Sunshine Foot and Wellness Spa

I have been going regularly to Sunshine foot and wellness spa for the past couple of months now and I must say the service has been exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a pleasant staff who will walk you to the room. I have never had to wait for my appointment and even when I get there a couple of minutes early, they accommodate me instantly. One time they had to push my appointment back by an hour but that was communicated with me early on during the day which I appreciated a lot. When I got there, I still didnt have to wait at all. I feel that my time is valued and respected. Its also very easy to set up appointments with them!! You can do it via texts which is nice for all the introverts like me.The place is very clean, soft music, quiet rooms. The atmosphere they create is certainly relaxing. The massage itself is amazing!!! I have had Lucy and Leo during my visits and both of them are great at what they do. They have slightly different techniques but both were highly skilled and knew what they were doing. They speak limited english but constantly checks if youre ok and comfortable. I normally do 90 minute sessions where they do 60 minutes of body massage and 30 minutes of foot massage. It includes hot stone as well.I have recommended the place to my parents (who have been there a few times for couples massage) and few friends. Overall I think this is a wonderful spa with very reasonable prices. I will definitely continue to be a regular customer.

I’m giving two stars for hospitality. Otherwise this was the worst massage. The woman at the front who I presume was the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. I booked the couples massage at the last minute and we only had to wait 5 minutes to go to the room.My masseuse did not speak English. Before we started I told the other masseuse in the room that I don’t like a lot of pressure. The massages started fine with the stretching but once she got started with the oil, she used her forearm and elbows in repetitive hard movement. It was very painful, I signaled to stop, moved in pain and the other masseuse whose English is not good tried to translate but neither understood. I laid back down and she did intense rubbing in repetitive fast movements down my back, I thought I was going to get rug burn. Once again I signaled to stop, I don’t see how this is enjoyable to anyone! I was trying not to interrupt my partners massage while unsuccessfully advocating for myself. I regretfully stayed for the entire massage when I just wanted it to be over. LONGEST HOUR OF MY LIFE! Now my back hurts to the touch and when I lay down, and all for nothing.I would suggest make sure you get someone who speaks English so you can communicate. Otherwise if you like hard elbow and forearm massages that are not relaxing, this is the place for you!

Ive visited this massage place several times now, and I must say, the massages are fantastic. The therapists (Ive had 3 and all were great) are excellent and their use of hot stones is amazing! Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of a rejuvenating massage at an affordable price! Cant wait to be back.

Excellent massages. I had my 1st foot massage today from Leo and I have to say that it was fabulous, relaxing, and my feet feel rejuvenated. The environment is so serene and clean. I highly recommend their services.

Ive never had a massage before, but this is a great place for someone to go their first time. Its very pleasant there with flowers. Nice music, very quiet and they did an incredible deep tissue massage on my neck.A deep tissue massage was around $60 was well worth it. Thank you.

My first visit to Sunshine Foot and Wellness Spa and will NOT be my last. I initially got a Groupon for a 60 minute foot massage but the owner asked if I was interested in getting a full body and I gladly accepted. Upon first walking in the space is open, clean and smells really good inside. The customer service is AMAZING and I was asked if I’d prefer a male or female masseuse and which areas I’d like focused on during my massage. The rooms are spacious with room to place your belongings away. The floors are VERY clean and smell very good. The massage was perfection, not too rough, rushed and perfectly timed. I left feeling very relaxed and lighter than when I walked in. I HIGHLY recommend Sunshine Foot and Wellness Spa. Please support this business, they have very reasonable prices. Don’t forget to tip, thank me later.

Made an appointment and was really excited to finally get to experience a foot reflexology after reading the reviews. When I walked in I was greeted and let the attendant know I had a scheduled appointment. I was ready to start my service but my experience did not go as planned when I was turned away and told there was nothing available when I mentioned I had a groupon I wanted to use. I find it to be very unprofessional to cancel scheduled appointments at the last minute for this reason. I do not believe that this could be a communication error because I offered to come in earlier than the appointment time and told otherwise. I would suggest not offering scheduled appointments if you are unable to keep them.

Amazing massage place. They have quiet environment and nice music. The lady who did the massage for me is very professional and friendly. I have a wonderful experience in this place. Highly recommend!!!

Arguably the best massage provider in my experience. Their reasonable rates put them right at the top for me. Clean facility, very polite and professional and friendly staff. The full 60 minutes were given to me and the provider (an awesome CoCo) even gave an extra minute or so to not stop the session abruptly. Coco’s massage was extremely beneficial and she frequently confirmed whether I was doing fine. Making the appointment was easy and the lady I spoke with was also polite and professional, speaking decent English. This place is highly recommended!

I found a couples 60 minute Groupon session for $80 but I called location first to make sure they had availability for a certain day I wanted to use it. The lady on the phone told me not to book it through the site but that she would honor the same Groupon price .I gave 3 stars because my husband enjoyed his massage and they did the full time even though we were running a few minu fee s late to our appointment. Also the establishment was very clean and the tables were comfortable. The man who massaged used very strong pressure it was on the verge of painful half the time. I also really dislike massages that use elbows a majority of the time, and he did. I will say I enjoyed the hot stones part only.When we left they wouldn’t honor the groupon price and acted surprised when my husband mentioned it. They charged us 10 dollars more though so not terrible but needless to say my neck, shoulders, lower back and calves are super sore today.

Not relaxing at all. The person doing my massage, who I believe must hv been the owner or the person in charge. Kept stopping to answer the phone and take app. She even stop to set up another guest for her foot massage. And stop exactly on time despite all the interruption during my session. And had the nerve to ask me for a tip. I wondered if this treatment was because of my Groupon. So happy I did not pay full $.

Great spa option 💕🙏🏻 I’ve been here a couple times, and I always enjoy the massages. The spa is very clean and the staff very nice. I also enjoy that they have a punch card for frequent visits. I will be coming back here for more as it’s a great affordable go to bodywork place.

This is the place to go. I’m so glad they opened a massage parlor in New Milford. Affordable prices, friendly staff, and an overall amazing massage. $60/hr. Is very reasonable, especially if you compare that to massage chains. And don’t forget to tip, these are very hardworking people. Thank you for relieving stress, will definitely be coming back

Yesterday my daughter and I had a hot stone massage and a foot reflexology. It was an amazing experience. The best massage Ive had thus far. I will definitely be back and will be bringing my friends with me.

My dear friend gifted me a full body massage which was wonderful. Very pleasant and clean surroundings. My masseuse, Summer, checked with me to ensure the she was applying the right amount of pressure! I was so pleased that I went back 2 days later for the foot massage. Again, wonderful. I highly recommend this spa for its excellent customer service. I will be back!

My second time. Excellent massage. Unfortunately the masseuse doesnt speak English but the boss lady does, so you should explain any particulars to her and she will translate. For those who may be wondering, yes, this is a legitimate massage spa and not a massage parlor.

Best massage spa in New Jersey!! I recently visited the Sunshine Foot and Wellnes Spa for a 90-minute, deep tissue massage (very reasonable price!). I was impressed with both the strength and knowledge of the massage therapist. She was able to work out all of the knots in my shoulders, back, hands, and feet, without it being painful. From the massage and relaxing music, to the decor, and the politeness of the staff, it was the best 90-minute vacation ever! I would recommend this Spa strongly. I will return on a more regular basis, and have taken business cards to give to my friends and family.

Today was my second time at Sunshine. It’s so clean, relaxing and peaceful. Summer worked on me both times. She is so sweet and caring. She made sure multiple times that the pressure was ok. I showed her the area of my shoulder that was bothering me and she knew just what to do. She even gave me water and a delicious snack when it was done! This place is top notch in every way!

Best place ever!! Gives the best massages and best staffing there could be. I will definitely be coming back as much as I can staffing is great and been very happy and feeling good afterwards. Definitely a recommendation for a new and close spa place!!
