Don’t bother even asking questions because you will upset the lady that works there for your existence. You feel like you’re annoying them by asking them to help you… who wants that to be your experience?!The lady literally put her hands on her face and shook her head and acted like I was just there to ruin her day. I was going to buy some vape juice, but she was so rude. I put it back and left.No customer service = no sales. As a former manager in retail, this person would be fired yesterday. There should also be a dress code to make up for some professionalism. I’m an “angry feminist” and still didn’t want to see all that.

Went for the first time today and asked for help with a started kit because Im tired of disposables. The guy took time to help me but seemed to take advantage of the little knowledge I had. I was encouraged to buy this plain bulky heavy Twister vape kit and house liquid, spent over 70 dollars and I am so disappointed. A complete waste of my money. The juice is not good at all and this thing has no kind of beginner qualities no mouth piece. I wont be going back and the selection was next to none as far as devices. Terrible experience.

I purchased two vape bars from this business for $50 within a week. The first did not work from the beginning and I was given a replacement 4 days later. The replacement worked for a total of 14 hours then the coil burned out. I drove 35 minutes one way to the shop the next day to see what was going on and if they could help me out. I was told that the shop does not exchange their products after leaving the store. This is different from what I was told originally. When I asked if the employee could ask the manager or shop owner if they could make an exception, I was told Absolutely not. I am very disappointed with how the employee treated me and his unwillingness to help me out after explaining the amount of time gas that I put into coming there 3 different times within a week. I will not be returning to this location and hope no one else has the same experience.

After turning 21 I paid my local Sweet and Southern vape store a visit, prepared to have a hard and awkward time figuring out what the best purchase for me was going to be. But when I walked inside I was met with two beautiful smiling faces, Becky and Crystal (if I remember correctly) who were kind enough to answer all of my questions (and boy did I have quite a few!) they’d made me feel right at home, explaining everything thoroughly, including telling us about the owner of the brand. I’d left that store making 2 new friends, I had no intention of being a regular returning customer but definitely will! Thank you to those girls!

Sweet vape is best deals u get from sweet vape from Panhandle Florida. Plenty handicap parking. And parking in back and see turkey creek and Boggy Bayou connect each other. Employees can sweet your day.

Most of the people are great, with the exception of one person. They move slow and have the personality of a wet rock. Selection is pretty decent. Not much salt nic stuff. More of a CBD/Delta8/Kratom shop than a vape shop.

This place is huge! Lots of variety & the people that work at SSVs are friendly & courteous. Becky happens to be my favorite! Shes always very helpful & saved me when I broke the glass on my tank. So thankful they are so close!

Come in today with an emergency, needing a replacement part, Becky was fast and polite. Been here a few times, always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Large inventory at awesome prices! Definitely will be returning. Thanks for the amazing service Becky.

Best shop in the country staff is super helpful, specifically Bryce, he helped find a more durable alternative to my choice of tanks. Probably about 10 times more helpful than any staff at any other store. Very experienced and should get a promotion but ya know the system just has to keep the man from moving forward.

Shop is well stocked with a wide variety of products. Staff is very polite and helpful if you need it. Love coming here.

Definitely a great place to go! Came in with a lot of stuff to grab but didn’t quite know what I wanted they completely walked through everything with me and I was walking out the door satisfied in under 20 minutes! Sam was definitely a big help, and she was absolutely right about the tank she suggested.

The store is large, clean and has various options. Customer service could be better. I wasn’t offered any help after asking for a specific product instead told to look at their house liquids flavors. The house liquid I got isn’t very good not because of the flavor I chose it just barely has any flavor and has a weird taste to it. I probably won’t return unless I’m in a bind and unable to make it to Fort Walton.

Just rude. Dont act like people are an inconvenience to you. Smh. Ill take my money elsewhere.

I love this store. I had an amazing experience and was blown away by the knowledge of the employees. Becky and Vanessa are exemplary. I have always been in and out of vaping and they helped me decide on something I would stick with for a long time. I plan on always using them for my vape accessories because they make it more personal, not like walking into a vape shop with a bunch of people that expect you to know what you’re talking about. I appreciate all of the help, and it didn’t hurt my wallet too much either. 10/10

The cashier there today was absolutely rude to my friend and I. I understand checking ids but there is a way to go about it and she never checked anyone elses id. Even after stating she had too I usually go out of my to go to Sweet Southern and receive excellent service and everyone is super nice. I dont know if shes having a bad day or what, but her attitude was awful.

These guys know Customer Service and will go out of their way to ensure 100% satisfaction. Employees are top on the latest and greatest vape set-ups. This is by far the best vape shop around! Their kratom is amazing I wouldnt buy it anywhere else! The prices are fantastic and the staff is wonderful! every time I come in Becky and Sam are always got such a smile and such a wonderful attitude and it makes my experience that much better! I would just like to say that Sam is one of the nicest employees I spoke to on the phone and spoke to in person. Had perfect customer service and answered all my questions and has a perfect and charming attitude. I have to also include Marc as a very knowlegble salesman. great attitude and very easy to conversate with and get along with. Easy to approach and we had discussions about vape pens and accessories till I think I learned more in one day than Ive known in a year. please give these two perfect employees the respect and the gratitude they deserve please. Bryce really has helped me out in Sweet Southern Vapes, because I am in the military and stationed in Alaska he has even helped me on the phone and in person when I came into the Niceville store. I have been helped out by two older ladies by the name of Becky and Tracy and both of them had the attitude of not wanting to be at this store and an attitue of where they think they are better than everyone else. Even as a customer Im still offended by this. They tried to talk me into devices that I knew Bryce nor Marc would not approve of because of cost and the functions of the device. Bryce and Marc have extensively went over devices with me everytime I stop in the store and have no problem getting up and helping me out. They seem to work well as a team. With the new gal, I think her name was Samantha.. she knows all of her devices and seems super passionate about her job along with the other two. No matter how far away I am from the store; I know that Sweet Southern Vapes will!be my go to even for online purchases and hopefully more purchases if they expand out West.

Always find just what I need fast and efficiently. Becky and the other employees make every experience in the store and awesome one. The store is always clean and smells great. I go nowhere else for my vaping needs!

My shopping there has beendecent until I bought a vape pen called a resastick. Broke the glass on it a few weeks later than went in to buy a new one. When I did a employee named marc Jones who has recently been fired for reasons unknown told me they didnt have any in stock and sold me one that fits a smok stick. He insured me it would fit. So I put it on and it fits very poorly doesnt seel and leeks constantly. So I went back with the piece of glass still on my pen and showed the owner. Im guessing she is. The older lady big build with long hair and asked to swap for the right piece of glass or just replace it with the right piece of glass. She told me no I would have to buy it. So I said I had to buy a piece that didnt fit and still pay for the piece that does? Than she asked for a receipt and I said its not in your computer? She said has it been past 7 days i said I dont believe so why would it matter. She gave a spill about it not still being in computer after 7 days when I thought computers hold data forever. So after that argument she insisted I have a paper reciept. Take in account I shop here all the time and they all recognize me. I said maybe at home and she said basicly with or without the recipt she was gonna make me pay for her employees mistake. So I said what your saying is your gonna sell me the wrong part and not exchange it but make me also buy the right one? A 5 dollar piece of glass. I wasnt trying to get a 150 vape stick. She was being as rude as you could possibly be. So I will make it a point to tell everyone I know to shop elsewhere there customer service sucks. Her attitude was worse than terrible. Acted like I was pulling a full on plotted scam for a 5 dollar piece of glass. When I still had the wrong one on my pen witch she clearly saw. So dont expect any kind or decent service when you shop here. Terrible customer service and she should be fired for her attitude alone. Go to another vape shop unless you like paying for things multiple times than this is your place. All around worst experience ever.

Very spacious and open layout. but not much variety. I couldnt tell what the nicotine % was or the vg/pg was. So I just picked out the most appealing one.So dissatisfied I had to update. The cotton candy is no where close to cotton candy, leaves a terrible taste. Dumped out my vape, cleaned it, refilled with my other juice and the cotton candy completely nulls the other flavor. Now I need a new coil to get the nasty flavor gone. Never going here again. Maybe you will have better luck.

Pipes,vapes,its a decent place but most things you can find cheaper elsewhere 🤷‍♂️last time I went no decent glass pipes,few water pipes I liked,disposable vapes are overpriced (23$ for an elfbar,can get two for $30 at another store🤷‍♂️) huge store but lot of unused space,how often do I go here? When needed,last resort,lol,maybe 5-6 times a year when I dont feel like going to fort walton beach to hit primos,much better selection and prices on everything there 👍

When I walked in the door I was welcomed by a lovely staff who were both very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they sold. Over all, I had a great experience as well as customer service and walked out with a juice flavor incomparable to any other!

I went in today just for a bottle of juice instead of driving to Crestview to my regular shop. I never post negative reviews but today Im upset. Im giving 2 stars bcuz honestly i think he thought he was trying to help this was a fiasco. The man working was trying to be helpful but not really listening to me. I simply made a comment about how they dont carry my coil and that turned into him tearing my tank apart. Spilling a full tank of juice that he said hed replace- yeah, out of the bottle I just bought. Not cool. He said here let me GIVE you one of these bcuz the glass bottles are a pain. I informed him I already had plastic bottles but he poured my juice in it anyway- then charged me for it... thats not giving. I informed him I was in a hurry but he just kept doing as he pleased. Taking his time, talking over me. Broke my coil and pieced it back together. Now I have to drive to Crestview anyway to get a new coil. He left the juice all over my tank and mod . So Im still cleaning it up. He didnt even ask my name for my points even after I asked him about points for my purchase.I wont be back.

They waited to long to see what was the matter so I came here to sweet southern vape and this guy named marc help me fixed my problem less then 10 min. I was impressed by his work. I sure wish you could go on their website and buy something without creating an account! And I dont understand why this company has to be the exact opposite of every single other vaping business in the country, and what I mean by that is.... no other vaping company list their Ejuice ratios as PG/VG?? And not VG/ PG. If you went on any other e liquid suppliers website where you could get different ratios of VG PG, and ordered a 30/70 or max vg at 20/80 the way Sweet Southern Vapes has it listed on their website and you would get an e liquid that would be so thin that you probably would not be able to vape it due to the throat bite you would get from the overwhelming propylene glycol. So beware they do things exactly the opposite as everybody else and it can really get you in trouble if you make a big online order.

Picked up a couple things on Saturday 3/17. Got home and found that 1 of the cartridges I purchased was broken went back today for refund and they refused. Apparently if you buy something there and it doesn’t work your stuck with it.

My favorite place to get vape merchandise and glass products. Theyve always got replacement glass for broken vapes, as my boyfriend keeps breaking his and has to constantly replace it. Staff is amazeballs as well!

This is a smoke/head shop with a large selection of vaping gear and juices. Like most B&Ms the juices are very sugary. Check the discount selection, sometimes they have great deals.

Many many vape juices to choose from. Thats what I liked about this particular store. They can also mix together any combination of flavors right there in the store with you.
