Absolutely loved my first visit to Kool Ragz they had everything I was looking for this Halloween. Even more than I thought, the employees were very kind and sweet, they helped me find exactly what I needed. Thanks again and I will be visiting again very soon. LOVE THIS PLACE!! The guy that works there is very informative and knows his stuff about everything in the store. He makes you feel comfortable. I love this place and would recommend them to anyone!

Great place to grab those much needed ancillary smoking and vaping items.. they have vapes coils concentrate accessories alot of items and brands to choose from. Great selection with a knowledgeable staff. Its always a good visit and I leave with what I need everytime. Keep up the great work

Didnt buy anything. Google took us here to but a dress. Yeah. They dont have dresses. Darn Google! The lady was super friendly and helpful to find us another place to go.

Eclectic mix of merchandise and extremely kind and helpful staff. Wish I knew about it before I picked up dinner across the street. Definitely making it a point to go back next time Im in New Philadelphia!

They have some really great stuff, but, there kratom prices are way too expensive. A little over 21 bucks for an ounce, and this other place an oz is about 9.84..but, other than that, everything else is awesome!

Was very happy to find this place. As an herbalist, I love seeing alternative, natural products available where they arent being promoted for partying. They have cool clothes and accessories, and everything is reasonably priced.

Love this place.If u like wildberry insence best place to get them! I have never seen a bigger display or more selection fairly priced as well.

The customer service is amazing. The clerk was very knowledgeable of items for sale and very helpful. I would recommend checking out their store.

Nice little local place but surprised how much they have. Ive been to quite a few smoke shops & this one I can say has more than most at fair prices.
