Royal Flame Tobacco

The store supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. but it never does more like 11:00 a.m., and its hilarious there five star reviews are from family and friends. If you go back and look through their reviews they get one or two stars the only five-star reviews are from their friends

OMG! For starters Soon as i walk in smells clean & fresh & customer service is great he really knows his merchandise in the store. He is a very likeable young man.

Its always been a good experience coming here. They always got the best of best. Im shocked at some of these reviews fr yall trippin. Overall I know that this one of the best environments a smoke shop can provide and i’ve spoken to many people who would agree wit me. That man AG is the goat, just stop by get yo fix.

Never there door is always locked even when store hrs are supposed to be open... 40 min wait time and counting, not dependable.

The only reason I even gave a 1star rating is because I had too. Im warning patrons of this establishment and its owners of the disrespectful and unprofessionalism demonstrated by there employee that goes by the nickname of Koolaid. This so-called employee has no business in any type of customer service position he is rude, refuses cash transactions which the owner should know happens if Koolaid is busy chatting to female friends hanging out and turns paying customers away because of a lack of change abusing an authority he doesnt have and causing a loss of revenue and a loyal customer base.

It was cool when I walked in, however there was only one attendant and her young son was in there. When she was ringing me up she had a tone and was unfriendly. All in all dont go here.

Rude and unprofessional lady working here. Know your products and open when your sign says you open. Sat here for 8 minutes after 9am for her to get here only to find they have zero selection. It is more a hangout for drug addicts it appears.

A good Place to buy all kinds of pipes, cigarettes, vapes, gifts, cigars - cheaper than most of the other places I have been to, good customer service and polite salespersons! I simply love shopping at this place - thank you new management of the store!

The ladies there are very helpful. They really know their stuff when it comes to hooka flavors and which hooka to choose that will work for you. They dont have a big selection of pipes but agian I they are a small store hard to have everything thatll fit to sell there. Im definitly going to shop there agian

Tobacco can lead to copd, cancer and death.,,Cigarette aka cancer stick. second hand smoke is also very bad for all around you while you are smoking. so I guess you are poisoning all people around you when smoking. Do not be surprised if you get punched in the face

Hit up my boi at Royal, he has candy for any of your hobees: Vape, Bongs, Wraps, hats, beanies, dabbing kits. Hit him up he got some really good prices for quality.

After years of poor management this place is transformed. Prices were great. Selection eclectic and impossible to summarize. Had what I needed.

Rude unprofessional always closes earlier then the time listed. Will never go back, if you want repeat business you may want to be open the hours you state you are.
