My experience was amazing. Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. The therapist (Ebb) was so excellent and made sure I was always comfortable throughout the whole massage. The receptionist (Allie) was so nice and friendly and made me feel very important throughout my appointment. This is a wonderful company with great staff. I will come back when Im in the area again. Also, the spa was very nice and zen-like inside!!!!

Great atmosphere, very nice staff, and the services I had were awesome. Was my 1st time trying Float therapy, and it was quite interesting. Will need to try more. I didnt even know I needed and never had a cranial/facial massage, but Danielle knew! When I say she took care of me... WOW! Ive had several massages here and they have all been fantastic. Ive had several therapist as well and theyve all done an amazing job. Each one with a slightly different technique and really have helped me relax and pointed out tight points that I didnt realize. The Spa is clean, organized and super friendly. Had Katie (hers) and Jennifer (mine) for a 90 min couples massage.+Place looks like a nice looking spa inside. Quiet, comfortable.The first thing you will notice is that this is the SLOWEST massage youll ever have. It feels nice, but their hands move super slow across your body.+pressure was good+some pressure point action-Noisy fan in room-Hard bed-Regular square pillow for legs, not a cylinder-knuckles digging into my back-Needed to use more oil-Sometimes only 1 hand was moving, so its kind of like half a massage.-would be nice to put a warm towel on your face when you flip overOverall not horrible compared to some places, but wont come back.

Massage was absolutely amazing. Danielle did a great job, really knew what she was doing, and the environment was perfect.All staff were super helpful and friendly.The main issue was the float pods. They were well equipped with almost everything you could need and clean but my gf and I both noticed it got super stuffy in the clam shell style pods and even cracking the lid didnt help tons. Mine was especially hot too so within the first 10 or so minutes condensation was dripping from the roof and it felt like I was in a low temp sauna. We both couldnt really get comfortable as I was way too hot and my heart was pounding from the heat. All I could hear with the earplugs in was my heart beating fast. We will visit again for the massages but exclude the floating.The floats we have done at other places have water temps that were ever so slightly warm so you dont get cold in the water. Unsure if I went in after some old person so the heat was cranked up but it was almost hot tub levels of heat and there being no circulation made it worse. Some type of low noise airflow device needs to be added to pull cool air in. My gf had the lid open halfway and still had complaints about it getting too stuffy.

Danielle was an amazing massage therapist while incorporating craniosacral therapy. She listened to my needs and helped in my chronic painful areas with much detail orientation.The facility was very peaceful and clean. I highly recommend and will be back!

Great relaxing experience! We did the couple massage, it was both our first time getting professional massages and were nervous… but left so glad we made it!

Poor Services- Jacqueline- I do not know whether she is a licensed massage specialist or a facial specialist. Unfortunately, she did not remove much of blackheads, the Steamer was hot on my face for atleast 15 minutes. No facial massage at all. Regarding body massage - deep tissue. It was more of a swedish massage. On my shoulders, she pressed my arm bursar area hard, so that I felt a tingle in my arm and my fingers started tingling. That shows that she is not trained as a massage specialist. I have done body massages in a few placed, and never ever had I got such a negative experience. I mentioned this to the receptionist.Thank youBenicia

Staff is lovely. I have gone twice, both times I have visited from New York. They do an amazing job and have amazing massages. 10/10 recommend if you are in the New Smyrna area.

My husband and I purchased the float sessions (you float in separate tanks). Great place, very relaxing. Allie was amazing. Gave a clear brief explanation and then you are left to have your own individual experience to relax. If you havent experienced this but are curious to try, this place was amazing. We will definitely come again.

My first thought when I walked into the spa was how clean and beautifully decorated it was. We booked a couples massage for our anniversary. We both felt so pampered and taken care off. Throughout the massage they would lay heating pads on you and also wrapped your feet in hot towels. The entire staff was kind, friendly and professional, we cant wait to some back !

Location was clean and neat upon waking in. Jennifer did an amazing job on all my tight spots and I even got shown the float pool since I’d never seen something like that before. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming.

Ebb had a great bedside manner. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Her balance of firm and relaxing was on point during my massage. Her recognition of my psoas muscle needing work was incredibly insightful. Just left Abundant and my husband and I both had a 60 minute hot stone massage. One of the best we have ever had. Been coming here for years because of the wonderful massages the staff provides. Definitely book here if you want a 5 star massage.

I recently scheduled a massage at Abundant Health Day Spa, my 1st visit. I was greeted by a friendly face and welcomed. The Spa is clean and vert neat, well maintained. Jenn was on time and very personable. I have been using massage therapy for many years and this is truly one of the best massages Ive ever had. The spa was very clean and staff members were friendly. This was my first float experience and it was very relaxing. Looking forward to doing it again. Jackqualine gave me a great facial and partial massage of neck and arms included with my facial. I was a little disappointed in my body massage. I paid for a deep tissue but it was more of a relaxing total body instead of deep tissue massages I am used to. It was a great overall massage. It was a very relaxing afternoon and looking forward to my next visit.

Received a massage from Alex! The entire experience was delightful. The lady at the front was kind and warm. Alex seemed to intuitively know what I needed even farther than what I had said. It is obvious that he is tremendously informed on musculoskeletal system! I highly recommend coming here if you have some time 🙂

Highly recommend this place. My wife and I had the float and massage today and we loved it. Especially loved the massage, Jennifer was great. I think it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I mentioned to her that my neck is often sore and she worked on it very carefully and thoroughly. This was our second time to the Spa.

I had a massage today with Jen. She was right on time with the appointment. Her massage room was very nice and the music was so calming. I loved the heated table. She gave a great massage! I will definitely book with her again.

I loved the spa ambiance but the water wasnt warm enough for me to really relax and I had the pod the warmest tub. The attendant was very nice and said shed make a note but also that they dont usually adjust it, so I probably wont go back. I take hot baths and run cold so for me especially in winter. It wasnt as wasnt as another float Ive done and I just couldnt get meditative.

I had a massage with Ebb - probably the BEST experience ever!! She was a doll. The Spa carries many interesting and healthful products, too. You should stop in and check it out.

Had a good float experience here, with a friendly staff and a nice clean facility. The tank still let light in through the cracks which was pretty distracting, especially as I was looking for a true sensory deprivation experience, but was peaceful nonetheless.

I always see Katie which is on a much needed vacation. Today I was with Jeanna. Never have I left in pain with Katie but I did today with Jeanna. Received a massage from Katie today which was wonderful as always. Purchased coconut oil from the owner herself and I received a reused product. The tube was not full and had been opened. I paid 20 bucks for used coconut oil. Really not happy.

My experience at Abundant Health Day Spa was phenomenal. My skin felt so smooth and looked bright and healthy after my facial. I really appreciated the skin care advice she gave me we well. Additionally I had a 75 minute deep tissue massage. I would have to say it was one of the best massages Ive ever had. The staff in general was extremely friendly and welcoming. Tried the float pods for the first time. Really relaxing!! I have degenerative disc disease so have extremely sore and tight neck muscles which often giving me migraines. The float pod was a wonderful relaxation! I feel about as good as when I would get a massage. Don’t know how long it’ll last but it was very enjoyable experience and I’ll try again! The spa is very pretty & clean and has very friendly helpful staff!

I am a chiropractor and my girlfriend is a physical therapist, so we both are very particular about massages and muscle work. We both thought Tiffany performed the best massages that weve ever had. She is professional and does a good job focusing on the area of complaint, with the right amount of pressure. I would highly recommend her. The staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet.

Really good experience. It was my first time doing floatation. Definitely worth getting the package deal. I did the 60 minute floatation and 60 minute massage. Although the package had a variety of massages and I guess I didn’t know I had to specify when I did the reservation, it was still amazing. Alex was super professional and knew what he was doing. Super worth it. Definitely worth trying.

While on vacation in New Smyrna Beach I made an appointment for a facial with Katie and a massage with Jessica. Both Services were fantastic. The facial was so relaxing and gentle and I immediately sensed the quality of the products from the start. I was so relaxed I almost felt like I didnt even need the massage. But the massage was the icing on cake. So relaxing and perfect I even fell lightly asleep times. I will definitely go back again when I am in New Smyrna.

Abundant Health and Float is a peaceful, lovely, professional spa. I was made to feel welcome by Mary Catherine and the massage therapist, Jamie N. The Sun, Sand and Sea massage with Jamie lived up to its billing as a luxurious treatment. This is my first visit but not my last. I also purchased a gift card for an upcoming birthday!

I called to schedule an appointment on Thursday for Friday, appointment for 2 was successfully made. I was told that it would be for a 60 minute massage - I live out of state and have massages weekly or at least bi-weekly and always get the full hour massage. Neither my niece or I received the full hour, 5-10 minutes does not seem like much but it is when you are expecting the full hour. As far as the massage therapist I was very pleased as she was wonderful and knew what she was doing, she was very kind.

Me and my wife were referred here and thankfully so. Very professional and accommodating. We had an hour couples massage and it was wonderful. Will definitely recommend to friends and visit again when we’re back in nsb

I scheduled a deep tissue massage, for 90 minutes Which I did not receive. She gave me a Swedish massage mostly just rubbing my hands and feet and head after I explain to her to just focus on my back and shoulders mostly. I work in healthcare and these last few months I have been very strong youre waiting and this was my treat to allow my back to release. They charged a premium amount for a not so great massage very disappointed.. The girl did not hit on one pressure point whatsoever I think she needs another anatomy and physiology class Im still feeling exactly the way I did when I walked in...

I just tried my first float session and It was wonderful. I think it’s something that will definitely take some practice, but when you can relax and be shut off from the world it’s a very rejuvenating experience. I thought I would feel confined in a small space but it’s more like getting in a big warm bath. The pod is big enough to fit three adults sitting up, so there is definitely more space than you think. You can choose to have a dim light on and some instrumental relaxing music or no light and no music. I will definitely be back to try this again. Thank you Abundant Health Day Spa for such a great experience!

I absolutely adore this spa; so much that I recently became a member. All staff are amazing. In my experiences here, I always feel like there’s a genuine interest in my well-being. Staff takes the time to listen to my concerns and products are recommended but not pushed. I can’t say enough great things about this spa! Go and see for yourself. 😊

90 minute massage -- totally relived my sciatica. She knew there was something wrong with my knee before I did. Highly recommend S, -- I have spent 5 days totally pain free and that is a first in almost 2 years! Everyone there is professional and very friendly. I also love that this business is VERY involved in local community projects. The first time I came was due to a gift certificate that I bid on at a silent auction raising money for kids at Christmas.

I am visiting from the Northeast and I get a massage every week for a very painful back. I need deep tissue massage and at Abundant Spa I got just that. My masseuse listen to me and what I wanted. The atmosphere was very relaxing and they give you time to relax after the massage rather than just moving things along. I was 100% satisfied and will be returning

I came in on 6/14 for a gentlemans facial. Dana met me in the relaxation room - where i was relaxing with a warm neck wrap while i watched the salt water fish tank - with a big smile! Dana brought me into the room with a nice heated bed, soothing sounds, and lighting. Dana is very knowledgeable. Her hands are very skilled and confident! Not to mention soft! Dana also skillfully massaged my neck and shoulders with just the right amount of pressure, which nearly put me to sleep! The hour seemed to go by in 15min and back to the real world. Dana took about 8 years off my face! I will definitely return!

My birthday gift to myself was a float session. I must say it was a very relaxing hour of everything blocked out as I floated in 10 inches of water. The staff very professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed it so much I signed up for three more sessions.

From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel your tension melt away. Youre whisked away to the waiting room and treated to infused water and a warm neck wrap. The staff focuses entirely on you during your visit and you feel like royalty when you leave. One option I particularly like is their Couples Packages. When life gets hectic and you need a place to reconnect with your significant other, this is the place to go for Us time.

I googled spas in New Smynra and found this one. I will say that the staff was really nice and friendly. They were really busy the day I went in, but I felt very attended to. It was all around great. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted (I hate it when you get neglected), the service I received was very quality, and all the extra things made me feel like I was the only one there. They offered me something to drink, a warmed neck wrap (so good!), and they had a great selection of take-home products for after a facial (its the same products that they use during the facial, so you know theyre good). I will definitely go back

The float was very difficult for me to endure. After about 30 minutes my back hurt so much I had to call it quits. I thought the water would have supported it but apparently not. The staff was professional and all, I just should have gotten a massage instead.Edit: 12 hours later I am still very sore from this experience. The owner has asked me to come back and buy more services.

Float tank reviewIm giving this place a 2 because the staff was very sweet and pleasant and the location is nice and clean.My husband and I have both floated before but were looking to find a place closer to home so we invited my brother and sister in law to float here for their first time.Im extremely disappointed at our experience. They keep their tanks too hot which makes you sweat and you feel it running down your face, it also creates condensation ontop of the tank which splashes on you from time to time ruining your trans. When I opened the tank because it was so stuffy you can hear people walking around outside and knocking on other doors and the lights turned on with every movement and stayed on for about 5 mins. Another thing we noticed compared to other locations is that the salt they use isnt the best or they dont have enough salt in the tank because you dont hover over water as well as you would elsewhere.This is supposed to be a sensory deprivation and it unfortunately wasnt so i was unable to get into it like I have many other times. Im also very upset that we invited family and hyped up their experience for floating and they expressed they dont ever have to float again from that being their first impression.

I just had an hour and half deep tissue with Alex & let me say, WOW! I will definitely be back on a regular basis! My husband loves Crissy and he is already a regular and I am so happy he got me to go!

Recently My girlfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to The Abundantly Marvelous Day Package.. Its was a full afternoon of just amazing pampering, starting with a massage, and truthfully my therapist was fantastic, she focused on areas of tension without me saying a word. That was followed by a facial ...sooooo relaxing : ) .. Then we were both brought into the nail room for our mani-pedis , what I loved about this is that it afforded us the opportunity to catch up all while being pampered. This is now our BFF ritual . The staff, space, service is BEYOND AMAZING !

I love the quaint atmosphere and the ladies I have had recent and in the past make you feel wonderful and are always able to work out any knots or stress spots in my neck and shoulders. I love that its so close to where I live as well.
