Nurture Spa

This was my first time at this spa and I was initially pleased with the atmosphere of Nurture Spa. That being said I was disappointed in the service itself. My massage therapist, Tracey just focused on my back area and did not ask me to turn over despite my asking her to focus somewhat on my knee. It was a hot stone massage which I have had in the past. The stones were warm but that was the best thing I can say about the service.

Overall wonderful experience from start to finish. The massage was extremely relaxing, Stacey was excellent and I loved the atmosphere. The locker rooms are really nice, I like that they provide robes, shoes and towels and I was able to do a quick steam after my massage. Ive already recommended the spa to family members and I personally plan to go back very soon.

This was supposed to be an anniversary gift card and the reception area made me feel like it was not registered under a gift card, she literally had me looking for the contacts name and email address to confirm when the gift card had to be used to make the reservation. Like I would lie for a massage. Additionally, we were not made aware that my husbands services were cancelled and the massage therapist were just as confused thinking they were my services very nonchalant saying if you have no other services this ends your visit. The manager came down and promised a 20% discount on future services and never honored that promise. I never saw her again when we checked out. Not a great experience from check in to check out. Doubt if I would ever return and I will let the person who purchased the card know how we were treated

I have been to Nurture Spa twice now, a raindrop massage with Susan and a Swedish massage with Kim. Both masseuses were absolutely amazing, asked me my comfort level and what I wanted from the massage. Both were able to very quickly find any knots and created such a relaxing experience. Can’t even compare it to the chain spas, it is a world better and worth the price difference! Will be back again 😊

I would never book here again.I tried to plan a spa day for a friends birthday and not only was the massage mediocre but her facial was supposed to be an hour and it was 20 minutes. My esthetic at least gave me add on options and available upgrades but they weren’t even offered to my friend. I was told we could be in the same room on the phone however when I got there it felt like a different story.Although the facial was worth the money to me, my friend had a horrible experience all around.

Nicole was an amazing service provider! My Swedish massage and reflexology were the best!! The environment was clean, relaxing, and friendly. I felt at home and loved my services.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a wonderfully kind woman at the front desk, the staff are warm and welcoming and absolutely professional. My mother and I had a flawless experience. The massage was impeccable and my facial was amazing. My skin looks so radiant this morning! We will definitely come back when we visit New Hope again and will highly recommend to all who will listen.

We enjoyed a delightful spa experience at Nurture! Scheduling was a bit frustrating - we found the appointments we wanted through online scheduling despite the front desk saying nothing was available, but the online system required prepayment... a bit confusing and more complicated than it should have been. We hope it improves!The skill of the technicians was excellent and the ambiance was relaxing. We agree with the review from a few months ago...hooks by the steam room would be an excellent consideration!

Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant from the time we arrived to checkout. Chelsea did an amazing job on my custom facial and provided helpful skincare suggestions I plan to follow. Great experience all around!

First time visiting this lovely spa and had an amazing customized massage by Lucy. Booking was easy, parking was a breeze, and the spa’s front desk staff were pleasant and professional. Only wished they also dry sauna (vs just steam).

My massage therapist Lucy was amazing. It was a great experience and I am a tough critic on massages. My only suggestion would be hooks by the steam room for robes!

Nurture Spa was stunning. It was an experience from the moment I walked in. Something you cannot get at the large franchise massage places. I loved the details including robes and music. The complementary tea and lounge area. There was no rush and I was able to steam post appointment. I was in heaven. Emily gave me a wonderful massage and listened to all my needs. Everything was phenomenal!

I had a 90 minute massage on April 14 with Susan.Pros: the location, building, locker room, sitting area, receptionistsCons: the massageSusan asked what I wanted to work on for the 90 min customizable massage. I said I had tension in my neck, shoulders and lowerback, and also tight calves. She said that shell work on all that along with some hot stone treatment.When Susan was working on my shoulders, I asked for more pressure. Susan asked how the pressure was elsewhere, and I said that the pressure was fine for my neck but I feel like I can use more on my shoulders/back. She told me she was using the same pressure as the neck, and that it is my mind and body that was preventing her from going deeper into my back. To prove her point, she dug her fingers below my rib cage and said that she was also applying the same amount of pressure there, but that my body is not defending there so the pressure feels stronger. I told her I dont think I have muscles in that area and it felt like she was digging into my organs. She continued to press into my under rib cage area before moving back to my back. The morning after, I woke up with a bruise in that under rib cage area.If this interaction didnt happen, I would say the massage was ok even though the back pressure was not as strong as I preferred and have experienced in other massages. Susans response and actions to my request for more pressure left me feeling irritated and literally bruised.

Jill did an amazing job with my pedicure. She made the whole experience worthwhile and cant wait to come back for another one!

Would give 6+ stars if I could! The instant you open the door it is bliss, smiles, and relaxation. The balancing body scrub and wrap was a perfect service, Nicole was amazing, soothing, and made me feel so comfortable yet pampered. Susan made my feet feel and look so soft and beautiful. I cannot recommend or insist that you come here enough! This was a birthday treat for me and I feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed, which is priceless and beyond appreciated.

My facial was incredible, the spa was beautiful, staff was friendly, warm and professional, and the penthouse was perfect for connecting with friends after our services. They also accommodated our group of 8 to meet all of our needs/timeframe. It’s definitely more than just a service, it’s an experience. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved it! Came in for a girls weekend and we were all so happy with our treatments. We are turning it into an annual trip and will double up on spa treatments to experience more.

Everything from the moment we stepped into Nurture Spa was fantastic. Josie greeted us and gave us a tour of the spa, and Jenn gave me the most amazing hot stone massage. She used the perfect amount of pressure on my problem areas and left me feeling like I was in a daze. We chatted afterwards and she gave me some tips on how to not make my problem areas so problematic. I cannot recommend her enough! After my massage I ventured upstairs to check out the boutique. Carolyn, the owner, is such a gem! We chatted about my visit to New Hope, and she helped me shop through all of the amazing items she has in her boutique. We had such an amazing experience. I would definitely return.

Lucy is an amazing massage therapist that gives a therapeutic massage that truly targets the issues in your body. She is also an model employee demonstrating excellent customer service skills an elite organization should have. Your staff is very well trained in quality customer service!I am happy to be in the membership club. My husband and I both enjoy the spa services as they are very therapeutic.

Best gift ever for bosses day! That was years ago. Ive been going to Nurture Spa ever since. New location is awesome as you can get a couples massage with your honey and then grab lunch or dinner in New Hope. Professional staff. Very personable. Clean facility. Total Serenity!

My partner splurged on a spa day for me and him due to the location and reviews of the spa. Unfortunately, the splurge ($910 to be exact), was not what we envisioned and we left sorely disappointed.We scheduled facials and a couples massage. We both agree, our facials were great. He received a custom facial while I opted for the medical deluxe hydro glow facial. I was left impressed by Gabby’s skill set and knowledge.However, this is where our joyful experience ended. Our couples massage was part atrocious and part okay. Since we had two LMT’s, the massages we received were different despite being in the same room as each other.My partner commented that his massage was okay, not worth the hype, but he left somewhat relaxed. Mine was not even close to that description. I specifically stated I had pain in my lower back, near my tailbone, when we started. However, my lower back, back upper quads, thighs, hips and buttocks were left untouched. The whole reason to relax and nothing was remotely done. When I said something after we were finished that none of those spots that I mentioned had not been touched, I got a reply of “try and ice it tonight.”Excuse me?! The point of a massage is for me to not have to ice, soak, use a heat pad, etc., on the sorest points of my body and to relax.I knew my partner was upset that this was our experience but also that this was an acceptable response by the Spa.When we went to check out, the receptionist kept saying we owe $1110 until we broke down our charges and asked where the extra was coming from. No apology for miscalculation or her adamantly declaring we were miscalculating. Instead, we got brushed off and told “thanks for coming!”.Overall, if you are expecting quality service, I would be careful what you chose and stay closer to the Med Spa services. If you want to just spend time in a pretty ambience and have a massage that could easily pass as a massage from a mall chair, then this is the place for you.

I chose Nurture SPA for the first time for a Mothers Day celebration with my daughter years ago and continue to enjoy going there years later. The Spa is beautiful, in the spring and summer, there is a gorgeous balcony where you can sit and wait for your services and enjoy your favorite beverage. I have always been impressed with the expertise of the Spas clinicians and trust in the services I am receiving. The location is perfect and they even provide stress free complimentary parking at the near by Logan Inn, which is terrific considering how parking can be a challenge in New Hope. My other compliment of Nurture Spa, they NEVER deny its customers use of their locker room to freshen up after any services no mater how small of a service you have received unlike other spas.

Organized a spa day baby shower for me and a couple of my friends. The spa facilities are really nice and clean with a luxury vibe that makes you feel pampered. We also made use of the outdoor porch which was also really pretty, clean, and comfortable with couches and shade umbrellas. The service was also fantastic! My friends and I enjoyed our massages and manicures. I had Susanna for my prenatal massage and she really worked on the knots in my upper back. Jill did all of our manicures and we all agreed that it was the best manicure we ever received (so perfect and precise)! Administrative staff were also very friendly, answered all of my questions, and Josie checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok. Valet parking across the street also went very smoothly. Would highly recommend Nurture Spa!

Massage was mediocre. Scheduled a deep tissue massage and had to ask 4 times during the massage for her to go deep.

I love nurture spa! Ive been seeing Tricia for my waxing for at least a year and I recommend her to anyone that will listen, she is amazing! Her perfectionism is exactly what Im always looking for in an esthetician. Plus shes just the sweetest person ever, I love talking to her. She makes a Brazilian much more enjoyable than it should be just because of her kind & comforting nature. I also saw Anita yesterday and she is now my new go-to (next to Tricia) because I absolutely loved her energy, on top of her quality of work and attention to detail. I have yet to have a bad or even less-than great experience at Nurture Spa & will continue to visit until that day comes, if that ever happens. Thanks so much & see you in a couple weeks! Xoxo

Nuture Spa is that escape place you have been looking for but not finding yet. The staff is friendly and genuine. You will never feel like the spa is crowded because of the vertical design of the building/treatment rooms. The treatments are absolutely top notch - same level as any high end day spa in NYC and the staff (Love Tricia and Chelsea) were both outstanding! Already planning my return visit to Nuture Spa! The people who work at Nuture Spa are both knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. The environment is both inviting and not crowded so you can enjoy some peace and quiet without feeling abandoned. Lol

I treated myself to a multi-treatment spa day at New Hope’s Nurture spa last week. My expectations were high, but the treatment team there exceeded all of them! My massage therapist, Tricia, followed my specific requests in every detail. My nail tech, Kim, left me with gorgeous fingers and toes, and entertained me with lighthearted chat throughout. And the facial! OMG, the facial! My esthetician, Chelsea, dealt with multiple problems caused my neglect with kindness and a comprehensive knowledge of what my poor dehydrated skin needed. I honestly looked five years younger when she was finished with me!If you haven’t treated yourself to a spa day at Nurture yet, pick up the phone and schedule your services now!

I have been a patron of this spa for years. When I was gifted their massage membership last year I was excited to enjoy massages on a regular basis but to have the flexibility of a credit if time made it impossible for me to get there. After 8 months with the membership, I asked them to halt the charges because scheduling an appointment became a nightmare, requiring 4-6 weeks to book in advance with little availability on days when my schedule allowed (they seem to prioritize out of town guests Thursday through Sunday and I was encouraged to keep my appointments earlier in the week, a luxury I don’t have). As a busy mom who works, taking that time to schedule an appointment became a stressful job in itself, going back and forth to find a time they could accommodate my schedule with theirs. This is the second time I have booked a treatment, only to be turned away at reception because the appointment was dropped or someone wasn’t available and they failed to call. I’ve requested a refund of my credits to be put back on the card and will gladly patronize another spa who values their clients.

Gabby is fantastic!! I have really sensitive skin, and Gabby always makes sure to use products/techniques that wont irritate me. (Also appreciate her doing the extractions gently!)

I had an amazing massage for my birthday! The spa is beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating, especially Kristen, she made me feel very welcome and made sure I had the best experience! Will be back. Highly recommend!

When I got home my face was as dry and dehydrated as before my facial. It took me a little while to understand why, but my esthetician did not use any steam. So none of the high quality products could actually penetrate the surface of my skin. My skin actually felt so congested and dirty after the facial that I have another facial scheduled today at a skin studio in Newton. I had asked for a specific esthetician who came highly recommended because I am dealing with very specific skin issues and wanted someone who was very experienced and was told she was not available but this one was just as good. It became very clear to me my esthetician was very inexperienced. She either forgot to use steam or chose not to. In either case it was a significant error and I would have had the same results using a sheet mask at home for significantly less money. I am incredibly disappointed in Nurture spa, especially after explaining my maturing skin needs to the front desk and being told I was getting an expert esthetician. This certainly was not true. I was shoe horned in when I was absolutely willing to wait to fill up a schedule rather than to have my request met. I’m sure this place is lovely if you’re staying for the weekend and just want a spa treatment. But if you are looking for a specific skin care need, perhaps let this place go.

It has been a few months since I have been back to Nurture Spa. Sadly, I have moved and no longer have this incredible spa in my backyard. Gabby gave me a Deluxe Hydrafacial and Dermaplaning that was lights out! I have had services at medi-spas (that were more expensive) that didnt generate these results. The facial had absolutely no discomfort and was so relaxing I fell asleep.

My scheduled service was cancelled the morning of my appointment (a time when, per the spas policies, they would have charged me a cancellation fee if rolls were reversed...)

Meredith was incredible! My facial was a relaxing mix of moisturizers, steam, exfoliant, extractions, & face/arm/shoulder massage. I will absolutely be going back.

Ive been going to Kim for manicures for over a year now. Shes the best ! her professionalism and dedication for her customers are remarkable. On top of that shes a great person. I am a fan.

Really great service. Great location. Loved the robes. Immaculate bathrooms and locker room. Cant wait to book again. Just dont park at Logan Inn...went on a Thursday and if we stayed and waited for them to valet park we would have been seriously late for our service. Just leave lots of time or park elsewhere. But Nurture Spa did what we wanted.

My brother surprised me with a spa day and I had the most absolute relaxing time. The staff were all very pleasant it was actually my first time in a Spa and the women who serviced me they were amazing at what they do. The massage was soo well needed and the facial omg my face felt baby soft it was just great. The pedicure was well needed I can now walk around my house without socks. My overall experience left me feeling enriched thank you guys for the wonderful service.

My son had a teen facial with Gabby. She made my son feel comfortable and did a great job explaining/recommending a skin care routine based on the needs of his skin. I would highly recommend Nurture and Gabby for teen facials!

I had a customized facial with Chelsea and she was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and and gave great recommendations to enhance my skincare routine. I’ve never left a facial before with so much glow and no redness! I really felt like Chelsea genuinely evaluated my skin and tailored the products for my needs, and I would highly recommend booking with her!

Trisha is an absolute gift of a skin technician! Her waxing is amazing and she has an incredible sense of touch!! Looking forward to my appointments with her, always!!

I had a wonderful second experience at Nurture Spa. I experienced a scheduling mishap at my first visit, and both management and the owner rectified the situation to ensure I was satisfied before my next appointment. I had a 90 minute massage and my therapist, Lisa, was very professional and made my tight neck (and the rest of my body) feel incredibly relaxed. The spa is very beautiful designed and they carry a lovey selection of womens clothing, accessories, skincare and make up. I tried on some clothing and purchased a cute jumper. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to Nurture Spa!

My massage was the best I ever had and I have had many. It was perfect. My facial was excellent also and there was no pressure to buy product. Nothing ruins a relaxing day more than pressure to buy products. I rarely see a difference in my face after having a facial, but I left Nuture Spa absolutely glowing. My husband could not believe the difference. This was a amazing spa day.

Its obvious from the facility that it is very well-kept and there is a great attention to detail, specifically details that are luxury oriented.Staff was lovely and very accommodating at all times. Was made to feel like it was a special occasion, which we all need!My only suggestion would be this – for us larger girls maybe a few more robes in the larger sizes? Also, some of us were not blessed with overly petite feet! So maybe a few more sandals in XL sizes too.

The atmosphere is incredible - the services surpass the atmosphere! I had a facial with Nicole. It was so relaxing and so perfect. She knew just what my skin needed. I was glowing for days afterward! My sister had a massage and said it was the best. She was so relaxed yet invigorated after! The staff is warm and welcoming from the desk on. HIGHLY recommend them.

My wife and I were really, really impressed by Nurture Spa in New Hope. The environment was really clean and calming. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our massages were back-to-back due to availability, so we both had the pleasure of working with Teresita and both left feeling incredibly relaxed. While you wait, they offer steam room and shower facilities, so we never felt like we were sitting around waiting on the other person. Nurture will be part of our routine stops from now on when were in town.

Kim is a wonderful nail master. I have been going to nurture spa for over 4 years, and the experience was nothing but wonderful. The music, the atmosphere, the services - all are 5 stars. I am from Europe and it’s quite hard to find a good salon in the USA that is affordable and has quality services. Nurture spa is a rare gem

Notice most of the reviews focus on how pretty the place is, not on how good the massage was. If you want a therapeutic deep tissue massage, this is not your place. If you want to be basted in oil like a turkey, then Nuture is the spa for you.

Jen was really personable. She applied the perfect pressure causing me to fall asleep(never happens!) I am looking forward to the next massages I have booked with her already!

I treated myself with a Valmont Collagen Vitality facial with Chelsea on my birthday. Let me tell you, it was 90 minutes of PURE BLISS! It was my first Valmont facial so Chelsea made sure to explain what to expect and what was included in the facial. The entire experience was super relaxing. Chelsea massaged my face (to die for!), my neck, decollete, and even my scalp! After she applied the collagen mask, instead of stepping outside, Chelsea continued to massage my arms and hands. Highly recommend Nurture Spa and Chelsea for a facial!

My appointment was scheduled just before new COVID-19 restrictions were set in place. Due to the fact that the salon had been operating with strict safety measures and carefully planned appointments, my appointment was not changed. I was greeted at the door for a temperature check and symptom checker. I was set at ease immediately about the safety of my visit. I had not been to the salon since moving to their new facility and was impressed at the beauty of the new space! Claudia took me to my personal facial room and was extremely professional, skilled and personal. I was left with the feeling of wondering why I had waited so long to book this appointment! My skin, 3 days later, feels amazing! Thanks Nurture for an exceptional experience, again-as always!

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Also, really appreciated how Susanna took the time after the massage to suggest some additional things I should do to help ease the tension in my upper body. My wife had Cheryl and loved her experience. We will certainly be back and recommend to our friends.

Both times I’ve received a facial they had Meticulous attention to detail, were thorough, and did a. great job focusing on both producing results as well as the relaxation factor.

Nurture is a beautiful place with a totally calming atmosphere. I had a facial with Chelsea, a customized which was wonderful, because I wasnt sure exactly what I needed. My skin looked fantastic for my big event the next evening, but here I am, 3 days later, and I can still see and feel the difference. I enthusiastically recommend her! Free parking lot nearby is a plus. Easy to use website for appointments, too.

The atmosphere and quality of service is amazing and it truly feels like a luxury experience. Overall the staff is really kind. I see Olivia for both hydrafacials and massages regularly and she is knowledgeable, very professional and just overall great at her job. She totally brought my skin back to life after a bad period of congestion from using the wrong products.

I love Nurture Spa! It’s a beautiful facility in downtown New Hope that is impeccably maintained. My favorite massage therapist is Derbe. He does an excellent sports massage, taking time to listen to any areas of focus. He also offers tips at the end of the massage on good stretches that I should do to maintain that post-massage feeling! The entire staff is very attentive and professional, and Nurture has cute merchandise too! Purses, earrings, yoga pants - items with more character than traditional retail. Nurture Spa is one of my favorite places to recommend to friends!

I have been a long time client of Nurture and couldn’t wait for them to open back up post restrictions. My body was very tight from sitting 12+hours a day at my desk. Teresita took amazing care of me and I even became a monthly member. She has improved my back tremendously in the last few months and is always asking how she can help more. The facility is spotless and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with their protocol and extra covid precautions. Always a great experience and I look forward to it every month.

Lovely ambiance. Pretty place. Complimentary valet parking - which is a big plus in New Hope. Expensive, super mediocre massage. Asked for deep tissue and a focus on the lower back. Got neither - therapist had a recipe and followed it. Lack of attention to detail and basics in the locker room: outlet not working, lotion bottle and hairspray empty, no Qtips or cotton balls. My daughter had a better massage, but I am still in search of less style more substance.

Theresa was excellent massage therapist. The room and showers were clean and fresh. The sitti groom is very comfy. The staff were all very gracious.

I brought my mom and sister for a mothers day gift. We all had a 60 minute customized massage. It was amazing. Despite my medical condition and having to cut my massage short the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was very professional and caring. It is the most beautiful spa with amazing facilities. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone interested. Thank you for an amazing day.

I currently have a facial subscription and my aesthetician Chelsea, who is fantastic. Whether I opt for a customized facial or a hydro facial, Im always pleased with the results. Chelsea also offers advice on skincare concerns, which I find helpful.

Tina & I returned to Nurture Spa today for our Couple’s Massage and, again, Great experience. Tina’s session was with Teresita and she was thoroughly happy with her massage. My appointment was with Lucy, a relative newcomer, and I must say that this was absolutely one of the best massages ever. Lucy has great technique with a wonderful touch. She is strong and applies her strength perfectly. Lucy will be my requested LMT on our return visit. Thank you for a wonderful spa massage. Tony Yarmolyk

The services are incredible and its just overall a peaceful vibe. i fall asleep in that pedicure chair every time! Cole is so sweet and gentle.

From the moment I walked in with my mother in law, we felt relaxed and at ease immediately! The classy and uncluttered decor was perfectly serene. Every staff memeber we encountered was so friendly and helpful. We never felt uncomfortable once! My mother in law loved her massage; she said her masseuse focused on exactly the spots where she felt sore, and gave her great post-massage self-care tips! I had a facial, which was absolutely delightful! My esthetician observed and diagnoses my skin issues, and tailored my facial perfectly to my skin concerns! It was so relaxing and refreshing. Our pedicures were so pleasant as well! The pedicure room with the beautiful sunny windows felt so comfortable and cozy, and our warming neck pillows were such a wonderful touch! The salt cave was also such a nice way to begin our spa day experience! The entire spa was clean and airy, and gave off such a happy vibe! We absolutely cannot wait to go back for our next treatments!

I had a wonderful experience because everyone was warm and welcoming. The building is absolutely beautiful, but most importantly I would recommend Nurture Spa because my massage therapist Derbe was knowledgeable, professional, and knew exactly what I needed during our 60 minute session. During the entire session he made sure I knew what to expect and that I was comfortable. He worked on areas that I didnt even realize was bothering me and I was very impressed with how insightful he was. Would highly recommend Nurture Spa and especially Derbe. I know I am definitely requesting him for my next visit!

What a wonderful experience @ the Nurture Spa. Went w/my friend and we each had the 75 minute hot stone massage on Oct 26, 2019. Olivia did mine and she was friendly, professional and it was one of the best massages Ive ever had. The spa was clean and relaxing. Ive been to many spas in various states and have to say, this was one of the best ones. You were made to feel welcome and no attitudes either I highly recommend this spa and will for sure go there again for another spa treatment when Im back in New Hope in 2020. I felt good energy from the moment I entered Nurture Spas new building on Ferry Street in New Hope. I had a manicure with an angel. She was so kind and sweet. My nails look beautiful. Fantastic experience! Wife bought me a session for my birthday and I wasnt really sure what to expect, but I wasnt disappointed. Suzanna is an intuitive therapist with a deft hand that helped ease my lower back pain and made me very comfortable. All in the meantime, my wife was entertained with coffee and other refreshments in a well furnished sitting room. Highly recommended.

My husband and I went to Nuture for a couples massage for our Anniversary. It was one of the nicest Spas that I have ever been too. The therapist were extremely professional. The receptionist were very helpful. Everyone was very accommodating. I will definitely go back again.

Classy small spa. Teresa is AMAZING! I had the hot stone massage, it was incredible. They have a nice shop upstairs and all the services are downstairs. Comfy robes in the locker room. They have a nice steam room. Soothing and spacious showers and nice toiletries in the changing area. Those are all pros and very big ones of course. However, these are a few things that were a bit lacking but it’s only imo and are probably not big issues for someone else or for more frequent clients. Would have loved some fruit infused water or something like that in the lounge area, simple touches that go a long way to make the overall experience even more classy, but they did have bottled water (maybe a COVID thing to not have the other kind), The lighting over the sink area is quite dark and is challenging to see if you need to reapply your makeup. There weren’t any washcloths provided in the bathrooms that I saw, this would have been helpful to get off some of the oils from the massage. They might provide them upon request or maybe I just didn’t see them. I’ve only been to a few spas but they’ve all been at 5 star resorts either in the Caribbean or in Las Vegas. This one for being a small spa is really nice. The ladies up front were a bit on the frosty side but they probably perceived I’m not from their side of town and they’d be correct so no hard feelings but a bit of a warmer and more genuine welcome would have been appreciated. A relaxing time overall. If I was back in the area and needed a good hot stone I would return for Teresa who was terrific but not necessarily the particular spa’s ambience and vibe. But that’s just me! Everyone else from other reviews absolutely loves their experience here

This is my first visit to Nurture, and it was so clean and comfortable. Every staff member was professional and kind. Teresita was an excellent masseuse, and I can’t wait to return for her services and their other amenities.

I never had a massage in my life before and I came here with a group for a bachelorette day in New Hope and Nature’s Spa was definitely a highlight of our adventures. Everyone had an awesome time! Emily was my masseuse and she did an amazing job loosening up my tight shoulders and made my first experience a great one. I’m definitely coming back with my boyfriend for a couple’s massage!

I have been a long time client of Nurture Spa. I favor this spa because the receptionists are always pleasant and attentive. When I enter the scent of the spa and decor make me feel immediately relaxed. I have found two staff members who I schedule routinely because they do an excellent job in meeting my needs and I click with them. Parking is convenient and that is a plus. All my family and friends know this is my special joy so they will give me gift certificates for holidays and birthdays. Love to treat my girl friends too!

I had the most wonderful, relaxing 80-minute prenatal massage at Nurture Spa yesterday. Ive had many massages in the past, but this was my first prenatal massage, so I wasnt sure what to expect. Prior to starting, my therapist Kerry asked me all the right questions about how my pregnancy was going, how I was feeling, and areas that were highly tense or stressed due to the additional weight. Being at the start of my 3rd trimester, I was able to use the pregnancy pillow and lie on my stomach for half of the massage, which was awesome. I left feeling totally rejuvenated, and would recommend to any pregnant woman!

I feel like I can see the improvement in my skin over time from the treatments. I have been to other aestheticians at other spas and Lisa is my favorite. Its a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Had a fabulous experience at this welcoming, yet luxe day spa in the heart of New Hope! A friend and I went in for some pampering on a busy New Years Eve and were treated to great services plus an unexpected makeup application by Carolyn, the gracious and lovely owner. Even though it was late in the afternoon and the spa would soon be closing, Carolyn used her magic to make us party ready! She didnt use products that would be impossible to apply when us amateurs tried to replicate the look, she didnt over or up-sell and was an all-around delight. Cant wait to go back!

This place is really beautiful on the inside and the service is just spectacular. I was really happy with the massage that I got there. The locker room was very clean and had all the accoutrements. I will say that the water pressure in the shower is really poor but thats not enough to discourage me from coming back.

Cheryl was excellent. Enjoyed the massage. BUT - the noise level of the constant walking back and forth upstairs was so loud that I did not get to fully relax. I mentioned to the front desk people and the response I got was “we know”. Really? Put a carpet down or something. I was told that it was probably the owner, so that makes it even worse!!

Chelsea was knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions and offered the best skin treatment (hydrafacial) for my dry skin. Would definitely return to this beautiful, bright spa.

I’ve struggled with back and leg pain basically since forever, and I heard about Kim from a friend after seeing a chiropractor didn’t help. Kim has legitimately changed my life. She’s been able to put things back into place since I had a baby, and I’ve been able to get back to running, waking up without pain, holding my baby with no issues.I just went back after the reopened after being shut down for covid, and while it’s not the same ‘spa’ like experience because of safety reasons, it’s still amazing. It’s so clean, and the staff is still so wonderful, and they’re taking every precaution possible. I cannot day enough great things about Kim and this spa.

My friend and I visited Nurture Spa at their new location in town in New Hope after a girls weekend to check out the new Salt Cave. I have to say the best Salt Cave around. We experience a Salt room in Sedona Arizona very little salt was dispersed into the room. Nurture had the appropriate amount very calming, relaxing and beautiful comfy robes. Highly recommend !!!!!

I hadnt had an eyebrow wax since COVID, and they were a mess. They needed waxed and tinted. I can always count on Olivia to not only do an amazing job, but she always makes me look so fabulous when I leave!
