Posted this on yelp but wanted to say this here too.I’ve been going to this shop for three years now and not once have I felt coldness from the people here. They work hard, the stock is good and “useful”(*wink*), the prices are good, what more do you want from a smoke shop, really? They make you feel like it’s really your local friendly neighborhood smoke shop.
I purchased a puff co peak guardian online & they were getting it package and shipped next day. One of the great staff members messaged me personally to thank me for my purchase and to let me know how much my order meant to them. I would definitely do business again.

I went there in dire straights after a particularly bad day, I had just broken my beloved e nail. There they made me feel like home and hooked me up with a new one at a great price! I highly recommend this place

Went into the with minimal knowledge of the Puffco Branding since I’m an average dabber. Zaya was the guy when I stopped and helped me tremendously. He got me decked out with with a Puffco Proxy & a traveling case! 1000000% going be a regular and my only shop I go too!!!!!
This store is great. Due to a slight delay in shipping, they gave me a free T-shirt and Dab Pad. Love the logo and design. I would recommend this store to anyone and gladly shop here again!
I travel for work so I see plenty of smoke shops around the US. These past 7 months Ive had the pleasure of staying in Chicago. One of the only breaths of fresh air Ive experienced was finding this smoke shop. The entire experience as a whole will always stick with me. Great customer service, great products, and great prices. Id definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking not only for a smoke shop, but a great experience as well.
My first time here and this place was awesome. I drove from an hour and a half away just to come check this shop out and it did not disappoint. They had rip tips which are hard to find and had a dope Swiss perc. They def are heady for sure. Shout out to Ron for all the help and to compa Manny for putting me on. Will be back for that Swiss soon!
Dont get me wrong, one of the cleanest smoke shops I have been to in my life. All the employees [expect the taller big guy, who is always stoned and doesnt see speak at all/acknowledge you at the register half the time] are extremely polite and helpful with recommending products specifically for what you want. But the employees are usually smoking ouid publicly so I dont recommend it if you cannot smell a bit. Definitely dont go on your to work/on your lunch.
This place has a great selection of products/glass. I placed an order online and received tracking info and even a delivery date by that afternoon. Quickest shipping I’ve experienced in a long time. They also threw in a ton of goodies with my order (free of charge). Would definitely recommend this shop and will definitely be doing business with them again. Fantastic customer service.

The employees are extremely rude and were actually swearing at me after they sold me a defective product. i tried carrying with the manufacturer and they said the serial number didn’t even come up and that it is very likely a FAKE product! The staff told me if I gave them a five star review they would exchange my product for a REAL one. I wonder how many FAKE REVIEWS they have made people write them in order to get satisfactory, authentic, working product!!
Couldnt be happier with the service I received from this shop! I found them through social media and reaxhed out and decided to place an order online. I live out of state but youd think I was a regular customer with how they took care of me. Hands down one of the best shops Ive had the pleasure of dealing with and will for sure be doing more business the the future!
Put a post out in a group on FaceBook and a staff member responded with a great deal! After looking around I decided these guys were the ones, but I was skeptical because I was buying through messenger not their website (in order to get my deal that was the only way). The staff member assured me I would have zero issues at all, I would receive everything I ordered on time. So I pulled the trigger and took the offer and today my package arrived with everything they promised and then some! Highly recommend, even if you can’t go to the store, they’ll ship it to your doorstep!
This is my husbands go to place, they have wide variety of products, great customer service, and best overall pricing. Not to mention the artwork on the walls its so cool and really makes it stand out than the others. Definitely a place to check out!

Great place to buy glass. I got a Chrome Dome Rig, red bear banger, a couple of terp pearls and I’m happy I got it from Lit! Many options and well stocked. I noticed every name brand and the owner and staff are all very knowledgeable. I prefer this glass shop overall because of the abunduct selections of high quality glass. Great incentive program too!

Absolutely horrible experience with mid west want to be smoke shops … this is the Cannibas industry not some power hungry money grab … when you get laced with profanity as a costumer by an employee you know what type of shop this is. Good products only take you so far. Good service wins every time. Update … I did buy the chamber from you less then a month ago and you told me to contact puffco .. didn’t offer any help beyond that … remember smoke shops are a dime a dozen … 10 dollars cheaper a block down the street. Never asked for a free replacement. The 1 star comes from being called an a - Hole continuously buy one of your employees …

Nice new local smoke shop. Convenient location right off the highway, with parking in the back. The owner is great and they have great prices. Juul pods are $15, I’m used to paying $20 at the other smoke shop I used to go to. Highly recommended this shop to anyone looking for juuls, ejuices, vapes, and smoke products.
