I know 5 star seems over played here but these people are so knowledgeable of their products that with a little input from your end they will have the perfect product you didnt know you wanted. You will leave with exactly what you want knowing you wont need to repurchase the same tools because you made an uninformed decision.P.S. they dont sell crack so thats good too!

Very friendly customer service.. But overpriced.. I bought a caliburn a3.. Which is priced most places and web prices at 25$.. They charged me 50$! ..i didnt have any other options atm. Or I wouldve found alterate way to buy.

The prices may be high but its worth it when you have outstanding customer service. They cater very well to my needs. Quick to order things if they dont carry it. Im one of the very few in this area that has the mod and tank that I have. Its very hard finding things for it. If they dont have it they order me some. Like I said, worth the price with the customer service they have.

Hate to do this but had the worst experience at this place today. The guys who originally helped weeks ago went above and beyond to help me. The person today, a young bleached blonde girl, had the worst attitude from the moment I said hello. Wouldn’t help me or let me look at tanks or coils after several times of asking. You could tell she didn’t want to work there and was one of the laziest people I have met here. As a local business owner here myself I would hope she doesn’t represent this shop.

I moved to Natchez not too long ago. In need of a new vape shop, I thankfully came across Master Vape. They had everything that I was looking for and had the best prices. The customer service is amazing! They really take care of their customers, and get to know their customers. They even began ordering a brand of disposables because I mentioned to them how they were my favorite. This is the only shop I shop at, I’ve been loyal ever since. You won’t be disappointed!

EDIT: So I recommended this place to my sister for her first actually mod and the girl that works there was so incompetent that she didnt even walk her thru the setup of the vape she bought. On top of that theres something wrong with the vape so now were going to have to return the thing and hope that theyll give her a refund or a working vape. Ill update again after we meet with this girls boss and see what theyre going to do.The guy really knows his stuff, he was able to tell me what was wrong with my vape and helped me fix it over the phone! Will definitely be going there for all my vaping needs in the future!
