I Have been going to this salon for almost 2 years now, I have been happy with every single set that has been done on me. My girl Tina and Henry do beautiful work they always give me the results that I want. I haven’t had good experiences at other salons before and this is the only salon that has made me feel comfortable. They have good costumer service everyone there is always so kind. They’ve got good prices and all kinds of beauty services, so happy I found this place🫶🏼

I really tried giving this place a chance- well chances, but everytime I go, the quality of the nail is poor. They also do not buffer well, which in turn results in a thick layer of acrylic overlapping the nail; the Nail usually comes off one week later. That being said, very friendly & respectful staff , and it’s why I’m giving them 2 stars.

Great customer service, I’ve been getting my nails done with my nail technician Mai ( I think she’s the owner) for more than 5 years.. they use quality products and also provide other services like eyelashes, waxing etc. all the employees at cute nails are awesome at what they do!

I got some nails done here once and they were simple, nothing crazy (no designs) and the price was too high for something so simple. Also the lady was so rough my right index finger was bleeding for at least 20 minutes straight after she did my acrylics.

Worse Nail place in the borough. I routinely get my nails painted at least every three weeks. Always gel painted. Ive been to multiple places so trying a new place has not been a problem. I went into NINI Nail spa three days ago for the first time in need of a quick paint job on my nails, not a full manicure. The lady that attended me is south american with dyed orange blondish hair. I remember when she started to work on my nails she first asked me if I would like to file my nails since they were evened without a chip, it was an option not necessary. I told her my usual routine which was, to please not file my nail on the top, she can buffer, and file just a bit if necessary to get a smooth polish. Ive observed that many nail technicians have a nail filing craze and end up thinning nails to the point that when they grow out they break. So I usually ask for minimum file and buffer. During the nail polishing process she had an attitude asking me inappropriate questions regarding my past nail experiences in other locations and how I have to get used it. I thought not to entertain a total ignorant idiot who was already dealing with my nails, considering I had an event to go to/ in a rush & needed them done. Once she was finish, I noticed the density of my french nail polish was way too thick. When nail polish is thick in layer it chips off easily, but instead of telling her, I decided to leave my nails the way she painted them, considering she wasnt polite.Three days later I had to get two finger nails redone. I paid $30 for gel nail polish without a full manicure, it was just a polish. Gel nail polish is intend to last at least 2 weeks. Her nail polish lasted me 2 days before it broke off. I went in today for a quick fix which turned into a nightmare. The lady made me wait at least 30 mins until she was done with her client. Then she started on my nails. As she started on my nails,She began to say: I told you that you should have let me fully file done your nails! This happened because you didnt allow me to fully file down your nails!I told her: Ive been doing my nails for years and always have the same routine, this has never happened to me.She replies: We work different here, if you dont like the way we work here, then you dont have to ever come back!I simply replied one word: okayAs she viciously filed the nail polish off,She said: This is what I had to do from the very beginning!SHE BURNED MY NAIL (which still aches me). I rapidly reflex my nail away from her and stated that she burned me.Her only response was: I have to file your nail so they donet get messed up.As she continued, she said: You dont have to ever come back.I told her: You said that already. We established that.As soon as she was finish I explained to her the two nails she fix does not match my other nails she polished previously. The french lines on my other fingers were wider than the two she fixed today. She abruptly left and and told her previously client how I always go over there and complain. (FYI: It was my first time!) I asked the Asian man if he was the manager and he looked away and said no. Im assuming because he probably thought I was going to ask for my money back. I proceeded to ask if the nail salon had any manager and he said no.The customer service to this location is HORRIBLE!!!!!I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this CATASTROPHIC AWFUL place to ANYONE!!!! BEWARE of the CLEANNESS, ATTITUDE, IMPATIENTLY RUSHING THEIR CLIENTS, and the HALF WORK, along with BAD MOUTHING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I reviewed this place over a year ago. I needed my nails done asap, went by to check it out because its closer to where I was. Still the same, no upgrades to their hygienic practice. Its small and dingy. If you want luxurious, your better off going to Cucci where gel polish is only $10, its on 185th street and Saint Nicholas. Its huge and they have amazing customer service plus more.

I guess its the owner or the one that runs the place but she receives so many calls while working on your nails and every 5 mins has to stop for the workers to give her the money. What could have been done in one hour took much longer than expected because of constantly stopping.

I went on a Tuesday afternoon to get a mani, the man asked me gel or regular mani..i said regular he shook his head. Then said come back tomorrow (the place was a little crowded)..so I said okay fine. I go back there today, walk, in the place is empty...i say mani he asks me reg or gel...i said reg...he then talks to another employee and the other emplyee says no tomorrow...To get to my point, service sucks and I would not recommend it unless youre getting gel mani...then maybe theyll take you.
