Face Glow NYC

I found out about this place through the NY app, Pulsd (tons of great deals and events).The laser hair removal is very simple and is a QUICK process (didn’t realize it took less than 5 minutes). I’ve only done one sesh so far some weeks ago, and I’m already starting to see some results! Their reception staff could be more welcoming and energetic. They were moving pretty slow and lethargically when I went, but maybe I caught them on an off day. I had Oxana, as my aesthetician and laser technician, and she was so kind and explained the whole process to me!

I was nervous to get laser because so many people always said it hurt. I came across Face Glow NYC on Groupon and decided to try it out and do a x-small area first. Natalia is such a sweetheart and took her time lasering and truly made the experience such a great one for me. After my first session with her, I decided to sign up for more areas and continue my lasering experience with her. If you are nervous about lasering don’t be it’s worth it, this is coming from someone who was waxing for years and does not regret switching. The pain is minimal (way less than waxing, especially when you get a waxer that makes you question ever going back for a wax) and the results are great!!!! Go check them out!

Super easy to communicate/ schedule with. Love that they can communicate via text makes it very easy to schedule! They’re also great about sending reminders. Have been going for over a year for laser hair removal. There’s all very nice too!

Face glow is the best! I see Oxana for laser hair removal and she is quick, friendly and personable. The whole office is beautiful and very friendly. Scheduling is a breeze and they have been very accommodating when I needed to change an appointment. I recommend all my friends to go here. The laser blows cool air on you the same time as the zap so you don’t feel a thing! Don’t know why I don’t do this sooner!

Absolutely incredible service and the space is just stunning! 🤩Very welcoming and professional staff.Really needed to rejuvenate my skin that looked sad 🙈 so I got microneedling with exosomes and I’m very pleased with the results, my skin texture improved and it’s glowing after the treatment. I was a bit anxious about the needles, I’ve never got done anything like that before, but Oxana, my aesthetician has magic hands, the microneedling was painless. Natalia was amazing! Very patient as it was my first time getting laser hair removal. She was very relaxed and made the process feel very comfortable. I of course was freaking out but now I feel like a fool for not doing it sooner as it’s so much more less painful than waxing. I barely felt anything. Looking forward to my next session.

Facial massage is my favorite beauty treatment! Every time I get a sculpting massage with Oxana, I wish for the time not to end. I highly recommend! I also find the intraorral part of the massage extremely helpful. I clench my teeth and my jaw feels relaxed after the treatment.

Do not go to them for tca cross or any other kind of acne scar treatment. They are not trained in tca cross whatsoever ruined my skin. The esthetician they had me scheduled an appointment with for tca cross said she was the master esthetician. She has no knowledge of how to put tca cross this was my third time getting tca done I actually got to know about them because my previous esthetician raised thier prices alot so I came to them since I could no longer afford previous one. Boy did I make the wrong decision of coming here. My scars are so much more deeper now instead of getting shallower. The master esthetician didnt even tell me what kind of scars i had boxcar or ice pick or rolling. What kind of master esthetician who I assume have lots of years of experience are unable to tell their clients the type of scarring they have. She put too much on my right side scars where I didnt even had much scarring and missed some of my scars on my right side. She didnt put tca cross individually in the scars but instead like paint the scars in one line giving me lines of scarring. Destroying healthy skin around scars as well. My scars are so bad now than when I came to her. You are supposed to put very little in the ice pick scars not the boxcar scars because they are already wide and deep. She pressed the toothpick with tca in my scars. first two time I had tca my esthetician gently placed the acid with toothpick and not actually pressed it it the scar. They have no understanding of acne scars. Just want to make money. In my first consultation with her I told her I had 100% tca cross with mirconeedling done and didnt like the results so far. Even then she didnt said anything about not getting tca cross again or just getting microneedling. She said yeah ok we will do 50% now. If she really saw my skin and knew how scars treatment work she wouldnt have proceeded with tca cross and suggested something else. I have so much depression now looking at my skin. I cant sleep at night my mental health is so bad right now. Scars are so big and deeper now. I dont go out anymore. Wish I could get my money back from them. Be careful everyone.

Got a package from Groupon and was very satisfied with the service. The place itself is decorated with a hint of glam, clean and the staff were very friendly and prompt with the treatments. Highly recommend! Thinking of coming back, for sure!

Never tried laser hair removal before but always wanted to try. I found a deal for Face Glow Skincare & Laser on Pulsd and after reading through reviews and looking at the pictures, I felt like I could give it a try! Im so happy I did because Ive done about 5 sessions so far and am loving the experience and results. My hair is getting much lighter and each session is less painful than the previous. They are also very good with explaining the process and adjust the levels based on your feedback. Scheduling is also super easy as Ive had only pleasant interactions.Definitely recommend!

I found this laser place on google, i read most of the reviews about their satisfactions on being serviced and the results. I am struggling my back acne scars for a long time of period, and i really wanted to be cured. I met Victor, and he highly recommended me to get thing called AERO LASER!!!!! With 6 sessions of the treatment package. He told me that the results comes out really good, i will be happy with the results as he fooled me. And i was ready to get this treatment with him, first of all the aero laser is not painful but neither you will get the results. I did 6 session as he recommended, and my back acne got worse. I am keep getting new acnes and it is painful, and itchy. Every time i visit for my treatment, they keep changing the. Specialist, and i know everyone is different the way they do the treatments. Mostly the female specialist, they make you feel more painful while doing the laser, or whatever they put the chemical on my back, was strong, itchy, that became red. I was patiently waited for the results. But to be honest my back acne scars looks the same instead i got many new acnes which was unusual. Last time i talk with Victor and he simply ignored me and neither the department has come to reach me. They all are money hungers. They take $$$ thousands of dollars money from you for ruining your skin instead of solving your problems. Be aware from this place.

They have the best machine for laser hair removal.Period. Ive been to four different offices, so Ive tried four different machines.Ive had over 14 laser sessions in areas over the past 5 years. In six sessions Ive seen better results then anywhere else on my body; and mind you this is on the thickest hair of my body, my bush lol 😸 I initially found them on Groupon but decided to now do other areas that Im retouching, their prices are reasonable.It isnt just a quick money grab on Groupon and then crazy numbers afterwards. Plus the machine they use is exceptional! It has a green laser square to guide the technicians precision; you can get a really clean line if you want an extra sharp landing strip.🛫The laser techs and receptionist are genuinely friendly with a generally good disposition.

Would not suggest this place to anyone who is thinking about medium chemical peels for acne scars. These should be performed by dermatologists or surgeons. 6 months later, 3 dermatologist consultations and numerous procedures/ dollars spent I’m still battling to get my skin back to the way it was before it was ruined by this place. Dermatologists all confirmed the procedure was made incorrectly and aftercare was also not what is was suppose to be.

I first started going to the Acne Clinic in 2018 when I started having adult acne. They quickly got the acne under control as well as the hyper pigmentation. I’ve recommended numerous friends to them who have had similar amazing results.Although I no longer suffer from acne I still use all their products and go every couple of months for maintenance. I went for the first time since re opening during Covid and the first time at the Face Glow part (it’s the same location and suite as AcneClinc so honestly didn’t feel any different). It was seamless and I feel like they took all the proper precautions. They have you fill out paperwork in advance and check your temp before your treatment. Nadiya wore a full face shield during my treatment and masks are worn by everyone at all times (except during your treatment). Highly recommend.

I bought a microcurrent facial here on an app called Pulsd. I was a little bit unsure because I’ve never done that treatment before but Victor explained everything to me beforehand to put me at ease. This place is the real deal. If you have acne, GO HERE. I struggled with breakouts for years and tried all the cleanses, scrubs, etc. Nothing worked. Im so glad I found Face Glow! It wasnt cheap, but my skin is near perfect after about 8 months of following the regimen and getting about 10 facials total. The staff is friendly and theyre very communicative via text. Cannot say enough good things!!

This is one of the best places to get a facial in NYC. I have tried many highly-rated estheticians in NYC, Los Angeles, and other states, but Nadiya is by far the best. She cleared my acne prone skin in the past, and I was glowing! Face Glow is the only spot I go to whenever I am in NYC.

I heard from a friend, this place is not what it says it does. They shouldnt try to rob patients their money. Treatments highly not recommended here. They give patients high hope and dont stay by their word. Dont expect you to get refund of any sort when your treatment and result dont go by as they promised. Just Beware.
