Great selection of vape products. Prices are comparable to other stores. The staff are very unprofessional, argumentative, and rude. They sold me products that were defective. When I returned the products to them they admitted that they knew they were defective and said “ it’s not our fault, that’s what the company sent us” . They did exchange the products but did so reluctantly and with a attitude! Now if I come into the store they don’t say hello, goodbye, thank you! The staff can hardly lift there eyes from the cell phone in there hands! The only reason I still go in that store is convenience.

Kindness and Knowledge of the staff is simply immeasurable in comparison to any vape & smoke shop in the area. I walk in to grab a few vape products and never leave without a smile. The massive selection and great prices, paired with an outstanding staff keeps me loyal to this store! Bravo!

My breeze 2 died and I asked for a recommendation. The short haired guy (don’t know his name) recommended a Nord and it’s perfect. Even told me try the two different coils before I buy more and I’m glad he did. I would’ve bought the ones I don’t like. Absolutely killer help from the staff! Thank you!

This is a very helpful shop, Spencer and Tyler helped me quit smoking. Started with a pod system that mimicked smoking and I worked my way to the lowest nicotine available. I didn’t feel rushed to buy things that were expensive or beyond my understanding. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to quit smoking. Just give it a try. You won’t regret it.

Sold us 2 counterfeit Airis vapes. Now I have to sit on hold with credit card company for an hour just to screw them back.

The selection could b a little bit better BUT the guys working were EXTREMELY helpful, friendly & very knowledgeable. They took an extended period of time to explain vaping to me and the diff types of vapes...they never made me feel stupid or as if i was a bother. Even tho the items i want arent available there & i have to order them online, i will still make it a point to go there & i will recommend them to anyone just because they were so helpful!

Good staff that is knowledgeable. They have a great selection of cigars, m.y.o. smoke products and vape juices. MOD variety has decreased slightly in covid times but they support a lot of smok products so thats good.

WORST SMOKE SHOP EVER. Staff is rude and abrasive, opposed to being helpful and friendly they blew second hand vape smoke in our face and stared at their phones! We were the most low maintenance customers and were ready to spend some money on expensive vapes but left feeling offended. Never going here ever again

Alex and Dustin are very knowledgable when it comes to vaporizers they helped me build a really nice rig I assembled myself. Huge selection of juices at reasonable prices. I will definately be going back soon.

Young kids running the show .Tylers alright but what is it a business or a hangout. the heavy set guy is rude and was talking crap in the back because he screwed me on my purchase and I called them on it. he acted clueless . screw these guys. never again I will make the extra drive to danbury and give my business to people who appreciate it . I will never recommend this store to a soul .

Everyone at this place is friendly and theyre always super helpful. Have a great selection of products, especially vapes and e-liquids. Have a humidor with a good variety of cigars, too.

Theyre customer Service is terrible . I came in theyre trying to learn about vaping and both mangers didnt talk to me that much about it unless I spent money to buy it . They werent helpful at all and seemed very rude . Dont come here and they need more happy workers cause they didnt seem thrill at all and didnt wanna help me out. Worst smoke shop EVER !

Very Good Selection of both Anolog as well as Vapor products. The staff is friendly as well as knowledgeable. There is a mini lounge in the shop to sit and get cloudy.

This is a really good smoke shop, the guys in there very knowledgeable. They help me find a pen that I needed very quickly. It was much cheaper than I could find another places

I have never gone in this shop but I have always seen the door close, I think they should write on the front on a sticker let people know they are open up and what they are about. Put some life so that people can caught their attention.

Have a good selection, very polite and helpful. Didnt know they closed at 7pm and got there they had just locked up but were very nice and openned up so I could get what I needed.

As I said before I have never gone there, I am saying now today I pass by so I look and I saw the open red sign there, saying open. I saw vehicles passing by the are is busy . So anyone who need them can just stop by.

Its great place E cigs every time you walk into the store they have some new e juice and new mod, the employees work really helpful except one.

Selection is fairly average, pricing is more expensive than average. Over $20 for 60ML is ridiculous.

Made me feel like a fool. Thought it would be better than the shop I went to in Danbury.
