I got a vape from here and it was defective and the oil was coming out of the hole in the bottom and threw the tip. I called and they were no help because it had been more then 2 days......I contacted the company and they are replacing my purchase after absolutely no help from the store and employees. Couldnt even give me advice on how to possibly fix it. And all that after the guy that helped us offered us to try the vape out of his pocket......ummm no thanks. Wont be back

This is the worst place to buy, they sell you damaged products and do not give refunds, I will never buy here again, they steal your money 🤮, go to the original product page and the price is lower, for me it is the worst thing about Norfolk, no Buy damaged products here and the manager with pimples on your face has a bad attitude, she is a blonde woman.

Had gotten a vape and didn’t even leave the parking lot and the vape didn’t work and the light didn’t turn on when I tried to charge it. Looked at the expiration date and it was a week away from expiration and they told me there was nothing they could do about it because I had left the store but they never asked for me to try it in store LIKE IF THERE NOTHING YOU CAN DO AFTER PEOPLE LEAVE THE STORE AT LEAST TELL THEM TO TRY IT BEFORE THEY LEAVE.

The staff here is friendly, courteous , professional and knowledgeable. They know most of their customers by name, and are pulling the customer’s brand of cigars off the shelf before they even get to the counter. The store is always clean and organized.

Super surprised to see positive reviews here. Everyone I know who smokes in Norfolk has had a similar experience as I did -- being that the staff here are ridiculously rude and even mean. The girl laughed at my outfit and made fun of me. Then my friend said that same girl was unfriendly and made a gatekeeping, snarky remark about whatever term he used for a vape. Today, I went to chasing clouds in town -- who were SUPER helpful and kind -- and I heard from them the same thing that multiple people were talking about how rude this shop is.

Wouldn’t buy a vape from there unless u open it and try it in the store. I understand it’s policy for them not to take them back after opened but I spent 20$ for 2 vapes that both didn’t work and spit up juice when u tried to hit it. The salesman never mentioned anything about there rules of the store and never asked me to hit them in the store. It wasn’t his fault and it was the vape companies but it cost me 20$ for a mouth full of juice.

Really kind staff who know a great deal about their products. Theyre always down to answer any of your questions about products and gadgets. They dont try to upsell you on things you dont need as well which was very refreshing.

10/10 best shop around amazing customer service and its a very inviting staff they make u feel like family
