One of the best stocked smoke shops in the city. And sorry Sal..(see review below) The staff is the best. Frank who was there on Saturday morning was friendly, and knowledgeable of his wares. He sold me a couple great cigars and started my day off just right with his friendly smile and help.

Frank and crew are best-always helpful and service with a friendly attitude. Every time I go in, I receive excellent service and ONLY buy from this store. Frank even exchanged a bunk cartridge for me- som thing other stores don’t do. Will keep coming here for smoke needs and highly recommend you too!!!

Sean and frank are so friendly. And helpful. They made it super easy to find what I was looking for, and the energy of them was helpful. They even told me they could order me special things. Really going the extra mile. Sad Im leaving NYC!

Went over the weekend to this store for the 1st time and their customer service was great. They explained and set up the product for us since my husband and I are new to vaping. They were very patient with us. This store is over an hour away from us but will definitely go back.

It was overwhelming visiting the store, mag helped me with great products, very knowledgeable person and also the environment was pleasing and friendly.

Stopped by this past Saturday evening, 2/27/01 for. Logic Pro refill after dinner out lower down in the village. I sensed something was wrong with the packaging as soon as I held it. There were no safety seals on it, the liquid capsules inside were too pink compared to the normal logic product, and the box was cheaply made and the logic logo was off-centered. I even said something to the store attendant in regard to the safety seals being on the box. He responded that none of them had it. The product was also expired in 1/2020. They are selling fake products. Who knows what else is counterfeit.

Not happy with the Store Clerk at the time I stopped to pick up some oil for my vapor, He was obviously sick, by the way he was looking and coughing but did not have a face mask on and did not say anything to warn Me. Thank God I didnt get sick. Please be careful when entering this place or any other stores to do some shopping.

The staff lacks knowledge of their products. If you need help before making a purchase, their associates are very unreliable and lack product knowledge. I purchased a vape pen here and was misinformed by the associate regarding the pens connection to the correct charger and cartridge. Now I am stuck with the wrong product because they have the most unethical no return or exchange policy (I just want what I asked for, is that unreasonable?). While I thought the staff was helpful at first, they ended up screwing me over. Why isnt NO STARS an option? Overall two thumbs down, there are many better places to go in this area and in the east village.

Bought 2 bongs there yesterday that were “30-50% off” when they never did any calculations just randomly gave prices, one bongs mouth piece instantly broke cleanly because they glued the mouth piece onto the bong and it was never actually made as one whole piece. Do NOT shop here

The staff is so nice and helpful!! always a friendly face behind the counter and prices are great! i choose to come here over other places closer to me because of the friendly environment and great customer service.

I do have to say that the staff is friendly, but I question the sincerity of everything they say and of their actions...I feel this way mainly because three lies...the first lie was shortly after I ordered a special piece...I was very specific about the size and the shape of this piece...I even presented a picture of the piece that was being ordered...I was told I would receive a call when the piece arrived...I got the call as was stated and I told them I would be there a couple days later...unfortunately I had an accident which prevented my getting there the day I was supposed to but I did let them know...was told that the piece would be waiting for me...i came in a week later and was presented with a piece that I did not order...it was the wrong size and was told the size that I wanted did not exist...since I was late picking it up I decided that I would purchase the piece anyway given it could always be used as a spare...lucky for me I left my credit card in a different wallet because I had to come back the next day...when I arrived the next day the size that does not exist miraculously appeared in the store...the first lie can be considered a mistake...moving on to lie number two...I was told by one of the managers that if I would buy an electronic smoking device from them that I had expressed interest in that he would take $20 off the sticker price...I told him I would be back in a three or four weeks to purchase the unit...he said great and that he would honor his quote...I came in three weeks later and was told if I pay in cash that he would not charge me tax but that was the discount, not $20 off...needless to say I went a couple blocks down the street and bought the unit for $40 less than they were selling it...third lie is on the their website...the statement best price guarantee is a complete lie and to be quite honest leagally they have to meet that statement if they are going to state it...but who really has the time to deal with such deception...I for one will not be going back to a place that has done nothing but lie to me...bad business practices on every possible level

They used to suck but they got some young guys there now that now a little bit more about vaping and if you pick the right product you can get stuff half the price of all the other vape shops. Ex: big size heavenly lube e liquid only 10.99 its 20 or more everywhere else.

Frank is always so helpful and they remember their regular customers and always make it worth while to make this a regular stop. Their selection of various products will definitely be impressive to say the least!

The rudest sales person would not step away from me. I went in to see the vape liquid and the salesman came from behind the counter and stood so close to be I could feel him breathing. I kept telling him to step away and he would apologize but never move away for 3 minutes so I left the store

Ive been going to this shop now for over 12 years - My go to for smokes, vape juice and lottery plays. They have a wide variety of vape items, will offer advice on the choices available if you need some, and they listen to customers experiences as well to add to what they know and can pass along.Located steps from the W. 4th subway (my home stop) and open early morning until late night makes them convenient all around. Also when on my way to work in the morning, so Im tight for time, if the store is busy, they try to be as quick as possible so everyone gets taken care of, which I really appreciate when running for the train! : )

Best smoke shop in the west village by far. The service is second to none, they carry everything, every brand and have it all. Best prices by far super knowledgeable great bunch of guys. Get your killer CBD’s, vape oil or even lotto. Lol.Highly recommend this place to every person looking for a smoke shop. You won’t be disappointed ask for what your looking for. This smoke shop is central to the W.4th stop hustle. Its got all your nyc smoke shop components. Hookahs of all sizes and sorts, flashy lighting, etc. It’s open late and they have a good collection of all your smoking needs. It’s definitely decent in price than places literally around the corner. Everyone is a lot friendlier and helpful. This area is full of smoke shop hacks that rip you off. I would say this is your best bet in trying to get your smoking needs without paying a mind blowing amount .

Very good choice of slim cigarettes like Capri, Virginia super slims plus More (only red, but very rare in the city). People are very polite in this shop.
