Even though signs state No Parking at the entrance gate of the parking lot. When we called to make reservations, we were told to park across the street. We asked again when we arrived (no cars were parked there) They reiterated to park across the street in the parking lot. I needed to make sure, I did not want to end my evening with a parking ticket or towed.No cost for parking or entrance into the Speak Easy!You scan a bar code from your table or go to the bar and order. They recommend ordering using the bar code for faster service.They accept cc and if you pay with cash there is a discount.We paid with cc, easy to scan the bar code, order then pay all in one transaction. I started to leave a cash tip when my friend directed me to look at the receipt from when I scanned and ordered, the tip was included as well as tax on the tip.It was confusing because when I was directed to pay using the scan, there was an option to tip, for ex... 18%...20% as well as a tip that was already included plus tax on the included tip. The already included tip was what I was going to tip in cash so no biggie there. Just need to know beforehand.Drinks were fast and delicious!The atmosphere was superior! The immersive surroundings, excellent. Yeti was AWESOME! He came around several times, adding something different each time. Stopping to take selfies with everyone. The waitress....GreatDefinitely arrive as early as possible to get a table, somewhere to sit.Drinks only, no food. There is a Taco person outside. Grabbed a delicious burrito afterwards.

Ill start off by saying this is for sure more of a dive bar scene than anything and the area is less that stellar, so safety first when visiting the area. Now onto the better. The DJ was fantastic! The service at the tall tables was friendly and fast. They are a cash only place for the door charge of $15. The parking is across the street in a fairly dark and unsecured lot( free). The place looks like it needs fresh paint, carpet , and a deep clean. The cover band was ok at best. Glad we stopped by as we were in the area for a wedding but would not go out of my way to come here. There are cleaner and larger 80s clubs in neighboring cities. Lastly, security is very serious here, which is a good thing in my opinion.

This car had great music, a great dj, and excellent service the atmosphere and the people were so fun. Im a dance floor and Light it was awesome. I would definitely bring friends and family here again

Drinks are pretty strong. Love the wide variety of music being played. Its an awesome place to bring family and friends. Bathrooms are clean!! For those who are picky. Drinks are reasonably priced as well! 12 or 15. Most is for a fish bowl. Service was fast and awesome too. Definitely no mood killers.

Had a great time at the Speakeasy and a shout out to Mudd, great show! Then danced the night away with great music from IdolX!!!

Always had a good time except for this one time fir Halloween. We left our drinks (second round) at our table and went to dance. Came back, and another party had been given our table. Drinks were moved behind the bar or thrown away, and a glove to my costume was thrown away. They could not explain why someone did this. They tried to give me a drink that was sitting on the sidebar. I refused to take. They did not get us another table and basically said too bad. So we left.

The drinks were the worst Ive ever had. They need new bartenders. The bathroom reeked of urine. This is nothing like my experience at their other club, New Wave. I will not be back here.

Lots of fun, great music, tasty, (but kinda expensive) drinks! Get the Long Island Iced Tea in the fishbowl & share with your crew! I would go back for the right occasion. (The tribute band was 1.5hrs late & didnt really play the hits....ugh.

It was ok. $15 cover charge is a little high for the place. $10 is in my opinion a decent price but for a$15 cover charge its over priced. Doors open at 8pm but it didnt get a crowd till almost 10 since the cover band was at 11pm. So charge the Early Bird special of $10 before 9pm at least. ( thats my business opinion) It may be a bar & its a fun bar because the music is just great but if youre going to have alcohol you should be able to order some food even if its just appetizers, THIS location has no food & you cant order in from door dash kind of service. They told us theres a taco truck outside but none ever came while we were there. The security guy took his job seriously with no customer friendliness at all he was very rude to my friends & I. Drinks are over priced & serviced in small glasses, I got better size drinks at the Red Onion & less expensive. The cocktail server was pleasant & he apologized for the lack of food but it was not his fault this location didnt serve food. He brought us ice in a glass but no water. You had to order bottled water for $4. Over all, we will never go back to that location. Each of us spent $30 on getting in & one drink & bottled water in the first 15 minutes, & that didnt even include the Tip. You could go broke within a 3-4 hour span that youre there. Ohhh , heres a kicker!!! They dont take credit cards or debit, so they are making money on you as well for using their ATM machine inside. Ok I guess I should end on a positive.. The Pickle Back Shot was good even if it was over priced at $11.00 its one of my favorites. You can see the sign for it behind our group picture.

Place was pretty fun and the music was on point. Definitely looking to go back for upcoming events.

Well, there is NO food available (aside from a taco stand outside) and the shows dont start until 11 PM. Service was good, everyone from security to serving staff were very nice and the DJ was really good. I may go back.

This is a fun little place. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cover was $10/ person. Drinks and drink prices were what youd expect from a typical bar/club - pricey and lacking in the alcohol department.We were told to arrive early in order to get tables for our large group, and when we arrived, we were amongst the first and the place smelled like an old gym. As the night wore on, and doors were opened, etc..., that smell dissipated.The DJ was great, and the cover band was good too. The were lots of people dancing, but the dance floor didnt feel crowded.If you love 80s music, this is the place for you!

Ive been to this place a few times and have had an awesome time. But this last visit, the DJ didnt play good music, and the band tribute Poison truly sucked.

This place is close to being a dive, the drinks are water down, low quality. The sound system is really bad and the live band, on the night I was there was a Madonna tribute was ok for an hour but they played for two, killed the vibe. The DJ was so-so, had a difficult time with the transitions. They charge to get in but they only take cash, it would be nice to know this ahead of time, it is not posted on the website. I dont know if all the locations are the same, this one I will not be going back to.

This place is a whole entire vibe! Loved the atmosphere and the variety of drinks available at a reasonable price. If youre looking for a place thats unique in music and a memorable experience this is it. Guaranteed to have a great night if you show up. Especially if you love The 80s.

Was out with friends last night 12/23/23 2 of my friends happen to be gay (this is for context) and we were all just having a good time dancing singing drinking what not when a security guard went up to my 2 friends and escorted them outside basically telling them that their presence was making people uncomfortable. That if they didn’t tone it down they would have to leave.. tone what down exactly ?? We were all just enjoying the music and ourselves it just so happens to be that my friend and their partner were acting like a couple AS ANY OTHER couple would but just because they were gay it was a problem?!! This terrible experience tainted the night for my friends and the manager was no help either. Being treated like that is not ok and this establishment should be ashamed by their behavior. Don’t recommend coming here if you happen to be gay or such orientation because you will be met with homophobia and a disgusting uninviting environment. Also in general this place is such a ripoff drinks are watered down and expensive for little to no alcohol. Save your time money and sanity and avoid this so called place of business.

Came on a Saturday night. Diverse crowd and reasonable cover fee. Dance floor is crackin and the staff are very nice. Having a great time here. If youre into 80s music and love dancing then this is the place for you.

Check you’re bill I got over charged for drinks I didn’t order they said they fix it and canceled the old transaction but didn’t and I got charged double also drink and not good all juice and water overpriced

Great place for a little dancing 💃 if you love 80s music . We reserve the VIP section. The bartenders were super nice.The restrooms are clean. Someone lost her phone in the restroom, and I gave it to one of the bartenders. Otherwise everything else was good no snappers everyone parks across the street. Make sure you bring your drivers license or they will not let you in with a picture.

Saturday night was lit! Solid mix of people ages older and younger. Great drinks, fair prices. I didnt like the $10 cover tho, considering its not a club, but maybe Im just cheap. Haha overall great spot with lots of great music and nostalgia!

Visited this bar with friends on my Birthday ! Atmosphere is good music good drinks are reasonable and dance floor crowded! Would go back music was 80 KROQ and 80’s DISCO/FUNK

As a longtime patron of this bar before the pandemic, I genuinely feel bad about having to post this review about my latest visit last night.Cover charge used to be $10, its now $15 and still cash only. Service was great, however only bottled water is available for $3 per bottle. No free tap water is available. Its very expensive now and just isnt the same experience as it used to be. Definitely go once as it is still a fun place, but its depressing for those of us that enjoyed this bar years ago.

Always a fun place great music good performance. It does get pretty packed and theres not to many tables. There drinks are always good no matter what you order. The service was pretty good as well

Drinks were a little pricey but not too bad… They refused to give me and my friends a cup of water, and instead made us pay $3 for bottled water. Forcing drunk people to pay for water is kind of a scummy business practice, but otherwise I had a good time. The band was good.

Drinks were good although a little pricey. The ambience would be better if smaller amount of people were in the room to create better a ambience. The roof effects could have been more with the tech.

Music was to the era, unfortunately I am disappointed that they do not provide tap water and force you to purchase $3.00 bottled water. Yet I saw staff walking out with cups of tap water to the security guards I knew it was tap cause it was in the see through plastic cups that are used for tap water, first time here and might be my last, it’s not cool when your trying to sober up they want to charge you for it.

Loved the DJ set lots of 80 nostalgic name references for drinks. Live bands first time there we will be back.

A bit too crowded for me. However They accommodated my alcohol free michelada. Waitress was so sweet kept checking on us. The guy who at us made sure we got good seat and brought us extra seats.

This place is 10/10. The service here is what made my visit amazing. Our server kept checking up on us. I very much appreciated it. The band and DJ were amazing as well, especially towards the end of the night.

I went for a The Cure cover band on Friday 9/2/22. I really wanted to love this place because theres so much potential but the evening went from bad to worse really quickly. First, we were a party of 20+ folks and wanted to sit together. The venue would not under any circumstances allow us to hold any tables even though we were there before the doors opened and the place was dead for the first few hours. Even when the band went on stage there were empty tables available. The security staff repeatedly harassed us that we couldnt even put purses on empty tables. We would have gladly given up saved tables if there were a need but like I said, the venue was not packed and there were plenty of available tables should the need arise. There was no AC and the limited ceiling fans were not doing anything to cool the place down. It was hot, and smelled like mildew. The wait staff never came by our tables to take orders but since the place wasnt packed, we were able to get drinks at the bar. Not sure why they have wait staff if they arent going to do the job. The bar also refused to provide cups of water and instead charged $6/per 16.5oz bottle of water...in a place with no ventilation or AC. When the band finally did take to the stage it was about 11:20pm and we were ready to pack it up by then due to the above mentioned issues. In all there were over 20 of us and we stopped buying drinks after 1-2 rounds because of the poor management and overall lack of professionalism or care for customers. Id say this venue lost out on over $1500 in revenue for the evening from our party alone due to the above mentioned issues. If I were the owners, Id be looking into why management is literally turning away money by enforcing policies that dont make sense. Well never go back.

Great place. The music fits. The vibe. Its a hodgepodge of people but everyone is chill. The drinks are good but I feel sometimes the drinks COULD be stronger, but they are ok, but its a chill spot that Ill still go to. I pregame before though and recommend you do as well.

Affordable prices, nice ambiance... but no where to sit, the space was available but they kept talking the tables away for some reason, I dont know if I will return there.

FUN, FUN, FUN!!! I went here for my birthday, and it was a lot of fun. The balance of a ping pong center and a restaurant is genius! Tip: if you get lunch, you get 30 minutes of playing time free. When I thought of this place I thought the restaurant was like average, however, that was on the contrary!! It was really high class, and the food was really good. I recommend the wings.

Absolutely no air circulation so its EXTREMELY HOT & HUMID even though all they would need to do is open the back door and bump up the ceiling fan speeds. VIP section wreaks of urine so the heat & humidity dont help with that. Drinks are more sugar & ice (which melts immediately because once again HOT & HUMID AF) than liquor. Good music though haha

The two women working the front door didnt want to be there on Friday night. The guard was rude. I understand you are a female, and you have to be tough, but you can act like a lil welcoming. The cashier was just as bad. Hopefully, they arent always like this.

Loved, loved, loved the DJ. 80s music is my thing! But the whole dancing vibe was ruined by the cover band impersonating Gun and Roses. Not a good mix from dancing to rocking out. I think next time well check out their Thursday vibe.

Great lil place, holds approx 300 people which makes it rather intimate for the people and artists. No food available, full bar.

Place is good if you enjoy 80s musics and live cover bands. Two issues with the place, it gets extremely hot inside and the the bar service isnt the best. The heat issue can be easily fixed, but Im guessing they like to keep it hot to ensure people continue to hydrate at the bar. And the issue at the bar isnt the bartenders or their service, its just that adding 1 more bartender to an extremely busy club would help keep the wait time down, especially if people are having to wait in line to buy bottled water cause its so hot.

The music was on point. We were VIP and the security was very polite. The bartenders were on it and very friendly. Going back for sure.

So disappointed with the music. I mean if it was called That 70s bar, it would have been fine but the 70s disco was on most of the night. Sorry DJ but thats a huge fail. It was great seeing 80s babies on the dance floor and Im sure they were glad to hear the two 80s songs that played. Again, highly disappointed.

I had my husbands 50th birthday here on 8/20/22 with 2 VIP tables the staff IS Horrible rude and disrespectful I wish I can personally talk to the owner. They need to know how the staff treats there guest. If the owner allows this type of behavior from their staff then sooner or later they will lose business. The only thing I can say the music is good. 8/23/22

Ghettoooo if your looking for a good time don’t go here the security will take they’re friends back over the customers and pull u by your hair and body and drag you out because someone was drunk and acting crazy my family was SHOCKED at this! A SECURITY GUARD WOMAN WITH DARK HAIR PULL MY DAUGHTER BY HER HAIR BECAUSE HER FRIEND WAS DRUNK ATTACKING 3+ of us!

The DJ was awesome. The 80s vibe of the atmosphere and the drinks were great. The band, on the other hand, didnt play recognizable songs and didnt sing that good.

Even though I was a kid in the 80s I love 80s music. This place plays some really good music. They all the favorites from one end of the decade to the other. From the minute you walk in everyone is so friendly the front door people, the bartenders, the waitresses. Its a totally awesome atmosphere.

Went for Depeche Mode stayed for all the 80s!!! The bartenders were amazing! And the staff was making sure we were well taken care of!

I was at this place because I was in the band, I was not a customer. There are 3 other club 80s in SoCal and we played at the Fullerton one the week before, and we are at the two other ones next month. Anyway, Id never been in Montclair before and was a bit taken back when we got to town. Its seen better days. The club has a ridiculously tiny parking lot in front, but right across the street is a (what I think is a closed) mall with a giant lot. Theres not a lot to the interior, its 80s themed, lots of blue. There were some cocktail tables set up on the dance floor which was a bit odd. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, all of them we dealt with which was great. The sound system is pretty dated and sounds it, and its a bit loud but Im also older than who they are trying to appeal to. I saw a sign that said $20 cover, I dont know if that is always the same. I also cant comment on drink prices, but those are probably online. There is a lot of security, easily twice the amount as in Fullerton and this place is about half the size. I guess thats reassuring but its also saying something about their expectations. At 1 when we left, we passed several scantily clad women on street corners alone. The whole night was a bit odd...

It was my first time and I really enjoyed it. Planning to go again soon.

Went to see Disorder. The System of a Down cover band. The out on a great show. Everyone was rocking out and singing along.

Great time, good music, nice variety, shout out to our server Zack, who was very attentive and friendly! Overall great night out. None of the issues previous reviewers commented on. No problem with the ladies room, great drinks, reasonable prices, quick service. No smell, a/c worked fine. Security was friendly. Good times!

The music is great the bands they have performed there are really great, Ive been there twice and both times the bands were great. But the place itself is a little run-down.The womans restroom only has two stalls, which causes the line to go all the way down the middle of the club. Ive never seen that before Ive seen a line for the ladies room but never down the middle of the club. I waited in that line for 45 minutes to get to use the restroom. I would like to go back and enjoy the music butt I dont think I will because the place is just too small. Management think about getting a new and bigger place with a restroom with morestalls for the ladies.

Super hot and stuffy like no air/a.c what so ever. For the spot to be big there was very little room to sit, stand or dance. Everyone in there is dripping sweat. The drinks are hot and lack ice. The DJ played great music but during the good music they stop the DJ for live performances which dont match the mood. The bands play songs that are too slow or songs you cant dance too and it just ruins the mood. Also the bartenders are not customer service friendly and takes for ever to get your drinks. Also theres a cover charge cash only. 2 stars for the people dressing up in 80s attire and the great DJ.

Totally fun atmosphere. The DJ and the bar tender were very nice. Awesum place to open up and relax and fun with friends and family. I took my 80 year old mother last week. She totally enjoyed it.

Music was perfection and the atmosphere was great. The bartenders could use some lessons, we ordered 2 different types of drinks and they were not good. Stick to shots where you see the actual booze in your glass or beer....cant go wrong with that haha. Cant wait to go back.

This place was amazing. The drinks..the live band and the crowd was off the chains. However it cost $20 to enter and also no one really wear masks so if you arent covid vaccinated or fearful its not the place for you.

Always have a blast here. This place has a mixed crowd of all ages. Id recommend coming here for the legit 80s music, cover bands that always do a good job and people who are ready to dance. The music is loud so unless you wanna dance all night then this place isnt for you, but if you love dancing to 80s this is it!

First time at the 80s Bar. We celebrated my cousins birthday. We were having a good time UNTIL one of the female bartenders whom I couldnt get the name for DENIED MY COUSIN A SHOT....It was his BIRTHDAY and he was NOT acting up. He was smiling and laughing and the bartender thought that was too much...It RUINED our night a bit...but we decided lets leave behind a nice review regardless. Dont get me wrong, the atmosphere is great and we plan to go back, but I hope this particular bartender doesnt ruin your night!

My only complaint is the ladies restroom... could use a few more stalls but other than that this place is a lot of fun. The servers are awesome, the security team is professional and not rude like other places I have been to. The #livebands never fail. The drinks are amazing! Cant taste the alcohol! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to #dance all night to their favorite #80smusic! $10 dollar cover charge all night is another thing i dont like. Maybe free before 9? But otherwise this place is fun

This place is cool... good service ,great music the live show I saw was good! Wish they had more than just chairs something like lounging sofas or something like that. I like that they have a reserve section where you have room to hangout. Definitely going back

Great theme, great music. The staff is friendly and the drinks are surprisingly creative. The crowds a little older too, so the WOOOOOO!!!s and such are pretty minimal. Dope spot, recommended.

Great dj on Friday nights. Played all the hits from the 80s. Ladies bathroom is small so there was a line but thats pretty much the story at every bar/ lounge. Good drink selection and decent dance floor.

The music selection has changed since I was last there. They now play some 90 ishrap ( which is fine) but I wasnt digging the quebradita/banda. Thats just not what I want or expect to hear at an 80s club. Cover is $15 cash only. Drinks were watered down.

1) They wont give tap water and force you to buy bottle water. The annoying female bartender 1st said it was because she didnt have any tap water to give. I pointed out she she Did to have water, then she said they dont give tap & I can buy water. I was shocked and she continued to condescendingly tell me they do not need to provide water.2) if you arent standing behind the marked area on the floor, you get scolded, like theyre your goddamn parents.3)They have so many rules of where you can place your drinks and jackets. I placed my jacket in the corner of the stage and was told I had to place it on the other side of the half wall, because they wont allow you to hang it on the half wall either. I placed my drink on the half wall, on the dance floor side, against the rail, & I was told I can only set my drink on the opposite side of the railing on the half wall.4) They wont allow you to stand or sit in the area near the half wall next to the side of the stage. I would assume it would be for fire safety, but then it cant be the case with all the chairs in the way of the supposed fire exit.Other than that, the music is decent & live bands are great.

The dj was awesome! Everyone was so nice and friendly! But the club is just sad. $10 cover to get in. After 10pm all the 80’s music stopped and it became a totally different scene.

Omg most fun place Ive been to in a long time! Wasnt expecting a live band but they were so incredible! I wish it was in my city cuz I would go all the time. Super fun spot. Downfall is the disgustingly sticky floor...and long line ups for drinks...but I guess both things to be expected on a Saturday night though

Meh, good bar-the drinks were alright. Kinda pricey depending on what you want. Music selection was not all that! They need a better DJ or better selection of real 80s music.... But as for the environment, it was chill.

Its ok just 1 dance floor so if u like that u will like it, drink prices are not bad at all. they do have the right amount of of liquor which you are paying for, the DJ could of done a way better mix of music, so far the Best 80s n 90s club I been too is Los Globos in LA and pretty Big club!

This place was fun the drinks were a little pricey but the music was awesome wish we could have danced long but a band started and killed the vibe so we left. I would recommend checking out who is playing before going.

Had so much fun. I hadnt danced this much in years. I absolutely loved their drinks here and I I just loved all of the 80s music.

The music was great but they need to fix their Air Conditioner. With the amount of people and people dancing it was a hot box . To the owner FIX YOUR AIR CONDITIONER AND FANS.

The dj left something to be desired, just as he got us hopping he would cut off the song with some poor mixing and clear the dance floor. you pay to get in but they are staffed up pretty well so you know where your money goes. atmosphere was good, waitstaff very friendly and the bouncers were cool, all 10 of em lol drinks are ok and beer is reasonable. we had a fun evening in spite of the dj and danced a lot.

At first glance its out of place but don’t judge a book by its cover. Inside is full of energy and the crowd is very lay back just they to dance and enjoy some great 80s music with great drinks.... order the valley girl won’t disappoint

The music is great, they finally have the music videos sync up to the music. Drinks are yummy. Its lame that they got rid of the photo booth. And dumb that they charge for water bottles, but overall a good time.

It always starts out pretty good , music wise and by the end of the nights, its not 80s. Kind of like all the DJs forget what club they are at. Also dont sit close to the stage the sound from one track to the next hurts the ears. We have been 3 times and our first at Halloween was great! The DJ was great and the last 2 times it just wasnt. The last 2 times had bands playing The cure, we couldnt hear the singer because the music was soo loud. The second band was Jheri curl and they were really good but again the music was louder then the singer. We have also been to the one in Corona and the Selena cover band was amazing! I think it comes down to the DJ, they can make or break the experience. We had a good time everytime because its about making memories with friends and family, so we will still continue visit both locations but I prefer Corona location.

Nice place, great music, great atmosphere. Just one complaint. The water issue. They dont serve water in glass. Only in a bottle and they charge you $3. Im sure the money this place makes with the expensive alcohol, they should be able to serve tap water in a glass. Smdh!

It was so refreshing to be seated by staff instead of fending for ourselves. The drinks were strong and tasted great 🍹I would definitely return if I didnt love so far away. Well worth visiting if you are in the area!

I went there awhile back on a weekend (I think Friday) and the DJ had the bass cranked up so high that I could hardly tell what the songs were. Bad mix. It was a nice big venue, but what do you have if not the music.

This place is amazing!!! The music kept me dancing the whole time I was here, even when I wasnt on the dance floor I couldnt wait to get back on it. The DJ was on point, and there was never a boring moment.

The worst experience ever! Do not have your birthday or events here!!!!! After paying $400- for 20 people, we spoke to Angela and Jackie who told us that we would receive 4 bottles of champagne one for each table. That was a lie we NEVER RECEIVED EVEN ONE. Halfway through the night we were told that the club is at capacity which is pretty strange since we paid for 20 people before hand so if they over booked the club then that is very poor management. while half of our party was outside waiting in line and we pre-paid. Then finally it was end of the night and a fight broke out two men were hitting each other with broken bottles on the head and security did not have a handle on it. The security that was in charge of checking wristbands in the VIP area let some drunk chick walk right pass him and she became a safety risk for everyone in our party as she tried to start a flight with our party. NEVER AGAIN the place smells like piss and dirty diapers, discussing!

Went for karaoke it was a quiet night but fun anyway will go back and bring friends be sure to ask what the drink specials are the staff is chill computer kj does good sound work oh and you can sing whatever not just 80s era I sang 80s because I was in that frame of mind but theres newer stuff too

I came here before, I loved it. I brought my niece and son here to celebrate their 21 st birthday along with 20 people. They wouldnt announce their celebration because the DJ said he doesnt have good English. Spoke to the manager... no help, offered 20 bucks to the DJ no reply....wow that didnt even work. Good job ruining their 21st birthday. I would have said it myself, but no....I cant. I will never come here again, weak manager, staff, etc..no balls. Just go to vegas like everyone else. I will never come here again. If you do you are a loser, really Montclair...wow. Sorry but yeah you are. Had an ok time until they wont announce my kids birthday celebration. You suck.

I love 80s music for sure but this spot was dead.. I was the only girl in the place lol and maybe 5 guys Lol.. Drinks were expensive and the dj was alright.. We made some requests which he gladly played.. It was just a sad vibe though..this location was not good.. Corona is better

I love this place, the staff is super awesome, the mangers are there to answe any questions and or concerns you may have. Plus Wednesdays they have $2 bud lights and $3 shock top on draft! Plus some crazy $4 shot and it changed every week. By far my favorite place to sing kereoki 😎

The music was great but their cocktails and shots are pretty weak for their price. My tip is to start with a couple Ipas for half the price and then move on to the fun stuff after.

Female bartenders refuse to give customers tap water. I am 100% sure that is illegal. They may charge for the glass, but here they only sell bottled water. They also kick everyone off the public sidewalk as if they own that as well. Definitely not worth a cover charge.

We had a blast there and going back there again tomorrow night. Best place for entertainment and getting together. Great Music Great People :)

The micromanaging of the stance of a singer Is OUTRAGEOUS Shame on Vivanne, if this is how she runs this establishment, and thinks it is being done professionally is beyond words that can describe why it was so empty as we arrived. When you are telling a professional singer how to stand or how not to stand is ridiculous...choose your battles! Maybe its time for the owner of the facility to step in and reevaluate the situation and visit other establishments which have karaoke and know the rule of thumb is dont fix whats not broken. This was my first visit. And it will be my last. Shame on you and your establishment.

Great place to let loose on Wed nite with KJ David. If you love karaoke, then you must make the drive to Montclair at least once every 3 months. Down side is no food ....bring a sack lunch or eat at Norms 1 mile away before arriving at 8pm. I love this place. Wish it was closer to home.

My coworker took me out for my b-day here and I would diffently recommend it to anyone who wants a GREAT atmosphere great crowd very clean very well secured I was very impressed by the security not that it was needed its a safe place being single female if you just want to go hang out and have a great time they always have something going on there check it out

It was overly crowded they were lucky da fire marshal didnt close them down! Its 2 bad they dont sell Gatorade 2 help replenish electrolytes cuz water isnt enough. But Idid have a gd. x cuz I believe U make it wut U want, and I made it a blast!

Its a fun, small place. Doesnt look impressive on the outside but the inside looks nice. Drinks are good and reasonably priced and they usually play good 80s and sometimes 90s.

It was so hot in this club...It looks like they had no air conditioner.We watched The Kings of Queen tribute band who rocked the house down.

The DJ was a big something else. I wanted to enjoy the music and dance, but he think that he had to make the music so loud that the loudspeaker made bad noises. Gracy. Never again.

Should be called that 80s DIVE bar. Place is dirty. Bathrooms smell of horrible urine. Drinks are overpriced and badly mixed. Dj was on this Mana, Cure , Smiths fix thats all he played in rotation. Not going back. Im in my 40s and this bar seems like its been around since the 80s . Im too old to settle for substandard quality. Not going back. Also complaining about not serving water to dehydrated patrons. Shame on you!

Diana is our favorite bartender there..been here multiple times..the DJ last night sucked soo bad..umm..he played Marvin Gayes Lets get it on..really?? Its an 80s dance club..not a junior high school dance..then he was rude sayin he worked all night..excuse me..isnt that your job?? I dont tell patients of mine when they want something that Ive been working all night..Djs come and go so I think my friends and I will stop coming for a while..maybe go to the 80s bar in LA.

I guess I was expecting better music, if you like heavy 80s crazy rock you may fall in love with the place, but if you are over 40, it is not for you, This place is for a youger crowd, the personnel is very nice do, they reimbursed our entrance no problem, I was hoping for some disco music, maybe late 70s, place was packed at 9 pm, if you want a table be here before 9.

The security is terrible, so is the management. Avoid this place theres so many other better places

I been checking the website for open times and emailed the facility, when we arrived at 8:20pm ( 1 hr after published opening) the business was closed. I was looking forward to celebrating my anniversary with my significant other at the location with out party, well maybe next time

The 80s bar is a fantastic place to be. They have 80s theme music and drink like Ghostbusters, smurf and cloud 9 plus regular drink and beer.

Great music, drinks were subpar, diverse crowd, one night staff seemed angry and were repetitively rude. Dont plan on going back.
