My most recent visit at the Pumpernickel Pops smoke shop made me establish that it is the very best smoke shop that I have ever seen. The array is remarkable, covering the breadth of things from high-quality glass pieces to unusual accessories. The staff is very expert and kind to the customers, as a result, the shopping experience turns out to be very enjoyable. They surpass your expectations by having a lot of options that will ultimately help you in finding what you need. The atmosphere is refreshing and sufficiently relaxed that it is the very fit for novel customers and old aficionados alike. The staff here is amazing! They are always super helpful and I learn something new most times I come in. Very welcoming.

Guy in charge of this location and a few others rents to his employees and uses it as leverage also gives cash and offers trips to places like Vegas to the young good looking women he is a groomer. If you have morals dont shop here. I pray his wife sees this

Manager Alfie is one of the rudest people I have ever met store has been giving plaza discount for plaza workers for the last 8 years about a week ago I went into the store and made a purchase and asked for my plaza discount as I usually do an employee I had never seen before suddenly started making rude comments saying is your restaurant going to give me free food. I asked her what she said and she replied that she was the manager and that she had never approved that. I informed her that I had been shopping there for 8 years and had never seen her before she said that she was the manager for all stores and continued making rude comments. lets stop patronizing stores that dont respect our community please help me boycott this store. if the owner did not want to give discounts anymore you should have put up a sign stating that instead of having his rude manager make nasty comments

If you have a credit card I wouldnt go here. I have been turned away multiple times because the reader is down. It works next door at the dollar general so it isnt the ISP. You would think that since they take your phone number and have a record of just how much I spend in there a month that a little cartridge that probably cost very little wholesale would be a small courtesy for a loyal customer ( literally in there twice a week ) but no. Its f you have a nice day. Im gonna find another place with the things I get there, this is beyond infuriating. Especially because I suffer from insane anxiety so without these products I literally have panic attacks, and cannot sleep. Incredibly let down and upset.

Dont go there if they are on break. They will deny you service. Tell you to come back. Not a good way to run a retail store. Been going there for three years. Never going back.

Love this would go nowhere else. Great staff in each location I have been to Daytona beach store but usually use Ormond Bch location. Very quick and knowledgeable sells the best products for you instead of pushing just the most expensive. There is one employee a young woman I seen in both stores she is fantastic will update next time I go in with a name. However I wish we could review our points online. And I recently changed phone number but they said if I update I will lose my points I don’t understand why?

I’ve been to many locations but this one is my favorite because the staff is so polite and they always are very helpful! Cindy is there every time I stop in and she is quick to answer my questions and makes sure I leave with a smile 😊

The staff at the NSB location are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Cindy in particular is absolutely phenomenal, never had a bad experience at this location.

My first trip to a vape shop and not a very pleasant one. Wanted to ask questions and get some info. on products and was told to Google it. They would not give me any help or direction. Attitudinal and no help at all. They ll never see me again.By the way...went down the road to another vape shop in NSB and they could not have been more pleasant and helpful....wow!!

Yea def not going back here. Bought a mod kit, a battery, coils for 2 different tanks and 4 100ml bottles of e-juice. The authentic vtc6 battery that I purchased was used even though everything is advertised as brand new in store. The cashier also did not mention that she is selling used products-I wouldnt have spent extra $$ on used merchandise if I knew this beforehand. The outside film of the battery and the positive terminal of the battery were damaged-def not safe to use. In addition to this, I asked her for 120ml bottles of juice and she said they are $20 each(purchased 4 of these). After leaving the store I realized that all the bottles of juice are 100ml when I specifically asked for 120ml-not a huge deal. What got me is that that all of the juice is over 6 months expired. How can a company do business like this. At least inform your customers that they are buying USED AND EXPIRED merchandise!

I had a great experience for someone who was just starting out! I was a little nervous going into buying my first vape. Most things that I saw/read sounded like a different language to me. Being someone who never vaped before, I was very intimidated. Joe helped me out and made me feel very comfortable! He was VERY knowledgeable and very easy to talk to! I had many questions and he didnt rush me at all and answered every one of them! Bought my 4 vapes (2 for me and 2 for my husband- 2 beginners and 2 for later), 4 juices and some extra batteries. He also never pushed me into buying anything, just answered my questions and gave me some suggestions. I will absolutely be going back there for all my vape needs! And thanks again Joe for helping me out and making me feel good about quitting cigarettes for good! So far, so good!

My boyfriend is a loyal shopper of the Daytona location but living in new smyrna beach its a bit of a drive. Was super excited when I saw the new location go up and was excited to see the new store. The inventory is amazing they have literally everything and the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Probably my new favorite vape shop.

I came in for a Hyde vape but they didn’t carry them. Employee was super nice and directed me to something he thought would be similar with the flavor I like. It’s not the exact same but excellent customer service and I do enjoy the new product. Thanks!! ❤️

Went in tonight (1st time customer) to get a new ecig. The staff was Amazing knew exactly what I needed. They carry my favorite bad drip flavors. Will definitely be going back 4 all my ecig needs.

Wish I could tell you some kind of story... says open 10-9 M-F. Sign on door said be back at 3:05 PM. I showed up at 2:30... Really sucks a wasted a trip to this store.... Went to buy from some where that actually answered their phone and were open according to their hours posted said they were... Won’t waste my time testing my luck with this place again.

$12 for a coil? Are you out of your mind? I’ve never spent more than seven/eight dollars at any smoke store and that’s even in Daytona. What a scam rip off this place is. I don’t know how they’ve been in business for years. Please do your research. I don’t care if they’re the closest shop to you in town they suck even the one in Edgewater what’s the point of building right next to Mac literally the greatest store on the planet if you guys don’t even try to compete with prices or hours of operation
