The owner is very personable and informed about products. He always helps me make sure I got the right one, and if I accidentally pick the wrong mg juice he exchanges it with no hassle. I feel right at home coming here, and love the rewards system. Everyone else who works there is also amazing and has the same level of premium customer service as the owner. Love this place!!!

Im redoing my review since lakeview is now under new ownership. Ive been a long time patron of lakeview. I supported lakeview as a brick and mortar and loved the esthetic and the vape positive message the store always gave out. Now, the new owners have cut their rewards program in half. I lost all my old points despite asking the counter lady over and over. Now, the store looks like the Walmart of smoke stuff, and as soon as I walk in the smell of perfume and incense is overwhelming and gives me a headache. Instead of people who share your quit by vaping message, you have to walk past employees smoking cigarettes directly outside. I owe you no loyalty as a customer, and honestly I dont feel like youre even trying to earn it. I can order juice online cheaper, and everything I didnt mind spending the extra money at lakeview at is gone.I went in not sure what I should get. Robert was so knowledgeable and helped me pick out and set up an icare, which is exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends. Been patronizing Lakeview Vapor for a few years since my wife & I moved within eight or so blocks of it. We go a couple times a month to pick up our usual grape vape juice. The clerk (not sure if it was the owner, but I think so?..) saw me walking up and had my juice on the counter and ready to be rung up before I even came through the front door! What a nice, small town-feeling gesture. Great prices, great hours (open seven days a week!), excellent loyalty program, employees are always polite and store is always clean and organized. Side note: I quit smoking two and a half years ago!

This place helped me quit smoking cigarettes after almost 20 years of a pack of Newports a day!! Using the vape system as it was intended to be used, I was able to ween myself down to zero nicotine! I dont vape anymore either! Best feeling in the world to no longer be addicted to nicotine!

Lakeview Vape is still the best shop to get juice and coils. Staff are amazing and friendly. Dont go anywhere else unless you want to feel pressured in buying the newest gadget, my Smok Alien still works and wasnt pressured to upgrade.

This place is amazing. Bring them your doubts, issues, and complaints and they will teach you, help you, and find a solution. I will not go to any other shop. Ask for Robert! Robert made me feel comfortable asking questions. His information matched what my friends and research turned up. The prices are very reasonable! No matter who is working the customer service is fantastic. Theyre always willing to help if you have an issue with your mod or need replacement filters and parts; giving a demo how to fix it yourself in the future. The selection of juices is great & Im comfortable having my daughter there with me. Excellent selection, had the E juice that I had been looking for....I had called 12 different stores! Prices are amazing, lots of selection, owner is kind and knowledgeable. Kid and pet friendly also, they even have a game room for the older kids to be entertained, smaller toys for little kids. You feel like one of the family when you go to this place :) I will not go anywhere else again!

Very knowledgeable and helped me with a tank I was having leaking issues with. Turned out to be an easy fix because of a bad gasket that I never would have suspected as the culprit of my problem! Good rewards program too! Yes you can find cheaper online, but a quality staff that knows their stuff is hard to beat.

I’ve been to a lot of different shops in Milwaukee and some of them were ok. Some of them were down right terrible. I’ve been going here for a year or so and every time I go in I’m greeted with a friendly face and a “hey Edwin what’s up”. This place is really cool. They are very informed about what they sell. They also let you taste every flavor you may think you like. There is also a very cool seating area where you can hang out and enjoy the quietness and get into some good conversation.

I have been using the same vape device for 10 years. After the ban on deliveries of vape products in March I was unable to receive them from that company. I needed a new device & Brendon was very patient & helpful with getting me set up with a new system & flavor options. I will definitely be back.

Best vape store that Ive seen in the Milwaukee area. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable about their entire inventory (juices, mods, decks, wire and pre-made coils, etc.--theyve got everything you need) and overall great people. Theyre happy to chat with you or let you explore the store at your own pace.

I live in Madison and came down to Milwaukee to visit a friend who goes to UWM. This vape shop is great and has a huge selection of juices, mods and tanks. Everything was priced very well and the staff were very helpful. This shop is much nicer than anything we have in Madison. Next time Im in Milwaukee I for sure will have to stop by again.

Bought a vape pen battery in May and it crapped out 2 months later. Couldnt exchange it because of 30 day return policy. I had $10 store bonus credit from being a frequent customer so the replacement only cost $5, which was cool but the replacement broke 2 days later. So I drove across town to get another exchange which they didnt have in stock so the guy tries to upsell me on another battery for $10 more but then they told me I couldnt apply my previous store credit to the purchase. So I would have to pay full price minus the $5 I payed for the original replacement battery. Needless to say I will not be shopping there any more.

The owner is awesome. Couldnt ask for more impeccable customer service!I had some issues with the vape I bought, and he not only has troubleshooted it for me, showing off his knowledge of the products he sells, but also went above and beyond to make sure that it was working right by replacing some parts for me, as well as giving me some tips on using my vape to get better quality hits. He has also been extremely helpful to my mom and I when it comes to picking out juices as we are weening down on the nicotine levels as a way of quitting smoking. Two thumbs up for this place from this girl!

Very cool place. Comfortable environment that doesnt match its exterior. Deff a place to hang out. The employees are incredibly nice and know everything about vaping. If youre a first time vaper, youll likely come out paying above what youd be able to get online, but customer service was top notch and deff takes the pain from your wallet. I will be using these guys as my new store.

They are really nice and helpful. I came in not really knowing how to use a vapor thing and he showed me how to use it and it was really good. The prices are great there I was expecting to spend over 50$ but I didnt, which was good for starting out new .

The owner is extremely kind! They have a great point system at this business as well, that will help you save money. There is a pool table and WiFi lounge area. I had an amazing experience! I have been using posh for about a few months to try to quit smoking and Robert explained that the level of nicotine in the posh was so high that I would never quit. He also helped me get my first regular vape and not only helped me set it but walked me thru the whole process of using it. I highly recommend this place and wont go anywhere else for my vaping supplies.

I stopped in at Lakeview Vapor for Hemp oil. The store was nice inside, there were several different areas to sit and relax. The staff were very accommodating and answered my husband and my questions. Some of the other stores Ive seen on line looked kind of seedy, not Lakeview Vapor, their store was open and inviting. If I vaped, this is the place I would love to go to. I will definitely go back when Ive run out of my CBD/Hemp oil.

Ive been going to vape shops and smoke shops in MKE for 4 years now. Never have I ever seen such a large selection of e juices, mods, tanks, and coils.The staff is super helpful I got lucky when I came in and met Rob who was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me and my girlfriend out a lot.Every store Ive gone to in MKE always had guys who wanted to just sell me stuff and then leave which always made me feel like I was burdening the staff.Give this place your money, skip the rest.

Lakeview Vapor. What can I say about it? Its my go to vape shop for anything vapor related. If I need a new tank, they have many to choose from. Liquids, hundreds of choices. Mods and kits? They have those too. If you are looking for a place with friendly staff and helpful service, look no further. The staff is always ready and willing to answer any questions or even give advice for which tank or mod to use. Ive been to many vape shops in a 10 mile radius but none compare to Lakeview Vapor. 5 star review and highly recommended. You wont be disappointed with this shop or the people inside it. One thing I must say about this place is if you are looking for a dry herb attachment you must look somewhere else. Its the only thing they dont carry. Doesnt bother me though. Im strictly only looking for tobacco related mods and attachments.

The whole staff is kind and welcoming and you will immediately feel at ease walking in here. This place is AMAZING! I had the absolute best vape shop experience here. The gentlemen working there, Robert, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made my shopping experience more positive than I expected, or imagined. I had given up on vaping and went back to cigarettes several years ago, largely due to vape shop employees either unwilling or unable to answer questions I had. Most of the vape shops I had tried when I was vaping had what I felt was a pretentious or elitist presence in them. Lakeview Vapor is the polar opposite. I was never made to feel stupid, no matter how many questions I asked (or re-asked because I needed it explained differently to understand), and I walked out of the shop with a brand new, fully functioning unit that I couldnt be more happy with. I never felt pressured, I feel I received exactly what I was looking for, and even though its 30-45 minutes from my home, it is the only place I will go from now on. I cannot thank Lakeview Vapor and Robert enough. Please give these folks your business, they deserve it, and earn it!

Friendly individual (shop owner? not sure) was able to easily help me out and answer questions! They allow you to sample juices before committing to buy, and thats pretty rad. Excellent variety of flavors, and the employee was well-informed when I asked about flavor profiles.The only thing I could mention is that when I asked about CBD juices, they recommended buying a regular CBD tincture and adding it into vape juice, as they explained many customers have. I did for a short time with no ill effects, but after looking around online, most places seem to say thats a bad idea. Id stick to either CBD that was specifically formulated for vape juice, or just use the tincture/other varieties mixed in a drink or just under your tongue.

Super helpful and friendly workers. There is an awesome little back area for relaxing with a foosball table, pool table, and Netflix set up with a couch. There also was a really nice chess table set up near the front that is really relaxing to play while vaping. The juices have a station to taste all of the flavors with a test tanks and vapes. 11/10 recommend to anyone who vapes

You win.Oh and theres a pool table, lounge, even a place for kids. A little off the beaten path, but refreshing.
