Disastrous Experience at The Mansions: Kicked Out for a SipThe Mansions? More like the Mansion of Misery. My recent visit was an absolute nightmare. Not only was the ambiance dreary and outdated, but the service was abysmal. To add insult to injury, I was unceremoniously booted out for daring to enjoy a single drink.From the moment I stepped foot inside, it felt like I had traveled back in time to the era of tacky décor and rude staff. The atmosphere was as welcoming as a dentists waiting room, and the staff seemed more interested in scowling than serving.But the real kicker came when I ordered a drink to numb the pain of being in such a dismal place. Before I could even take a decent sip, I was accosted by a bouncer who insisted I leave immediately. Apparently, one drink was one too many for their draconian policies.Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of The Mansions unless you enjoy being treated like a second-class citizen for daring to enjoy a night out. There are far better places to spend your time and money.

I don’t go to Mansion often but lately I have had the best experience because of a bartender named Ashlynn , Not only does she take care of My friends and I, but she creates a very welcoming atmosphere and makes amazing drinks. Whenever I seem to find my way at Mansion, I walk around, searching for her as my bartender. The vibes overall and Mansion were decent, but with her as our bartender, my friends and I want to go back!!!Her drinks are not only amazing but very consistent ! I don’t know if I would continue going to Mansion if she was not my bartender.

I was was liking the environment entering the facility, upon arrival at the bar there was a major lack in knowledge of drink orders, and miscommunication. It was my birthday and my cousins card was charged for double what the actual bill was. Ended up getting kicked out due to people buying me drinks for my 22nd birthday.

Sound and atmosphere is great, but there is this one DJ that as soon as you start feeling a song, HE CHANGES IT! Still better vibe than Novas ghetto azz club that doesnt understand sound frequency balance.. garbled up music!

Just went to the mansion this past Thursday and it was great! Ashlynn was my bartender and she is amazing. Not only is she kind and keep conversation she also makes drinks in a timely manner. Definitely will be going back to see her she is amazing! I also had an opportunity of meeting the head of security and he was super kind and really changing security around I remember last year I went and had a security guard creeping on me and have not seen him since. While being there I thank security so much for ensuring safety and being so kind on all interactions I had with them.

Big shout out to John the bar keep on the second floor! I went early, 10-ish and he was very friendly, professional and made an amazing Lemon Drop Martini....looking forward to returning very soon.

John and Ashlynn are the best! I love that they always make sure to check in with you and make sure you’re having a good night! The drinks are fantastic and the music is perfect!

Security closed the bathrooms a half hour before closing, and then pepper sprayed anyone that would not leave, when we were not even on their property.. enter at your own risk

The door lady is always so sweet, she always makes our night better after waiting in line forever and then dealing with the rude, smileless, pushy security guards. This place is great to go to on Thursdays because it is ladies night and it is always busy. Every Friday this place is empty and just wack and there are no drink specials, so I only reccomend coming on a Saturday or Thursday. Ive been going to this club for years now and unfortunately it is the best hip hop club in Colorado Springs. Count on bad additude bartenders (excepting a rare few), disgusting bathrooms, and sticky floors.

GO TO INDUSTRIAL INSTEAD!!! Rude nasty workers. Reserved VIP tables for after my wedding.Because we were 30 min late they wanted me to stand outside for another 30 min in the freezing cold, all because the worker at the door wanted to prove a point. ZERO EMPATHY. Why pay for VIP tables?! 20+ people of our party were already waiting inside for us.Everyone left. Major hassle over ego issues. Go elsewhere!

Bryan is the most amazing bartender everytime I come out for girls night out he always take such good take care of us if I can give above 5 starts it would be a 10!!

I stopped by for the first time this past weekend and had a blast.Went back the next night and wasn’t let in because I was carrying a small camera. I am from out of town and had been sightseeing throughout the day and had zero intentions to take photos in the club, I just wanted to dance and have a good time. They asked me if my camera had flash… okay? So does everyone else’s phone? I don’t understand the concern. They were holding on to my camera until the head of security came and told me I couldn’t come in and if they held on to it, they would not return it.

John is the best bartender ever! He works on the second floor. John is the friendliest and always makes my drinks perfect! Will always come back just for him ❤️

DJ Shevy could do a better job with the music but I’ll give it a 8/10 usually gets lit around 11:30

Paid ahead for New Years Eve ticket. Lady at door said still have to wait in long line. Went to back of line and waited. Once I arrived to her she was very rude and said she cant let me in. Do not go to Mansion.

Stopped into most of the clubs while in town and the Mansion was definitely the most fun: music, dancing, number of people, level of overall energy, cost of drinks.

This club is using “dress code” to discriminate against people of color…black people specifically. This dress code non-sense is causing disparate impact on the entire black community of COS and is proven and stated in many other reviews.I took my money elsewhere and had a great time! The best way to protest against establishments and owners who perpetuate racism in 2023 is to take my black dollars elsewhere!We happily walked away after they would not let me into their loser establishment with my wife because of “numbers on my shirt”.The owner should just put a sign outside that states you don’t want black people who don’t subscribe to ethnocentrism in your club.

Horrible experience my friend got kicked out for having 1 drink… 10/10 would not recommend

All of their Dj sucks and I don’t buy dinks here so are many coz the music isn’t good Dj’s play smithing over and over he doesn’t know when to switch music and when does he plays noise. Waist of time waists club I have ever been in my life. Beautiful place bad music selections they play like they not in this world very slow jams

Mansion was my go to. Bartenders are cool. Security are great, just don’t be a drunk a$$, and you should be fine. Will be missed

Horrible place full of awful people and rude staff. 2 of my friends got in and left within 20 minutes. Me and my gf got turned away for guess what.... wearing a tank top in the middle of the hot summer. Bad vibes, bad people, stupid staff. Save your money go somewhere thats actually worth your time and money.

Zero stars.. we had a horrible experience with a female bartender with a blonde ponytail who had princess tattoos on her arm (Jasmin and Belle). She didn’t want to serve 2 of the people in my group for no reason and then completely ignored the rest of us when we came to the bar to order more drinks. When we finally got her attention she acted like it was such an inconvenience for us to order drinks even though there was no one else at the bar. I do not recommend this place at all.

I used to go here with friends often. Now we go maybe once every couple months since they started the line to go upstairs. We absolutely hate that. The Bartenders are always nice. A handful of them are rude or don’t make the drinks right but most of them are good. The Bathrooms are always nasty, I rather pee outside then in there. Music has been good 80% of the time. Security is always on point, they take their job seriously, but still kind when you interact with them. Overall, other then that ridiculous line to go upstairs & the bathrooms, it’s a spot I’d recommend.

1 star is too generous. This place is an absolute joke. Save your time and money.This was the second and last time i will ever go to this place.(figured the first time was just a fluke and wanted to give it a second chance, jokes on me)The bouncers at the front door take their job WAY too seriously. (as if this were a high end club) They will find absolutely any reason or excuse not to let you in or force you to throw something away. (Seriously, business cards? my wife had to throw cards away from jobs that she doesnt even work for any more and was saving as mementos) AND HEAVEN FORBID you wait for some one as they are being searched. I was forced to wait inside while my wife was forced to throw away her business cards.The bartenders refuse to serve you unless you are on the right side of the bar.... Excuse me?! there is no wrong side of the bar... there has never been a wrong side of the bar...And lastly there is a secondary line ( the first being the line to get in to the club) to get to the upstairs?!?! for what?! the small lame disco floor?In the short time I was there I witnessed 2 fights. They probably felt the same discontent as I felt.Again, save your time, save your money... FIND ANOTHER CLUB!!!

I’ve been here a few times before 2019 and haven’t gone back until this month. Never really had an issue before rather than the place looking like it just needing some updating. Booths, upstairs bar and dancing area just looks old and could use some fixing.However the past few times I’ve been here recently it has been a real disappointment. Went out for ladies night a few weeks ago and the bartenders and staff were not friendly. One of the workers shut down the upstairs because it wasn’t busy enough to keep it open and While that does make sense, he was screaming at everyone to leave and being very rude.Last night was horrible. The woman’s bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and smelt very strongly of urine. The downstairs bathroom was flooded with water, probably from a toilet ( we didn’t go all the way in to see as it smelt super disgusting). Tried the other downstairs bathroom and there was a stall completely knocked down. The upstairs bathroom was the only one that didn’t smell but it had drenched toilet paper all over the ground, no soap, paper towels all over the counter. This place could really benefit from additional janitorial staff throughout the night.Lastly the music was just not it last night, in my opinion. DJ could’ve played less remixes of good dancing songs that already fine without being remixed.

The bar tenders ashlyn and John are always there and the best ones to go to.The bathrooms are always disgusting and flooded.

First visit here.. I might have given it 4 stars. Now 1 star is generous. The bartenders HATE their jobs. I watched a bartender very aggressively tell a customer to give them a tip or get out. That isnt how you earn a tip btw. They water down drinks all the time and think people are stupid. Overall, the staff Ive encountered here are highly aggressive and unprofessional. Especially the one with Disney princess tattoos. What is her problem? She gets worse every single time I come in here.

I went 5 years ago. Horrible experience. Staff was snide and condescending.Went back last night to see if it had changed- was worse than 5 years ago.I bought a bottle inside the club for $120. Some random club worker came up to our table, took the bottle away from us said, “I’m the only one doing bottles, where did u get this?” I explained that it came from the bartender upon request. She refused to return the purchase. I had to actually contact the police department due to the theft. The police responded, and the offender tried to say it was a bottle we could have snuck in- despite two sets of security at the door doing pat downs and bag checks. I asked the “genius” working there to check the cameras or even explain HOW we would’ve gotten it into the club… They don’t hire based on intelligence or competence and no one could comprehend how this made no sense. I was told to finish my present drink and leave. To which I agreed. I must have taken too long because a male bouncer came up, snatched the drink out of my hand, spilling it on my silk dress, and hurried me out.So: if you like pretentious staff with inflated sense of worth, being robbed in the club by the staff and watching women be physically assaulted by male bouncers- the Mansion is for you!!! But if like me, you prefer being around successful and civil people with competent staff and DONT want to have the police come because of theft and assault by the staff- avoid this place like the plague. Literally. With all the witnesses standing outside watching and the astonished looks on their faces when a security worker assaulted a female- there are lots of people who can attest to the inappropriateness of the staff’s actions. And unfortunately, now I had to file a civil suit and press charges for assault. Please do not go to this place. It is NOT worthy of your time, money, or sanity.

I had a horrible experience on Friday night. I came out to visit my sister from Chicago, and I was excited to spend a nice evening with my sister and brother-in-law we had a small group with us and once we were waiting in line the bouncer was disrespectful to someone in our group when we got inside we started to order drinks and then wanted to go upstairs where we saw a line that went along the whole side of the club we waited for a while but the line never moved so we gave up on going upstairs. When we went to order more drinks the bartender snapped at me when I was making conversation about her jasmine tattoo and was treating my sisters and I like an inconvenience. She walked all around the bar cleaning making a show to ignore us for 10 minutes before we had to go up to her and ask if she could help us. She told another part of our group she wouldn’t serve them anymore HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I went on Friday 9/2 for a bachelor/bachelorette party, and the female bartender with the Disney princess tattoos made the entire experience super terrible. After serving us all one time, she later refused to serve two guys from our group for no reason, and afterwards completely ignored the rest of my group whenever we came up. Not a single person in my group was drunk, we were not rude, we did not do anything to warrant her behavior, we were simply trying to buy drinks. There was no one else waiting to buy drinks other than my group, and she blatantly ignored us. She went around “cleaning” a clean bar, and stood next to another male employee to talk, until someone from my group went up to her to ask her for service, to which she seemed very annoyed and inconvenienced by and gave us a terrible attitude. The club itself could be good, but I will not be back after this.

On the inside its a fairly average club. The biggest thing we noticed was that the bartenders at the bar were the most uninvolved and unmotivated individuals Ive ever seen in all my days. They would avoid eye contact and stand away from the bar in order to not have to serve you. This guy and gal must not have made there income from tips.

This place is the best to have a good time without drama!!! Love the staff and the people that come to party! Come down to have an awesome time. Bartenders serve good and strong drinks that will make your night fantastic. Dont miss out!!!!! I dont almost every weekend!!

Biggest club in springs, the music is ok seems like they play same music every time I go. My inky complaint would be that I have a birthday coming up and been trying to get ahold of someone for bottle service, I have called and got a busy signal, so I went to the club and was only given a card with contact info, I left a message and still no message.

I do not recommend this place at all. This female bartender on the first floor, with the princess tattoos was absolutely disrespectful and rude. She refused to serve us drinks for no apparent reason. I even asked another person there if there was a problem and he said she could refuse to serve whoever she wanted. I don’t understand what the discriminatory criteria is. Who gets service and who doesn’t. Worst experience ever.

The past few times my friends and I have gone, our tips were changed. Its the same bartender that does it. She changed $32 ($30 + $2 tip) to $36. My friend paid $33 ($30 + $3 tip) and they changed it to $36. We also tipped in cash so Im not sure why they felt the need to change our tip. The same bartender did it a few weeks ago as well, changing a $3 tip to $8 tip. This is really unprofessional especially if people are too drunk to notice. It is unacceptable to take advantage of people at the bar. Im glad we were never too drunk to notice. Weve tried calling and no one answers.

On New Years Eve, my (extremely well behaved and under control) Service Dog and I were denied access to this club. The excuse was that it was too crowded and my dog would be stepped on. This is an assessment that is only my right as a Handler to determine and the establishment is not permitted under law to make this assessment. However, I was denied anyway. I am 120 pounds and the risk of my SD getting stepped on is no higher than anyone elses, including someone in a wheelchair or double my size. To the management of The Mansion, I hope you never have to personally experience the level of discrimination you represented toward me as a result of my disability and chosen medical equipment.

Bartender was more than helpful. Made great drinks. Ill tell ya one thing that sucks about going out alone as a women and having a drink you either have to Chung it or bring in the bathroom to avoid being drugged. When I asked my bartender to watch my drink he did so with a smile and I sooo appreciated it.

John has always been the friendliest and genuine bar tender here. Definitely is good at his job!

I love this club is great lots of great vibes. The DJ plays great music. The bartenders are all super nice especially Noelle, Dani, Hope and Tony. I highly recommend going there. Had great service. Kole and John are also very helpful.

I brought a group of about 15 people there on Thursday and it was horrid! The DJ didnt show up for about 2 hours! No announcement, no complimentary drinks, no refund, no free pass for next time, nothing!Eventually they started playing the RADIO! Imagine trying to dance then commercial break at a CLUB), lol!Eventually the DJ came and just started playing. No apology, nothing!The floors were super dirty and sticky! Lots of security guards, felt a little strange!Bartender Eric ? (south side of dance floor) was cool! Other staff members were NOT!

Chris at the bar was AMAZING. We came as a group and he introduced us to his favorite drinks and made us anything crazy we requested all night! He made our first experience here so enjoyable! Would definitely come here again and we definitely recommend Chris as your bartender!

They didnt let us in because of my friends color of his shoes. Definitely seems like discrimination I would highly advise not supporting the mansion bar and go to Blondies or any other local bar. Very disappointed and feel very discriminating against. My friend who was a darker ethnicity also tried to get in and they declined it because he was wearing a hat. The photo attached shows the blonde guy who denied us access. Im not sure his name but Im very disappointed with the way he discriminated against us.

Recently went there for New Years worst place ever it used to be good, I dont know what happened. The staff were horrible, the the short Hispanic girl security tried to sell me drugs when I denied they told me I had to pay $30 when other people said they only paid $15 at the door. The bathroom pipe burst there was water all over the bathroom floor it smelled like a urinal absolutely the nastiest place, trust me do not spend your money there I will never be going back !

Great drinks. Great atmosphere. Good service , and the bouncers are chill dudes and not jerks like at all the other clubs in downtown CO springs. Went on a Thursday night not expecting it to be lit but it was. Couldn’t imagine how great it would be on a Weekend night. Highly recommend. BEST CLUB IN THE SPRINGS.

Terry was amazing. Family member lost a phone at a connected establishment. Was very helpful to connect us directly with management at the other establishment. Had no reason to help, but truly thankful they did. Customer service like this is HARD to come by. When in springs next time, will stop in to have a great time. Thank you!

The Mansion was an absolute blast. The staff from the top to bottom was top notch! The new light system installed really changes the ambience of the establishment! Special kudos to Hope the Bartender!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This place has no standards. As well as the waitress being completely rude. I was told her name was Tracy but Im not completely sure thats accurate. Tonight she was wearing a black tank top with a red flannel. We ordered our drinks and she completely ignored us. Ive never been to a bar that was so disrespectful. My husband and I travel around the country every 4 years. If you ever come to the springs. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! Its a complete waste.

Music was okay but the dj was horrible. Worst transitions ever. Bartenders were fine gave good drinks and were friendly . But whoever the dj is has to go. Mansions music / dj used to be so much better .

So, i have ADHD. & i just recently turned 21 & i’ve never been to a club before. & it’s almost like none of the staff is trained in how to deal with nuerodivergency? i walked in & was overwhelmed so i went to the bathroom with my friend to a) use the restroom as i was drinking a ton of water before we came, b) calm down a little bit & yes, i was crying, with ADHD comes executive dysfunction & emotional dysregulation. i just needed a minute to breathe. i wasn’t in there but 3-5 minutes before a woman is coming in there escorting me out because i’m “too drunk”… i hadn’t even started drinking yet & even when i would’ve started drinking, the medication i take for my ADHD is a stimulant. alcohol is a depressant. they cancel each other out. so it takes me awhile to get drunk anyways, so that was very ignorant & insensitive of her, & she wouldn’t even listen to me trying to tell her i was just overstimulated & needed a second. & her response was, “you can do whatever you want as long as i’m not the one working” like what? it wasn’t that serious but she made me feel awful & wouldn’t listen to me which triggered my RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria) & made me even more emotional which she, of course, attributed to me being “too drunk”. then, as i’m trying to talk to the bouncer outside to explain myself as the previous lady would not listen to me, he refuses to even look at me & is even more dismissive towards me than the first women. what was the straw that broke the camels back was the bartender at the window/door yelling a blatantly disrespectful comment at me as i’m borderline having a panic attack. it was all so uncalled for. just an awful experience & very scarring overall. reliving it on here is giving me heart palpitations & very high anxiety. it has deterred me from going out anytime in the near future. shame on y’all honestly… just shame on y’all…

Alex was an absolutely wonderful bartender! She was extremely kind and funny. She somehow managed to remember our parties drinks even when she was so busy. Will definitely come back.

The person that works the door will charge people more if she doesnt like you. My friends and I had to pay her $30 to get in last night for the NYE celebration, when every single person before and after us only paid $20. Everyone else I asked after that told me that they either got in for free or they only paid $20 to get in the door because she thought they were cute. Someone that shouldnt be working the front door, makes me wonder if shes pocketing all that extra money. Thats not professional or good for business!!!

This is by far my favorite club in the springs. I like how big the dance floors are & the atmosphere upstairs. Thursday night ladies night is the best. I’m rating it 3 stars Bc security let’s people cut in line for money & picks favorites & the club/restrooms are always extremely dirty. Nevertheless I come here to have a crazy fun time with friends!

Let me tell you a story. I flew in from MN for a wedding to be with my girlfriend’s friends for a special day. Wedding was awesome. Afterparty? Not so great.Went to the Mansion and girlfriend’s ID was taken. They make you give them your ID to get in if you don’t have the cash to pay for the cover. Girlfriend went straight to the ATM provided inside (after they took her ID) to get cash. Went back to front counter to pay after taking cash out. Girl at the front lost girlfriend’s ID while she was at the ATM. Girl at front accused girlfriend of stealing money from the cash register, even though this isn’t event physically possible as she was standing in the corner the entire time. Same girl lost girlfriend’s ID behind her wall (management - Douche bag in gray jacket) had to literally deconstruct the wall to find her ID behind the wall. We’re talking drills, screws, etc. guess what? Found her ID in the dry wall. Our party... not at fault.What happened next? They kicked us out for causing a distribution after we paid $30 for a cover and girlfriend needed to find her ID to fly home the next day. The “disruption” we caused was 100% caused by their employees. We wasted 45min on a wedding night at this dump. Do NOT go here. They do not value their customers. Their venue is great but their staff is absolute trash.MP

Wish I could give it zero stars because 1 is too nice, tried going there two different times and got turned around both times, first one was because my pants were too dark, second time was with my buddy and my wife and her friends, all the women got in but I had New York shirt on and my buddies shoes were too blue so we were denied, been into clubs in Miami with the same exact stuff on but apparently this club is so notorious that it takes a lot to enter haha don’t recommend

Went here new years with a friend, shout out to the women bartenders who worked new years eve/new years. one of the women apologized for getting our drinks late because of so many people, she managed to give us our drinks right before new years hit! Big shout out to her!!! You ladies rocked it and I hope you all get the raises you deserve!

On a Saturday the dj should not be trash. The club is nice but you guys have to to keep the crowd moving. Absolutely boring, miss the old days at mansion!

I wouldnt of given even 1 star! But i had no choice in order to leave a review!! This place is ridiculous. They give people drugs, spiking drinks! Drinks are even watered down!! The bathrooms are so gross and the employees there are terrible! I wouldnt recommend going to this place if you want to have a good time because it would be the total opposite! The security was shady, the customer service was horrible! They dont care about anyone!

My wife and I are from out of town. But our visit to Mansion Saturday night, not too long ago, made our trip memorable. We were skeptical at first because clubs are not our scene.. but a nice young lady made us feel at home and she was the only reason we stayed. She offered us a table and we ordered Dom Perignon (champagne). Overall we had an amazing experience. She introduced herself but I apologize I cannot remember her name. We will most definitely be back when we travel back to Colorado Springs.

John was a great server and made my boys and I feel welcome. Will come come back just for the hospitality alone!

Music is really quiet downstairs. You have to wait in a line to go upstairs to actually hear it, but only a few people up at a time. When you get up there theres sticky carpet, a lightup dancefloor that was already outdated when the place was built, and early 2000s music. I dont think the DJs know theres new music. I went a couple times to verify and yep its always like this.

SO what I want to know is why the bot keeps responding that management will be informed and the SAME bartender is refusing service at will. Obviously, the complaints go no where. She must be knocking boots with the boss or something. Just a little nugget , this is Colorado Springs people, NOT studio 54, get a grip.

The good: Awesome layout, plenty of bars and space for dancing. Music was a bit outdated but typical for a club.The bad: The floors were disgustingly sticky, and the upstairs Disco was even worse. When I went to the bathroom the soap dispenser was in pieces, which did not say good things about the hygiene of the staff or the public.The ugly: did I mention the floors? I feel like I need to wash my shoes...

Super long lines for no reason. Once you get in, there’s another line to get upstairs. And only like 2 people on the floor. Drinks are super weak. Idk what the hypes about. Denver is where it’s at. And the music is pretty wack.

So I dont even go out like that. Yesterday was the first since I moved here. I get to the door so the security could check my I.d. Im from our of state so I have a out of state I.d. I give it to them and they try and call it fake. What security for a NIGHT CLUB doesnt have a LED flashlight so they came check a I.d. properly. So I gave him my Colorado one. Then he continued to just be plain rude with me at the door. Insecurities treat you like your inmates. And anyone whos trying to run a good business should know your customer makes or breaks your business. Then I went upstairs to get a drink I asked for a white gummy bear she gave me something green I tried to explain to her thats not a white gummy bear I been here in Colorado Springs for a while now and have them all over for a while and I never seen it green she gave me attitude and slam my money back on that bar top. So I went downstairs to order a drink they were free down stairs the bartender was really nice he was a male so the money that I was willing to pay up stairs I gave to him as a tip. Moral of the story is that you did it and got here someone cant respect you and youre trying to give them business dont go.

Noelle and Joey stays making the best drinks, can come to these people with anything! always a good time at there! Only thing id say but just from preference, is if the music had more diversity with genres they play. Other than that one thing, if you are in the springs come check out the mansion.

If you are a poc this place isnt the friendliest to our kind. Especially the women red head bartender. I have been here with different crowds and each time she displays racism. She wouldnt serve poc.

Not a fan of this club and won’t be returning in the near future. Music was good but that’s about if. The crown is crazy and was trying to fight all over. Not sure why the line took 30 mins when it wasn’t busy yet. Drinks are well over priced and not strong at all. The staff didn’t seem to love their job and it showed.

We were visiting Colorado Springs from the western slope and decided to checkout downtown! Absolutely love the bars on Tejon St and had so much fun at all of them including Mansion! Great time here!

I came from out of state and I am very respectful when it comes to tipping the bartender. Last night the bar tender gave him self a bigger tip of 20 bucks after I already tipped 10 bucks. So total he got 30 bucks and when I confronted him because I get notifications to phone he told me I should just leave the club. I am very disappointed and I will not be returning

Functionally ridiculous. I left left a jacket. %100 empty pocket, pants and shirt, wallet and phone in my pants, and they wouldn’t let me back in. The worst run club have ever been to. Security staff is absolutely ridiculous.

I can only give honest reviews because lies are something I truly hate.. I just moved to Colorado Springs about 2 months ago and asked a few friends from CS which club would myself and my wife enjoy. Mansion was a place where they mentioned so last night we decided to go. Upon arrival I approached the bouncer and asked him what was dress code and he immediately looked at me with a funny look and said Well first off your not getting in with your pants like that.. The thing that surprised me was that I had already been into a few surrounding locations with no problems. This old, no swag, wannabe top flight security guard was so judgmental it was crazy.. Needless to say I stepped back and watched a few other patrons approaching which just so happened to be 2 females and 1 guy, both females had dresses that showed just about every crack an crevice of their big boned body and the guy with his skinny jeans aka leggings 😂😂 and boxers hanging out like part of his outfit get in with no problem it was epic I then noticed that it was about me the guy didnt like me wow!! The sad part was I was taking out my wife to celebrate Veterans Day and this flunky weekend security put a damper on our night.. Way to treat your Veterans.. To put the icing on the cake he wouldnt let us speak with management because he knew he was in the wrong.. Man you guys have to do better especially with security because he cant buss a grape in a fruit fight!!

Seems to be either totally dead or super packed, hardly any in between.When busy, youll barely be able to move and shoulder bumped by every dude in the place.Although the separate rooms with different music types can be really cool, when this place is busy, it is very forgettable as a nightlife option.Although I was told by 3 UCCS ladies that when they need a hookup they like this place because its a meat market. But they even admitted they hardly go here...It is interesting to visit after a name change... The Mansion, Rumbay, etc. they hardly revamp the decor, but it still feels new. Until some dude starts telling you how tough they are, then its back to realizing some people never change.Most bartenders are super nice and helpful, but the door workers are rarely the same. Just be quiet, pay or dont pay your money, show your real or fake ID, and get past them quick.

Worst place ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Could be amazing but service is horrendous. One nice male bartender. The rest of the staff was so disrespectful- especially a female bartender and male bouncer. Would never go back and would not recommend it.

You will wait in line for an hour and a half and get denied at the door because your shoes are too red. The sign for the dress code is a little piece of paper behind the bouncers at the entrance you waited to get to.

Bryan is the best bartender! He makes everyone feel super at home! The mansion is the only place to dance at downtown if you want a good time

The Bar/Club itself wasnt bad. Good music & lots of space. The reason I gave 2 Stars was simply because a bartender named Anthony. He was extremely rude after he thought I did not tip him at the end of the night. This involved yelling Bars Closed directly in our direction and making obvious hand gestures. I then wake up to see that he added an additional tip onto our tab. Luckily I have my original copy of my receipt as proof. Real Petty complaint but all an all ruined a fun experience. Id say watch out incase they try to take advantage of those they feel are drunk.

Dirty, crowded, trashy. The bartenders make pretty mediocre, overpriced drinks. And make sure if they are doing a special that you ask which bar is doing it. We went for ladies night, girls drink free, and ordered some drinks only to find out that only one bar out of the three or four does the special, so we paid $11 for four bad long islands.

This place is not worth your money or time. The bartenders have a overall awful attitude. The restrooms are disgusting. There was nasty sewer water all over the women’s restroom at the beginning of the night with no paper towels or soap. I have to mention again all of the staff were so rude. Never coming here EVER again.

The bouncers are fair and helpful, (in my experiences), like when I lost my ID. The other club goers I seem to encounter are usually friendly, Ive never had any issues with anyone. The Mansion is a grand space and can get pretty packed. However, it seems that if youve gone once, youve gone a million times. Also, as a local of Colorado Springs, they could do a few things better... like fix the leaky roof or run a mop every now and then! The floors are always sticky, even when they first open! But I always have a good time!

The bouncers were way out of line. They were letting certain people in and when it was our turn they didnt let us in and didnt tell us why. We were coherent and not drunk! We had 1 drink prior at gasoline alley. Just because my friend tripped they thought we were all drunk. At that he goes an yells out to the other bouncers around the other bars to not let us in. We felt attacked and there was no need for the bouncer to put his hand on my friends face.

It wasnt bad... Just the bar crew must have forged my receipt for my tab. I was charged $25.60 when I specifically wrote $20.00 for two drinks for an already over priced entry fee. Im from Denver and this was like club robbery... Even the clubs in Denver have some cover on drink or entry. Probably wont go back byyyyyyye

This is my favorite clubs in the Springs, it has the closest atmosphere to like a Denver club, especially on busy nights. Like the light effects, the smoke, and the dance floor upstairs!! I dont usually get drinks here, I pre-game so I am unsure about drink prices but my boyfriend will usually go get a beer at Cowboys or the Red Martini instead to save a few dollars.

Definitely come see John he’s an amazing bartender!! Always entertaining and super nice to everyone! His drinks are also very good!

They definitely are doing illegal stuff. I was DD on a Friday night, friend paid my cover though so I bought her a drink. Two days later, my bank statement read that I tipped on my card but I only tip in cash (servers unite). I always cross a line through the tip line or write cash tip. So far no response from the owner.

They ruined my 21st birthday party! Dont go here. I booked my party through GroupToast. Nobody ever told me that there was an event so if I wouldnt have called, I would have never known. I called the manager to see what they could do. Answered once and never returned my calls. I called GroupToast and they said they would call me back with some options. Never called me back. Horrible experience. They ruined my 21st birthday. Maybe its okay as a club but dont have your birthday here.

My brother went to the nightclub tonight with two other Caucasian guys and himself (Latino).There was a heavy white guy as security and let his two friends in that were cacausian. BUT my brother wasnt let in. We are in 2018 people are we still PREJUDICE/RACIST??!!!ALSO the last time I was there one of the security guards wanted to take my drunk girl home to his place. Most non-sense policy ever. I went there, and they wouldnt let me in because Im wearing a baseball hat with a team logo on it. The guy in the entrance said they dont allow any sports team affiliation logo in the bar.

Love the upstairs!! Had an amazing time there. Good crowd, well priced drinks, coat check available and cover is only $5 before 11pm. Make sure ti bring cash for the cover and coat check.

Terrible!!! Theres this bald bartender who is heavy set and he was trying to overcharge me for 2 drinks. I told him that I didnt have enough and just get the 1 drink. He got mad and threw the money at me and said dont come back. I laughed in his face and told him hes overcharging to throw extra cash in his pocket and I caught him!! Fix your lives mansion. Wish I could rate with zero stars! Gentlemen watch out here! They often allow under aged girls to come here and drink! That beautiful young girl you meet here could be as young as 16! I dont go downtown very often and I normally dont have a problem going to the mansion. But I went Saturday night and I get the doorman need to check driver licenses but to seriously almost break my damn I.d is ridiculous. You dont bend them, trying to break them to make sure they are real. Seriously ridiculous. You need better people! Everyone inside was great though.

They mix the shots of liquor with water to make more money. I had multiple shots from different bartenders up and downstairs and they were all watered down the shots are so watered down that it make you throw up apon taking the shots..

Love the Mansion on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays only because my best friend and most favorite person in the world DJs there, DJ Gu! Love him the most! He is the best DJ out here and plays the best music hands down! Check him out promise you wont be disappointed.

The place is good to go only once every 6 months. The music is always the same, the musical genres vary, there are different types of music that make a crowd dance, bachata, trap, but it is always the same The soil is sticky, they do not clean it. Also the second floor, always the same music. And what happens is that this disco is in the center where almost always one must find the best.

On July 26th 2018, they turned on some kind of Gas inside and no one could breathe we had to step outside for ten minutes. After like half an hour my girl friend, my brother and I were harassed and pushed outside for no reason. They took away our drinks they said that time was over but it was 1:10am and they don’t close till 2:00am. We were injured and very mistreated for reasons that I can’t really comprehend. It’s a terrible place in the springs.

Its a technique they use to keep all the drunk mfrs standing up from them strong azz drinks. Toilet water everywhere from the bathroom to the dance floor. I am updating my review. After calling the mansion about the crazy over charge on my credit card (31 dollars more than my tab) I was advised the do a pre-authorization of 50 then release the remaining funds. It would have been nice to know in advance though.

Bouncers approach us and tell me that my chinos shorts that sit 3 to 4 inches above my knee were to baggy and we needed to leave immediately he was in shock as was I why the f did you let me in if it wasnt ok to wear screw this place dont spend a dime here. One of the worst wana be clubs in Springs. Pertencious bouncers who wont let college kids in because the colors of their shirts - wear MOM JEANS or dont get in and OMG dont wear a sports team... not that anyone would wana go here. The worst experience for a nightclub. My friend and I were followed the whole night by drunk males asking for our numbers. They cut us off at one drink..but thereally was people WAY too drunk to even walk. My friend got humped and then her face licked by one guy there...just stay away.

Never worth the cover :( Cool idea, but it’s always underpacked because of the Cover. Decent music but super over priced drinks. Tons of places close by worth your business without a cover. Good luck

The biggest issue I have with the club is the dress code. No one knows what to wear until they arrive at the club. Management should post the dress code on its site and Facebook page.

Place was okay, but VIP with Deshawna was definitely worth it! 1star without Deshawna. This place needs more people like her!

Hip hop mix, depending on the D.J.s upstairs they have a cool old school lighted dance floor, they used to have karaoke upstairs but not my last two visits. Its nice to go VIP on a packed night with bottle service.

So I come with our of town guest. Apparently there is new management who required that you pay with cash only. So we were turned away at the door. Went to an atm and was turned around again because of a bad attitude due to the lack of communication from management staff.

Do NOT use a debit or credit card here. I tipped in cash, like physically handed it to the bartender, and wrote cash in the tip line. Bartender decided to add an additional 20% to the 40% tip I left in cash. They commit fraud here.
