Enzie is the BEST. I got a facial from her it was hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. The collagen face mask is a must. I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. She gives an amazing facial massage! All the toxins have been removed from my pores and my lymph nodes. If you come to the Valmont Spa at the Carlyle ask for ENZIE!

I had the most lovely facial with Enzie! I have rosacea and my skin usually reacts really poorly to facials and can get irritated, but my skin looked incredible!!!! No redness, even immediately after which never happens. She asks so many questions to make sure the facial is curated exactly to your skin needs. I had no purging after the facial either and truly left with glass skin! Could not recommend the spa or Enzie enough! The front desk is also fabulous!

I was gifted a facial at The Carlyle Valmont Spa and had the most amazing experience. My esthetician Enzie has the most caring hands. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She also gave me great advice on how to take care of my hormonal acne and treated my face with gentle care. We did Blue Light therapy for my breakouts and Microdermabrasion. My face healed so face so fast and all of my texture went down within 5 days. I was left with glowing beautiful skin that I always wanted. Thank you so much Enzie you are literally the best! ♥️

Had a horrible facial experience at valmont yesterday. The facialist first commented on my lash extensions “you do realize that half of your lashes are gone right?” after I told her that areas around my eyes are sensitive due to lash extensions. Then she overexfoliated my skin by forcefully rubbing the hot towel across my face. While massaging my face, her long nails scratched my face several times. While having a mask, her phone rang and she went to check on her phone when she was supposed to be giving me a massage. There was a system error which changed my 90min facial to 60min. I brought it up to her and she said the front desk would correct it. As I was getting a massage by another technician, she opened the door and said to me “60-min is what’s shown in the system. This isn’t my fault” ok sis I know it’s not your fault I never said it was. Couldn’t you have waited till I was done with the massage to tell me? Did you have to open the door while I was relaxing and NAKED in bed? The massage by Natalia was great though.

A visit to the Valmont Spa at the Hotel Carlyle does not disappoint.The Spa is beautifully designed and lavishly appointed. The care, attention to detail and generosity of Hitomi, the expert esthetician who whose skilled and talented hands guided me through an hour and a half long regenerating facial was beyond my expectations. I left the spa with glowing skin and feeling completely renewed.The Valmont product line is well respected in the world of luxury skincare for its signature antiaging formulas. The immediate benefits to my skin of deep hydration and plump texture were undeniable. I have been using the products now for a few weeks and the results are evident. My skin is noticeably firmer, well hydrated and appears to have fewer lines and wrinkles.I look forward to my next appointment

I have been going to Valmont Spa every two months or so for facial treatments since the beginning of this year. The service has always been impeccable. The system for making appointments online is easy to navigate. The reception is very friendly. The changing room is very clean and organized. And most important of all, my aesthetician has been amazingly friendly and skillful on improving my skin issues and recommending daily routines. Definitely will keep going back and using the skincare products from Valmont.

Went here today for a couples massage, I did not like the massage or the technique at all even though I was specific in my request for a relaxing massage. The masseur seemed unskilled and elementary. I told the receptionist after when they asked for my feedback very politely and I was adamant about still tipping the worker. The manager, Ella, very rudely told us that I should’ve stopped the massage and put the blame on me. I think there was a racial undertone to her response/lack of help because they were very nice to the other (white clients). We will not be returning. Mandarin oriental spa is much better.

I love Valmont and I love this spa. Its cozy, quiet and perfectly appointed for the massage/facial experience. I like the option of online booking, but I prefer to call and make my appointments by phone. The lead front desk receptionist Negin is always professional and polite and is so on point as to remember my preferences, each time I schedule. My most recent visit was for a facial with Hitomi who delivered my highest expectation for a thoroughly rejuvenating Ultimate Facial using the L’Elixir products which are amazing on their own but when applied professionally are exquisite. Prior to my facial, I had a massage with Michaela whom I see regularly as she is adept in aligning my body, and thankfully all of the massage therapists Ive seen at the spa are able support our work, when Michaela is not available. The spa has exceptional accommodations including the high-quality beds, the steam & shower facilities, and the staff, and, above all, the beautiful Valmont products which I refuse to live without. Visit this spa, you will not be disappointed.

The spa experience that I had at the Valmont spa set the standard for all other facials I will have in the future. The spa itself is beautifully located, it’s warm, classic and alluring. The spa staff are kind, welcoming without being too intrusive. My aesthetician Enzie did the most amazing job. She was so kind, patient and thoughtful. You can tell that the aestheticians are well trained and knowledgeable about the process and products. I had the oxilight facial and my skin immediately transformed from dull and patchy to plump and bright. Thank you Valmont and thank you Enzie!!

I love absolutely everything about coming here.The Carlyle itself has an old-world mystique and languor; you can feel its aura from the moment you step into the lobby. The front desk staff at Spa Valmont has always been cheerful and helpful.But the reason that I keep going back to Spa Valmont is the impeccable service and hospitality of my aesthetician, Hitomi. Her facials have been the *only* ones to still have a visible effect on my skin days later, and I have been to a lot of spas. After having a facial done by Hitomi, I spend the next few days doing double-takes when I see my reflection in the corner of my eye—my skin has a noticeable brightness and clarity.In addition to Hitomis great skill with skin, her manner is so gracious, warm, and gentle. I feel deeply soothed and rejuvenated after having been taken care of by Hitomi at Spa Valmont. 💖

She is very detail oriented and will listen to your concerns and will give you the best treatment that’s suited for your skin type. Hitomi has helped me to rejuvenate my skin. Valmont spa is located in the Carlyle hotel and the atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. The front desk staff is helpful and courteous.

Spa Valmont at the Carlyle is my go-to for facials in NYC. I have tried many other spas and my experience with the staff and facilities at Spa Valmont has been incredible consistently. After my first appointment I knew I had found the spot for self care and relaxation.

Ive been going to the Carlyle for a few years.  The service is incredible and Hitomi is the best! She always takes the time to personalize your service and address any concerns. My skin always glows when Im walking out and for weeks after.

Received many massages but after trying them at spa Valmont I know this is my go to place. Everyone is so professional , super experienced and very welcoming. Even the massage oils are luxurious and customized. Highly recommended place.
