GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. the owner of the shop sold me a bad faulty product. even remembered who i was when coming in being that i had only been there three days prior. when i told him that my product was faulty he told me there was nothing he could do even though the store does not have a sign that says no refunds or exchanges nor did it say it on the receipt. even when seeing for himself that the product did not work he still refused to help or exchange the product. He then became very rude after telling me to call the police and leave his store. I won’t be calling the police but i will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. for the price i paid and the price of the store i would have expected more in customer service. save your money and time. just GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! if i could give it 0 stars i would.

Ive been to Milwaukee Vape several times over the past few years but my positive experience today prompted me to leave a star 5 star review. The employee (Inmahn ?) was helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We had friendly conversation and he even gave me a little deal on 2. Thanks! See you soon my friend!

My boyfriend and I were so excited to find this shop because it was so close to home and we had just recently moved to Milwaukee. Our original impression was that the store owner was friendly and nice and their glass selection was well priced, unique, and good quality.We’d been in the store a couple of times - the store owner would recognize us and we’d talk every time we come in. That’s why we were in absolute disbelief when we came in today and were accused of stealing. The man working wasn’t the usual owner - we came in to pick up a couple of bottles of e-liquid and were about to check out when the man accused my boyfriend of stealing a bottle. We told him we hadn’t taken anything but the man insisted we did. He made us wait while he called the other store owner and threatened to “check the cameras”. We told him to go ahead. He found nothing and then sheepishly asked us if we’d like to purchase the items we’d picked out. We said no and left.I understand running these shops can be scary - it is Milwaukee. But it’s insulting to be accused of theft when we’ve been to the store multiple times and purchased items. My boyfriend was furious and almost went off on the man but I convinced him it wasn’t worth it. We won’t be returning - there are plenty of other smoke shops in Milwaukee that give a better experience even if they’re a further drive.

I love this shop! They have such a good variety of anything you could need. Plus all the workers are super polite and helpful. Been going here now for about 6 months and haven’t had a problem once. They will even order items in for you!

Hands down best smoke store in Wisconsin. They have everything u meed.for everything. Employees are chill as can be. They are nice.. great great belowarket prices. Cant say good enough things about them. Sent all my friends

Excellent assortment of a gadgets that come in handy when having a smoke. Very good prices and great customer service. Plenty of parking in the associated strip mall in which the vape shop is located. They carry everything a top rated Head shop should stock.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Already had LOW INVENTORY!!! Bought two glass items from here and broke the next couple of days. HORRIBLE QUALITY!!! Told him he shouldn’t sell such bad quality but he didn’t care. Wouldn’t let us exchange or offer any services. Bad quality, bad customer service, low inventory!

This place caught me off guard. They have an awesome selection of juice and mods. The staff is also super friendly! This has become one of my favorite places for my vape products. Must check it out!!

Used to come here regularly, probably at least twice a month. Definitely will not anymore, because they apparently like to lock their doors in the middle of the day with all the lights and open sign still on. Today when I came around 4:30 pm, there was a sign on the door saying will be back in 5 minutes, thanks for waiting. Kind of annoying, since theyre supposed to be open until 9pm, but I figured 5 minutes wasnt long so I waited. 15 minutes later, STILL nobody came to unlock the door. I tried calling over 20 times, no answer. Its completely unprofessional and horrible customer service to randomly close during hours the sign in front clearly states theyre open for, they even had the open sign lit up with nobody in the store! Will not be wasting my time coming back here again!!!

This is an excellent shop. They have a wide selection of juices that change regularly. They only carry quality juice with no house brands. Prices for juice are excellent, and Ive never had a bad experience with the staff.

They always have what you need or at least something close, and their prices are amazing. It can be a little messy in there at times, and they dont wear masks, but at least theyre friendly!

Ive been to most vape/smoke shops in the area and Vap & Smoke is by far my favorite. I choose to come here because my guy knows what I prefer when I come in, I always receive excellent service, and the prices are on point.

I often go here but the last time I went the man accused me of stealing.He asked to check my purse amd I let him. He than apologized and I was totally embarrassed!!! I will never go there again!!

Mohammad was very professional. I bought a cbd pen and vape juice. When I got home the vape pen did not work and when I went back he exchanged it no questions asked. I would come back again. Thanks.

I had an issue with a vape that I bought here but after explaining what happened to the owner he took care of everything and set me up with a new device. Thank you.

I went for cigars and help with my butane lighter and he filled it 4 free and the section of cigars though limited was good and the price was right boutght 3 got one free

The owner is very helpful. His father doesnt seem confident speaking English but he tries. Might be a problem if the owner is ever absent.

They are convenient and provide any and all vape paraphernalia and more all that I need.

My go to place to get any kind of tobacco products or products like bongs, pot pipes, they have it all of course they cant advertise this but its like a head shop and the prices are fairly reasonable.

I have had some of the best service from here I would refer them to anyone who asked me about my vape equipment
