Dade was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Any questions I asked, he was extremely informative, as was the owner. Fantastic service, very patient with me & was a wonderful retailer.Upon entering this location, Dade greeted me & was very attentive to my needs.I will definitely be visiting this location in the future for my vape needs.The only things I ask is:Please offer VIHO TURBO’S. Consider deals like: if a consumer would buy 2 or 3 vapes, they would get them at a discounted price. ;)They definitely get a 5 star & an A++++++ review from me.Thanks,Anekali

Just walked out of here on June 17th at 6:55 pm. The guy working this shift was very welcoming, just like my home store on High St in Columbus. Very cool of him to treat me like Im a long time customer of his store. It felt a bit like home. ❤

This New Philly store is the best! Being a novice in the vaping world, I always have somebody that takes care of what I need. Today was no different. Sydney waited on me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She is one of the reasons, ill always come back. THANKS SYDNEY for making my day!!!

Alright they need way more stock and not just for 75 60 bux even sum box bods alone are 50+ so you decide.. Also gave it this rating so itd be read and more by the people.

I go into this store on about once a week and love it. The young people who work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Usually when I go in theres a young lady who helps me and shes always got a smile. The prices are good for my vaping supplies. I normally get my e-juice, which is about $6.99, and atomizers for my tank- about 1.42.

Went in there and the staff was not helpful. One employee kept trying to upsell me on items I had no interest in whatsoever. He kept saying well we in the vaping community.... I dont want to be in your community pal. No one does.UPDATE: I recently visited earlier today and spoke with the owner. He apologized profusely and said the employee I encountered before was fired. Everyone was very polite. They have an immense amount of juices and a decent rewards program. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. Great workers who know what theyre talking about. Really nice interior, clean and nice to look at. Really chill environment and its just a great place to be. If I could give more stars I would.

Always a good stop. Lots of flavors to chose from. Always have good hardware. Customer service is amazing. Always folks there and even though they dont work there they are always helpful too. They offer $10 off every $100 spent.

Will help you with anything and also will make sure your getting the best use out of your device and or help you fix your device and set it up and teach you what is needed to know about it! Im always met with highly knowledgeable assistance when pondering new products. They always keep top of the line inventory. Environment is very laid back as well. Definitely an extremely high quality establishment

This was only my second visit here and I’m not very knowledgeable on the products. I didn’t catch the two sales associates names but they were very friendly and helpful. They were patient as I made my decision and helped me throughout.

I bought a new device and it keeps acting up so I call In they tell me to come in they would replace it or give me my money back ... so I go in and Shane tells me hes not helping me because the device is working fine... I already told him its not all the time he was very rude and unprofessional about the whole situation So now I have a device that will work sometimes and sometimes wont. Thanks Shane!!

This place is amazing. I love all the staff and management there. They treat their customers with the most respect possible. I love going there when Im running low on fluid and cant make up mind.. When they suggest something 9/10 times I love it. I dont go to any other vape shop because I dont get the care there the way altsmoke staff treat me.

Went in and got my first box mod kit the other day the girl that helped me was super friendly and showed me everything I needed to know about my new kit! I appreciated it to the fullest since I’m still super new to the vape toys lol thank you again!!! Will be buying all my stuff here from now on!

Good selection of juice and vapes. Employee seemed a little unknowledgeable of the products, and there were very few differing flavors within each brand. Just a lot of different brands.

Always helpful when I go in, they give me the time to really be picky with my liquids and offer great tips and tricks to make vaping work for you. They never try to upsell you into something you dont need, or push you to buy more than you can afford.
