Do they hate money? one of the worst venues Ive been to. the empty VIP section speaks for itself. they literally wouldnt sell us VIP MEANWHILE their VIP section is empty as can be. hahahahaha theyll close soon. you cant hear anything from the back of the club. horrible sound quality. stupid rules about where you can and cant stand
The service and communication at this venue is abysmal.Chris Brown was supposed to appear and host on June 29, 2024. He did not appear until 1:15 am (doors opened at 10 for reference) and only remained on the side of stage. He did not perform nor did he host.He visibly got upset after fans threw things at him from above and then promptly left only after a few minutes. I understand his frustration, but why was there no security ensuring that this type of thing didnt happen? After he left, there was only the deejay and there was no communication that he would not return. The only reason my friend and I knew he was not coming back was because after we asked a staff person, they kindly let us know that he left. There was no formal announcement to the crowd. We stood for over four hours to not see Chris Brown and to not have proper communication from the venue or promoters. Also, the venues ventilation is extremely poor. It was incredibly packed full of fans and there wasnt any relief other than the occasional mist.
This place is not worth visiting. For the price you pay for VIP, it definitely doesn’t feel like VIP service. If you’re close to the dance floor, people will just place their trash into your section and no one is walking around the VIP section to clean up. We had to flag someone to clean because so many cups were placed on our booth ledge and cups were spilling, that coats and purses were getting wet. The security guard was fighting for his life because people kept trying to enter the VIP section because there wasn’t any real indication that it was VIP. It was just a less crowded area than the dance floor. After a while, he started taking money from people and allowing them into the section. The server was no where to be found (even after she was tipped well). Then when the issue was addressed at the evening, the manager (or whoever handles VIP) tried to gaslight the situation. Like why did you tip her so much and instead of offering a discount he wanted to offer a section with one bottle for a next visit. He offered this because he knows if there’s a next visit, more money will be spent than just offering the discount. Also, what type of manager or coworker throws another team member under the bus like that. Long wait for bathrooms and it was dirty and raggedy . Def not worth the money.
Went to Noto for Chris Brown. My beef is with the security guard in my section. The whole place was completely organized but this guy was extremely rude. I was put in the DJ booth section with my friends. I ordered a $100 hookah that I was smoking and he ripped the tube out of my hand and proceeded to smoke it. Bare in mind, I don’t know this man at all. Extremely uncomfortable and disgusting. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. If he had done that to a man he would’ve gotten punched in the face.
If I was able to give this place zero stars I would. Venue is very nice they have amazing perform drinks are a little pricey but hey that’s what’s comes with going to a fancy night club, my main problem is the promoters. 20 year old men should not be in charge of running this club, I’ve never encountered more incompetent people. They are not only rude but are just trying to make money off you and they don’t care how . One in particular stood out white boy with brown hair wearing a tan suite not too sure of his name but when I figure it out he will have a big surprise waiting him the next time I am at noto, me my girlfriend and our friends bought tickets to see bryson tiller and when we got inside we first went to the bar where my girlfriend was greeted by this young man in a tan suite and said he would let her on stage if she came to the bathroom with him, after she proceeded to say she had a boyfriend he then said we would all have to pay a $100 cover charge to be let in GA, this made absolutely no sense to us whatsoever so after going back and forth he told my girlfriends friend they were fat and ugly and weren’t dressed appropriately for the club and that they should leave after this we decided to leave because we were stunned by what had just came out of this guys mouth I couldn’t believe it! I won’t be coming back to this club ever again (Only to find this prick) so please don’t waste your time coming to this club the workers here are just plain up disrespectful disgusting and just outfor money!
Venue is nice, a little overpacked. However, the staff is absolutely rude. The people they hire are completely unprofessional, and security team has no elementary sense of how to behave towards others. One security guard started pushing the crowd towards the center (which was full) and hurt a girl friend of mine, so we decided to go to the second floor. The venue has no demarcations for VIP and such, no barriers either. My friend and I went onto the second floor (which was apparently VIP) unknowingly, and watched James Hype (December 2023). One security guard approached us and got into my face, got physical, and pushed. This place has zero professionalism, hence why their ticket prices are so low. If you can find a venue that hosts the same DJ, even if its more expensive, go for it. This place is not worth the money until they replace their security team and properly train them how to handle their customers.
NOTO knows what it is and it does it well. Staff is friendly. Venue has amazing lights/sound. Great layout. Tons of bathrooms 😁. The best acts performing every week (from EDM to hip hop u name it) But wait there’s more!!! Their VIP is beyond — trust the GOAT — NOTO BRYAN and crew to deliver for you. 💪🏼🔥🎉🎧🥂
NOTO is just plain trashy. The bouncers dont know what a real ID looks like. The bartenders will tell you to Get The F...Out Of My Face when asking for the lost and found after theyve taken away your friends real ID.Not to mention promoters like Neal (Neil?) will tell you youre on a guest list yet still charge you full price while trying to sell you an overpriced table (theres a reason no one wants to pay for them!).Save your money, time, and headache and go to a real Philadelphia club or bar or literally anywhere but NOTO. They dont deserve your business because they wont respect you even when theyre guaranteed it. Places like NOTO are the reason Philadelphia gets a bad rep.
Such an unprofessional place. They have no respect for customers and zero sense of communication. They have crackheads working as security guards. The security guard threatened my life although he didnt get physical with me he started yelling that he will shoot me if he saw me again. Learn how to treat people with respect. You guys are lucky it was my last day here. I would have taken this matter to the police and also take it to court. Yes i am a lawyer. Your security guard threatened to shoot a lawyer in front of allot of guests that were near the exit. I can’t believe this place is in business still.
I attended the Wharton & Friends event last night (Saturday March 30th) and the bathroom attendant made the experience a horrible one.We were made to stand in line even when stalls were available, while he delivered a long lecture about who could use which and how much toilet paper he was going to give to them. The attendant (male) was momentarily absent the second time I went to the restroom and became aggressive after I decided what stall to use on my own.He burst the door open when I (a woman) had gone in there and locked it.In addition to the atrocious service by the attendant, the club makes it unsafe for women in particular, if the stalls can be opened from outside even after locking it.I will not recommend this venue!!
The venue is amazing and music is awesome every time I go. The security may be too uptight. They have kick so many people. I didn’t get kicked but the way they were talking was without any respect even though I had vip band it doesn’t matter. Anyway when I didn’t had to deal with them I had amazing time. Created couple of crazy memories in the spot.
Honestly the worst venue Ive been to. Really wish Philly EDM promotors would stop bringing DJs to this awful venue. They arent friendly to the EDM crowd, or anyone in general. Went to see a well known DJ, even paid for tickets, and waited until 1 am to leave when we realized he probably wasnt coming on. If I had a reputation to maintain I wouldnt want to get on stage at this venue either. We went to see music, werent acting obnoxious or anything, got blinded by a bouncer traversing to the 50% of the venue that is VIP, and overpaid for a few tickets. So many other wonderful venues in Phila, dont waste your time or money here.
The bodyguards are crazy and start fights with the customers for no reason. It’s not safe and no one is accountable for this establishment. How can customers enjoy themselves when you have bouncers or bodyguards assaulting and harassing customers for no reason. Management stated that’s the way it is. Just go somewhere else, there’s plenty of places to go and have fun without the hassle.
Saw Deadmau5 at NOTO and had a good time. Im aware of some particularly negative experiences at NOTO and cant speak to those instances. What I can say is that for a Thursday night EDM concert with 3 guys, I had a perfectly enjoyable and safe time - albeit with expensive drinks. Would come back for a similar situation.
Went to this club on Saturday at midnight. Absolutely useless waste of money. No disco, no fun, no atmosphere, no food. The bar is only 10 drinks. 40-50 people standing along the walls just talking to each other. On the stage 15 sad African-Americans of different sexes pretend to make music. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Huge disappointment from wasted time and money. If anyone knows where you can have fun dancing - please let me know.
1st time at this club was on 3/2/24. The place as a whole was a vibe. We had a section right next to the DJ booth. The only complaints I have are: 1. no soap or toilet paper in the bathroom (I had to use paper towels and thank god I keep hand sanitizer in my purse) gross. They need to have 2 separate bathrooms b/c it was unisex it was a mess in there. 2. The floors all throughout were wet, sticky and slippery. All in all we had a good time celebrating my husband’s birthday and we will be back again.
I love going to concerts and smaller venues. Although it was my first time at NOTO, I was excited to see A Boogie here because the venue is intimate compared to Wells Fargo, MSG ect.. but to give my honest opinion I will NEVER go back. The line to get in went fairly quickly and the female security that checks your bag and pats you down was professional and kind. The bartenders were also kind and we received our drinks without any issues. Pricing is what you would expect for a nightclub, but Ive been to places much more expensive.Almost immediately, the drink I just purchased went down my leg because you are packed in like a sardine. There was not enough room to accommodate GA and dancing seemed almost impossible. If being shoulder to shoulder unable to even see the artist is your vibe then Noto is for you. The first few hours are spent listening to up and coming artist. The energy was lit, but again its hard to enjoy the show when your constantly being shoved, pushed and picking up people off the floor. Yes, multiple people that cant handle their liquor would fall at my feet. Also, two fights broke out and people seemed more invested in recording than diffusing the situation. Im there to have a couple drinks and ride to A Boogie, not watch a bunch of people act a fool and not maintain. Security did do an amazing job of escorting people out that couldnt keep it together.Ive been to many venues in Philly, but NOTO has more VIP areas than GA, which made the experience uncomfortable. I get it, the club is about their money. However, I paid to see A Boogie, which he only came out after midnight and sang a few songs and the show was a wrap. Disappointing to say the least. Again, this is all only my opinion and personal review. Take what info you want and leave the rest. Im still DTB 4 Life!!
I love the fact that NOTO brings big djs but I wish the venue was bigger, or the number of tickets was more limited. VIP system here is extra weird and same is security…like who hurt you? For bigger artists and the prices they charge.. there are no special effects that you would expect, so it’s just a basic nightclub that really tries to push to the edm community but does not have the capacity to do so.
This review deserves zero stars. This club allowed 15 year old CHILDREN in on saturday night 3/2/24 and from what I was told by SEVERAL children is that the bouncers were keeping a close eye on all of us. a few of these kids paid $60 to get in rather 30 or 40 because they were so young. I will be calling the police depart and state attorney generals office along with replying to this review with photos of bouncers and bartenders who encouraged children to drink underage and served them and took advantage. Also demanding full refunds for several of the children who paid double.
I was reading the reviews and I couldn’t believe it,My friends and I went to Morgan page. vip was absolutely amazing we was treated with the best everyone was super friendly ramy is amazingClub noto is very classy and upscale no one is rude. One bartender saw I was drunk and gave me water… can’t wait for diploabsolutely love noto
Trashy club. If you’re in it for the music, hope your DJ plays a different venue in Philly. This is not about the artist at all. 1/2+ the place is VIP tables and all the staff are super uptight.
Its a shame because the spot has potential. Unfortunately it being 90% private tables and 10% GA space makes it an overcrowded, undanceable mess. It seems to want to be an EDM venue, but it does nothing to embrace or promote that scene. Security is inconsistent, and the other staff i met while there seemed almost apologetic for how awful the experience was. Not to mention the space has such awful connectivity/no wifi, that myself and a dozen people had to effectively repurchase our own tickets at the door and request a refund after the fact. If youre looking for a proper EDM venue, save your money and go to the Ave.
Sexist company. They have a bouncer for the bathroom line (who was really helpful, cool, and on top of it, and they let attractive women skip the line. Drinks are small and expensive too. I did end up getting bottle service and I appreciated the white glove treatment they gave me, however I do not anticipate on coming here again.
We’ve VIP’d everywhere from Paris, NY and MIA. The sound system/space/venue is of course VERY nice but the most important element for us is always THE STAFF. Everyone including Mark S, Darrin, Valerie, Chris M and “our” security Eric made our night incredible. We celebrated my wife’s Birthday and NOTO was 110% first class; from our welcome, to the attention to detail (Message Shout Out on the Display!), our “on top of it” (and cute) Waitress to the Bathroom attendant. Simply Perfect. Finally, a first class experience close to Home. Thank you!
Dont GO !Prices are ridiculous! To rich for my blood lol380 something for just one bottle !!!lol already paid 2 something for just the darn section !No thanks !
There wholeeee security team is terrible , only one lady was actually be respectful , it was the one that was getting everyone to come all the thru , she has a pretty lil fro , but ALLL of the service was terrible
Came here for a concert, staff sucked and didn’t know how to keep the crowd safe. Also some of the trashiest people with no concert/club etiquettes so it made the experience so much worse. Never again, sad I even went the first time.
We had a V.I.P table last night. The host was the best they answered all our requests, service was good and the Price was incredible responsible!!!!Definitely coming back.THANK YOU NOTO !!!!
I am rating 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. There employees are EXTREMELY unprofessional, impatient, and rude, especially one of the bartenders working Friday the 13th. The reasons are stated at the following:1) Bad altitude: I used to put my hand in front of my mouth when having very close conversation with people since Covid. And this bartender is acting very impatient since the very beginning, saying she can’t hear me cuz I’m covering my mouth in a IMPATIENT altitude. I’m totally fine but key point is her altitude was bad at the beginning.2) UnProfessional: Asked me what type of mixer do I want for whiskey. First, for whiskey she should ask whether I want a mixer or not. Second, I said I want it with ice, so I said “ice”. She was like wth is this person talking about. Third, I asked her more than 5 TIMES what mixer do they have. She didn’t answer and kept saying I don’t understand what you are talking about in a RUDE altitude. I mean, if you cannot understand, you can just be patient and calm down.3) Rudeness: after asking the sixth time what kinda mixer do they have, she finally answers by screaming at me. I can’t deal w it anymore and I screamed back. And she literally scream get tf out of here.Well, if you are not proficient in ordering an alcohol, I recommend u not to order anything from the bartender or otherwise they will scream at you impatiently like that. And I’m not sure if she does it to anyone or just being RACIST since I’m Chinese? On the other hand, my other friend says this was her first time get to a bar, and ask her what kinda drink do they offer. She didn’t answer either.Lastly we were kicked out of the club since they allowed their employee to scream at their customer, but didn’t allow their customer to scream back. I asked the black security to see the manager, but him never let me do so. He said he DOESN’T care if we leave bad google reviews. So, apparently non of the employees actually care about customers and NOTO itself. Bad professionalism and altitude. That’s why they get a 2.5 rating.
Love the club, love the DJs they book. However, they way oversold Alesso tickets. It was so packed, no one could move anywhere. The bouncer at the bathroom was taking bribes to cut the line. I wouldve gladly paid 3x the cost of admission for them to sell 3x fewer tickets. The air conditioning cant keep up with that amount of people, and if there was an emergency, youd be trapped. Jack up ticket prices, drink prices, do what you have to do to makeup the money on selling fewer tickets. I love the club, set up is great, music is great, but all that means nothing if I cant make it to the bar to buy a drink, or dance for 2 seconds without being shoved.
Terrible venue. Been here twice. Kaskade and Alesso. Too small. Extremely bad and obstructed views from upstairs. Downstairs is jam packed because they overextended the VIP booths to take up 50% of the potential dance floor. They always oversell the place. Water bottles are travel size. Gets extremely hot upstairs, no air circulation at all. Always draws a trashy clientele who throw cigarettes from the second floor down onto the first floor. Will not see another show here.
Went to noto for the first time as I just turned 21 went up to the bar and this white female bartender was extremely rude. We were asking what kind of drinks do they have and she just kept avoiding the question saying we have what other bar has. But i just turned 21 I don’t know what other bars have but she was being arrogant and started to act even more tense and rude saying we should know. We kept asking then my friend raised his voice a bit out of frustration because she wouldn’t give us an answer. Then she screamed and kicked him out because she felt “uncomfortable “. She just had a bad attitude the entire time. Even though I wasn’t kicked out I feel angry and don’t recommend noto. Rude bartender
I normally love this place regardless of the ridiculously overpriced drinks. But the experience I just had made me never want to go again. I had free tickets to a show tonight and I didnt see the fine print that you needed to show up by 11. I was 30 minutes late and they tried acting like they would do me a solid by charging us $30 each to get in rather than 40. Are you serious? We turned around and left. I go there all the time and they couldnt cut us some slack? $60 is a lot of money and more than the tickets originally cost. Youre not doing me a favor. You are screwing me over.
A worker outside told me it was $30 to get in then when I had to pay they told me $40 , then the next morning I checked my bank statement and they charged me $45 . Scammed me and this “club” wasn’t worth it at all. Drinks are sooo over priced , I rather go anywhere else .Also Dress code isn’t a thing anymore , people had jeans on and sneakers lol .
I had the worst experience with this place. Whoever the female that is in charge of vip section is she was extremely rude, racist and above all dismissive. An intelligent conversation between adults about asking how many people can be in vip section turned into her yelling and screaming making racist comments and disrespecting myself and my son. She then walked away as if nothing had happened I then spoke to several others who did not want to give me her name. This place needs to learn customer service and she needs to be fired
Steve Aoki played an amazing set tonight. Too bad the event was oversold so we couldnt even move anywhere to dance. Not to mention people were dropping glass beer bottles from the second floor balcony, shattering on the first floor, and one of them shattered on my boot. And when I talked to the bartender he said yeah thats a regular occurrence here . Imagine if there was a fire, people would get trampled and wouldnt be able to move anywhere from how overstuffed it is. Completely unsafe environment.
Reasons why this place is ridiculous, why you should never go here and why this was my worst experience at a club/rave:1. You are treated lesser than a human being. Apparently you have to ask for permission to go to the bathroom, and they scream at you if you dont. Guy working there forced my friend and I to share ONE toilet. He didnt let us use different bathrooms, when there were 6 open and no line.2. False information on who will be performing. They will claim a certain headliner or opener will play, but they often dont come. You bought tickets to see someone perform? May the odds be in your favor, because you aint getting your money and time back.3. Security guards will block your view of site for the entire show. If you kindly ask them to move, they will refuse because apparently their 7 ft a** cant see (he was literally 7 ft tall) They dont care about you, and will scream at you for literally doing nothing.4. Money hungry. 80% of the venue/club are all VIP seats. 20% is the GA, its extremely small and you get treated like cattle, and feel like cattle because youre fenced in.5. They start cleaning the venue 1 hour before the show ends. This means security guards randomly kicking people out, screaming at you to move back, and reducing the already-tiny-af GA area by making the fence smaller and forcing everyone to squish together. Like cattle. They scream in your ear curse at you if you dont move back enough.
I had a lot of fun with the people I went with. The venue itself isnt bad. Now the bouncers on the other hand arent cool. These guys have set up a lavish extortion system. For instance theres always a long line to use the bathroom and on purpose they dont use every available bathroom. They will send somebody in the line and lie to you saying The bathroom upstairs doesnt have a line. Not mentioning that you cannot get in there without a VIP wristband. But the bouncer who is watching the stairs will conveniently offer to get you in front of the line for a tip. Now its not a little tip, he wants a minimum of $10 to do that, I wasnt happy and held it in the remainder of the night. After I realized what happened I thought to hang back and watch for a brief moment and I saw the same person getting in line briefly saying something to people in from of him and then watching these people get stopped by the bouncer at the stairs. Many of these people were cutting the line after paying the tip. Everyone in line gets screwed waiting anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. These guys are making good money with this system. So if you intend to go here, you better be loaded and bring lots of cash. Itll probably be expensive but youll have a hell of a time. Otherwise if youre an average person with an average job, dont bother coming here.
BORING!! Worst club in Philly. Was popping back like 8 years ago, now it’s usually dead and full of amateurs! Bottle girls r boring to look at and the DJs here are UNKNOWN and whack. Go take your time and money somewhere you’ll actually have a good time. Even Roar is better than this.
This club was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Theres almost no womens bathrooms and the ones they had were NOT CLEANED OR MAINTAINED. Its a club, so my expectations are NOT high, but seriously.... I was horrified by the poor management and unsanitary conditions of EVERYTHING. I didnt feel comfortable buying drinks at the bar because of this. By far the most disgusting club I have ever been in, I needed a shower and had to clean the ??? off my shoes (the main dance floor was filthy and covered in liquid sludge). I had a horrible time and wont be returning.
Steve aoki please up your standards. I love you and your music but I was getting more elbows to the face than mac and cheese at a cracker barrel. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.Yeah. ...Noto going again.Anchovies galore. Packed in vomit and alcohol. Also asked the bartender for a drink and she was confused. Steered me into paying for a $12 shot instead.
Nice place for the event I went to. I was there for the Henny & Waffle’s day party. Only problem and the reason for 3 stars was a female bartender that was NASTY & SLOW!!!!!! I was in line for 40 minutes to get my wife and myself a drink well I get up there and two females skipped the entire line on my left side and the bartender took their order and started making their drinks. I said that I was next and you might have thought the world was coming to an end she flipped out started cussing me out and I just stood there she called security and had me taken out of her line and refused to serve me. Don’t think I’ll be back to NOTO any time soon. The event itself was nice atmosphere was chill music was good food well it wasn’t fabulous. It was ok but the Henny wings were stone COLD!!!!!!
Hands down the worst music venue/club I’ve ever been to. GA tickets were $100 a piece and definitely not worth it. The GA area is tiny, and it is extremely over crowded with people bumping into you the entire time. Sound system is horrendous. We were in the middle back of the GA section and could barely hear anything. The VIP tables are so poorly placed and take up so much space. One rail mixed drink was $17 and no tap water (must buy a tiny $7 water bottle). So not the vibe….will never be returning.
This was my first time at Noto and it will be the last time. We went to see gryffin and it was clearly overbooked. Everyone was pushing and there was no space to move at all; we even paid for VIP. The service was so bad, if we’re paying 25% tip we expect decent service but we were given bottles with no shot glasses. It took 30 mins to look for someone to give us glasses. Our table was also so dirty when we arrived. It also took like 45 minutes to get inside so we’re freezing outside at that point. Most of the employees were so rude for no reason, we weren’t even rowdy or anything but one of them was yelling at my friend for wearing sunglasses?! Not to mention the worst part.. we had to pay an extra 20 DOLLARS EACH TO USE THE RESTROOM. What kind of scam is this. What is the point of paying vip if we’re treated like trash. Gryffin also came super late at like 1:30 and the speakers were so messed up at the beginning. I expected better.
Some dude kept pushing me, even though I was dancing with my gf. I pushed him back once and got kicked out of the club.
Overall, my friends and I had a good time this past Saturday night! We went for Diplo to celebrate a birthday and it was packed. I would highly recommend reserving a table if you like having more of your own space. Moises secured us a table and was very accommodating in the process. Alexa, our bottle server, was super sweet and checked on us just enough. And Charles, another member of the staff, came by often to make sure our area was dry and hazard free.
Best night out I’ve ever had. This was my first time at NOTO, and it certainly won’t be my last. Ramy from the VIP services did an incredible job of providing my girlfriend and I with world class hospitality. He was extremely friendly, professional, courteous, and tastefully dressed. I highly recommend asking for him if you desire any VIP services. The club was a lot of fun. Great sound and visuals. Great DJ (Morgan Page) 👌
The place is great however that means you got to get through the door first and that is the real let down of this place. The promoter just really wants to make money and doesnt care who they have to screw over for it.
They charged my friend $20 to bring in a vape, and misplaced my tag on another person’s jacket. I handed them the coat-check ticket I was given and still had to pay another $5 to get my jacket back. The non-VIP space in front of the performer is too narrow, and bouncers were literally picking up people every 5 minutes and pushing them back into the crowd so the VIP/table area stayed spacious. Overall, it just felt like people were cattle being moved around, and everyone was too busy shoving and trying to get in front for the night to be fun.
Where do I start, almost a year ago I went here to see Alan Walker on Haloween, as it was the closest show to where I am from. It all started when I was immediately extorted by the bouncer before even getting in, the ol $20 to keep my personal property. Then since I got there early and wanted to avoid lines later, I paid another $20 for the smallest bottle of water Ive ever seen. At this point I was upset, but still excited to see the show. The opening artists were great, however by the time AW came on, the place was so packed, we had to leave the first floor because we couldnt see anything, and were just getting pushed around. Thankfully by this point there were so many people that the bouncers couldnt stop anyone from going up to the second floor (which required a wristband sold inside for $20 before it was packed), so we made our way up there for free. The performance was amazing, however the screen they had for visuals was horrible, and the entire sound system seemed to be blown.Oh and to top it all off, saw some poor girl coming out of a random door that guests wernt allowed in crying, hope that wasnt what I thought it was.TLDR, bouncers commit crimes against you for their benefit, the fire martial should reevaluate, you will not see the show unless you spend thousands on a VIP Table, and I possibly became a witness to a horrible crime. Any 5 star review on here must be fake.If any artest reads this, please stop going back to this place, read the other reviews, if you continue to go back after reading them, you really must only care about the money and not the people that are there to see your show, or you are just allowed behind the secret door.
I paid $100 to see a boogie wit tha hoodie and I was shocked when he came out and performed ONLY 3 songs, and coronas were $12, it felt like I was a cartel hostage, I tried to go to the bathroom and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes because they put men and women in the same line, just to have my shoes thrown up on by someone that could not use the restroom because they had to wait in that outrageous line, I also got pushed and shoved
I rarely leave reviews on anything, but heres to hoping someone reads this and actually decides to change things/bigger venues in Philly start bringing EDM artists more often. I went here all the time before covid. Its always packed but I dont remember it being nearly as packed as it was last night for Tchami. There was literally no room to move anywhere on the dancefloor, people were shoving/pushing, and I had drinks spilled on me too many times that I can count. Truly disappointed in what NOTO has become, especially since its one of the few places in Philly you can go for EDM. It doesnt appear that the owner(s) care as evidenced by all the bad reviews theyve gotten and nothing has changed. Even before covid, they only cater to the VIP section which imo should be upstairs. Whats the point in having two floors of a club if the second floor is consistently closed and everyone is packed downstairs like sardines? The dancing area is too small. The tables take up way too much room. We left early, couldnt even enjoy ourselves properly because every few seconds someone is plowing into you to move. Even got accidentally elbowed in the head by one of guys that escort the VIP people to their tables.Im hoping some other venues in the area start having EDM artists more. Noto is not the wave. Its too small to have these big artists coming to perform. It would be perfect if they arranged somethings to make more space downstairs. Even DAER in Miami has ample amounts of room to dance when its packed, dayclub and nightclub. Noto needs to take a page from their book. Also, the sound system was not the greatest. The music sounded super low in the back and the bass was too high you couldnt make out beats or vocals on songs. At one point it improved slightly.Never had these big issues with NOTO prior to covid. Not sure what happened during that time, but its disappointing.
Worst club experience Ive ever had. Paid $30 at the door, the DJ never made it there, one captain and coke was $18 in a 6 oz cup. The bathroom bouncer made my gf go into the bathroom with her gf yet there were other rooms available. And last call I asked for water (tap) they said they didnt serve and tried to sell me 7 dollar bottled water.Red flags everywhere, advised not waste your time
Amazing venue, great sound system, and phenomenal security. It was a pleasure to meet the promoter and the nightclub director. Dont let the poor reviews fool you, if you come in and act respectful you will receive nothing but respect and good times in return. Looking forward to making NOTO a monthly occurrence.
This venue is alright, definitely been to better. The only way you’ll have a comfortable time is if you get a table (which is way too expensive) the bouncers are cool besides the bathroom dudes -.- literally letting people cut the 35 minute line for 20$ ! I almost peed myself lol. Other than that, had a blast but would not recommend this venue to anyone in the edm community.
Worst nightclub Ive ever been to in my life. Obviously clubs can get a little crowded but this is next level. My friend actually passed out from the heat of it being so squished. There is no room to exhale too hard let alone dance. I have no idea how this place is even legal, and I wont be surprised when it gets shut down
I would highly recommend you never go here. Long story short, this place lost a $700 jacket of mine. They tried to convince me that I had lost track of it and lost the jacket myself. Insane. The bouncers/staff then resorted to physical threats to get me to leave when I asked to speak to management. By the way, this was all after I was on a table here. Easily the worst club experience i’ve ever had, go to Concourse or anywhere else.
Unfortunately people on door and entrance are so rude. We walked in then back out. We couldn’t handle how can people so rude!
The club is nice. The drinks are expensive but I saw the bartender walking around with free shots, so I guess it balances out. Both djs we saw were awesome. Security guards were helpful.
Two only because the show was good and the artists were great. As for the air system???? Headaches and dehydration as water is super expensive and they don’t let you get tap water. The air rose and just got so muggy. I was drenched. Not an issue when raving, but this was ridiculous. They need an actual air system as the artists were even struggling with the one fan they were provided on stage.
Most of the time I have fun here, but this was a horrible experience. From the time we stepped into the VIP line until the time we left the venue. Friends and I split a VIP table and still had to wait about 20 min outside as their team sorted out the mess of people getting in and getting seated. Security was useless, general admission people all over the VIP area. Our server Sallie was the rudest most unhappy human being Ive ever encountered in the service industry and Ive gone to many nightclubs up and down the East coast, if she didnt have our credit card I would have walked out. Waited forever for our bottles and she couldnt care less. The manager (forget his name) couldnt care less either. Its bad when you have a few thousand dollar min. and decide to go to bar to buy drinks while you wait because the service was useless. I think this will be my last time at NOTO.
Bought tix to see gryffin here for an after party, waited for hours and gryffin never showed up. Luckily saw him before the after party at his own show and he never mentioned being at noto after. I think this place books artist without confirming, literal scam. I want to be refunded
This place is an absolute joke! Dont waste your time here. A bunch of little kids, in dirty sneakers pushing each other around. Extremely overpriced drinks and their alcohol selection is trash like the rest of the joint!
Friends and I got a VIP table for the Illenium after-party. Hands down the worst VIP experience Ive ever encountered. They had an event prior to ours so when we arrived the place was already trashed. It took almost 2 hours to get inside and once we did it took an additional 1.5hr to get our bottle. I didnt even have time to drink anything. The guards charged us $30 to use an out of order VIP bathroom for the night, which was also trashed. The fire alarms kept going off and interrupting the set. The vibes were beyond trash. Definitely steer clear of this place if you have any dignity.
I came here to see Burna Boy and drove from VA. Ticket was $100 and when I called they said it wouldn’t be a concert but he would make an appearance. I was there from 10:30pm- 1:40am (the place closes at 2am) and no Burna Boy.The place was hot and packed. Everyone crowds the dance floor watching the DJ booth for the artist so you can’t really dance. Plus you are pushed by people trying to get by every 2 seconds.I do not recommend this place.
Less than one star, I unfortunately must say as my experience on NYE 2022 at Noto was not only frustrating, aggressive, and stressful, it was very very disappointing. I understand NYE is a hectic time and I take that into complete consideration, however the false information, the aggressive staff, and lack of customer service must be noted. We paid $80 a head to get in, and the sole reason we went, was to support a friend who during the event, as it should have started at 2 AM (we waited outside in line until 3:15 AM) was canceled and did not perform. Noto claimed they were only 10 minutes behind but the advertising said 2-5 AM and a sound check from our friend at 2-2:20 AM does not count as NO ONE was inside the venue, this was when events were being flipped. Once inside the layout is so poorly designed that no worker could lead VIP ticket holders to their sections without pushing, shoving, and aggressively shining flashlights and everyone’s eyes. Not to mention VIP paid a lot more that $80 but still had to wait in the normal line, and of my friend were moved several times from table to tables, not served till the end and kicked out at 5 AM without being able to permitted to finish the bottles they rightfully bought. Do not waste your time here. I had been told this before, I wish we had listened. Disappointed even moreso by the emails I received blaming the timing of the night on the artists and the festival that they coordinated with for the event. Unprofessional. We came to enjoy the music and support a friend, but this is not the place clearly to do so.
We decided last night was the last time we’ll be going here. Every time we go its a really bad experience. We like to go to shows, listen to music and have a good time, this is not the place for that. The bouncers are very rude to everyone even the people in VIP, doesn’t matter whether your nice or not. The bouncers make up different rules all the time. This place should be out of business its so terrible. Sad part is nothing will change cause this stuff always happens here no one cares. Hopefully someone opens a better place so they have competition and close.
Great VIP experience. The bouncers were over hype to fight my husband and his boys as we were leaving threatening with weapons. Very unprofessional to be keeping the venue safe but threatening the patrons of the venue on the way out.Better security would be my recommendation.
Worst club experience. Waited almost 3 hours for Nicky Romero to come out. He was great but that’s it. Good luck moving around in this place. Can’t enjoy it due to everyone pushing and shoving. Also good luck with your bathroom experience that was a fiasco.
Went there for the Illenium afterparty following Hijinx music festival. Even though my group paid for a VIP table we waited outside for an hour before we were allowed in because they hosted an event right before ours started and could not clean up in time. On top of the event being oversold, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They forced each of us to pay $30 for access to the “VIP” bathroom which was flooded and short of toilet paper. Never going to this club again and I suggest everyone else to steer clear of this establishment.
Went to the Kaskade show last night and it was great! The sound system is really good, all the DJs played well. Nice bars and staff as well. Next time I think I’m going to try table service, the upstairs looks nice too. Oh it’s also very clean, the bathrooms are large and accommodating. Kaskade even played an extra long set!! Thank you noto!
Came here for the Henny and Waffles event. To start the food was pretty decent and there were alota options, however the waffles was extra sweet and the grits was SWEET.. never ordered sweet grits from a restaurant or venue before..There were only 2 bartenders and the line was ridiculously long.. The white female bartender on the first floor had a horrible attitude. We paid $30 extra for unlimited mimosas and 6 of us wanted refills.. she said she can’t do 6 refills because she only has 1 bottle of champagne left.. uhhh ok?? Why is that our problem?? We paid for unlimited mimosas so the venue should’ve been more prepared !I heard her tell someone “yea it’s unlimited refills but NOT unlimited service”… I also heard her tell someone to not come back to her bar because someone didn’t tip herOh yea place was HOT.. everyone is as sweaty and fanning themselves.. it was 98 degrees outside and it felt jus the same insideSuch an unprofessional and unorganized event.. Pay $65 to go to Rec and Royal and you’ll get a bottle of champagne, brunch, and a wayyyy better experience
Noto is by far the worst night club I have ever been to, in my opinion. They should not be allowed to bring well-known DJs being that this is such a small place and they cannot fit so many people in here. its overcrowded, you sell alcohol so you can just imagine the amount of people trying to use the bathroom and thats one of their biggest issues. Not enough bathrooms. Save your money otherwise youll be paying for a bad experience and its not worth it.
Came to this place to see Lil Uzi Vert 9/3 and paid $100 for tickets. I was hoping the place wouldn’t be as bad as reviews made it sound but it was even worse. The times listed on the tickets were 10-2 but after 3 hours of waiting in the crowd, the show finally began around 1:15 am. If that isn’t bad enough it only lasted around 35 minutes. This place doesnt appear to care about their guests based on my experience and what many others have had to say as well. A huge issue for this event and others it seems is a lack of communication about what you’re actually purchasing tickets to. If you’re looking for a concert do not come here. I strongly advise everyone to spend their money and time elsewhere.
My friends and I were excited to see Illenium for the Hijinx after party, but it was a huge disappointment. We waited outside in the cold for over an hour. The event was supposed to start at 2 am and we didn’t get in until after 3 am. We missed the opening acts due to the wait. Then once we finally got inside there were far too many people there. Definitely seemed like they oversold tickets. (There was still a line wrapping around the block to get inside even when we left). Seems like the only way to enjoy the show was to have a VIP table. The layout of the venue clearly favors VIP/bottle service. General admission had no possible way to see the dj booth. Yet still charged us $100 a ticket, for what? To look at the back of people’s heads? It was way too overpacked. You couldn’t even move inside. Then on top of all that, the fire alarms went off multiple times during Illenium’s set which forced us to leave. Horrible time, what a waste of money. Don’t go here.
This is the most ridiculous venue I have ever visited, the layout does not make sense. The small dance floor is made much smaller by half of it being taken up by VIP tables. This results in people just shoving you around and makes for the worst vibe Ive ever had at any music venue. Im not sure why but this place seems to attract the worst and rudest crowd Ive ever seen at a venue. I do not recomend going to this place ever if your favorite artist is there just avoid it. The experience of seeing a good artist is completely ruined by the awful layout and rude people the staff as well as the crowd. This place needs a lot of work on every level to become even decent.
So many illegal things going on in this place. Way too crowded, unless you get a table you won’t be able to even stand comfortable because you are constantly being pushed and shoved around and people still have the audacity to start fights when literally they have everyone like sardines in a can. And I’m sorry but overall this is actually a very trashy place, the tables are not even worth the money. Most of their “Security” is a joke. Scummy place and it attracts just that. First and most definitely last time.
I came here for the first time last month and when I went to the bar to get a drink, the bartender (long blonde hair) couldn’t hear what drink I was asking for and she gave me the most Nasty Stank face and the most horrible attitude… when she could’ve instead just ask me to repeat myself or to speak louder.. it was so unnecessary like there was no way I was buying a drink there. Also, if you don’t have a VIP table there, i wouldn’t waste your time going there. It’s extremely crowded in the GA section and everyone’s just on top of you and you get smothered in everyone’s sweat. I’ve never felt as gross as I did after a night there.. and I’ve gone out to a lot of places before.
This place is terribly small. They sell way more tickets that they should. People are like sardines. Terrible logistics and they prefer to close the second floor are or charge you like $1500 to be able to be in the ‘VIP” area.
NOTO was absolutely awful! My friend and I waited in line for 3 hours just to be greated by a $150 cover charge. We were able to get in at some point just to be harassed multiple times by the security people, saying we didnt belong. We are both immigrants (Honduras and Puerto Rico) and we were targeted all night. Security kept coming up to us, saying we snuck in or cheated our way in. We paid for the insanely overpriced bracelet and we were still being told to leave. The service was awful and extremely racist towards us. NOTO does not deserve the attention or crowd it gets. The place is filled by terrible staff. Anyone looking for Phillys night life, I highly recommend going to Morgans Pier instead as it is a better ambient and the staff wont be extremely racist towards you. Highly recommend you stear clear of NOTO as it is a terrible place. Definitely not worth your time, much less your money!
I came to Noto this past weekend for my friends birthday and it was so much fun! We arranged ahead of time for a VIP table and it was such a good idea! The staff came out with sparklers and a huge birthday sign with her name on it. Would definitely recommend for any night out!
Not really sure how this place keeps booking great DJs. My wife and I went to see James Hype in December, and this place made it 🗑. We got in just fine but it was a Thursday. When he finally came on, during the set the bouncers/security started shoving people. They ended shoving my wife damaging her shoes and ankle, when confronted they were beyond rude and insulting. The below reviews are legit, shouldve went to see him at a different venue
Consistently negative experience. Their outsourced security staff are atrocious - I watched them demand $20 bribes of a handful of people just to bring in a legal vape pen (nowhere does it say they arent allowed). The venue itself is ok, but very small. The main dance floor gets packed to the point where you cant turn around and are constantly being pushed around by the crowd.
AWFUL. If I could give zero stars I would. The drinks are way overpriced, barely any space reserved for dancing (despite the pictures online), and the sound system was clearly messed up. Literally sounded like they had blown a speaker or something. My friends and I went for the Halloween party and it was garbage, we left within ten minutes of arriving. It is absolutely not worth the hassle
I’ve been going to NOTO for 4+ years and honestly have had a fun experience each time. It is one of the more upscale venues for Philly, and the artists that come to perform here are always great. Also, Moises Cruz is one of the promoters that is always friendly and helpful. He’s a quick responder and always provides information for any events you’re interested in! Thank you Moises!
It took me forever to write this -but I didnt want to forget. I saw a lot of negative reviews but decided to try for myself . My first time going was on halloween and in all honesty I was skeptical but I had a great time! Everyone was nice, the space was large, I saw some great costumes (which is important to me ) , it got crowded and had lots of energy, music was good and diverse . Everyone was helpful . I really had a good time. I will say this . My friend suggested we get bottle service and I think that makes a difference in your experience perhaps - although I dont think any issues I would have had if not in bottle service would have been other than what any club like this would have ? So see for yourself and if you can, get a table. Alexandra was out bottle waitress btw and she was amazing and fun- loving and genuine and very helpful and attentive but still managed to be pleasant . Much love to her for contributing to the nights success. Best halloween Ive had since I moved from Miami!
We paid to see an artist perform (Dillon Francis) that was advertised from 10pm-2pm. By 1:15am there was no sign of him. The place closes at 2am.NOTO, please contact us for our money back. A really bad experience.
Went to see borgore two days ago. This place is really scummy. They serve underage and like way over serve them. You can smoke inside if you pay the guard but then I’m sure the next one would come up and want the same so no thanks . The security way to hands on. The only person who worked for that club that was the man was the guy who cleans up the spills. He was super nice and photo bombed our picture later on it was hilarious, shout out to you. Oh and upstairs down the one hall with the bathrooms idk what that guarded “exit door” leads to that I seen two girls get offered to go into and then their crying friend looking for them and then she wasn’t aloud to go that way or even look for them; your gross. Nothing PLUR about this place. Do better people.
Went for Halloween it was a nightmare. They were clearly violating the citys covid rules. No vax card check and no one (staff included) wearing a mask. They also let in way too many people, there was no room at all on the dance floor. It was obviously unsafe and they clearly did not care about their patrons.Bouncers were unprofessional, forcing people to pay extra cash at the door to come in to a ticketed event, on top of being very physical with the crowd, even knocking some women over, including two who came in with me.
I booked a VIP table for a big group for a celebration in January. It was almost $2000. First, we were made to wait outside for over a hour in the freezing cold. Once inside, we saw our waitress once to take our payment... which was incorrect. They would not provide me a breakdown and said there was nothing they could do about it. 45 min later and still no drinks, my husband had to go search for someone in the back to come wait on us. Finally, we got our first drinks at 1am. 2 1/2 hours after we got there. We were also not given all of our order that was paid for and when we asked for it, we were charged again! I have spent the last two months on phone calls and text messages with some dude name James who lied about his relationship with our original sales person. I have been promised a refund and still have not gotten it two months later. This place sucks.
This place focuses way too much on bottle service, when I went there the dance floor was super tiny and roped off for VIP tables while 25+ booths remained empty, it was a thursday night btw and on top of that the drink were overpriced. They are a generic club at best but really try to be high class. When your patrons cant even dance and end up leaving you should look into how to make their dancing experience at a dance club more enjoyable.
Place is nice enough for what it is. Sound system is great.BUT the drinks are overpriced. I was charged 3 different prices for the same drink and each time I questioned it the bartender just shrugged. I asked for water and was told I had to pay $5 for WATER, I was told its company policy. Luckily one of the nice bartenders hooked it up and got me some free of charge. Also, mandatory coat check $10 but then a ton of people inside with coats on. Overall the place could be fun but it just feels shady and its not a business Id want to give my money to if these are the policies they enforce.
Terrible experience. We are a group of professionals in our 30s who got a table at Noto to see Justin Bieber. Problems we encountered:1. We expected one or two songs from Bieber. Or at least a “hey what’s up Philly”- he had his back to the crowd the entire time while sitting at a bottle service table. That’s it.2. We found out the bouncers have a system where they tell people if they pay them $400 cash they will get space on the railing on the top floor. Now we got a table on the top floor to have some space to ourselves. Bouncers told us the only space we purchased is JUST the couch and we have no rights to the space directly in front of our table. So they continued to ask us to move to continue to sell those spots under the table.3. No one checked our Covid vaccines. Not the end of the world but with 1000 people packed into a small space, it would’ve been nice.If you try to market yourself as an upscale establishment, then don’t scam patrons out of the “featured artist” and their table space.Weird experience.
Will never go back to this place. After reading the other comments about the bathroom extortion system the bouncers have going I really thought it was a joke. It’s not. I witnessed it in all of its glory. Bartenders were fantastic and security at the door made you feel safe because they actually checked people.
One of the worst clubs I have been to. First off, the coat check ladies refused to give us our jackets because we lost our coat tag even though our coats were the only ones left unless we paid 5 dollars cash. Because it was the end of the night the ATM was closed and we only had card which they refused to take. As I was exiting the club the bouncer put his hands on me and shoved me out which was completely disrespectful. First and last time coming here!
This place is the worst. We went to Galantis which was completely oversold and super dangerous. If there were a fire or any emergency event we all wouldve died. Staff are extremely rude and pushy, shoving you out of the way if you are near VIP which is impossible to avoid when you have completely oversold the space. They did not scan our tickets upon entry and had no way to track how many people were inside. Even the sound system blows, Galantiss microphones werent working so you could only hear the music. The crowd is full of frat/finance bros, one of whom groped a girl I was standing next to after she turned him down. I wasnt able to use the bathroom once because the lines were so long. A bunch of peoples coats in coat check were lost at the end of the night and getting out of the club with my jacket took over a half hour. People were climbing over the coat check counter to look for their coats. I could really go on, but dont want to spend any more of my time thinking about this place. I will definitely never be back and will advise everyone I know to never go to this place, it should be shut down. Dont waste your time or money at NOTO, its an awful experience and dangerous because they prioritize making money over customer experience/safety.
The most HORRIBLE nightclub experience I ever been to. Security is asking for a $20 bribe to bring your personal property (vape) inside. Drinks where ridiculously overpriced and guess what, you pay $30 to enter and then they lead you to a small space that has no benches, tables or seats. Then they let you go to the bathroom 1 by one. Feels like a prison, feels illegal and feels unprofessional. Thats it, never will be back here again!
Love give more but come on! Staff is great but the way the bars are set up makes it a issue to get a drink. The VIP wall wraps around the whole dance floor just makes this a glorified large lounge loud music. Ive Been to a tone of clubs and alot of different cities and the idea that it took them that long to build it the layout kills it. My 2cents
Prices for drinks are way too high about the sound and dance area and DJs were fantastic! They did also walk around with free shots. Security guard was super helpful
Very disappointed in this place. 7 women and I went to Noto for one of their birthdays after a night out. We didn’t get there until a little after 1am. They were trying to charge us 100 dollars PER PERSON, when they close at 2. So for 45 minutes in their venue, they wanted that much money. And if you think that is bad, we tried giving a card, they say nope cash only. Then tried to pressure us saying we have only a couple minutes to make a decision to come in. People were leaving, telling me it wasn’t that busy. Unbelievable. Do NOT go there. Not worth the hassle.
Stanky like trash. There is a reason this place has a 2.6 star rating. “VIP” area has limited space and gen. admission we’re getting in. Sound system is sub-par. There is a reason no reputable DJ will perform here. Mostly C-listers. Waste your money somewhere else.
They charge you for two drinks for a double. And you have to pay extra for mixers so a drink is basically $25-$30. The dance floor is pretty small for a club and the one bouncer tried to pick a fight with me because I accidentally walked into VIP and walked back out politely……….not worth it
Couldn’t see the artist who came at like 1:30am. The stage area was completed packed with random people and still from the top floor you couldn’t see anything. VIP had a longer wait even arriving at 11. 2nd floor VIP definitely not worth it at all! The party never got started. Ok service. You can smoke which is nice. Entrance was not at all worth the price tag. Definitely don’t go here, definitely better spots around. Price at door is less expensive than online.
Worst experience ever (Oct 31st 2021). A street bar/dancing place would have been much better. Started at 9:30 PM, it’s 12:30 PM now and no guest appearance. They faked/ false announced Allen Walker presence. It’s not about money ($70) it’s the time and moment they wasted.**mollerpluckers*** You know what I mean.
Came here late night with my wife and work friends after an event in the city. We got a bottle table and the service was second to none. Jamie and Shannon were our waitresses and they were terrific from start to finish -- very attentive and they couldnt be any nicer! Ive been to just about every night club in Philly and had good times at each, but NOTO is in a class of its own, so its not even fair to compare them to the competition in the city: from the first-class service, to the sound system and visuals, to the outstanding lineups they have performing each week, you will not find a better place to party in Philly! Will definitely be back soon.
Noto is presented as a High end club experience, but its completely opposite.I booked a section for my birthday with the promoter Joe. He was easy to work with and prompt in responding and answering calls. I went back and forth with him on which section to choose, and I ended up choosing a section that required a tab of $1200. I did ask before arriving if gratuity was included and was told no that its a 35% charge on top of the required tab. While waiting in the VIP line the two sections that sat before me both questioned this percentage, so its clear that is something that usually isnt disclosed. Joe offered in our convo one of the bigger sections because it was my birthday. After being seated I seen they were all the same size for the $1200 tab (which wasnt a big deal) but clearly a salesman sugar coat. After checking in, immediately upon walking into Noto all you smell is weed, its not hidden at all as everyone is smoking...which also was no big deal for me either but will give you a idea of the environment. We were escorted to the vip area and after getting seated Kelsey (I believe her name was) greeted us and got the bill and bottle selection squared away. While waiting for the bottles my mood started to change. You would think the main focus for this High end experience would be a amazing DJ who is going to deliver the best music to create and set the night... instead we were given a show from what seemed to any local artist who wanted to pick up the microphone, over horrible quality tracks and music. One of the artist made it clear he was the plug and and if we needed anything where to find him in the club lol. So after more the half of our time and has gone to local music you never heard of the DJ finally took over and played some actual good music. Around 1 am vip was no longer vip... seemed like if you were pretty enough you could easily get by the guards. Quick trip to the bathroom wasnt so quick, after standing in line and being asked to wait 3 times for the staff could go ahead of me... those sanitary wipes I keep in my bag became super useful for once as the large roll of toilet paper was just laying one the floor. On this night a group called City girls was supposed to preform. Noto closes at 2am. At 2am the feature artist still wasnt there. We left around 2:30 once city girls gave a quick two line verse and they started to play other music. Kelsey was great, she seemed to see my disconnect and asked several times was I ok. I unfortunately didnt get to tip her and I feel horrible about that. IF I ever go back I will be sure to look for her. I would def take care of her. If you got this far I did leave out two things. In convos with Joe he did agree on 4 bottles to be priced into our tab. When I got there I was told there was a service charge on the bottle that was in a sense thrown in of 25% which was about $115. I spilt our tab half cash half card. After the first large charge my bank flagged my card wouldnt allow the second small charge for the comp bottle until I confirmed it wasnt fraud because Im not from the area so I cancelled that bottle. Last, once the good music finally dropped, my husband began to throw ones in the air, a employee of Noto who was cleaning any spills in the floor came over and picked up a hand full of ones and walked away. Did we have some fun, of course, when ever liquor is involved its inevitable. Is Noto a High end experience Venue, NO. What would have made this visit more enjoyable, good music the entire night not just 25% of it. Club decor was nice. The end
Great upscale venue, I’ve done VIP as well as GA experiences and for VIP there was incredible service from the girls & GA was enjoyable as well.Friendly staff, and quick bar!Large variety of artists from hip hop to house music. Definitely will be going again
Definitely won’t be coming back. Came for my 30th bday and spent over $1800 just to share a VIP booth with another group. Unacceptable. Your guest can’t even sit down because of how small the sections are. Easy pass on this club
The staff were extremely rude and aggressive. i was almost knocked down by a staff member who was pushing vips to their table. the illenium show was way oversold. on the hijinx site, it was said that noto would be checking for covid tests… they did not at all! super un safe. every single staff member i came in contact with was rude, judgemental, and snobby. the venue only cared for vip and bottle services. hopefully hijinx can find a better venue in the future. zero plur vibes! definitely won’t go back to noto.
Complete extortion artist!!!! Charged me $50 for a cover charge, and the security extorted $20 from me since I had shorts on. If your dress code is no shirts, which is not published, don’t let anybody in with shorts!!!! I saw many people with shorts on that night. After that, security again charged my date $10 to sit in a seat that nobody was sitting in upstairs at 115 in the morning. Not to mention 4 small drinks for $80 total. The owner/management should be ashamed on how there over charging and ripping off people. Don’t spend your money here!!!! I’m a business owner myself, I would never handle any of my customers like this
Worst club in Philly. They go out of their way to make it a miserable experience for customers. You might want to go, because you like someone playing there, but the experience will be so terrible and the sound is so lousy that you just wont have a good experience. Go ANYWHERE else.
Venue looks nice, but service is absolutely terrible. I attended a private event at this venue that was staffed by NOTO employees and one of their white female bartenders was extremely rude and discriminatory against the guests. We all paid for open bar and she stayed at one end of the bar only serving men who were giving her tips in advance. The young woman then proceeded to verbally inform guests who did not flash money at her that they knew they weren’t being served because they weren’t paying her. Multiple people in the party had a similar experience and management did nothing about it, after being informed repeatedly that the employee was being disrespectful. Overall I had a poor experience in this venue and would not recommend it.
I was excited to see Gryffin at NOTO but can longer attend for health reasons. NOTO has a no refund policy and a no resale policy through Ticketmaster so I am unable to return or sell my ticket. This is very disappointing and a seemingly arbitrary rule. If I cant attend, why shouldnt I be able to sell to someone else who is in need of a ticket? Clearly, NOTO does not prioritize fans or customers.
Club was fine. Security men was threatening to shoot us as we were leaving. So unprofessional, if you want to get shot and killed this is the spot to go to. They intentionally started a fight over nothing. The owner is scared of his employees and no matter how many disturbing reviews they won’t fire them. The club should be shut down it’s a danger to the public’s safety.
Bouncers yelled at and threatened guests in line without provocation. Lines were not distinguished between GA and VIP and were long. Place was way too crowded and couldn’t even get to the floor to see the show. Ambiance is meh at best. Stay away.
Not Of The Ordinary more like Never Going There Again. My friend got a VIP table and was told he can have 8 people at the table. My girl and I arrive a few minutes later and are the 7th and 8th guests for the table, and then all of a sudden we have to pay $60 to get in because the max number of people at a table is 6??!! When literally 10 minutes ago you could have 8 at a table! Bunch of scammers. There is also no reason a 42 year old radio DJ should be the main entertainer on a Saturday night. My man had a playlist that was stuck in 2009
We recently hosted an evening reception at NOTO. Wonderful service! Our guests raved about the venue & wonderful food from Reading Terminal Market Catering! No complaints at all. We had such a wonderful time & so much fun! Everything could not have gone more smoother. Hailey and Maggie were so accommodating throughout the entire planning process. I would use this venue again & definitely recommend to others.
Not sure why this has so many bad reviews....went here for the first time recently to see Krewella; sound was amazing. I had no problems with the bouncers. Actually I had no problems at all. The only main negative about this place is that it is very, VERY small. Possibly the smallest venue Ive ever been to. Also, I was annoyed that the upstairs VIP section was roped off the entire night, but there was NO ONE OCCUPYING IT. What a waste. However, other than that...drinks are expensive just like anywhere else in Philly...check the website for the dress code and address for parking....overall Id go back again if someone I really like is playing there.
Went here and bought bottle service was promised 2 bottles of vodka for $400 get to the table with menu “ our cheapest bottle is $300 “ I don’t mind spending money but don’t lie to me. Wait staff was unfriendly, host unfriendly , bartenders were rude. A friend of mine was assaulted by club staff then kicked out for no reason. 20 mins later after not being involved they kicked me out with 2 bottles still there. Once outside club security stole my friends wallet when we asked for his wallet they said we don’t have it. We called the cops , cop came asked for his wallet magically they found it. Worst experience ever. Save yourself your time. Your money. Why would you spend money at a place who treat you like garbage after taking your money then assaults you and steals your wallet.UPDATE 5/17/19****** 5 star4/19 Sara contacted me from NOTOS marketing and invited me back with 2 tickets to see Steve Aoki Which I declined due to the fact it was not what I had lost the initial visit with bottle service and vip access. We agreed on a different night with 2 comped bottled and a table. Upon arrival i was directed to the other door which I was greeted by the host I cannot remember his name however he was younger and pleasant vs your typical host at a club whos busy looking and rushing you in and pushy. We were directed to out table and greeted by our table host who was blonde I forget her name also but she was helpful, Dylan was also out table host he and other staff would always make sure we had everything that we needed constantly but not interrupting like most host or servers would be. overall the night was great and I couldnt complain about something even if I wanted too. This review was updated out of free will and they did not ask me to do so. I actually was sober the whole night due to no being able to drink due to medicine so the comped bottles did not compel me to write this. I still had a good time and will definitely come back. Thank you Gary
Let me tell you a little story about this club. NOTO is possibly the most over rated and over hyped club in Philadelphia. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life because of the horrible management. I felt so unsafe and many of the employees were not doing their jobs. For example the coat check staff actually told us they just don’t want to check our coats. There was no valid reason, but they just said no. The bouncers had to be bribed to let ticketed customers in the club after customers spent $136 to get in the first place. Not only that they served beer in glass beer bottles, which is obviously incredibly dangerous. Glass was all over the floor and someone even cut their foot and they did not provide her any form of first aid, not even a band aid. This place is a joke and there are many safer venues that people can enjoy in Philly. DO NOT COME HERE!
This place is the absolute worst. Where do I even start I came to see Justin Bieber and instead was physically assaulted by the bouncers for standing and doing absolutely nothing they would just walk down near the vip and start shoving girls one by one to clear a section for Vip. One girl was pushed so hard she completely wiped out. None of these girls were even doing anything just simply standing. The absolute most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. Incredibly unprofessional to watch the bouncers take cash from multiple girls to let them into the vip. If you want to be treated and shoved like an animal I highly recommend going here. Justin came out around 1:15 and sat not even facing the crowd. The vip section was all standing on couches and blocking the view. Complete waste of time and money.
Super clean venue, sound quality was amazing. My first time there was seeing Jauz last night and had a great time. The bathrooms are some of the cleanest Ive ever seen in a club. My only complaint is the floor of the venue is pretty small, but it makes it an intimate venue.
Just ordered tickets from their website, easy to navigate through. Decided to get the 4 pack of tickets. They had a deal saying if you picked 4 tickets your fourth ticket would be free. Well I certainly got charged for 4 tickets. The venu looks nice so wait for another review after the show.
Ive been to clubs in LA, Vegas, Atlantic City, and NYC, if you are looking for a higher end experience, NOTO is the place to be. Its super clean, the staff is friendly/helpful, and the talent is top notch. Drinks are reasonably priced for the setting and bottle service is a fraction of what it costs in bigger cities. Ill definitely be back again soon!
Jaw dropped…Witnessed A member of the security team quite literally attempt to fight customers completely unprovoked. Raised his fist and ask customers “try me, I’ll end you”Horrible organization, VIP line and GA line was not defined. Many people waited 2 + hours to be yelled at and changes lines once they reached the gate. Will not be returning or recommending for any sane human being to attend.
Crowd had bad vibe, nobody dancing. no wonder with the main ticket of the night playing some bottom-drawer EDM remixes of songs such as Cranberries Zombie or REM Losing my Religion. Very confusing. Bouncer asked for 20 dollars cash to skip the line for the bathroom, top class professional congrats guys.
Came to Philly for the weekend with my boyfriend for my birthday and had tickets for NOTO. I looked up the dress code and no where does it say no shorts. But as I looked on it was plenty of people entering the club with sneakers, jeans and shorts on. No sneakers and no jeans is in the dress code but not shorts. When I explained that their website said nothing about shorts not being allowed he simply stated that it wasn’t updated. Maybe it should be updated so people would know the policies before arriving. Then wats crazy is the doorman tried to charge us extra money to turn a blind eye to my boyfriend shorts. How can you turn a blind eye to his shorts when half the men had shorts on. They all about money and it’s sad how they get over on people like that. Was looking to have a good time but that wasn’t the case. If you pay like you weigh you can get away with a lot of stuff which is not fair but who am I to say how the club should be ran. Bad experience.
Small club. Small floor packed. Standing on perimeter of dance floor there is no where to move. Security told people move or I will move you. Even though literally no where to go. It’s like paying money to be abused. The guest Justin Bieber did not care about the people in the club. Not my idea of fun wish I wouldn’t have come.
Easily the best club in Philly and maybe even in the entire Northeast region! You wont find a better sound system and venue for elite performers in the city.Came her with a group of girls for Chris Lake and had a terrific experience. Vee was an awesome bottle server! We actually came back a couple weeks later because of our terrific experience with her, but unfortunately she wasnt working that night. The seating areas downstairs can get pretty crammed from the general admission people and people from other tables, so if I had to nitpick, that would be my only complaint, but that only attests to the clubs popularity. But the best way to avoid this is to get a bottle table upstairs -- and ask for Vee!
By far the rudest experience I had going to a night club. They have an overly aggressive staff that do not have the slightest patience to listen to a customers concern. They would rather escalate a non-confrontational situation into a street brawl. Immaturity at its finest.
Arrived ~25 minutes after doors were supposed to open. Bouncer was rude, he let us in, got our tickets scanned and then we were told that we had to go back outside (!!!) and wait because they werent ready. In the 30 degree cold. In clubwear. Venue was nice, but not the best first impression from some of the staff.
This club needs to stop booking “big” artists. People who like the headlining artist were being forced out before the set was finished. Was wondering why their reviews were so poor. Learned after one night there. This club wont last. Haha gtfo of Philly
This place is dangerous, they dont care about safety or integrity all they care about is making money. The bouncers did not have any concern for safety. The coat check was a joke. We kept questioning them after they said they did not have hangers or space for our coats and finally they just said We just dont want to do it. There was shards of glass all over the club, and we didnt realize we were dancing on it until the lights turned on. This is an incredibly dangerous club please do NOT go.
Great customer service! I purchased tickets to a show at NOTO and the artist I paid to see was switched with another artist at the last minute. I messaged NOTOs staff and they patiently explained how I could contact the promoters for a refund and I was indeed able to receive one promptly. I actually expected to not receive a response for days or to be passed off and told no refunds, and I would plan to never ever purchase tickets to a show there again. However, I was quite pleasantly surprised by NOTOs prompt and friendly response. That was a huge relief and Id be happy to patronize them again in the future based on that interaction.
A big city club in Philly- finally! From the decor to the staff is great- ive been here on 2 occasions and never felt unsafe or was treated incorrectly as some other reviews say- does the place get packed? Sure does! Its a night club and it attracts tons of different people that comes with different behavior now u toss in some liqour and vuala! But that isnt the venues fault its a night club not Sunday mass- I think drink prices are good not watered down and the dj line ups are always great! You have to be a clubby person to enjoy NOTO if your a wall hugger dont even bother- lol
So.. My friend spent 700 dollars on a bottle of vodka so I dont even want to know what he spent on a vip table for the night. Despite him dropping like 3 gs in 2 minutes, the staff was rude, short and unwilling to do anything beyond the bare minimum of their job requirements. For 3 grand we waited in line for the bathroom (had to beg to use it just prior to last call) and waited in line for drinks- having been treated like aholes the entire time we were there. May be a fun place but would save wadds of cash for establishments that know what to do with them.
Went for a Thursday show. The tickets said it would start at 10pm, but they didnt open doors till almost 11pm, we actually almost just left and went home. Once we were inside, the venue was exactly as youd expect for a clubby venue. I think they went alittle overboard with the bottle service sections (they take up the majority of the venue), but the show wasnt sold out, so it wasnt a huge deal for us - we had plenty of room.Drinks werent particularly outrageous. I think Id only come back for someone I really want to see and if it was on the weekend. For people with normal 9-5 jobs, this is a pretty late night.
We had a great time here! Bryan helped us get a table for my friends bachelorette. Process was seamless and would recommend getting a table here for any special event you may have.
NOTO is one of the first attempts to truly change the club scene in Philly. This is truly thee premier club in Philly. For those people complaining about long lines, expensive drinks, small dance floor, etc., have obviously never been to a premier club in Miami, NYC, or Vegas, because this is the norm in those cities too. If you dont want this, go to many of the awesome pubs Philly has to offer.Ive been to NOTO four times, and each time has been with a group and we got a bottle service table. With that said, my only complaint is that our first two times there we had a bottle servers who were pretty rude (we get it..youre hot, but you can be friendly). However, the two most recent times my friends and I went, we had V as our bottle server both times and not only is she a drop dead gorgeous blonde, shes also the most friendly down-to-earth bottle server Ive encountered in all the years Ive been going to premier clubs in Miami, NYC, Vegas, and now Philly -- rare combo, so pray that you get her!Lastly, its the only club in Philly that will get the top musical artists in the industry, the sound system is amazing, the decor is fantastic, and surprisingly, for a night club with hundreds of people packed into it, its kept very clean! Best venue in Philly!
Got free tickets for Bassjackers and had a great night. Open bar for an hour; watered down drinks except for one bartender. The opening DJs created a great vibe. Danced all night. A shame there’s no place to sit unless you’re VIP.(Sorry for leaving a bad review earlier this year Noto, I was having a bad day when I wrote it)
The worst nightclub experience in Philadelphia. It needs to be shut down, the bouncers should never work in hospitality again, terrible venue. Every staff member tries to extort you at every turn for any reason. Go to The Ave Live
I live in Boston, I usually go to The Grand. I visited NOTO this past weekend for Audien with my girlfriend & wow, this place is sweet. Reminds me of The Grand. Great energy, atmosphere, everyone is super nice. Audiens set was top notch, the cinematic visuals were mind blowing. Will definitely come back in the near future.
Do not waste your time going to this place. the coat check girl was extremely rude to me and my friend because she thought we were trying to sneak in without paying for coat check. keep in mind, my friend was wearing a jean jacket, the bouncer said jean jackets do NOT need to be checked in. we also saw a ton of girls wearing jean jackets walk into NOTO , without checking their coat in.she ended up charging me for TWO coats then she proceeded to have an attitude and be rude to me when I questioned her for charging ME for my FRIENDS jean jacket. jean jackets are not coats. and they do not need to be checked in. she was extremely rude, petty, and childish. she also threw a hanger at my friend. very unprofessional.
Last night, there was heavy rain and Uber was taking longer than usual for everyone who was leaving the club. The bouncer made people wait out in the freezing rain, while there was plenty of room to stand inside in the coat room. Seeing a bouncer with a callous disregard for others well-being turned me off to this place.
I like Noto. Nice venue . However the music selection is not the best. The Techno comes randomly in the midst of a gray song the crowd vibes to. Very strange mix. But it is a diverse crowd but the DJ’s they select could be a lot better. If you like techno this maybe for you . If you don’t stay far away from this club.
I am here right now for Chris Browns after party. They have terrible DJ, its been 2 hrs that this place is not even packed. Chris is not here. There is a boring vibe in here. If you wanna pay, go somewhere that you can actually have fun. Paying and being bored is another level of scam.
I spent my birthday weekend here on a Friday, had a blast. Best electronic DJs to come to Philadelphia usually stop by here. The drinks are expensive, but its a trendy nightclub - the experience pays out for it. I highly recommend anyone celebrating their birthday to spend it at NOTO, I know Ill be back.
WARNING DO NOT BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE TO ANY SHOW AT NOTO!! This is literally the only time that I have been angered enough to write a review. This is NOT a venue, this is a club. Paid for tickets to see elephante, showed up at door, and was turned away by a bouncer for wearing sneakers....to an edm/dance show......despite having already paid in advance for tickets. Asked to talk to manager and was told no one was available. Saw terrible reviews for this venue yet tried to stay optimistic; can confirm that this venue is as bad as every other review has stated. No need to trash any further; will never return to NOTO and I highly recommend all others take reviews seriously before considering arriving at this location.
Dont go here. Its awful. Their employees are rude and the managers are not worth ever looking at, speaking to - they arent worth being involved with any of your senses. What Im saying is life is short and you shouldnt waste any of it at NOTO. Literally anywhere else is better...You could be watching your favorite showCalling your loved onesEating good foodGoing to any other location on the planet...
Had and always have a great time at this club! The dapper host Bryan always takes care of us and makes sure every need is met! If attending definitely ask for Bryan P. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
NoTo is second to none in the Philly club scene to see your fav artist perform. The layout, lighting, staff and location will only enhance your experience. And their VIP host Bryan Parylak is absolutely second to none! Book through him and you might even be surprised with a pizza 🍕 or cheesesteak delivery mid show!!!! I’d give 6 stars ⭐️ if I could!
Paid for tickets to a HiJinx after party, couldnt even get in the door. There were over a hundred people waiting outside to get in 2 hours after the event was supposed to start. What a scam. Dont waste your money on any after party events..
Promised performer would be one by 12 and didnt come out until 2 am and then only played for 15 min. I have heard from friends that this has happened before with other events of theirs. They have no regard for you or the money you pay. They also have horrible DJs to fill the gap. dont waste your time/money!
Noto is my favorite club in philly! Hands down! It’s spacious, accommodating, and they have great service. Especially the server Demi, she had been my server every time because she always has an amazing attitude, pays attention and helps out as much as she can. She cares very much about giving a good experience and it shows. I go to noto because I know I will be taken care of because of Demi. Thank you for everything you do.
False advertising. The main act never shows up. Also i was assaulted by a bouncer and saw security stealing phones from people. Amazing venue but by far the worst nightlife experience I️ have ever had due to the management and security. Do not waste your time or money on this business.
Noto hosted a dj I was extremely fond of. I bought a ticket in advance. Even though I bought a ticket In advance I was waiting in a tremendously long line in the cold for over an hour. When I asked what line to stand in, people to buy tickets and already purchased tickets were put in the same line. Making the line process very long and unorganized. Then the dj I bought my tickets for did not even play. I had to go up to staff to ask what is going on, and they just told me to call the manager in the morning. Worst experience..
I went to noto with a group of friends who reserved the space upstairs and the bouncer shoved me into the group of people pushing me from behind and continued to make inappropriate and immature comments to me and my friends. Also once we got upstairs the management allowed people not on the list into our venue. We will not be going back. Please contact me for the picture of the man who is responsible.
Staff was really helpful when I lost my phone one night. I was able to stay in communication with a VIP liaison through Instagram & get my phone back a couple days later. They also offered to get me an Uber home when I was stranded. Very much appreciated 🙌🏻
A packed venue of a few hundred people paid to get GA tickets to see Davido The night before Roots Picnic, and NOTO left us hanging for 4 hours while we endured openers that led to no headliner. To bill tickets for an artist thats not showing up (Davido never acknowledged missing this gig on his socials) is gross. To do that and then lead the crowd on in real time is exasperating in the worst ways.
My experience with going to NOTO PHILADELPHIA job fair and evening events. Also the other manager said we will call you. They never did and they will waste your time. The tickets are to high and over price. Now going into the club. When you are standing the people whom clean acts like theres a problem and to move up. When you pay your money who can tell you where to stand at.
NOTOs event staff is always professional and accommodating. Specifically Joe, Christian, and Jake - they always look out for the host and large parties. I would strongly recommend this night club to any Philadelphia native or visitor to the city of brotherly love.
Worse club ever. You wait in line when you have a ticket in advance for over 30 min because they are not ready… what kind of business is that? Do better business. We should get our refunds! Not wait in a line and waste our night.
This place is terrible. The security there doesnt even do anything. And theyll fight you just for the sake of fighting. Tell the employee that grabbed me by the throat to work on his anger management. You can be security without putting hands on peoples throats. Thats dangerous and not to mention his excuse was, youre talking to people who are in a different section. Cmon, really? You put hands on peoples throats for talking?
This place’s terrible reviews are all very valid. This place charges an extensive amount of money for watered-down drinks, late DJ’s, and terrible bouncers who are extremely rough to the patrons. DO NOT go here.
Some shady people run that place. I would never step foot in there again.. The bouncers was cool but the management is horrible!! Do better by your patrons you will get better reviews. Luckily there isnt a 0 star cause u would surely get it!!
Bought tickets for a dj performing at 10pm,said dj didn’t start until around 1:15 (being generous). And the place apparently closes at 2.
Overly agressive staff. Its like security cant wait to get physical with someone. I was waiting for an Uber when security threw a guy out and the guy SMASHED his head againt a car door. I need to emphasize how hard this guy was thrown and how hard his head hit this car. The guy was able to get up and was obviously upset and yell back at security. Security could have gone back inside, but instead continued to chase and push this guy nearly a half a block down before putting hands on his neck and choking him against a car.
Bouncers are some of the most unprofessional I’ve ever experienced at a venue. If you want to be physically assaulted as a respectful, paying customer, then go to this venue.
My original post was a negative review about bar etiquette but Zach, and Director of venue entertainment, impressed me by handling the situation quickly and taking action. This restored my confidence in Noto and made me feel my complaint was recognized and remedied professionally. I loved the scene and I will be back. Thanks Noto & Zach.
My clients and none of their associates will ever attend this club. The management is horrible, bottle service and the VIP host are uninformed. My birthday party experience was absolute disgrace and the security thought it was okay to put their hands on me. I will never attend this club or support their business again!
Actually i dont like to do bad reviews but I need do it.Bad experience. They lost my jacket last night with my car keys that i had inside. I paid for my jacket for safety. So i have take taxi to go home.I live so far from cc . I have leave my car in the parking lot just because they lost my jacket and my keys car. Now i have to pay $400 just to get new key because they lost my keys! How you give my jacket to someone else! Youre answer was just I dont know i cant find your jacket! How you cant find my jacket , i paid , i had ticket. Also, I sow someone else that he said same think you gives him wrong jacket and he left with this jacket! You should fix this problem guys because we pay for it and we respect you when we come there. We should do same thing.
Venue was fun yet the bar refused to give water from the tap. Insisted they don’t have water and only to buy the $6 water bottle lol.
Ramy at NOTO made my friend and Is night unforgettable! His hospitality as a VIP host was unmatched. Providing us with a VIP experience we will never forget. I cant wait for more amazing nights at NOTO in the future! Thank you so much Ramy again!
NOTOs sound system has been awful over a year now. I live so close to club and I see great artists come to Noto but i choose not to go just bcoz of their terrible sound system. I rather go to Atlantic City or NY or Washington DC. The speakers are blown out and the sound echos and I dont know why the management dont get it. NOTO please get the speakers fixed I really want to see my favorite artists there.
Great venue in the city of Philadelphia, cozy yet full of electricity and energy for any event/show. Ask for Moises for VIP tables, just bring the good vibes and this place will make your night.
Best night club in philly by far! Large venue with amazing lights and premium artists. Make sure you ask for bryan if you need tables best host in the business!
This place is not the place you want to be at! Security made threats to my family & I stating they were going to shoot us over some bottles! So aggressive and angry! I have never in my life felt so unsafe! The owner himself didn’t know what to do! Do no risk your lives or waste your time in that place! ITS A MESS
Always a good time at noto. Definitely would recommend getting a table/section if you want to have the best possible time. I always go through Ramy the promoter for my sections and its always easy and great. 10/10 service always from Ramy
Bouncers going around hitting people. They’re insane! This is not ok. This place needs to get shut down! Please for your safety DO NOT go here! They jumped innocent people outside too!
I came here the day of kaskade, club owners, as a dj you need to check out who are you putting to warm up before a known and respected dj, dj “potasio” wasn’t handled the environment very well
This place is a nogo the staff is terrible and the security/ Bouncers are a Bunch of thugs. I wish I read some of the other reviews I would never go here again. This was the worst club I have ever been to if I could give it no stars I would.
This is the worst club Ive ever been to. I read reviews prior but my friend wanted to go here for her bachelorette party. We have been to many clubs...very crowded clubs in Atlantic city and STILL this was the worst club experience Ive ever had and we paid over 1000 dollars to be in the vip area. So awful. I wish I would have listened to the bad reviews.
Absolutely LOVE Noto. Bryan was more than accommodating and provided an incredible experience for my girls and I for our special night out. Will definitely be back!
