Excellent customer service.Employees very smart and super helpful and friendly.However , NOT A SINGLE ITEM has a physical price tag affixed to it in the store. Nothing.This simply means employees can and do choose how much you pay on the spot, usually based off your knowledge & your wallet .

Been coming here for months and I dont know what it is. But it seems that one employee just doesnt like me. Refused my service. Saying that they cannot do card transaction $3 or less. While the other employees were ready and have taken my money. Very irritating. And very rude about it. On his phone and everything. The transaction was about to happen. So I dont understand his reasoning or rudeness. Everyone else is great accept for this one employee.So after speaking to someone 5hat an employee claimed to be an owner I believed the manner was settled and was promised a free product for my troubles. I walk in. Im told the person we spoke to was never the owner even though this man spoke to the employee prior whom I had issues with. Like what is this? Will never return. The way Ive been treated just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I had a bad day on 6/8/22 and I had Mohanned and one of his employees take care of me with one of the best deals Ive ever seen or heard. Made me feel like I was one of the most important customers in the world. These guys are amazing and their work styles are even more impressive than you could imagine.

So I walk in this place and they have everything I need or anything I could be looking for from vapes, to glass, to hookahs, to drinks, to juice. It looks beautiful in here with all the bright colors and friendly faces. The guys at Cloud City are amazing!! Also their prices are awesome and they have deals on everything. Literally everything!!

Best customer service from Besh and Moochi with huge choice of excellent product. Happy I walked home on Wells to find this gem of a business in my neighborhood. Open early and late! Love their in-store Delta 8 pre-rolls for $5. Excellent buys on flower as well.

They ok overpriced and was standing there for 2-3 min before someone said anything to me . Go to naras on Layton and cheaper and better deals plus delivery

So I went in to buy a product that most vape stores carry and they didn’t have it. Cool. They said they’d have it in a couple days. I went back. They didn’t have it. So I bought another device, and they charged me $40 for a product that’s sold by the company who makes it at $20. It’s my fault for going in not knowing the price the item should be, but come on that’s absurd. Dudes are nice though, aside from charging me 100% more of that I should’ve paid.

I love this place. After only a few purchases, the staff knew my tastes and would get my product ready before I even made it to the counter.

Ok I feel like this place could be a 5 star establishment but the workers are deceptive not helpful its more about getting more out of your pocket than actually helping you. if they just took the time to explain more about the products they could definitely sell more if they had samples of the different vapes that way you would know exactly what you like instead of the trial and error. Furthermore the worker opened up a product i thought we were just testing it and then he say this is yours so be careful

This place is awesome! All vape shops should be like this, food, lounge, friendly staff. It really harkens to European cafe culture. Not the best selection but you come to a place like this for the atmosphere. Id recommend this place to anyone in the area. @the_wolf_fenrir

Cafe is almost like an man cave. They always have football and basketball games going on and even UFC fights so people can come and smoke their hookah and have a chill night. When coming here expect the upmost care for you and your needs.

Ive gone a few times now and they are often not open when they say they are. Ive gone at 12 and Ive gone as late as 2pm and the doors are locked. Stinks when I have to walk in the snow to find out its locked. Call to make sure its open before you go
