I like to go here mostly because of its location and selection. I’ve seen better with a better selection and prices for sure. But when in a pinch it gets the job done and they have always been very friendly and professional. Unfortunately I was looking for aRefillable vape and felt like I was constantly directed in a more profitable direction for themselves so I definitely would come here not for questions but when In need.

They are always nice and supportive here. They try to help you out in any way they can and let you know the best way to get anything you need from here,

He was supposed to call me when it came in, which was supposed to be about a week or 2. Well as if today 12/01/2019, I have not heard from him again... I havent been back either. 😐😔☹️👎👎

I went here twice. The first time the guy helping me was super cool answers all my questions and was really helpful. The second time I went there a different person helped me and basically made me feel like I was bothering him for being in the store trying to buy something. After that Ive never gone back, just go to planet of the Vapes on McHenry.

I was new to the area and needed to find a job. Well, I wasnt about to abandon my lifestyle so I needed some detox mouth wash and some synthetic urine. Gave this shop a call and both times a REALLY helpful and friendly staff member was able to tell what products they have and recommended for my particular, varying needs. When I went in, I was overwhelmed by the great glass work on display for purchase, and their vape related stocked items. So many great ejuices, as well as top of the market mod kits and tanks. Overall, the perfect place for all your recreational needs.

This place is visual garbage! They must smoke with roaches because all i see and smell is dirt! Would give negative stars with a red circle and a slash in the middle! Horrible customer service and these punks dont even give their prices over the phone...lol....wonder why? Must over price their roach crack head merchandise!

Awesome smoke shop . The staff members are great , they go out of their way to make you welcomed , they have an ATM , large selection pipes for your smoking pleasure, soda chips candy , it is like having a one stop shop its awesome stop in and see for yourself.

On the24th of oct the two guys working that night were very rude about turning on the quarter machine. I left and came back . they had the quarter machineOn for there friend.so i waited went outside had a cigertte .i seen there friend leave so i went in to play and they turned it off....very rude so rude i spend alot of money there to get treated like that. I will not shop there again if them two are working.....

Silly expensive, 32$ for a bottle of killer custard, whoa thats crazy, I pay 19$ from my local store in so cal and usually around 25 when Im on the road for work. Wow! Big profits here!

Best fn smoke shop in the 209! They carry an assortment of vape brands, not just Smok, like a few other questionable establishments. Staff is pretty knowledgeable...well, the smoke city OGs are, at least.
