Amazing store, definitely the best one in the Milwaukee area. The staff is crazy knowledgeable and friendly. Carl is the man. Store is the cleanest, most well-organized shop I have seen, ever. I cannot recommend them enough. In addition to the vapor products, their CBD products have worked really well for me. Love the location, too!

I always have a great experience at Infinite vapor, at both locations, employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and able to help me find what I want. Their reward program is great too, I got a new Lost vape Orion with my points!!! How can you not love this place????

I visited this location the other week with hopes of quitting cigarettes. Couldn’t be happier with how I was helped. I got a great device and flavor well under the price I thought I’d be paying. The service was very impressive and informative. Thanks to the guys there I am now down to only a few cigarettes a day and plan to fully make the switch! Thank you Infinite Vapor for all the help.

Seriously best vape shop ever, as someone new in town it felt welcoming and Damien helped us right away with getting a mod and new liquids. They have a great selection and some interesting liquids that I dont think we would have found anywhere else. Seriously in love with our stuff and the shop!

Love this vape store. Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Took my mom in there to get her started with a good setup and the guy there was just so helpful and respectful. My mom felt very out of place going in there but the guy just made her feel so welcome and not so out of place. Highly recommend!

Only reason to go here is if you need something ASAP and are too impatient to buy online and wait for it to come in the mail. Prices here are at least twice if not three times as much as they would be for the same product online. Its anticipated that prices would be a bit higher than they are online, but this kind of a markup is insane.The selection at MKE Vape on Brady is smaller but prices are definitely more reasonable and the lady who works there is a gem. Id recommend going there instead if you cant wait for something to be shipped.

I stop in over my lunch break at work, and I always like to ask for recommendations when I’m there. Carl’s usually working at that time - super chill guy that always seems to be in a great mood - and he’s always got an idea based on what I’m looking for. Go to this store if you’re in between the two around here like I am. Also lots of video games, just c’mon it’s great.

I stopped in to replace my lost e-cig today. In the past, Ive made most of these purchases online to save a little bit of money. If youve done the same, you know theres an almost limitless number of brands and products, and researching them can be a big time-sink. Kelsey at Infinite Vapor helped me quickly select the best products for me, and Im very satisfied with my purchase. The prices werent too bad after all, and I didnt have to pay for shipping. If you value your time and prefer to spend it using your new device rather than googling it, Id recommend paying this place a visit for your next purchase.

I went to Infinite Vapor a week ago to buy an e-cigarette, I ended up purchasing the eGo One which the sales clerk highly recommended as a starter. Within the same night of leaving with my happy purchase the atomizer tube/tank began leaking. I went back into the store on my next day off and the salesclerk working told me it must be the atomizer head being a faulty one and to buy new ones so I did. Once replacing the atomizer head twice because each one leaked I went back in yet again today as the two previous salesclerks told me they would work to find resolutions and help me if anything went awry. Today once yet again a different salesclerk was working, who did nothing but shrug his shoulders at me. He offered to have me leave my new vape their so he could call his boss and wait for him to call him back which he estimated to be about 3 hours and could not tell me what would come of that but it seemed like the answer would be nothing. This concept seemed insane to me to drive out of my way twice in one day. The only other resolution he could offer me was to buy a new tank which was the display tank that I watched him clumsily knock over and nearly drop. The replacement tank that they had available was not by the same brand nor did it even look similar to the original and cost me yet another $20. Main point is I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back here again. Although the staff seemed to stand behind their products they could do nothing when they sold a defective one to me but tell me since I used it they would not take it back. On a small positive note they offer nice flavors and their staff was at least helpful in picking these out.

Infinites knowledgeable staff (most notably Matt, Carl, and Jake) create a chill, comfortable, and helpful environment. Theyve had my back since 2015. The exceptional customer service, great selection of juice & hardware, plus a great hang out vibe, makes being a regular customer at Infinite well worth it!

The guy who was working both times I went in treated me like he had better things to do than help me, even though I was the only person in the store. Im new to vaping - bought my first unit here - and every time I asked a question I got a curt answer that wasnt really an answer at all. When I asked about a certain juice all I got from him was you dont want that, and no explanation or anything. I dont think Ill be back if thats how theyre going to treat their customers.

I am a complete notice and they pointed me into right the directions with all aspects of the vaping world. Mike was extremely friendly and made my visit very enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back to this spot. Unlike all the other places Ive gone to, their section and knowledge has gone absolutely surpassed beuond and of my expectations and wonder. I love visiting this store. The employees are friendly and helpful and answered many questions I had about CBD. I like the CBD brands they sell, even some made locally in MN. I have slept much better since I started taking the BLNCD Chill CBD oil -- no more restless nights and I fall asleep quicker too. I would highly recommend checking them out for CBD and your vape needs.

Great Juices, Knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere. Granted, when I came in with my 28yr old son, they were friendlier and more willing to talk to him instead of his 50+ mom...but Ive been vaping longer, I know my flavor profile and understand mixes. Still go back because of the quality of products.I asked for an OCC coil and they sold me the updated SSOCC coil, honestly...a better coil all around but would have been nice for them to tell me they were selling that one instead.Will go back, often! Would give 5 stars if they had been more focused on Mom, but I get it, my sons their age group.

I bought my first vapor in this place, and my experience was horrible with the employees and the product!I spend around 85 dollar And the vapor have some problem after one day Was a fabbric problem they said.So they asked the recipe but I it was lost, and I just print my credit card transactions and give to them.But I wasn’t good for them , and they try to find the recipe in them archive.After 3 weeks they never let me know anything!So I just walked in by myself and I was happy because i found the original recipe too as well!So they give me parently a new vapor ! But after 30 minute I was try to used, it wasn’t work and again the same problem , I was so upset and I just been again in the store.There was one young guy, he do not try to help me, also was so rude and very bad employees!He just try also to treat me Luke stupid.This is the bad store ever in the town !!Now I bought everything in another store and I’m so happy!

Always great customer service. Ive been going here for two years now. This is my vape shop. Props to Carl and Corey for being such great guys and showing me how to build my RDA as well as my own coils.

Nice layout, very comfortable experience. Leather couches, areas to sit. Its just ashame that hooka bars get to thrive, but they demonize the vape and restrict patrons from sampling and enjoying their passion here. Staff is always friendly, and I love the incentives. Got a free 30ml bottle for my birthday!

On 04/04/16 I went in the other day to pick up a new mod since the one I had broke. The guy behind the counter made me feel like I was completely inferior moron when I asked a question on a unit.I might not be a vaping guru, but when did this become for only the elite or self-righteous? I was then completely ignored while no one else was in the store, and the guy behind the counter huffed and puffed getting his vape on. Unfortunately I did shell out some cash on a new mod... I honestly wish I would have know of another place to go. I highly doubt I will ever step foot into this store again if this guy is working. When he did speak, his comments were rude, and uncalled for.I just hope the other employees are not like him!UPDATE::: 04/13/16 I received a phone call from the regional manager after I wrote corporate an email. They heard everything I had to say, apologized, and made amends.

Went to Infinite Vapors in Milwaukee to get some cbd oil to vape, and the clerk, Porter was extremely helpful! The cbd oil I purchased elsewhere had too small a mg count to do anything for me that I could readily tell, so I explained the inflammation issue I was to looking to treat, and he began pointing out some suggestions, along with their benefits. Porter was very patient and defined terms for me. Even assembled my vape pen (at my request) and demonstrated how to properly use the product. I’d recommend this place to anyone based on first time experience. I’ll definitely go back.... I spent more than I expected, but hey, that’s coming from someone who has been away from the smokers scene since 2002... thanks for the pleasant experience!

Came in for a new simple vape and juice. I don’t have a lot knowledge in the vape world, but Carl helped me out on what I was looking for. I wanted something similar to the Juul. Carl recommended me to the Smok Novo. He was super friendly and patient when I was picking out the color I wanted and the vape jucie. He asked me what flavors I liked the best to help pin point what vape juice I’d like the best. Over all it was a great experience. Other vape shops I’d feel intimidated being I don’t know that much and feel like I’m being judge the whole time. Working Carl, I never felt that way at all. He was easy to talk to, and even laughed at my jokes. I’m definitely making this my main shop and seeing Carl for any of my vape needs 👌

Very nice selection with a lot of ejuices you cant find anywhere else, ranging from cheap to premium prices. Its also a nice place to hang out with seating, tvs and games. The employees werent giving their full attention which is fine, but they couldve been better.

As a 12 year square smoker in town for a wedding, the time seemed right to give the vape a shot. I’ve been reluctant to visit vape shops so far because it felt like it was a culture I wasn’t part of. S/o to Karl for the great customer service! Dude gave me options, steered me in the direction of what I might like, and gave me the lowdown on how to use the device. Couldn’t be happier. I went to a lot of cape shops in milwauke and this one is the best so far. They have variety of falvores, and mods. Service is excellent. The people working there know everything about the vape world. I mostly deal with Kelsy and Jake and they are awsome. Zero also is cool guy. The other staff are cool also.

Just went there called ahead for what I wanted. They had it ready. That’s great but I don’t have a 6 foot arm span to reach the counter and being yelled at by a guy in a mask is just not cool. Time to find a different vape shop.

This is not my first time here but it will be the last. I broke my pin yet still had the oil and asked the guy behind the desk if he had a pin to fit my oil. Without looking at it he said no we are sold out. I was taken back because he never looked at the oil. I asked if aint alternatives he said Yeah if you want to spend 50 or more. Yet they were sold out😒😒😒. If you didnt want my money you could have just said that. 💁💁💁

Dont go there! Beware.They dont honor warrenties and the employees will possibly steal points from you. I spent hundreds of dollars with these people and got treated like dirt with a smile.There is a place right down the street on brady that treated me 600 times better then they did. I will never go back to infinity-never! MKE vape on brady, i go there now and have been for sometime now. Very good people.

So helpful about E Cigs. They are not your Walgreens vape cigs. So many to look at, so many flavors (no joke). Prices are from what they sell at tobacco shops, my first bundle cartridge vap set up broke with in a month. Pleasant and Water st. Open, spacious I just cant say enough. Taste test for yourself. I bought one with a bottle of 14mg of nicotine, in watermelon. Love it. Thanks for your store. Jeanne Morris

Great store with great benefits program. High diversity of vape flavors and vape mods/boxes. The staff is more than helpful and friendly; they know every bit of what they sell.

The staff is nice and knowledgeable. However they arent very good at stocking popular liquids. For example. Almost every monday they are out of Lilith in 3 nic. And this isnt just on occasion. Its EVERY MONDAY! If you know its a popular flavor then stock more. If you ran out once in a while, fine, I get it. But theres no excuse to be out of one of your best selling liquids! If this happens again I wont use your store again, and Ill take my buisness elsewhere. Part of running an efficient business and store is making sure you have the mosy popular items stocked! Im sick of driving out of my way to settle for a different flavor. And NO, I dont want to mix a 6 nicotine and 0 nicotine, to make it a 3 nicotine. Just have your store stocked! Final warning!

I went in looking for some juice and Kelsey hooked me right up! She recommended a few juices based on flavors I normally vape and I walked out with 2 new flavors and some alien clapton coils. Kelsey is awesome!

They sold me a used broken Vape mod. Try to return it and owner said it can’t be exchanged or refunded. First and last time going here. If you were to buy here, inspect and ask seller to put it together to see if it functions before buying. Vapes aren’t cheap and that is money down the drain if it happens to you too.
