This is an awful place, staffs were very rude. Tried to over charge. They demanded a fixed rate tip regardless of time. I wanted a 40 minutes massage, they wanted a 20 dollar tip. And I was asked to pay upfront including the tip. I told them that’s not reasonable. Then they argued and yelled at me to not waste their time and go somewhere else. I’ve done massage in so many places, never experienced this kind of rude attitude.

The massage I got itself was excellent and the place was efficient and quiet. It was a fuuuullll body massage, head, face, hands, toes all included. The one review that was appalled that they had massaged the face - I wouldve been mad if they hadnt!Service and communication were great as well! I decided to get a massage as I was just walking by and saw their $45 / 60 min offer on the sign outside. Not too good to be true!The only negative (and why its a 4 star review) is that the place smells a little like BO, to a distracting degree, and the bathroom was kinda dirty with paper towels on the floor. To the point where I thought I accidentally went to a happy ending place instead but then I saw the sign that said legit massages only.I would return here if Im in the area but would not make a special trip out of my way here, because of the smell.Also, they take credit card tip (you just write it on the receipt) so you dont have to bring cash or Venmo!

Not good. I got a 60 min foot massage. I couldn’t feel a thing - it was like they were petting me. I mentioned this many times and they stopped in the middle and gave me some one else. Same problem. They also didn’t really seem like they knew what they were doing. They kept rubbing the tops of my feet and calves and barely touched the soles, which is what i really needed. Can’t recommend.

I had a 60 minute message with Lucy that was fantastic! She has strong but gentle hands to hit those knots you did not know you had! I highly recommend Spa Next for a full body message!

They also said there’s a $25 dollar activation fee for the Groupon all of a sudden even though it doesn’t say anything on their website or inside the spa.THEY ARE SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!!!!

I offered to give an $18 tip (which is MASSIVE given their pricing) and Nancy charged me $80. No refund. All I got was the standard hour body massage with no extras. Theyve over charged me before too. Do not go here.

The massage therapist, a tall Chinese woman with limited English proficiency, first asked to pay the service fee plus requested a tip of $25 on top of the $55 service fee, which exceeded 45% of the total cost. I opted to give $15, which still amounted to over 27%, but this left her visibly dissatisfied, leading to a less than pleasant interaction. I’m wondering if the establishment’s management can address this tipping policy, as it has the potential to detract from an otherwise positive massage experience at this venue.

We found this place last minute, and so glad we did! $30 for a 60 min foot massage is a great deal. My masseuse (male) was excellent. Weve been in NYC the past week and walking 30k a day, so my feet were killing me. He did such a great job and I was relaxed from start to finish. After my massage, I felt like I could walk for miles!My boyfriends masseuse seemed good also. She did get up a couple of times to talk to customers, answer the door, etc. So I feel bad my bf didnt get the full 60 min.If I could give a separate rating for the massage, it would definitely be a 5 star (at least for my person).My 1 star review is mostly for their payment process. We wanted to give a 20% gratuity but didnt have enough cash on hand so we decided to do tip on card instead. They did not tell us that if you do card payment, its $32 instead of $30. Still, we wanted to do a 20% tip. We do tip on card, but I guess the lady (the one who did my bfs massage) didnt like that. She said the tip we gave is only good for one person only. We tried explaining that it should be for both. So we gave them the remainder of the cash we had. Overall, we gave about a 35% gratuity. And she still looked down on us.

Amazing massage!Today I couldnt walk, because I was walking more than 30.000 steps yesterday. When I was searching for a nice massage place near by online I found SPA Next. The entrance is a little old, but when the lift door opened a friendly lady was welcoming us. I told her that I want the foot massage for 60min. She told me to sit on a comfy chair. She started with warm towels and strong hands. It was great. It hurt, but it was great! While she was massaging she talked (probably in chinese) with her collegue.They were both really friendly. I got offered water and Bonbons. The massage was a little longer than 60min. I really loved it.Before I leave New York I plan in going to this massage place again! I can really recommend it!

They say an hour foot massage is $30. The staff finished the massage 15 minutes early. During the massage she constantly left the room to greet other customers or talk to other people. So really you get about 40 minutes of service. In the end the front desk lady asked me for a $10 tip which was ridiculous.

I have suffered with foot and heel pain for years. I’ve had plenty of massages, but this place is next level. I left with no heel pain at all, and I was even able to moves my toes without my feet cramping. That has never happened! They fixed my feet, and I am completely blown away by the service I received. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Thank you Tony!! I will absolutely be back, and I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Absolutely incredible!

The price was great and the reviews seemed good so I tried it. Yes, there was music and it was darkish so I have no idea if it was clean. The bathroom didn’t seem like it. My massage wasn’t great - just couldn’t quite get the pressure or where to apply pressure or too much pressure and moved me around in a very rough way - and was with the woman who was in charge and she left about five times during my massage to handle things (payments, people coming in, other things?) then came back and discussed it loudly with the other masseuses while they were also giving massages. I didn’t get extra time for all the time she was gone but that was ok as it wasn’t that great. Not relaxing and I was aggravated when I left. I tipped way too much for what I got. Maybe if you went at a quieter time and had a good person, but I definitely wont be back.

Do not go to Spa Next, and if you do, most certainly do not go to Peter. Unprofessional conduct is an understatement. As he was massaging my feet, I was a bit ticklish and my foot jerked, he then proceeded to tickle the other foot to see if I truly was ticklish..and eventually did the same with my armpits. He repeatedly pulled my bottoms down lower than I felt comfortable, and after I continuously pulled them up higher, he laughed. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I am completely aware of the kind of review I am writing and how it could hurt a business, I would most certainly never say anything like this if it wasnt my experience. At the end, he asked for a tip and demanded more after the tip I gave him wasnt enough. My only regret was not getting up and leaving mid-way through.Please do not go here.

Have had a few good massages here. Clean facilities, many rooms available, and the prices are very good! They are also open later than a lot of other places, so thats very convenient when Im out late from work and feel sore. They accept walk-ins, but calling for an appointment always helps. Try this place!

Went here today for a hour body work, feel so relax. The price is reasonable with the special offer. The staff here all in good behavior, good environment, clean and quiet. Small, no-frills, minimally signed spa on the 3rd floor of a nearly invisible building (right next to another spa, don’t get confused), but they have amazing seasonal specials on foot and back massages, and they’re amazing! I saw the $30/hr foot massage sign when walking by, called the number, and was able to walk in for the massage right away. The masseuse was strong, experienced, and it was a great massage!Like I said, no frills, but good massages for great prices. I’ll be coming back!

Massage: i suppose massage itself was ok. This was a weird experience the more i think about it. She started walking on my back, and some other weird position where she was fully on table on top of me, definitely uncomfortable with that, maybe this is some package i dont know about, Ive never experienced that before in all other massages Ive gotten elsewhere. i specifically said in the beginning i wanted massage on shoulders and neck and upper back since Im having a lot of muscular tightness. I was not expecting to be walked on lower back and buttocks, and she didnt focus on the areas i mentioned. at one point she was tickling me??! i dont think she understood me to be honest, but this should be more clearly defined or understood in the beginning, i know language may be a barrier and thats ok, but perhaps pointing to a menu to confirm service desired before starting would help. Very nice lady! Price is great, but i walked out of there with lower back pain that i didnt have before! So i dont think i will be returning.atmosphere: If youre coming to relax, this is not the spot. Although they have the lighting low, and seems clean, and some calming music on, The masseuses were talking to each other thru the thin curtains and ppls phones were ringing, the toilet was flushing, seemed like it was right next me, and on top of that i was being walked on, so i was quite not relaxed! As i was getting dressed to leave, and as i proceed to pay, 2 of them were arguing in the front office. I felt bad, because my masseuse seemed embarrassed by it as she tried to speak over it and wish me a great day.

Not recommended!! Came in 4 people for a foot massage, really bad service. The masseus took calls in the middle of the massage and left out multiple times. We gave them an 18 percent tip and they rudely asked for more.

I received a massage today and was very disappointed. First of all, I asked for a couples massage and when I arrived, they put my husband in one room and me in another. The massage therapists continued to speak in Chinese to one another through the wall. Both therapist actually left the room twice to deal with an issue outside of the room while we were on the table. There was an issue with the payment as well. They had a sign that noted a special price of $42 for a 1 hour massage but tried to charge my husband and I $180. I wouldnt recommend this place.

On an impulse -stopped in for a thirty minutes back massage was really good and my friend thought the same of hers . I am looking forward to regular status . Really good massage .
