She was rushing for me to order and tells me hurry up lets go keep it moving you should be ready to order once you come up here Maybe thats why it was so empty lastnight. You charge gratuity yet your employees speak to guests like they are doing them a favor. You should re train your staff.

I had a very unpleasant visit to Pilos Tequila Garden in Miami and I feel like I need to share my experience with others. Upon entering the bar/club, we were the only ones there and it felt like the server was trying to make the most money out of us because of the language barrier. The hostess quickly rushed us to order without giving us a chance to even look at the menu. When I ordered a frozen margarita, I later realized that it may not have even contained tequila as the hostess seemed uninformed about the drinks.What made the experience even worse was the fact that the hostess was uninterested in honoring the Yelp promotion of a free mezcal shot and charged us significantly more than the listed price for a single margarita. The discrepancy in prices was further emphasized when my husband was told that a casamigo on the rocks was priced at 50 dollars, only to later find out it was priced at 20 dollars online. This left us feeling as though we were being ripped off and taken advantage of.We were not only disappointed with the hostess lack of knowledge and willingness to honor promotions, but also the overall atmosphere of the bar/club. It was empty and lacked the energy and excitement that one would expect from a bar or club.In conclusion, I would not recommend Pilos Tequila Garden to anyone looking for a fair and enjoyable experience. I suggest being cautious and aware of the prices before ordering anything, and to consider other options in the area for a better experience. We ultimately left Pilos and went to a nearby bar that was packed with people and had much better vibes. I will not be returning to Pilos and will not recommend it to anyone else.

The food and drinks are good but they charge & for EVERYTHING! My husband & I will not be returning. We came to see Michael Blackson & was entirely disappointed. So many things was wrong with this venue. We purchased tickets for $174.58 for 2 people for a 7pm show. The show did not start until 9:30pm. They also said we had to stand up but if we wanted to sit at the high top tables, they were $100 minimum. $500 for the wooden booths & $750 for seats next to the stage. Remind you, this is an outdoor event. It was very hot and my husband was sweating bullets. The fans were not enough to keep anybody cool. They also wanted a credit card and ID to hold onto just in case anything went wrong. Once again, we will not be returning. It was very expensive and not worth it at all!

The music here I hated because every track was a disco/techno house song that sounded exactly the same as the previous one. The place started to get a little busy at 11p. The place is really small. The food was below average. The service was very quick. The drinks weren’t very good. The girls that work here are all very good looking. The inside has a closed area and an open area. Overall, I think guys would have a good experience here; the girls may not because of all the attractive female staff, esp. the bartender. I saw groups of women alone and groups of guys alone so may be both groups came to find each other but they were not talking to each other.In conclusion: I think the place is definitely worth checking out if in the area; however, you may be disappointed by the garbage music and below-average food and drinks. The view of good-looking women was the saving grace for me as a guy.

When visiting this club for the first time, we were thrilled to experience through the reviews. But when they charged us $75 for three shots and the DJ couldn’t wish my friend a happy 30th birthday shoutout. You know you came to the wrong club. Honestly the music is great but besides that I wouldn’t come here again.

Cool vibe here.. everyone gets up and dance. Very dope! Will be back! Deff gotta try the birria and the nachos next time. DJ Tury was doing his thing son! Playing all the feels and classics.. Had something for everyone. Very chill Miami Vibe. I see this place has mixed reviews but my team and I had a blast. And fellas the women are half naked? Why not lol. Stop in. Have a drink or few! As long as you dont have a female waitress you shouldnt get scammed. So goodluck, also when I went last time they tried to say it cost money to use the bathroom. Owner is probably a douche for being so out of touch with reality. Also its illegal to tip yourself, what a terrible practice.

Was told my outfit was fine, let me in (I was wearing next to nothing) but they wouldnt let my boyfriend inside because he was wearing shorts. Super lame club, rude workers

This place should be closed down for their shady practices. Viviana decided to charge us for Casa migos and a $4.00 extra charge for margarita mix when we simply ordered house margaritas. To add insult to injury, she decides to tip herself 3.00 on top of the 20% service charge (which is probably the reason they charge you like you ordered premium liquor). I spoke to the manager and he stated that they don’t serve house liquor. A bunch of scammers running a restaurant. It is not about the money but the principle of stealing right in your face. In my years growing up and living in another big city, NYC, I never experienced these scams by waitresses or bartenders.

Miami local here. Vibes on this place were of from the minute you walk in. Greeting staff needs to get re-trained in hospitality. Layout was good if your planing to get a table. Other than mid club that’s why they push it in the corners so much

Honestly the music is mid but what really pissed me off when i was denied tap water… i was in a section and had a lil too much to drink and needed to sober up before i went home. the bartenders had no problem serving me water but when i come back for my 3rd glass they tell me they can’t that management just told them they had to charge me. lol excuse me your telling your staff they have to charge water bottles? absolutely ridiculous will not be coming back.

The manager Micheal & his staff show me a great time. It was my first time there and I had a ball. Chicken Tacos taste great . Looking forward to go back on my next vacation in February. 🤟🏼

Jullissa and Ezequiel at the front were amazing and we had a great time at the bar the vibe was honestly perfect a bunch of Spanish music because we went on fridayyyyyy

I came here with a group for my birthday and everything from the service to the food was 10/10. Yulissa, the girl in the front was more than welcoming and accommodating to our party. She made sure we were situated and truly took care of us, constantly checking in on us, making sure everything was ok. Not only her but the entire team working was very polite and attentive with us. My group and I had the time of our lives and will definitely be back for more, specially the food. 10/10!

This was an adventure! I saw this restaurant on Instagram and decided to go. It was definitely not what I expected. Everyone was very nice. Service was good but the food/drinks a bit pricey. Enjoyed the music. A must visit when 8n the wynwood area.

My best day to go to Pilos is Sundays! It’s such a great experience & fun time when I go. And shout of to the bartenders, always polite & smiling! I will definitely be back!

Had the best experience at Pilo’s tequila garden. From the moment we got there the security was friendly and welcoming. The securities checked all of our ID’s. We were interested in getting a table which Yulissa the vip concierge manager situated us with one of the best sections and best deals. She was super nice and made our experience the best one yet. We had an amazing time from start to finish, from the music, to the food, the ambiance, and the crowd was super fun! 10/10 experience. The waitress made sure to be attentive and check on us at all times, she hosted us very well. Yulissa saw us on our way out and we got her contact information for our next visit. We will forsure be back!

I had the best timeeeee! I was welcomed in by the best vip host Julissa she was sweet and super accommodating. I felt like a queen on my birthday this past weekend! The food also is gooood the steak burrito bowl is something i’ll definitely be going back for! Vivian the bartender was so sweet also!

The drinks were great, and the service was quick. The arrangement of both indoor and outdoor spaces was cool. I must comment on how lovely the female staff is, especially the bartender. The music is just amazing. I suggest stopping by this location.

Be extremely careful with this bar, since the waitresses and the stuff scam.Basically you have 20% service charge included in the bill, but the waitress would still without your consent nor your knowledge charge their tip on your card.Funny enough, on the receipt you don’t see the tip, but on her machine you can see it. So basically you are constantly double charge for each transaction you make with them. I even have it with proof on pictures. (I obviously did a reclamations and my bank told me they have a lot of problems with this particular bar). Although trying to contact the manager you won’t get any thing back.I highly dont recommend this place. Avoid it. Many other places in Miami are better and more honest.

In love with this place! Great vibes the music is always popping! I I had some amazing tacos while enjoying my hookah and the outside scene. They have an inside as well with some AC for those hot days. The staff was super nice and attentive. I cant wait to go back!

This place is such a scam! First off there’s no communication between the staff… went with a group from out of state and was kindly greeted by security and he checked our ids with precaution. Then when we enter we went to get a drink and we’re ID’d again which was normal but when we gave our ID’s to the bartender she proceeded to take them and claim they were fake without even asking us for a second form of ID or following some proper protocol. When we proceed to show other forms of ID and even willing to call cops to verify our identity since we needed the IDs for our flight the following day and the rude manager told us “it’s not my problem we don’t care.” The lack of protocol and proper management was frustrating especially when the girl who was dealing with us looked barely 21 which made sense since she clearly didn’t know how to properly check ID’s. Also on the way out she pulled our friends hair after we called her out on her incompetency. All of this and the music wasn’t even good and there was like 15 people max at the whole place. I recommend going to the place across (THE DIRTY RABBIT) which has better management and ambiance and actually has a crowd! Only go to pilos if you want to be scammed by a bunch of 20 year old girls who have no idea what they’re doing.

I recently visited Pilo’s, and I absolutely adore it!! The hookah service is fantastic; without a doubt, the greatest in Wynwood. The hookah girls, provided excellent service and positive energy. I recommend going there for a nice time and hookah with your friends.

Worst experience of my life. Belinda charged us a fee and did not give us the drinks that were agreed on. We had 4 of our guests go up every 30 minutes to request her and she completely disregarded us. Charged us for 2 drinks and only gave us 1. When asked if she added a tip she denied it but the receipt said otherwise. Gave so much attitude and was very rude. I would not recommend this experience. What a rip off

Miami local here who doesnt frequent Wynwood often. Went to Pilos the other night with friends and had a great time -- the service was attentive, the music was fun, the atmosphere was lively. Will go back for sure.

I would give this place zero stars if i could !!! my friends had the worst experience here. dumb BARTENDER girl who doesn’t know what she’s doing. Claims IDs were fake when the bouncer already checked it WITH a blue light and passed his test. She was just discriminating. She needs to be fired immediately. All she had to do was refuse service, instead she picked a fight and pulled her hair ?? AND confiscated REAL IDs. when second proof of identification was provided she confiscated it again and tried to kick them out. I need this girl fired immediately, this place was empty for a reason. I would like to speak to a REAL manager to handle this situation.

This place has a relaxed atmosphere. The epidemic of dancing is pervasive. Super cool. I intend to come back.. Ill get the birria and queso next time. The DJ played such great music – will definitely be back.

Fellas who love a cool place to down their tequila will find Pilo’s fantastic and perhaps irresistible. The DJ never let us down last time we were there with his collection of Dale’s finest hits. I’m surely going back there soon.

I want to give this place a 5 star. I booked a table with one of its promoters, and when I came to the door Saturday, the blonde woman was very helpful. She made sure all of my guests got in, and were out of the way of the entrances chaos. My bottle girl was very attentive, brought out a sign for my birthday and made my night. Although its very hot--and I do recommend more fans outdoors--Its my favorite place in Wynwood. As far as the guacamole, it was so yummy!

Place is a joke… stay clear if you know what’s good for you and yours.

More than a year ago, I began coming here when it first opened, and now my friends and I frequent it on a regular basis. The staff is exceptional. I advise trying the Pilorita and the Birria tacos. The DJ plays a wide variety of music.

While hanging out in Wynwood, my friends and I stumbled upon a place called Pilos and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a great choice! The DJ was fantastic, and the staff was very attentive to our needs.

I was in the place yesterday at 2pm everything was fine until 7pm I spent 90 dollars each on 4 buckets of beer and an 85 dollar hookah the manager came at 7pm to get me out of a little table standing to get me out because someone paid for one bottle and she gave him that table and had already asked the waitress for two more buckets of beer. that of course I tired him and I left. but I never spend a dollar in that place and much less recommend it

Pilos Tequila Garden had amazing service from Dani, which made my visit wonderful. I also enjoyed the excellent cocktails Viviana made. My visit was made by these two wonderful girls. I suggest Pilo’s to everyone looking to have a fun night out.

I was impressed. Great margaritas made with fresh ingredients and quality tequila. The kitchen is open late and the vibe was exactly what I hoped for. My bartender, Carmen, was awesome and super attentive. I would definitely go back!

Came here for a free shot, got a few drinks. Waitress charged us extra during happy hour and then a party came in and we were asked to move. Said party bounced and we continued on our way. I should give the waitress 4 stars for service however; I requested she wear pants.

This is one of my favorite bars for a night out! The music and the vibes are great, and the tacos are actually amazing. I’ve been many times and I always have the best experience and service. Vivi is my favorite bartender there, she’s so quick and makes great drinks!

I was there on Sunday for brunch it was my first time . I was impressed the door was ran expedited.who ever thought about the bar tab idea was great.my friend was in backless sandals we weren’t aware of the dress code but the girl at the door said if we changed she would comp our admission as a courtesy for the inconvenience.we went to the car and got sneakers .and indeed she let us in .So that was very nice of her ,that’s what’s called customer service not many venues do that .We ordered from Denise a waitress super great energy she suggested the spicy margarita wow I was amazed .We wanted to try the frozarita but machine was down .So I wasn’t able to try it .The music was good the vibe and energy was great and not to say servers looked great for daytime in there uniforms .We joined a table the only concern was the ice melted and they definitely needed more fans .overall the staff looked on point .oops !Almost got burned with a blonde hookah girl that was walking by . But definitely will be my to go spot in wynwood for brunch .loved it !

Vibe was good, music was good and waitress was nice! Would of been 5 stars had it not been for the way they handled a new table reservation later in the night for the table we were sitting at and their security!We were told that we can sit at the table however if a reservation came we would need to get up. Table required $500 minimum. Basically we got their around 8 and had exceeded the $500 minimum between the drinks, food and hookah when this new table reservation arrived! They had a new table reservation that arrived around 11:00 PM. Now we did tell the girl in the front we weren’t comfortable paying $500 right from the bat so we would just go feel it out and go from there because it was our first time! But we knew hey if reservations come then we would need to get up!The issue is not that we had to get up because of the reservation, the issue is they sent an extremely disrespectful security over to tell us about the reservations. Instead of having our waitress just let us know politely hey sorry guys we have a reservation...this security comes and tells me “y’all gotta get up we got a reservation,” as if the money we spent in the establishment was nothing. Extremely rude and terrible customer service! We had just ordered a round of drinks and a hookah, left it all and left the place period!I understand you have to make your money but there’s a certain way to speak to people and that was definitely not it! It was the Black security with the dreads! My opinion for what it’s worth is go ahead and get him some customer service interaction training!It was my first time there and we had a great time up until they advised us to get up in the way that they did, especially considering we continued to be polite and take care of our waitress above the 20% included gratuity.Unfortunately me and my lady won’t be back! If the owner reads this I encourage you speak with your staff, especially your “management and security.” We attempted addressed our concern with what appeared to be a female manager who had advised us about the $500 minimum upon our arrival and she brushed us off as if she didn’t care!

The tacos at Pilo’s are mouthwatering. The bartender makes amazing cocktails. Their service, food, and drinks all are 10 out of 10. Must-try nightclub in Wynwood. You won’t regret it.

While there are many places you could frequent in Miami, none comes close to Pilo’s Tequila Gardens. The servers in the club are pretty fun to mingle with as they treat their quests to the Spanish accent. Besides, they have the best drinks in town.

When I visited Pilo’s early last month with my abuelito, I never knew that it would become my favorite spot. Their tacos were mouthwatering, reminding me of my childhood days. Their chef knows one thing or another about packing the right flavor.

The ambiance is fantastic! If you enjoy good cocktails and music, Pilo’s is undoubtedly the place to be. The DJ added to the evenings fun by playing great music.

This place is like a secret garden! One of my absolute favorite days to go is there Sunday. Bottomless Mimosas and the ambiance is to die for. I’m such an artist nature girl. If I’m traveling from anywhere and I’m looking for a place to enjoy both sides of the spectrum, I’m going to Pilo’s in Wynwood! Not to mention they have food all night long! Can’t beat that when your a foodie and love to dance, you gotta put back what you shook off hehehe. I would definitely recommend here no matter what the day it’s always a vibe! Went here on Saturday and I did not like how every time we got the same exact drinks they would charge us more after every transaction. For example our first set of drinks was $40, then the second set of the same drinks was $46, and then the third set of the same drinks was $50. Clearly these bartenders like to take advantage.Also, found it weird how they HAVE TO take your card if you want to leave a tab open. Probably would not recommend it due to their poor management with customers money.

This place is INCREDIBLE! Was in Miami just for the weekend and some friends recommended El Patio in Wynwood. It ended up being closed, and I’m so happy it was because it made us stumble upon this place. The staff here is absolutely amazing - SO friendly! The decor is beautiful and the music was a great mix of Latino and hip hop and pop. DJ was extremely engaging. The crowd here was also so lively and diverse. We met some awesome people! Will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone that goes to Miami.

Pilo’s in Miami is my absolute favorite on the weekends. Their late night bar and the food options, especially the tacos are just amazing. The bartenders know how to make next-level drinks. The experience gets elevated by the sip.

We went on a Tuesday night, so it wasn’t as packed. They take your form of payment (card or cash) at the door.You have to spend $30.00 inside and then they will return your card.Overall it was a great experience. Latin music/reggaeton playing almost all night- which we lovedOnly thing that I didn’t like that much is that they never gave my friends and I the difference for our money. So make sure to check your bill and ask for your money back or the difference if you only spend $30.00- otherwise they don’t seem to give it back.We met some guys from New York and they were a really good time. Lots of tourists on the weekdays I assume.

I’d always recommend Pilo’s in Wynwood if you are in the mood for tasty and fresh dishes. Other than their food being impeccable, they have the best staff. I’ve never had a distasteful engagement in my many times there.

I was there December 11 2022 and the Dj was the worst I’ve ever experienced. He kept interrupting his own songs and failed to inspire the audience. I absolutely will not return under any circumstances. There are many better options nearby.

Loved the place and the vibes but how they told me to leave my table because someone else had purchased it after i had already spent closely to what they sold it for and i had been there since 4pm, that happened at 1am. So for that i really don’t feel like coming back at all. Not a way to treat a customer. Now, Marcela was the best, i was not dissappointed at her service, she is lovely!!! Props to her! Looking for a good time in Miami? You have to go to Pilos. We stumbled upon this place while celebrating my birthday and it was the best decision we made that night. The music was great and the atmosphere was lively. The staff were all very kind and friendly. HUGE thank you to Stanfford who really went above and beyond to make it a night to remember. He was amazing! If you are looking to plan an event or go VIP ask for him. Trust me, you wont regret it!

It’s great that they don’t charge cover but they really try to hold your card hostage until you meet a minimum bar tab. They seemed like they wouldn’t give it back if I decided to leave. The bar girl kept checking on us to make us buy the $80 worth of drinks. I locked my card while it was being held hostage because I am not a fool lol.The food was basic food but really really delicious. You can also sit at any seat near the bar if it becomes available. Bargirls are money minded and really try to ignore you unless you look like you’re gonna buy a bottle, which is silly because everything is overpriced. I would try to get all the orders and the tips if it was me but oh well. All Latin and house music all night. Not my vibe. Wouldn’t go again except to pick to food to go.

Cool bar/club in Wynwood. The vibes are immaculate and the bartenders are awesome. Specifically one bartender by the name Jack, he’s the best bartender there! The service in general is great and they have the best music in Wynwood. Definitely the best bar to hit on any occasion.

We wanted to come out on a Sunday evening for a night cap to celebrate our friends birthday. We waited an hour and 30 minutes and didn’t even get to come inside. Once we got to the front they mentioned we didn’t have the appropriate “shoes”. When we saw plenty of other people with the same exact shoes. We ended up going to another taco spot around the corner and enjoyed it!

Good experience. Food is good. We had tacos and drinks. Same as any other place with questionable pricing and two tacos per serving. Im just tired of paying $30 for 4 tacos maybe. The back is open, and they have very fun and interesting murals. Tables are reserved for bottle service. They have club music starting a lot earlier than other places. Just your typical night scene at Wynwood.

Had so much fun at Pilos! Lively atmosphere, great music, in the heart of wynwood. The entire staff is very professional and the bottle service was on point. We felt very taken care of. Special thanks to my favorite beautiful VIP bottle server Ashley, who made our entire experience truly memorable. We will be back!

Please please please avoid this place and all their sister locations such as centro wynwood at all costs. locals have known of the sketchy and shady practices the business owners get away with. a few months back, it was confirmed that they were condoning their bartenders being paid off to drug female patrons and there has been at least 2 confirmed assaults by security and staff against two queer men simply for entering their establishment, with possibly more coming forward. this is not a safe space for women and lgbtq+ people. besides the moral reasoning for not going, honestly this “club” is more of a glorified bar and the drinks are always poorly made, yet charged at regular wynwood pricing. they’re so desperate their promoters offer free shots on the streets just to fill their clubs because of how musty and undesirable being in there is. take your money elsewhere!

Be careful with this place the bartenders and waiters dont give honest prices. I ordered a shot and was told it was $20. Later, I ordered another shot and was told it was $10. I later asked the waitress why my bill was different from the bar and she tells me she added her own tip without asking me. She expected me to pay her a 100% tip. Not cool. I wont be returning to this place to get ripped off again.

Sundays are the best day for me to visit Pilo’s! Its such a wonderful experience and a lot of fun. And kudos to the kind, smiling bartenders! Ill most definitely return!

Went on a Saturday night. $10 cover...seemed a bit over the top for the quality of the DJ....not great. Cool atmosphere, great margaritas. Music was very much lacking, the DJ would only play 15 seconds of a hype song and switch to the next one, usually a completely different genre. Maybe the place is still trying to figure out it’s crowd?

It is among the most well-liked outdoor nightlife experiences in Miami. I sipped on cocktails, world-class tequilas, got a private bottle service, and enjoyed the live performances.

I took my girlfriend out for a dance at Pilo’s, and she was elated …ya tu sabes! We loved the atmosphere there. And to cap it all, their service was exquisite.

The bar is actually really cool. The drinks are good and it has a great vibe overall. Also its partially open air which is great. All in all would be 5 stars, however the bouncer literally walked into the bathroom while I was undressing and when I walked out the other bouncer said nothing. I had such an amazing experience here I am so excited to write this review. This new spot has such great vibes with such friendly faces. I forgot I was in Miami for a second. Pilos is always the answer! From the amazing hospitality to the ambiance, I had zero complaints. They make every guest feel special, bottle service or not. If the night scene is not your thing, check them out during the day! They serve delicious food and drinks.

The fact they changed the entrance price right when it was our turn to enter after waiting in the queue was very disrespectful. The guy outside told the cashier he’d told us $30 right in front of us n she changed from $20 to $30.Very unprofessional.

Pilos Tequila Garden, my favorite nightclub. Ive been many times, every time I go this place exceeds my expectation. I love the atmosphere that Pilo’s provides, because everyone who works there is great! I met Shaunice working at the bar, it’s so different here at this night club, her and the atmosphere always keeps me coming back , the drinks she makes are amazing and I love that I’m able to mingle and enjoy the diverse crowd. I love it!

Racist establishment. Go to BOTTLED BLONDE instead. Rude, asian, blonde hair, older lady who got mad at me for asking why the white girls in front of me got in with sandals and I didn’t with my Dior slides. The bouncer told us we had to buy bottles to get in lol. I have no problem spending money and they would have loved to have my business, but it’s crazy how people expect you to buy a bottle and spend money in their establishment after being treated so poorly!!!! They could have handled the situation way better. The white girls left after I asked because the Asian older woman was being unprofessional and caught an attitude with me. The older woman could not give me one reason why she let them in with sandals and did not let me in with sandals. She was mad someone called her out on her racist behaviors. Saw many white girls with sandals walk right in and black girls being denied with sandals. Would give 0 stars if possible. And YES, I have gotten in here before with a different person at door. IMO, not one of the best clubs in Wynwood 🫠

HORRIBLE SERVICE, I feel bad for Dani and Mitch that they have to work there with Harold Lozano from Miami Good Life. Knowing they have families to feed and value their jobs he acted selfishly. He tried to remove me from the garden because I did not say hello to him and was going to get my own bottle in my own table. He was screaming at me at the top of his lungs in front of everyone at the Garden and embarrassing me and my friend for absolutely no reason, I don’t go anywhere causing problems. Everyone who knows me knows that I bring the best energy to all the events I participate in. I went to show Dani and Mitch love because I saw that it was slow on social media and wanted them to make their numbers for the night. Harold is out of line and a horrible look for your establishment, check his record. It speaks for itself. A complete scammer representing himself behind his brand that takes clients money without delivering the promised service. A promoter is supposed to bring a location money and growth. Not problems. I’m so sorry but I will not be bringing my business here anymore nor will I recommend or have anything positive to say about this place to anyone so long as Harold is promoting there.

I first came here when they opened over a year ago and now it’s become a regular place for myself & my friends. Best energy and best staff . I highly recommend the Birria tacos and the Pilorita. After hours it becomes a club. Always a great time , my favorite thing is that music is always pretty diverse . Five stars !

I came for the advertisement they were showing online for the HAPPY DAD tuesdays beer pong tournament. I got to PILOS asked when was the tournament starting and told us it was next Tuesday when they clearly detailed June 27 Beer pong tournament winner wins $200 prize. I was very disappointed when I heard that. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!

My go to party spot in wynwood! The vibes and music are always on point! The workers and staff were also really helpful to my friend who lost their phone. And they serve food super late so you can take a break from partying and enjoy some delicious birria tacos 🤤 no complaints here! I’ll be back 💃🏻

My friends and I decided to give this place a try , we are from Jersey , security let us through who checked our IDs before entering , when we went to the bar when they asked to check our ID again , which we didn’t care because it’s protocol ; between them they started saying our IDS were fake when one of the girls said “leave we are taking your IDs” we proceeded to show other forms of ID And even offered to call the cops on ourselves , we flew through TSA with these IDs , worst part was the manager and the employee who proceeded to pull my friends hair after security checked our IDS again who eventually gave them back because obviously they were in the wrong ! Go across the street they actually have a crowd and educated securityA place like this needs a ID SCANNER ; sorry The new IDs from jersey are bendy but unprofessional In every way possible

By far my favorite place to go have fun. The good vibes start before you walk in with the music pumping from the door. The experience only enhances as you continue on. The quality hookah is the best in wynwood but the true greatness is the staff… My server Taylor is unparalleled in the way she really sold the experience by living it with us, she was not only our server but also our hype man, cinematographer and most importantly our friend. Now every time I go, I make sure she’s the ones who takes care of us almost religiously bc I want experiences when I go out and that’s exactly what she gave us!!!

This place is an open-air bar that serves tacos. Yet they charge $100 cover at the door (ok, fine), then won’t take your drink order unless you reach the $150 minimum. Ok. Fine.So we huddle around the bathroom trashcan (the only open surface to place the 7 drinks we had to preorder) in 95° degree heat & … & …& … the waitress gives us attitude when we try to order water, claiming that they “don’t have water, only alcohol.”Flummoxed.

Horrible service. I suggest don’t come here. Originally they mentioned it was $30 per person but made us wait about 25 minutes in line outside… then we were told we could only get in with a table service…. So We got a one litter Tito’s for a grand total of $455 - DISGUSTING Scamming way to lure you in…. and on top of that they sit you in a room which is essentially the exit and where you can not enjoy the atmosphere. Very disappointing. Would never come back. As a local I am looking forward to this WannnaBeElPatio shutting down.

This place was blatantly racist. My friend had on khaki dress shorts which according to the dress code is not allowed. That is totally understandable. The problem was when we scanned the place, there was 2 white guys with shorts on. I asked the manager about the inconsistency and he said “yeah” and fanned me off. For reference, my friend is black and had on a dress button down shirt. I’m only giving this 1 star because I’m not allowed to give 0.

Pilos is an amazing time for a night out or a Sunday Funday! Sundays are the best days for brunch. Bottomless mimosas for $25 and yummy tacos. They also offer bottle service. Yulissa is an amazing bottle waitress! She’s on top of her game and always making sure her table has what it needs and is having a great time and experience! Make sure to ask for her when you go

Went here for the first time, got tickets to a bar crawl that was supposed to meet up here. I told the blonde lady at the front, Im here for the bar crawl, showed her my EventBrite tickets, and she told me to wait in line, altho the bar crawl was starting in 10 mins.Waited in line for 40 minutes, only to get to the front and be told that my $40 tickets were third-party and that I would have to wait while she texted the guy to come and give me my free drinks + admission at three other bars, including Pilos, or pay $40 for admission, although Ive already paid $40 for this bar crawl that she affectively wasted.At this point Ive already been waiting over an hour standing in full Halloween attire. Why didnt the lady text the guy when I first got to the line and mentioned the bar crawl?Only explanation? She wasnt very EventBrite.I asked to buy a beer, after standing in line for over an hour, couldnt handle it. Too busy. Went across the street to get some Jai Alais, waited a couple minutes for the mythical the guy and gave up. I want my money back. Hire talent over blonde hair and colored contacts. Never comin here again.

Wish I could have tried the food it looked delicious based on pictures . Not happy because I looked on their website asked about it being kid friendly. It says families are welcome. Warning this is not a kid friendly restaurant. They have waitresses serving in the underwear but yet they have a dress code. They have a separate area so called for just the restaurant but they should leave the underwear part of this area. Especially if they want more customers. Idk what women wants to be around a women serving in her underwear never mind kids. They should have some type of warning.

Mushroom tacos are fire! So good. Drinks are good but a little expensive for the size cup. There’s also a service charge (20%) added to your ticket even if you are a party less than 6. Great experience great service I will return.

There’s a minimum for guys (which people told me different amounts) that goes to your bar tab, which it’s cool totally fine. But she rang it up and two drinks came out to $95. I looked at her like “come on are you really scamming in front of my face?” And she said “it’s the taxes.” It was such an obvious scam that I left. If I’m going somewhere that’s worth it, sure $95 for 2 drinks, but PILOS! LOL I could never, it’s meant for a trashy night out, nothing beyond that.

Just came here over the weekend for the first time and it was a such a fun experience for my friends and I. Good vibes. The bartender Jonathan was amazing and loved the music they had playing. Great spot & tasty tequila! Will be back soon.

My best friend was roofied at this club on Sunday. That sentence alone should tell you enough. The club workers were nice enough to carry her outside and leave her there seizing & go back in to continue on back inside with their night. I wouldn’t recommend this club to any group of girls, seems like guys are barbaric enough to get away with drugging girls. My best friend literally had foam coming out of her mouth. Stay safe ladies

This is a place where individuals can come together to express their love for Latin music. Ive known Mike for a long time, and he has worked hard to create a fantastic gathering place for people.

Came here for taco tuesday with friends. Food was okay, 4 stars, but the service deserves a 0. Our server showed no interest in serving us, and it seemed like a we were a bother just being there. Also rude personality anytime we asked for anything. Definitely not worth going for food. The music and ambiance was okay, and might be worth coming back for that only.

If you are a fan of good cocktails and a quick bite with equally nice staff, Pilo’s is the place for you. My friends and I had a great time and we will return on the weekend.

Very much a club vibe. I went during happy hour and left with a scratchy voice because of how loud it was. The food wasnt anything great, not sure if Id ever go back for tacos or food in general. I didnt really appreciate the server dictating which buttons to press to make sure she got an additional tip on top of the tip that was already included.

Pilo’s Tequila Garden is the best spot in Wynwood for a few reasons, let me elaborate a bit…. First Catherine is a heart stopper, if I could leave my heart as payment she would’ve had it. Not only is she stunning but she provides the best service and makes you feel welcomed. She introduced me to their Paloma and it is a must try. That girl is a boss!! The DJ plays the best music from reggeaton to hip hop and anything in between. Trust me you won’t want to sit down. They are one of the more fairly priced locations when it comes to food and bottle service that you will find in Miami. So basically you should definitely visit Pilo’s and be sure to ask for Catherine!! *side note, I really wish they sold their hats because they are 🔥🔥

The food is amazing.However, let me tell you about their service culture:Ive patronized this location no less than 7 or 8 times. The only reason was because their food is great. A majority of these times were through uber eats, but let me tell you about their customer service:1) the customer is never right.Absolutely expect the server to argue with you the n bring the manager to argue with you too.2) they lie and accuse you, the customer:Fully expect any complaint to be responses to with denials and overt counter accusations - but never an offer to just remake the order3) I had a (self professed) manager state a delivery person was through uber eats when the app itself stated it was from Pilos directly and was over an hour late. The manager tried to blame it on ubereats and never apologized.

Fire Belinda - worst waitress ever. She took 1.5 hours to get us our drinks and made us miss bottle service at another club and I recorded it all on video. We had to ask for her 5 times to come to our table and then when she finally came she was rude. Her co worker even called her a derogatory term.

Awful experience. Had some friends visiting for the weekend and the bouncer chose to pursue me and my friend. We are both Indian. He told us we had to leave because we were not wearing masks even though nobody else at the bar was either. I believe this was just racial profiling at its peak. When he came up to us, we pointed out people next to us without masks on and he kept pushing us out of the venue. Never had an experience like this is wynwood nor in Miami before because it is generally a welcoming city. Can’t really ever come back here and feels like it’s not welcoming to minorities. Sad to see a new venue in wynwood with these low class values.

By far my favorite place in wynwood, amazing ambiance. My favorite server Taylor does an amazing job has great customer service consistently checks on our table to check if we need anything. She’s a unbelievable waitress I would recommend everyone to go and ask for TAYLOR!! as a server!!!!

Terrible service! Ive been here numerous times and service is always either terrible or nonexistent. Seems to be full of only men on weekends. No cover charge but a minimum at the bar. Id save my money and go to the many of better options in Wynwood.

Pilos Is such a great spot. The environment, music and just the vibe so it was a real experience since I’m from atl. Let me say, the club is smart lol because they have this gorgeous chick named Jasmin that sets the tone for the spot and she was very nice and hospitable. This place is the biggest scam there is. Tells you one price and charges you another. What a horrible experience. The bathrooms were filthy urine everywhere. I ordered a bottle and they brought it already open I asked for a sealed bottle as I need to make sure it’s new and nobody drank from it previously or had the alcohol replaced or diluted I instead got kicked out. Horrible service no respect for the people that keep their doors open

The Dj was a great vibe!!! Went here after the dirty rabbit terrible service. Good service here but a bit pushy to keep ordering food and drinks. They kept pushing even tho bottle service was ordered. I see many other have had a issue with this behavior in the reviews to the extent where they make you leave so beware!

The VIP lodge at Pilo’s Tequila is the right spot. My friend took me there at night, and it was pretty spacious and refreshing. I’m going back there.

Great music, from old and new reggaeton to a bit of salsa and merengue. The DJ played hits all the time and was extremely engaging. Stanfford also provided amazing service. If you want to dance all night, this is the venue for that!

Service was not very good. Took someone forever to stop by our table and ask if we wanted a drink and take our order. Food (steak quesadilla) was great! Drinks were over priced. Enjoyed the atmosphere!

I ordered only one drink from the bar and even closed out my tab. The bartender charged me twice for someone else’s order and for mine. No one has ever called me back to give me a refund. Don’t trust them!

Pilo’s tequila garden is always a vibe. The music, drinks and most importantly the HOOKAH is always on point. The workers are always lit and helpful. Perfect cure for the sunday scaries 👻If you are coming to Wynwood, yall need to pop out to Pilos 🤘🏽

It’s always a good time at pilos I’m never disappointed. From the food all the way to the music. And I swear I’ve never had better birria tacos. SO GOOD.

Other reviews were true. Place is not worth your time. Came to try the drinks and quickly found out that they don’t care about their customers. 10/10 don’t recommend.

I came to this place a couple of days ago and I loved it . Food was delicious, and my waitress Miley she was the BEST I recommend her to everyone . I can’t wait to go back !
