WAY TO EXPENSIVE⚠️⚠️⚠️ every other smoke shop in town sells much better stuff for way less. Ive only ever met one nice worker all the others look at me like i am clueless. overall its a nice place with cigars if thats what you want. but for vapes and bud go to smoke vape its much better and the people are amazing.

My favorite 18+ in Wisconsin. Their bud is amazing. Cigars are fresh. Staff are great. Prices next to none.

Love this place. Very clean and the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable! Great selection. I tried some of the new THCA Flower and I’m simply amazed! Also use their CBD Tinctures daily and works wonders on my cosmic nerve pain. Highly recommend.

So when I was in this store, the woman behind the counter didn’t know anything about what she was talking about. They advertise products they don’t even have, on top of that they are one of the most expensive places in New Richmond. I got a 1 gram delta cartridge that cost the same amount as a 2 gram cartridge in Hudson. Ridiculous

Never have had a bad experience here. Will is a great employee that knows what he is talking about. Fairly decent selection, only lacking a little bit in the 3mg levels of juice. Definitely the best shop on new richmond.

I visited the New Richmond store on Saturday, 10/22/22. I was immediately greeted and helped by Rebecca (I believe that was her name, if not, she had super cute long curly hair). I’m super impressed with the staff and the store. Friendly, knowledgeable, and super effective products! Way to go Ignite!

Tim Fry is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was very kind and knowledgeable of the products and what I specifically needed. The stores are extremely well kept and easy to navigate. His staff is very professional and also knowledgeable. I will never go to another vape/CBD shop. Ignite dispensary is the best place and I will be telling everyone I can to visit one of the Ignite locations.

Hands down one of the best dispensaries I’ve been too. I’ve been to CO and IL and WI hemp products are legit and the staff is very knowledgeable here to let you know what may be best suited for you. Definitely sign up for the reward program! Have received multiple perks from becoming a regular.

When it comes to new businesses in town, I like to give them a try and see how it goes. From day ONE, Ignite has been my go-to for all of my Delta and CBD needs. Their selection is bar-none some of the best Ive seen. Pricing is right on par with the rest of the shops I visit. The smell of the shop is amazing, the amount of knowledge and willingness to serve is some of the best in the industry. You wont regret giving this place a shot.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Cant look at vape products on line. Only thing to look at is cbd products. Not interested in cbd.

Beautiful store inside with friendly staff. But, the prices are extremely high. Paid 50% more for a tub of Stokers chew than what one can get at Smokedale in Hudson. First and only time I will buy from here!!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the manager. I was not sure what I was going to buy, but she educated me about all the types of products. The store is clean, professional, and very friendly. With a broad selection of products. Definitely sticking to this store. A1 since day 1

The staff are always very welcoming and friendly! They are very knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions you may have.

Decent prices and selection, but one of their cashiers has a bit of an attitude towards people, she probably should work in the back or find a job away from the public.

I highly recommend this dispensary. Its new in town. Has everything for your smoking needs. We had a great experience here Chris helped us understand the differences between everything. 10/10 professional, kind, and honest.

Your bad products and fake THC have nothing to do with the fact that my girlfriend who is 3 years older than me forgot her ID. It’s pretty disgusting you would insinuate I’m dating a minor and you should be ashamed of yourself. Would like to know more info on this “3rd Party Testing” considering the DEA just put all of your products into Schedule 1

Great glass selection, clean store, greenery wall is so cool, and the staff is awesome and knowledgeable!

Walked in looking for a vape, asked for some help in choosing a flavor and the guy told me “I got you” walked out with a vape that cost the same as two vapes from any other smoke shop in town. Expensive. Don’t go here.

Great experience went in the do learn more about cbd and walked out with so much new knowledge. Im excited to try the cbd pen I bought and the manager is amazing. Will be coming back soon!

Buy cartons of cigarettes here every week ,went in yesterday and in a weeks time they went up $3 sorry ignite youre prices are too rich for me losing a long time customer Ill take my business elsewhere at $73 for a carton of smokes
