Absolute CLOWN shop. Just received my order from this shop and it was faked. They REFILLED an empty, or fake labeled bottle of Lost Dreams Pebbles Cheesecake Step 06(theres noticeable differences between its label the one on my real bottle that I have still left), and intentionally tried to scam me with some candy-ish flavor THAT ISNT EVEN CLOSE TO SIMILAR! Also was charged by a vape shop who has the same address thats listed for this company, but it was called White Buffalo. So he must use this shop name, The Steam Co to scam people under so reviews like this one dont fall back on his actual Vape shop location, White Buffalo. There is NO question, it isnt even close the fake flavor he(or She) sent isnt even a cereal flavor, much less the correct one. Will update if it gets handled by them.

Great shop. Very down to earth and knowledgeable staff committed to providing quality products instead of just junk, like so many other vape shops. Hands down the best vape shop Ive ever been into!

Came here late one night 10minutes before close as I had dropped and shattered my tank. I met the owner, Adam, and he didnt have the replacement glass but gave me a killer deal on a new tank so I wouldnt have to travel like crazy to find a new glass that late on a Friday night. Ever since this has been my go to spot. They have very friendly and knowledgeable employees, and very convenient hours. If you like fruity flavors, you need to try the Infused brand. That flavor helped me to quit cigarettes and has been my favorite all day vape to date.

I am extremely disappointed......that I didnt discover this company sooner. Placed an online order. Had a question, and Adam got back to me quickly. Super accommodating. From a customer service standpoint, these guys have been great.As for the product, great flavor, great throat hit, doesnt turn into black tar in a coil or on your cotton (i use a couple different mods, and cotton bacon cotton in my squonk). Which is especially impressive in the chocolate flavors. Shows they dont use poor quality base chems.Heres to a long relationship!CheersM

Ive been in here 2 times so far... the guy who runs it knows his stuff... the mod (smok mico) I bought there died about a month and a half in...I brought it to him and he replaced it no questions asked... thats how you keep me as a customer... thanks for the help and I would definitely recommend this place... also, they sell their own e-juice. One in particular is awesome its called the SALTY GENTLEMAN... give it a try...it is the best flavor Ive ever tried...

Gentlemans Reserve is by far the best juice Ive ever had. Glad they didn’t really close down. They reformulated the Gentleman’s reserve and it’s a bit clearer and easier on the coils and still tastes just as good.

Extremely courteous and super knowledgeable.i was very impressed and I got a10 percent veterans discount. I really had no idea what I wanted I knew I didnt want tospend a whole ton of money and I done some research online so I knew that was possible.the gentleman that took care of me gave me enough stuff to get me by for probably a month and a half to two months maybe more without having to buy anything else to smoke. I am so done with cigarettes they have torn my lungs up. and this way I can still get my nicotine still feel like Im smoking and Im not killing myself for the cigarettes. This store is a little gem hidden in West Haven I will be going back there a lot.thank you guys at the steam company youre very smart very courteous prices were very good overall you guys get an 11 out of 10 Stars.

Was told this place wasnt any good, BUT to my SUPRISE it was really the better of all vape stores in the area. They have best prices and best quality. The woman who helped me actually made the a huge difference in my assesment because she treated me fairly and was more helpful than anyone else ive ever come across at a vape store. was thinking of 4 out of 5 because how can any store be perfect and deserve a perfect score, am I right? , the truth is that employee tipped the balance! BOOM, 5 OTTA 5 BABY!

This company used to be OK now, very bad. Bought 3 bottles, Mango Mint - no mango at all, not even a hint of it but they would say it is very faint. What? this thing used to be mango from a mile away. Other two were Kesar Run and Jenny Delight - whats up with all these weird names anyway. Again with these two you couldnt even tell which one was which. Very faint weak flavor and both smelled the same. You get a chemical taste at the exhale and the inhale was tolerable. Prices went up in the past year and quality down so whats the point. They will not get any discount from me there are plenty of great juices for that price. The reason I am ranting is they wouldnt post my review on their website - only good reviews :)

I only have online purchasing experience with The Steam Co. but I absolutely love them! I wish there was a branch of Steam Co. here in the USA as they produce the coolest products! No other e-liquid can compare with Gentlemens Reserve. Love it!!

I went in to the Steam Co. to get my questions answered about vaping hardware. I didnt get the young womans name, but she was wonderful! She took the time to answer my questions and give me more information. She knew the products that they carry. I will definitely be back. I definitely recommend The Steam Co.!

This is a nice shop with great sales help. The customer service was some of the best i’ve had. I walked out of another vape store because of poor customer service before heading out to The Steam Co. It was such a relief to find a store like this. I just started vaping after having been a smoker for decades. Ronnie set me up and walked me through everything. Im happy with my new starter kit. This place has a great selection of e-liquid and devices too. Looking forward to trying out all of the new e-liquids they come out with in the future. I’ll be back for sure

Since the change of ownership the store has gone thru an incredible change all for the better. If you have gone in there before you’ll remember equipment that was 3 or more years old and the same eliquids. Now equipment is up to date all new eliquids and the staff will actually help you! If you haven’t gone to the store in a while TRUST me you want to go check it out now you will not be disappointed at all!

These guys know customer service and sell an outstanding product. Ive been going here for well over a year, never had any issues. At first(and still) I wasnt the most knowledgeable person in vaping. I got into it to replace cigarettes. These guys(Jamaal is the man!) went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed without trying to sell me the store. And he made sure it was exactly what I needed.Fast forward to yesterday. Ive been using the same juice from them for the past year and a half. I recently happened to get ONE(1) bad bottle. After all, its hand made with all natural ingredients. It happens. I brought it to their attention and again, they went well above what I would have expected to make sure I was taken care of, but it didnt stop there. The lab manager(I think his name was Bill, Im HORRIBLE with names!) actually came in and spoke with me to get the details and make sure this doesnt happen again to ANYBODY, then personally made the replacement bottle for me! They quickly took care of the issue and took excelent care of me!I will be throwing them anyone and everyone that comes my way looking for vaping products. The Steamco is THE BEST! Bravo gentlemen.

Fantastic.. knowledgeable friendly staff... a must experience (for anyone interested in vaping as a safer alternative to smoking or just as a hobby) to try some of their premium e-liquid flavors and browse through the awesome selection of devices. The Steam Co is definitely my go to B&M for all my vaping needs.......

This is the only place I shop for vape supplies now. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and they help you find what youre looking for. Even if they dont have something youre looking for, they will see if its possible for them to get their hands on it for you.I almost look forward to running out of vape liquid just so I can stop in, say hi, and see what new thing that they have this month.

Not sure about the negative reviews but I just went in and spoke with the new owner and he was awesome. Answered all my dumb questions and was patient, did not try to sell me on anything just tried to get me into what I was looking for. Definitely my new place.
