Tissue and Myofascia Release Therapy. To be honest in my life I never heard the word fascia but I am so glad I was introduced to this because it really changed my life I wished I was introduced to this years ago. But it is better later than never, TRUST ME!!! I was explained this kind of massage it’s not really a massage it’s more like a treatment, so you only get it done until your problem is fix and the after that it’s just maintenance between 2 or tops 3 times per year. So this sound great to me! I am the kind of person that doesn’t have time to go to doctors or physical therapy etc so for me the faster I get things taking care of the better. So I did my treatment and now I just go there for maintenance so I can tell you this had saved me lots of time and money thank you to The VIP Spa. See you in my next appointment!

I booked a Myofascia Release Therapy Massage at The VIP Spa, one of the very few places providing this kind of service in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. I was explained in the beginning of my appointment in my consultation, that during and right after my massage I would experience my muscles feeling much looser, having more flexibility and my pain being reduce significantly to no pain at all. Thats exactly what I was looking for. And it happened just as promised. I am very happy with the first session results, and I will continue going for my maintenance routine to not let that fascia get hardened again. I was diagnosed with sciatica chronic pain by my doctor he referred me to physical therapy. After 8 sessions of physical therapy, 3 epidurals and no much hope left I was introduced to The VIP Spa. I bought a Myofascia Release Therapy package and since the very first session I was able to start feeling the relief I been looking for and for a fraction of the cost I had invested so far on this matter and most important the time I am saving compared to the time wasted in only one session!!! I came to the VIP Spa with an aching lower back and shoulders. I had had massages throughout the years, but they didnt provide anything other than short-term relief. VIP Spa uses myofascia relief therapy massage to address the root of pain and discomfort. The massage was painful at times, but it was worth it! Two days after the massage, I spent 7 hours on a concrete floor with no lower back pain. Before, I couldnt make it more than an hour without pain. Me and my family will be going to the VIP Spa. Janet is exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to a deep tissue massage. Yes, it hurts. Yes, bruising can occur afterwards. BUT her massages are the only thing (coupled with monthly visits to the chiropractor) that give me relief for my lower back pain, especially after having a baby and living with scoliosis. She’s simply the best. 10/10 would and do recommend her services to everyone!

I went for a deep tissue massage not really knowing what to expect. Janet definitely knew what she was doing. She was able to feel spots on my back that I didn’t even know needed work, but turned obvious as soon as she addressed them. I’m 42 and have quite a few injuries that I’ve ignored and even after one session, things have significantly loosened up. I was certainly tender after my session, but that fades. It’s that lingering dull pain that lasts and she certainly helped worked that out. I’ll definitely be back. 😊😊

I am a dancer performer in the LGTB community and I need to have my face and skin on point! For sometime I been looking for a place where I can feel comfortable that I can be me! After looking for so long I finally came across The VIP Spa, and I could be happier! Janet provides one on one service at the spa it’s very private very personal she makes me feel so welcome and extremely comfortable. She really know how to make you feel appreciated. I get regular facials and body treatments, I also go there for waxing and she does my pedicures and she also does my nail for the shows and let me tell she has everything for nail decoration and when I say everything I mean everything!!! Everything was great until 2 years ago. I started having some sciatic nerve pain. I went to the doctor and had some MRIs done. The test showed a couple of herniated discs so I got several epidural injections but this was not fixing theproblem. After trying everything in the market for pain, I went to The VIP Spa, when I arrived my massage therapist and I had a little talk prior to my massage which is part of the appointment. I told her about the diagnosis. And she explained me there is 50/50 chance this could be fix by her. At the beginning I was very skeptical but I had nothing to loose but 149 dollars, which is nothing for what I had expend already trying to fix this problem. She said herniated disco dont happen from one day to the next so there was a huge chance those disk were herniated for longer than those 2 years and never really bother me and now just because I had the MRIs I was able to blame them for my pain. And the other 50% chance was my Myofascia had harden and wrap around my nerves back there and if she was able to loosen it up, my pain would be significantly reduce or best escenario disappear. So I agreed to work with her. Let me tell you that after my first appointment I felt about 40% relief something no doctor had given me in the last 2 years she gave it to me in 1 hour right after I got out of her massage table. That was amazing! So I went and purchase a package she had available. I bought 5 massages and got one free. In my case that was all I needed to fix my problem. She also advise to come at least twice a year for maintenance or touch ups because obvious I was prone to get my Myofascia harden. I was so satisfied with the results that I recommend her services to everyone that has pain before expending all those big dollars at the doctors office. Totally worth it!!!

I love massage, but a quality massage, a massage that addresses a specific concern. A massage that as soon as you get up of that massage table you feel the change. A massage that is worth every penny you invest. And I can say that I finally found it at The VIP Spa! There are so many places were to get a massage in the Milwaukee area. Sometimes it can be overwhelming the fact that 90% of these places offer the same type of massage. When I ask the technique in all this places they said it is call acupressure, which is the very basic component in the massage world something just to loosen up those muscles to give you some pain relief Nothing wrong with that, however its not permanent so you have the need to get another one in a couple of days so is money wasted! While at The VIP Spa they offer a very exclusive technique call Myofascial Release Therapy (A level of massage you wont find very easy specially in Milwaukee) Which focus on pain that comes from Myofascial tissues which is the tough covering that wrap, connect and support muscles. This is a 149 dollar massage however its worth every single penny! Because you can actually experience relief while correcting your problem areas, that way you dont have to come as often. At The VIP Spa they explain to me that after the correction is done I will only will have to come maybe twice a year for a touch up or maintenance. So I am on that part of the process and this really had help me save so much money compared to the regular 70 or 80 dollars massage that I used the get up to 3 times a month before coming here! So yes! This is the place to come if you have some chronic or continues pain that doesnt go away at The VIP Spa they can really help you make a permanent fix to your problematic pain area!!!! 1000% recommended!!!

This is the best place for the facial. My face has a big problem for the skin. Many years nobody can help me, but I have been looking for all of those facial spa, finally, I found here. Janet is a very good facial helper, she did only one or two times my face looks huge different. My husband loved it so much. My waxer was Janet and she was absolutely amazing!!! I went in for a Brazilian wax for the first and was super nervous but she made me comfortable and welcomed. I definitely will go again and recommend to others!

This place is AMAZING! They offer such a wide variety of services, at a reasonable price. I got a gel french manicure, and the owner (Janet I believe is her name) took AMAZING care of me from start to finish. First, she had to stay past her scheduled hours to squeeze me in, and did so happily. Second, she did a great job with my nails, was full of pleasant conversation and awesome tips for ongoing nail care, and at the end, gave me a complimentary hand parfin treatment, just to be nice! I had a detailed facial done at The VIP Spa and let me tell you it is the best facial I ever had. Janet (owner and Esthetician) gave back,to my face and neck, that glow I haven’t had in years and the results had been long lasting. Not only she did my facial I upgrade it to a Milia removal service. And she removed every single Milia from my face, eye and neck pain free! I wish I knew her before to had that taking care of years ago. Now that I know this spa understands me and my skin needs and also makes me feel extremely comfortable (the appointments are so personalized and per appointment only) I can truly say I deposit all my trust and skin care in her hands. After my car accident 3 years ago my body has not been or feel the same. I experienced severe muscle tightness and had limitations while stretching. I been looking for a massage spa that can work deeply on my tense muscles. I visited several massage spas and some were ok and others just call deep tissue to what it really is a relaxation massage, very superficial massages. The ones that were ok give you one or two tops three days of relief. I was recommended The VIP Spa by one of my coworkers and I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! Janet it’s just a massage therapist from a different world!!! She really knows what she is doing! … First she sits with you in the consultation area and ask what is/are your problem areas. So I told her what had been bothering me for so long and she said she will evaluate to determine if I need a deep tissue massage of a Myofascial release therapy massage. She explain the difference between both and pretty much what I learn is that deep tissue massage is if for example you have a spasm or you sleep the wrong way and your neck hurts something that happened more recent and Myofascial release therapy it’s a more therapeutic massage for trauma on the muscles. It’s a more deep massage that works at your fascia level, not necessarily requieres more strength nor is a harder massage the technique she applies feel deeper but and slower than the average deep tissue. So that’s the kind of massage I needed! After 3 sessions my pain was completely gone. This therapy is used to fix and correct a problem not just maintenance that wold be more like a deep tissue. But first you have to fix them maintain. This is a specialty technique it is not offered in your average massage spa requires advance expertise and Janet at The VIP Spa delivers! I recommend this spa to everyone that had a pain or discomfort for a while and had not been able to get that solve let me tell you she can fix it!!!

I had a car accident last April, my doctor recommended physical therapy to recover movement on my right arm he specifically recomendable Myo fascia Release Therapy done. I follow the instructions and had some sessions approved by my insurance until I run out and I was on my own and I was expected to pay out of pocket we are talking about 300ish per session which I couldn’t afford. I started doing some research on places that offer this particular type of therapy because I felt somewhat relief from it. I came across The VIP Spa which luckily provided this Therapy but way better! While physical therapy was only doing the Myo fascia release therapy on the just the specific area at The VIP Spa I was getting the therapy not only on the arm area, I was explain to improve movement the shoulder, chest and back shoulder be treated as well as a whole and that was the perfect combination to fix the problem. I did buy a very affordable package and by the end of it my arm was completely fix. I recommend The VIP Spa to any person that had already been through therapy and have not find completely relief or maybe have not insurance to pay out of pocket. This is a great alternative. You will be completely satisfy with the results!

Her communication is terrible. Took more than a week to schedule my appointment and then there was no confirmation the day before or day of. Unsure if she offers full-body massages but I only received a back massage and I’ve been in pain since.She’s sweet but not the masseur for me.

Janet is a highly skilled masseuse who is constantly learning and perfecting her craft - she has a variety of techniques at her disposal and is one of the few masseuses I have encountered with a heavy enough hand to work out the knots and kinks in my rickety neck/shoulders/back, to return the elasticity of the skins fascia and provide pain relief at the same time.

Thank you God because I was always looking for a person to help my husband who had so much pain in his back, his arms, his feet, and you put Janet in our path. It seems impossible to me that he will heal and through her he improved a lot with just two massages that he received. It was an impressive change in his back and in his arms. He tells me that nothing hurts anymore that he feels good. Its been many years since he felt that way. We went to chiropractors. We went to doctors and no one could help him. Thank God and Yaneet.
