Came into the store not really sure on what I wanted, but the staff member Trell and he showed me their new Tre house mushroom chocolates and they were exactly what I was looking for without even knowing thats what I wanted! Great experience all around and Ill definitely be going to these guys as my go-to head shop from here on out!

This is such an awesome smoke shop, i love the friendly staff, the wide selection of glass and juices, CBD and other fun items like their Mind Bender NuHoney. This is the exact kind of place and exact kind of people im looking to rely on for anything from a pack of papers to vapes and pipes and beyond.

Arron had great customer service. He guided me and my friend in the right direction to find the items we wanted that work best for both of us. It was very affordable. I’ve been here before for smaller things. But after that experience with Arron I can say that slow puffs New Haven is my favorite smoke shop and definitely my go to. This recently opened Slow Puffs is extremely open and spacious with a beautiful wall mural you should check out in person. The manager Ken knows everything and more about vapes, and got my boyfriend set up with a box mod with a DNA chip! We’ll definitely be stopping in any time we’re in the Yale area!

My partner and I met Kenny and the manager Nick, both of whom were incredibly knowledgeable, werent trying to pressure you into buying a more expensive product than you needed, and were so down to earth and treated you like a fellow human, not a transaction. We got a few pieces, grinders, and bag from here, all of which we are very happy with. This will definitely be our go to ship when in the area.

This is the best smoke shop in the New Haven area. I visited the New Haven store looking for a gift for a friend. I was quickly greeted by Anthony, Larry, and Ken. They could tell by my face how lost I was at first. They were able to answer all of my questions with great expertise and they had awesome product recommendations. They asked me specific questions and were able to recommend a product that felt tailored to me and my needs. I ended up getting some new CBD products that I absolutely love. They took the time to explain each of the products in detail. If you are from the New Haven area this place is a must see. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the place is super clean.
