My daughter had a hair dye by MacKenzie. It turned out horrible with a toner issue and her hair was more porous than anticipated . She was so upset, left, and came home from being a blonde who went in for a touch up to what you see below. A lead hair stylist offered a complimentary repair rather than giving a refund which I requested. I called twice requesting to speak to a manager. I was told one would call me. No phone call. My daughter was leaving for college 72 hours after this horrible dye job, was offered an appointment with someone different but I directed her to an entirely different salon. Accountability is lacking. Maybe the manager would like to take the time to respond to this. The two photos with the demarcated blonde is what MacKenzie did and the lower photo is the fix....paid to fix a mistake, paid for the mistake and just want a refund.

I have been going to stylist Brittney Collins at Embellish for years and EVERY time I leave I’m so grateful for her professionalism and exceptional services! Did you know Embellish also provides “day of” wedding services! I worked with Jailyn and she set up exactly what we needed for hair and makeup at the location of my choice! Courtney, Melissa, and Jasmine arrived early on the wedding day and not only were they so calm and kind, but they listened carefully and worked meticulously. The updos and styles by Courtney and Melissa were beautiful and Jasmine worked wonders with makeup! Everyone was so happy with the results which is exactly what every bride, bridesmaid and other wedding party members want to start the big day! …. Feeling beautiful and confident! Thank you so much Embellish for everything!!!!

I believe this is the second time I’ve had the wonderful McKenzie do a trim and highlights for me. She does such an excellent job! As soon as I arrive she always makes me feel so at ease. I trust her creative vision and skill, so I just told her I liked what she did last time, and to basically just do whatever she wants. She pampered me so much I left feeling like a stylish baby ready for an afternoon nap! Her touch is so comforting and skillful that I nearly fell asleep several times, but ESPECIALLY during the amazing scalp massage when conditioning my hair. She even massaged my neck, and I got goosebumps! The finished product was amazing as always. Next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely be coming back! I highly recommend McKenzie to anyone who wants to have fabulous hair!

Im probably the worlds biggest baby when it comes to getting my haircut, historically I leave salons in tears. I have now been seeing Courtney regularly since September 2022 and I havent cried even once!! Courtney is the bomb, 10/10 would recommend.

I saw Jen for my color appointment today and she superseded my expectations. My hair looks and feels great, plus she was so easy to talk to during the whole appointment. 5/5, 10/10 recommend!

I have went many places in the Peoria area and nothing compares! I have been going here since they opened. I previously lived closer than I do now but choose to drive because it is the best salon in the Peoria area! I have had my stylist Jailyn for over 8 years and think she is the fantastic! I have also went to Jasmine for facials, and eyebrow services and loved everything! Everyone in the salon is very welcoming and the environment is everything you would want in a salon and spa. I recommend this salon to everyone and look forward to all of my services here! If you are looking for an excellent salon with great people this is it!

Every experience I have had at Embellish has been 5/5! I have gotten my hair cut by Jailyn, eyebrows waxed and tinted by Jasmine, and a massage by Michelle! The space is welcoming and clean, and everyone who works there is an expert in their craft. Not to mention, the fact that I can schedule my appointments by messaging the salon on Instagram has made my life so much easier.

She is fantastic with all cuts and color -even if you want to go from dark brown to platinum blonde and everything in between. She always listens to what I want, makes great suggestions and makes me laugh. I always look forward to my appointments at Embelish!

First time going I had an amazing experience. The workers there are very kind always asking if you need anything. They are very good at doing hair. Courtney did my hair. She gave me blonde highlights and a hair cut that look fabulous! She gave me tips on products to use in my hair since my hair is very fine. I greatly recommend this place. Its expensive but you get what you pay for which is a really great job.

I have been going to this salon for many years. Always get exceptional service from Brittney in Morton and the staff is very friendly. This is my go to place for all my hair care needs including shampoo and conditioner. Thank you for your top notch service!!

This salon is awesome! After I moved to the area, I still found myself driving 2 and a half hours away to have my old stylist do my hair, which was a pain! I decided to give em.bel.lish a try and I was not disappointed. Everyone at the salon was super friendly and my hair turned out awesome. I love having a place like this around.
