Relaxation Spa

Relaxation spa was great! I love that I can book online from a clear service menuand got confirmation quickly. I went for a half hour head massage that I booked the day before. The massage was excellent and included head, face, neck, and shoulders. The pressure was just firm enough I felt like it would actually relieve tension without being overly intense like I’ve experienced at other reflexology style massage spas. The chair was super comfortable and I love that the massage therapist used just a little oil but not an excessive amount. I will absolutely be back.

No bells and whistles but the Relaxation Spa has a clean, calming, and professional atmosphere. It’s easy to make an appointment. The massage with hot stones and reflexology I received were just what I needed to get rid of my upper back pain and tension. I will definitely go back! The women who took care of me was polite and professional.

Relaxation Spa is always reliable. Ive been visiting for years and really like their foot reflexology and massages. Very clean and comfortable with good service providers.

Very good place. I usually go for the cupping and full body massage. Beautiful prices and usually has same day availability.

I’m always so impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness, and kindness! It’s like a City spa tucked away in Mt Kisco! I love the 90 minute massages, that include hot rocks with it! Also love the reflexology. The best priced spa around!!! Highly highly recommend

My GF and I had a great experience. We got the couples option for 90 mins. Made an appt, they got us right in at the appt no waiting, 90 mins of bliss and relaxation. Very nice staff asking if we were okay at certain points as well. I would highly recommend. We are definitely planning on visiting again soon

This would be a 5-star review if I based it only on the massage. Unfortunately, I have to consider the poor business practices. I went in to redeem my punch card that read “after six visits, get sixth visit free”. When I presented the card, I was told the policy had changed and they were now only offering 50% off. I told them that when my cards were being signed the offer was a free sixth service. They refused to honor their own special. Too many options to be scammed by this place.

I’m soooo upset right now. I’ve never left a bad review but this time I’m going to have to. The first time I went I loved It. Until I got Home. I went there to get a hot stone massage and the woman there burned my back. But I said Okay I’ll give them another chance. THEN!! I went Back and I was 8 minutes late the tall woman at the front desk told me that because I was 8 minutes late I was only going to get a 45 min massage I said okay. When I’m in the room with my clothes off I come To realize the person giving the massage is not a woman ! They didn’t even warn me it was going to be a male. Now, this man touched my butt plenty of times and not only that!!! He also scratched my shoulders and part of my back !!!! So now my back got burned and now this !!! I am beyond upset. This place is absolutely unprofessional and I’m not going back there ever again !

I could stay here all day if they let me. They are so nice from when you first walk in until you leave and they have such a friendly dog there too!
