QQSmokeshop Is a great and friendly store. I always get great customer service and they explain every thing I need to know. I highly recommend this smoke shop!

I was lied to, to my face when I asked for a product that only contained THC-A. I told them clearly that the other stuff, like Delta 8, gives me an awful panic attack. I got home before I realized I had been mislead. Not five minutes later I was told all sales are final. Awesome, now I know what kind of shop yall are running. I was also treated incredibly rudely for just asking for a return. The employees name was Zac, and its upsetting that this happened at a store I frequent.

Not the biggest or best selection of pipes or water pipes,most bongs are fancy and pricey,other than that they have a lot of rolling papers,lighters,ashtrays, disposable vapes. A better glass selection would be nice,some glass was wrapped in bubble wrap so you cant even tell what it is,things like that you should just get a glass case for so customers can actually see what theyre buying

Compared to another comparable shop in town (Rollin EZ), this place is definitely my preferred option. I have to drive a lot farther to get there, but its worth it to me. The biggest difference is the way they treat their customers. Katy & Zachery are truly good humans.. Theyre always super helpful, friendly, knowledgable & professional to their customers (unlike the obnoxious guy that works at REZ that comes across as condescending, unhelpful & kinda shady.)If youre looking for fair prices, quality products & a staff thats genuinely happy to see you & appreciates your business enough to assist you in making educated decisions with your purchase, definitely check out QQ! I absolutely love this place. They always have a great selection of everything CBD and delta 8 and 9. They also have great water pipes and glass pieces. But most of all, the staff is AMAZING! Aside from the good prices and selection, I always come here specifically for the people that work here. They all have the best attitudes and are ready to answer any questions you may have and/or give a suggestion. 10/10 would recommend

Great customer service and employee was very knowledgeable on products. Went in today because I was desperate for a vape juice. I usually go to FWB for a specific liquid but decided to try a different one since they didn’t have it in stock. Also, was curious about their CBD products but don’t know anything about it. The employee was amazing. He knew a lot about the products and explained everything as well as he could to me and recommended a product. I’ve never been happier with a purchase! So glad I found a good shop close to home. Will definitely be returning.

Update: Going back to my original vape shop, Simply Vapor, since QQ Smoke Shop cant seem to get my flavor in Niceville! Its been 3 weeks now! Highly disappointed! 👎Nice, clean store. Great selection! Employee was very friendly & attentive! Love that there is a new vape shop in Niceville & they carry my FAV juice, Juice Head - Peach Pear! They also carry Nomenom!! Now if it was available in 3mg, you would be my favorite vape store in Niceville & see me on a regular basis!! Hoping we can make that happen?

Best vape shop in the area hands down in terms of service amount of product and prices. Highly recommend for all your smoking and vaping needs.Update as of 4.4.22 bought some fumes with in last few days after about 100 hits they go completely burnt tasting. Called and asked clerk about this and was told the company has gone out of business yet they are still receiving old stock that has been in ware houses or something like that or that there could be fakes out there but that he didnt know. If the company is trash and out of business and you know fakes are being sold or circulated you need to pull said vapes off shelves. Period. End of story. AS ITS DANGEROUS TO CONSUMERS. Said owner would contact us sometime. But probably not going back for a while.
