Waited till 10 o’clock, which is when it said they were opened when I tried to open the lock door. I was yelled at by an employee and thought I heard someone say open it when I tried to open it again they yelled at me something I couldn’t understand so just left. If you want good service good products and a good experience go to evo on York far better people with lots of discounts and always nice. I’d love to see the owner of vapor contact me

The staff is SUPER rude. Will not be back here. Evos is wayyyyy better than this place. They need to do a clean sweep of their staff before they lose all business in town. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.Specifically need to get rid of whoever was working tonight.

Will not go back staff is rude every time I walk in bought vape coils entire pack missing one out of it would not refund when I paid for a whole pack as soon as I walked in the door gentlemen behind the counter started yelling at me about how I parked because I had a trailer on with no other cars in the parking lot but insisted upon being very rude I have given this place multiple chances thinking that maybe the gentleman was just having an off day but it has been this way every time you really got to do something about your customer service at that store

I bought a Blink torch there a week ago, which works fine. So I suggested my best friend buy one last night, she did and she forgot her ID at the store and wasnt handed a receipt by their employee, Caleb. We came back tonight to see if they would replace the torch AND we were going to buy another torch after exchange with the swivel head. However even though Caleb was working last AND TONIGHT and knows he sold that Torch to us, He refused to honor the deal.I will never step another foot back into your establishment. If this is how you do business, your employee isnt trash, youre entire business is trash. Absolutely terrible service. Im surprised you employ Caleb.

Jessica is the best help for any unit or any opinion on juices. Referred me to a cheaper unit that works 10x better. Thank you!!!

Terrible place, staff is rude. Didnt help with anything I needed, specifically the woman behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful and told me she wouldnt sell to me anymore because I got something for my wife who was in the car even though I offered to let my wife come inside and have her id verifyed she was still rude about it, and accused me of buying stuff for people underage. Im 28 and my wife is 26. There are tons of vape stores in town I will simply just start going to them.

Jessica helped me. Nice and knew what I wanted. I’ll go back! This was a while ago and it’s not how I feel now! I bought a new vape a month or so back and when I needed pods around 2 weeks ago! I got home and it was the wrong pods! Called and the employee said he knew after I left he sold me the wrong ones! He was rude and made me feel like I did something wrong! I called and spoke to Jessica and she told me he’d bought me the right pods and I could pick them up! I said I didn’t want him to buy the right pods and I’d try to come in when I could! I mainly wanted her to know how the employee treated me! I went back today as I’ve been sick and couldn’t go! Jessica said they didn’t have them for me now because I said I didn’t want them and that’s not what I said so I left! She called (which was what the other guy could have done) but she wanted to know if I wanted to do a trade for the right ones! I’d just left and by now I’m just done with with them being rude and making me feel like I did something wrong! Ended up with a new place a new vape and people who want my business! I never asked for new pods just wanted to get the right product!

Every time I go in there the lady that works there is super friendly and always helpful.

Does not answer phone, the mods are way overpriced (I got a small one for $25) and the guy in there did not know anything about the mods (went in today 8/21/23 around 4:00pm) which was disappointing or even the price on it??? Like dude do you work there or you just wanting a paycheck? I wasnt to happy with this purchase because $25 for a small vape that will last me maybe a two months is kind of garbage. Would not recommend for mod products. Go elsewhere because maybe they will be more educated.

I have never in my life put up a review on a company. Workers are very rude! I felt like I was interrupting the empty store. The man stood there staring at me as looking at selections. He told me when i get off the phone that I cant use my phone in the store. I apologized as he shoved the sign in my face, get to the check out as the other worker is sitting there on her phone! I will never go there again!!!!

WILL NOT answer the phone. Called 7 times, no response. Sat outside of the store and tried calling 3 more times just to watch the employee completely disregard the phone call even while the store was completely empty.

They have all the stuff husband needs for his vape. I think all these chain vapor maven look like a ghetto gas station but they have friendly people and they have what you need so we keep going to them for that reason.

I asked for a price for a part for my vape and the guy did not want to give me the price because its hard for a single father to go in there and get what they need because he has his kids and you need to know what the prices so you can send somebody to get it for you

New to area and enjoyed finding a place that was friendly but if you can see very well I would not suggest going. As trying to step closer to see the small bottles was rudely told to step back not allowed. So I guess I wont be shopping there anymore. Online shopping it is

Stopped in today to buy a new vape mod and some juice, I told the guy working today what I was looking for and I was new to quitting smoking. He set me up with what I needed and kept me in my budget. This is a great place to get what you need even if you dont know what you need 🤭. He was very knowledgeable in the product he was recommending and Im very happy with the purchase. Small selection, mods are extremely over priced at about 20 to 30 percent over MSRP and 40 to 50 percent over other stores. Unless you’re desperate or just need something small I wouldn’t recommend

Prices are good, but the coils they sell for vapes NEVER WORK. they always bust and they never let you get a new one even if its faulty. Ive spent like 70 dollars here on coils alone.

I stopped in this store to inquire about the products they have. The store clerk was very short with me. I felt like I was a burden to him. He never stopped moving through out the store to talk to me. When I asked about the products they carry, he had very short answer. I found that I would be better off going elsewhere. Its to bad the clerk did not care to have a new client.

This is one of those places that IDs you as soon as you hit the door, then they will ID you again at the register, like they didnt just see it two minutes prior, and sweet Jesus they are trying to redefine the terms rude and unhelpful. I wont be going back. I would rather drive 100 miles round trip to Tulsa instead of 5 minutes across Muskogee, just to save myself from this completely uncomfortable experience.

Had an issue with my first vape I bought, fantastic customer service in a timely manner and even turned my kind of agitated mood around before I even could walk all the way through the door :). Always good times coming to vapor maven. And I appreciate the exchange up splitting the difference of my last vape that was really cool. Thanks you guys

These stores are always helpful, clean, and tons of selection. Sad to see them doing away with 0 mg Nic juices, but still like the stores! Excellent chain, same store, no matter which town youre in.Highly recommend. 👍🏼

The clerk, for lack of a better term was very honest and helpful. Encouraged me to come back to let him know about the product I purchased. A little pushy on product in wasnt interested in.

I sent my mom in there to get a mod and she really didn’t know anything about vape shops or how they work so she went there to get answers. As she is asking for help. They laughed at her and her husband for not knowing anything about it. My mom was pretty upset. And embarrassed.

So I was handed a Praxis Vapor by my nephew in January to help me stop smoking. It worked, but I had no idea what I was doing. I finally broke down and went to the closest vape shop and wow... these guys were so helpful I felt like I left with an education.I had no idea how or when to change a coil. They educated me from beginning to end. Super friendly and down to earth to talk with.A+++!!! I will be back without a doubt.

WHERES THE OWNER?I prefer ecigeez. Ive been in this shop and seen everything from drugged out wierd customers sitting inside doing almost nothing, children behind the counter, employees smoking mj in the store, employees giving away store product, cat hair on the displays, and what look like teens working there or standing around should I say..WHERES THE OWNER? No actual new market products? Constantly out of the products they do have. Ecigeez has an older retired gentleman theyll refer you to at there shop if you have any issues with tanks,products etc and has vast knowledge of the market and repair. Go with the more knowledgable shop that doesnt have children working in it, or cat hair on your products. OWNER: Id be concerned..Get a grip on your shop or its going to get shut down run this way its just a matter of time.

Freaking AMAZING personel... if you have a problem with an ecig you buy from them take it in and they do what they can. I definitely plan to stick with them when buying vapes unless their personel changes. Quality is also fantastic.
