Ive come here twice in the past month and had an amazing experience. The place has been renovated, it’s quiet, and very clean. Everyone is very nice, and the prices are reasonable for the area. I appreciate that you can also book services online. Lastly, Michelle was a delight. She complimented the health of my nails and did a FANTASTIC JOB. I will be back whenever I’m visiting Norfolk.

I am still in search of a good nail Solon in Norfolk if anyone knows please recommend. This place was yet another bad experience. The color was applied with a rush that color dripped over the corners and the nail polish is not smooth over the edges. The nail polish was not given an adequate time to dry. I came home and had to re-do everything myself. I do not recommend. I truly wanted to like this place but I am extremely disappointed:(

Beautiful salon! Great service and price. I’ve been going here for 4 years now and they never disappoints me. Sometimes I couldn’t get my nails done, they grow out for like a month but the gel would still be intact. Absolutely high skilled!They also do waxing. I got my bikini and eyebrows done also. Again, they do the perfect job!Definitely recommend!

100% the best!!! Highest quality!! Out of this world service!! My daughter got her nails done for her senior prom and I got some cute, springy Dip nails. The tech was showed a picture and she took it to another level! My daughter was beyond ecstatic! They are more than she thought they’d be and is just in love with her nails❤️ The compliments keep coming in, (for both of our nails). The salon got extremely busy yet all the staff went beyond to accommodate everyone coming in and put customer service first. If you have to wait a little, just do it. It’ll be worth it and you will not be disappointed!!!

The staff is super friendly. I got a new set and pedicure. My tech, Jessine was knowledgeable and did a great job. Unfortunately, for Jessine a great artist I wanted a sheer color.

My experience this time was horrible.I asked for an acrylic toe overlay and the woman did not want to do it or assumed I did not want to pay for it however I am very displeased . My pedicure was 45 dollars for her to dip my feet in water she did not even file my foot for longer than 5 seconds something could have done at home . Very unprofessional.I am not a haggler and I do believe in paying for services however you actually have to provide a good service to deserve to be paid .Also the lady rushed through my nails despite me consistently asking why she wasn’t doing what I asked for I showed her a picture and my nails look the opposite this is not worth 70$ let alone 130 plus tip

Came into get my acrylics removed.FIRST OFF, she didn’t wash her hands not did she ask me to wash mine…and that itself should’ve had me walking out because its disgusting.The girl who started on my removal Attempted to PRY off my acrylics. initial I didn’t realize what she was doing …until she ripped off my pinky nail and my natural nail layers were already damaged and gone. I then asked her to stop and to soak them off because that is how removal SHOULD go.The removal was messy and lengthier than normal.It wasn’t very hygienic and then they immediately started pressing me on what i was going to pay for after the removal.I agreed to try dip powder, and the nails I received are:❌ Different lengths❌ crooked❌ Cuticles are trash❌ Aren’t even the color I initially picked out. The finished product was nothing like the nail demo I originally picked. I chose #15 and it the color is just WRONG.The girl had another coworker laughing and talking while standing right beside her and showing her things on her phone the entire time I was getting my removal and since a language barrier was present it was simply just uncomfortable and felt like I wasn’t even being attended to although getting your nails done is apparently a form of “pampering”.Im not hating on the girls there, both were young and sweet but they were not professionals whatsoever and there was very little customer service to even comment on. Plus my nails were just completed at half the effort.I also was told otp that a removal would be $15. I go in and got charged $5 per hand for the removal (which is what they charge on the receipt). In total I paid $55 for these nails and left unsatisfied with the entirety of my experience :( . I’m asian myself, I do my own nails usually but this place just disappointed the hell out of me.Im 23, the most chill girl ever who will smile at everyone and always tip, but this experience completely didn’t deserve any of that from me.

Wife and two daughters are regulars, and today I got a pedicure. We are all unanimous in our assessment that pricing is in line, and the work is talented. Pedi chairs are great, and the place is calming and clean. The picture is of my daughters manicure ❤️

I LOVE this salon!! It’s so clean and organized! Mitchell does beautiful natural looking nails. She did a pink overlay on my nails. They still look amazing 5 days later!! Ann did an amazing pedicure! I will for sure be going here every 3 weeks now that there is new management!

The owner was so kind to my 7 year old daughter and me. She made my nails look the best they ever have and was super gentle on my daughters nails. Delightful experience and will absolutely be back!

I have been going to Michelle for years. I follow her to the new shop when she changed.She did my nails when I was active duty. Once I got out of the military, I show her pictures what design and color I want, she will get it done.

I found this nail salon via a Google search a month ago. I was happy they accepted walk-ins. Eva did my spa pedicure and gave me the most amazing leg massage. Jennie did my nails, and introduced me to the “v-shaped” French manicure. I’m so happy with the quality of service. They are reasonably priced for the expertise they provide.

This is my first time here and the location is great for me. There’s plenty of salons around this area but it’s worth going here. Tammy, did my short stiletto nails and she did a fantastic job. She was quick and detailed. She said she’s been doing it for 25 years and it definitely shows. It was slow getting a pedicure but I had no problems sitting and relaxing in the massage chair.

Let me begin by saying. I am very (extremely) particular about my nails. New to VA. I have been looking for a nail salon where I could get both my nails and toes done. I have found it. Michelle, Didi, we are in a whole relationship now . I will definitely be back. I will be bringing the girls, too. Look at the quality and perfection of my nails . This place is clean. They use autoclave to sterilize the instruments. The ambiance is a beautiful calm. While I was there , I met a client of theirs who had been with them since the beginning. My pedicure was amazing. The massage chairs there have many options. This was the first of what I plan on being many future 10 star experiences with these ladies. As I was sitting, I saw the quality of many of the other nail technicians. They all seem skilled. You bring a picture of what you want they can do anything. I am so very happy!! Again LLOOKKK AT MY NAILS!!

My sister in law and I had appointments booked together. This was told to them when we walked in. I got taken back, but she didn’t. They made my sister wait. So why book appointments together, if one of us is going to wait 45 minutes, to get put on a DIFFERENT station, and then have walk ins get taken in before her because they “forgot” about her. It also took almost 30 minutes for her to even get paid attention to when I came for the pedicure.Secondly, our nails got done, we both got full sets of acrylics and she was cut so many times. Once or even twice is pretty normal but like 4-5 times on one hand is crazy. On top of the cuts on her hands, her finger AND my finger got infected.Lastly, the price on the website was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than what we were charged. Website said nails start at $45 we were charged significantly more. Needless to say we were absolutely not impressed. Technicians weren’t too professional and the prices were not worth the infections and awful service.

I’ve lived in the area for 21years. I have been going to Forever Nails and Spa for almost 11 years. Michelle is the best! She makes my nails look gorgeous every time! Highly recommend. Best in area by far and very good prices!

We love this place! I went with my boyfriend and he got a spa pedicure and really got rid of his dead skin and gave him such a nice massage. I got gel nails with powder. The employees are so nice and take there time on their work. They also helped me pick out a polish for my event. Love them!

Very lovely place! Really gave the peaceful and serene vibes that were needed. I got my nails and a pedicure and couldnt be happier with the results 😌. They accepted cash but they also have an ATM that has a service fee. But as a first time customer Ill say that my experience was great!

I had a good experience here. I called ahead and was seen as soon as I got in. The salon is clean with a chic, elegant feel. My nails came out amazing. My technician was extremely detail oriented and made sure there were no sharp edges on my tips. I hate that. I only got the basic pedicure as well, but a lady next to me got the Dead Sea Deluxe option, and she loved how pampering it was. I will be returning here.

Forever Nail and Spa was a wonderful experience. I got my eyebrows waxed and a deluxe pedicure. The deluxe pedicure took about 45 mins and felt heavenly with multiple scrubs/lotions, a hot stone massage, and a massage chair. Tina was the person who waxed and did my nails and she did a great job on both. The atmosphere is very relaxed with low music in the background. Only thing that could be frustrating is that most of the staff speak another language and are semifluent in English. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely love Michelle! She does amazing nails and the best Brazilian waxing. Shes very attentive to her work with great customers service. Truly, just the best with a heart of gold.

Bomb job on my nails . Did a fill in today she even did my cuticles which i never got down while getting my nails done . Overall i love it

I was greeted promptly and helped right away for my appointment. They easily accommodated my request to add a pedi even though I only booked a mani but I’m sure this depends on how busy they are. The salon was beautiful with the nicest chairs I have ever seen and very clean. Holly did my toes and nails and was great. I had dip powder and she did a perfect job and accommodated my request to paint on some stars. Definitely returning.

Wonderful!! They carefully soaked off my old set, were patient when I wasnt sure what I wanted and they were incredibly busy and book, then delivered and then some!! Im in love with my nails and the service was excellent.Update: Michelle does amazing nail art. Im very much a pinterest customer and she executes the photos I show her very well. Also this shop has a pretty wide color selection compared to others in the area.

Tammy did a phenomenal job on my graduation nails. I had a very bad experience at a prior appointment with another nail place and she ate my nails up at this salon. This was my first time at the salon and I will definitely be coming back and having Tammy do my nails again.

Michelle was amazing! I went in for a pink and white ombre fill and I couldnt be more happy with the results. She had to fix quite a few issues that happened from another nail salon but she corrected them fast and beautifully. I will absolutely be returning for Michelle to work on my nails from now on.

Im visting VA for Mothers Day weekend from North Carolina. I looked up the reviews and they were all in line with the quality of services I wanted to utilize. My daughter and I received pedicures it was just okay. I walk and work 16 hours a day so I ha e some wear and tear on my feet, so I was really looking forward to having space under and on the side of my foot filed down and smooth out. My toes however pretty in pink still hurt when I put on my shoe. The spots had not been filed down as expected thats my first complaint. My next complaint is I drove from Portsmouth to Norfolk to have a mother-daughter day (Mothers Day weekend) She wanted a facial and I wanted a much need massage, but neither person was available. I didnt need to drive across town, detour traffic for an 80.00 toe nail polish.

This place is very clean, but I dont like that they push gel so much. No gel means no gel. I also feel like they rush to get through clients, as is evident by the poor paint job I got for my manicure. My nail tech was standing up to finish my top coat in a hurry to get to the next client, and quite frankly, I dont feel like this manicure was worth $30. This was the second time I received service here, and the first time wasnt any better, so if youre looking for a simple mani/pedi, this might not be the place for you.

I had an appointment with 10 people for a bridal party and they handled it so well. I knew it was a lot which would cause a backup for those with walk-ins but they were able to accommodate everyone. Everyone was so polite and just seemed to want to do a good job. Patience and kindness go a long way and it didn’t go unnoticed by me. They were fantastic. I got a dip powder with french tips as well as a classic pedicure. I highly recommend for anyone in the Norfolk area.

This salon consistently does my french polish perfectly..whether no chip or dip. Very personable and professional.

I came in for a fill on my manicure and a new pedicure. The male that did my nails used a foot “cheese” grater from the trash can on my foot and was not sanitary. I tried to talk with the owner about fixing the situation and she made me wait even though I was already there for two hours. The male told me to go back to my old salon. I told the manager that and she apologized and I said well how can you fix this because you can change the fact that he used something from the trash on my feet and she accused me of not wanting to pay and grabbed my helmet and blocked me from moving even though I was going to pay, I just wanted her to give me a discount for the messed up experience. She called the police accusing me of not paying when I have a receipt. This place is unsanitary and the people are extremely rude. My motorcycle helmet also got broke when they took it from me. Also my pedicure is uneven and so is my manicure

This place is beautiful, everyone is so nice, and this is the best nail experience Ive ever had! I am in love with my nails and I will come here next time Im here!!Ive added a photo of my nails two weeks after getting them. Im rough with my nails and usually have issues with nails breaking but I have yet to break one and they are still super shiny!!

I had an amazing experience at Forever nails&spa, the technician that did my nails did such a wonderful job. The place is very clean and quite elegant and everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend and definitely will be going again

I love this place. They do everything. Waxes, manicures, pedicures, massages, lashes and they dont have long waits. Michelle does mine and I lover her like family. You wont be disappointed.

Update: I was contacted by Michele who offered to fix my nails., which I very much appreciated. Im pretty sure the tech that did these no longer works there, Michele did a great job my nails looked clean and new. I would recommend if anyone goes here to use Michele, or ask for friends for other tech recommendatios.I was recommended this place by a coworker whose nails always look nice. I’m very disappointed. I got my nails done Monday night it is Wednesday morning and nails are breaking already.These are my nails only two days later. They are thick and They look weeks old. It looks like I need a fill in already. I paid $75 for a fill in a three repairs, this is most expensive fill in I have ever gotten, but the worse set of nails I have ever seen. The nail tech was sweet but was not listening to what I wanted. She left fingernail polish all over my nails and the top coat all over my finger. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The quality is too poor for the price.

This is my second time visiting and both times they are fast, friendly, and efficient. I don’t do much fancy artistry or shapes and don’t even usually have a color I want perfectly pinned down but they guide me and both times I’ve loved it.

I do not want any of my friends and family coming here! I’ve been coming here for about 3 yrs now! The most I’ve ever paid way $35 and tip however this last 2 times coming….when it’s time to pay (mind you my nails are really short bc I cut hair) Spring and this other lady in there over charged me!!! $50 for a cut down that I never asked for and she always did that in the pass (was $10) she claim the rest was $40 or something I was so confused! Then I got a regular pedicure which in the pass was $20 or $25 but left spending $60 which didn’t make sense the most it should have been was $30 nothing was done oh so different! Will not be back!! I should have known the prices up front, period.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I always get great service at this salon, all of the techs are equally as skilled as the other which is nice to know I’ll always get a good pedicure or great nails. I’m more of the quiet type when it comes to salons and I appreciate that they don’t try to pry and give me my privacy with the occasional chit chat here and there. The salon itself is very nice and modern, always clean and organized and the prices for services are pretty average as far as nail salons go. I’ll keep coming here as long as I live in Virginia since their location is close to home and work.

Ive been giving these folks a chance for 10 years thru business name change and the people who work there. Today was the last straw. Out of being desperate, I wanted a new set, the lady was rough and for the price I paid I feel like she added acrylic to the tips to make them longer than what I asked for. It was too thick, had bubbles and I kept having to tell the nail tech more than once that I didnt want pink acrylic or her suggested nail choice. I also didnt care for how rough she handled taking the old set off. I felt like she hated me or something. Either way, go if you want a hit or miss service. Youve been warned.

Michelle was fantastic, was super quick and did a great job on the design I wanted for my nails.

I made an appointment at 4, and got seen at 4:45. The staff was friendly, but the young gentleman who did my nails made my cuticles bleed on multiple occasions. Despite the pain, the end result turned out pretty nice.He didnt wear a mask the whole time.

So clean okay priced a lil but more then other places but they do a nice scrub, massage and hot towel with their regular pedicures which other places don’t I also love that they have a large collection of dips and gel neutrals greys colours I don’t find anywhere else… my only thing DONT do them with this tall guy that works there he was very rough made me bleed on multiple fingers when removing cuticles he is also a smoker and smells I don’t know how he works there his skills are below average everyone else there seems great he is terrible! I have been coming here for two years my friend has also and she has gotten the same thing he hurt two her fingers I understand accidents happen but it seems like he just is too rough

I usually come here to get my nails and Brazilian wax done. Michelle is the best at waxing because she is so fast and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Everyone here provide great customer service and are great at doing nails. Definitely my go to place!

Went back (again) to treat myself for my birthday! I decided to get a manicure and pedicure. I was so relaxed, I almost went to sleep, which is embarrassing, but its okay. I had an amazing time. Thank you! 💙💙

I have come in 3 times and each time the nail tech is fine but the woman that checks me out charges additional fees that the nail tech does not tell me about even when I ask. A few weeks ago I came in and got my nails cut and was charged. Then today I come in and they charge me extra for my nails being too long. How are my nails too long when I just got them cut?? My nails are medium short. This is the first time I was charged for length and this is the shortest my nails have been. Today even though I was not pleased with my nail design, I didnt make a fuss, I just accepted it because the nail tech said since she didnt want to go off of a photo of my nail design she would only charge $10 extra. But at check out the woman charged $15 plus $5 for length. I was disappointed in the customer service I have received every single time I check out with her. She is rude and combative. I cannot see myself or any of my friends ever coming back to this establishment.

This is definitely a place to go for all the girls. Very calm, relaxed place, love the massage chairs while getting your feet done . The staffs are so adorable such sweethearts. Ladies you missing out Im telling yall. This is the spot 💯💕

I really loved having my nails done 💅 Me and my friend went in today to get full sets, and it took less than 1 hour for both of us. The lady who did my nails was very quiet, and that made me feel very relaxed the entire time. The environment is nice and clean, and the pricing is affordable! I can’t wait to come back again.

Similar to some of these other reviews, the prices were different than I was expecting/told at the beginning. I got gel nails and some already chipped (2 days later). I got a gel French manicure and the lines could be better. They started cutting and shaping my nails without asking how short or what shape I wanted. They also only accept cash tips.

I got my acrylic nail set filed to be shorter and then a French pedicure. That cost $52 because they charge $40 for basic package, $7 for French pedicure and then $5 for the filing.During my pedicure, it felt like they were always gossiping about me and my sister. They made fun of one of pinky toe nails because of how tiny they are. They kept pushing me to get gel nails and for a more expensive option. When I paid, I was made to feel bad again when ladies pushed for $10 for the filing even though they had told me $5 earlier.At the end, the French pedicure looked fine and my nails were filed but I wouldn’t come back again because the staff came across very pushy and operated with little patience.My sister got a pedicure and had a lot of trouble communicating with her technician. She was rude with my sister. My sister was not happy with the end result.Doing your nails should be a positive experience, not one where you feel on edge or pushed around.I’ve had a much more positive experience with the Nail Technology Center so I would recommend that place over this one.

They hurt me. They filed my toe nails FOUR TIMES! Im surprised I have any nail left on all my toes. I always clip my toe nails to the preferred length before I get a pedicure, so minimal filing needs to be done. I just got a pedicure earlier today with a #2 treatment. The gentleman who provided the treatment was lovely. However, he filed my toe nails twice. The lady who came behind him to apply color filed them TWO MORE TIMES! She filed them so low that I had to tell her that she was hurting me. To make matters worse, my toes dont look professionally done. She wouldnt paint the corner of my toe nails where the nail meets the skin even after I asked her to. I paid $70 FOR PAIN and poor color! I DO NOT recommend this place to any female. My toes actually hurt rn, bro! Sure, come here for a foot treatment and ONLY a treatment! Nothing else! I rarely get pedicures, so when I do, I expect pretty and painless. Experiences like this make it difficult for me to trust people with my feet. I only gave two stars because at least I have a little bit of toe nails left. I WONT be back.

One of the few places I found open on Sunday. Traveled to Virginia for a wedding and stopped here as a walk-in. Michelle did an amazing job with my ombré dip nails.

I live in Newport Newport News, but I was in Norfolk today and needed a manicure with dip powder and a pedicure. I looked online and this shop had some of the best reviews so I decided this is where I would go. I walked in with a techs name in mind but when I saw there was a wait I decided to take who I got! I’m so glad that I did! The techs name is Anna and she was fast and efficient! I have never gone in my normal shop and just got a mani with dip powder and got out as fast as I got all the services here!!! I was so n and out in less than 2 hours including 15-20 min wait!!!This is a trip I’m willing to take every 2 weeks!!Thanks Anna for your excellent customer service!!

Lovely ladies and service. Nancy did an excellent job on my mani and pedi. My sister got a pedicure from Moon and my other sister got a full set with nail art that was exactly what she asked for. Completely happy with everything, and we booked same day.

This place sucks! I had gel on my toes & specifically said I did NOT want gel again..only regular polish & the lady gave me gel anyway (after being on my phone not paying attention) saying “it’s just $15” and the polish I picked out was from the non gel book!!! and then I wanted a pink ombré look for my acrylic nails and they said they couldn’t do it & then said with the acrylic they used on my nails I would HAVE to get gel polish…. This place is beautiful on the inside but sucks with customer service and services itself. DO NOT GO!!! They also charge for taking gel off.

The environment is really nice, calm and peaceful. I enjoy being in there. I especially enjoy Tee because she keeps me up to date with the latest nail styles. Shes very professional and kind. Will be going back for my next set

Very clean and staff is nice.But I got dip on my nails and they started cracking not even a week later. Went back and they fixed it no problem, but they continued to crack, lift, and break off. Completely destroyed my nails. I’ve been getting dip for years and never had this problem

I was satisfied with my nails until the polish went on. It was untidy and too thick of an application. In 2 days they started to peel off. Gel polish was supposed to stay longer than 2 days. I went back and they fixed it willingly but 3 days later they started peeling again. Sadly I won’t be going back. I won’t discourage anyone from going because maybe you might have a different experience .

Came here for a pedicure and made an appointment for 12:30. I had other things to do this afternoon so I set some time aside for a pedicure. I waited over 40 minutes to be seen. By time the woman was coming to start I was putting my shoes back on to leave. No apology, no time estimate, while I waited, nothing. The work they do is good but the customer service and time management needs improvement. What is the point in setting an appointment if I still have to wait nearly an hour? Be more considerate of your paying customers’ time.

I went back recently for the first time since the pandemic, and it is completely new! Everything is clean and shiny, its great!Theyve always done a great job on my nails, my cuticles are always a mess and they never break the skin or cause peeling.That last time I was there, there was a misunderstanding about a gift card - I had a minor panic - but the owner, Tammy, took care of everything the same day. I am very grateful!Im excited to be a regular again!

It’s really nice on the inside, however, the quality of the paint job on my mani and pedi was HORRIBLE. I could have done a better job at home, especially for the price I paid. Won’t be returning.

Thank goodness this salon is not really in my immediate area so I have no reason to ever go back here. This was truly a subpar experience. I came in with the remnants of a gel Pedi, asking for another gel Pedi. First problem right away, the soaking water was cold. Not lukewarm but legit cold. After asking about it several times she finally added just enough hot water to take the chill away but it was still unpleasant. I thought maybe it was just my ladys mistake, but then two women came in after me and I watched them have the same experience, having to ask multiple times for warm water. The Pedi was okay but the sugar scrub was super brief, as was the lotion massage. She also kept hitting my nail on the curing lamp, and Id try to adjust my foot to where I could see it wouldnt hit, shed pull it back into the same position again. This means that at the end she had to spend additional time trying to smooth and reapply more gel topping. The final kicker is when I went to pay and saw they charged $5 to remove the remnants of my last Pedi! Maybe Im spoiled by my usual salon who doesnt charge if youre removing gel and getting new gel, but besides that, i had already chipped away most of the polish and only had remnants on my big toes and pinkie toes. Ill definitely never return here!

Oh my gosh please don’t go here. The lady ripped 5 of my cuticles and instead of cleaning the blood off, she painted over the blood, I don’t want to know how many people’s blood were all over the tools and polish if that’s how they operate. Also how does a salon send your nails out looking worse than when you came in?

The ladies here were great, my nails and toes turned out great. the only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because they seemed a little rushed which I can understand when you have a lot of customers.

I went to get a pedicure on Saturday. I got gel. By the time Monday came the nail polish on my left were peeling. I called Monday afternoon and they said all I would have to do is come in and they will fix it. I come in Tuesday afternoon and the lady asks who did my feet. They all wear masks so I couldn’t remember the lady’s exact face. I just know she was older. So I pointed to one of the techs and said I think it could’ve been her but i don’t know. I stressed that I wasn’t 100% sure. They found the receipt and it wasn’t her. The lady got upset and said something in her language. And I said sorry I told her I wasn’t 100% sure. They fixed the nail polish but the whole time there they all had an attitude as if I was in the wrong to come back and get my nail polished fixed. The lady who redid my toes was so rough and the shape was off (it was square but she rounded out the shape for some reason) and she made the French line crooked.

I absolutely love this nail salon. The employees here are so kind and always do an amazing job! I usually always get a full set done and the workers here never fail to do my nails perfectly every time. Ever since I moved to Ghent, my mom and I love coming here to spend time together when we are free!!

I’ve given this place a try a few times when in a bind because my regular place was booked and after my experience yesterday, I never will again no matter what! The guy that was doing my pedicure was lazy and moving way too fast and did a horrible and dishonest job! He was applying top coat while my polish was still wet, faking like he was plucking my cuticles as if i wasn’t watching him. Then when I complained about my polished being smugged as he asked me to walk over to the manicure table he tries to blame me for it! When I ask him to correct it he applies even more polish and just clumps it on top. I immediately asked him to just stop and asked for someone else to help me. There was no way I was going to allow him to do my manicure! All the other ladies in the shop know he’s a problem but for some reason he’s still allowed to work there. No one there does really good work anyway. I’ve seen students do better work. They all do rush jobs just for the money and over charge for mediocre work. I’d rather have mangled and busted nails before returning here and wasting my money ever again.

I always have an amazing experience at this salon but the last time i went I felt rushed and felt as if my nails weren’t done to their potential. One hand is shorter than the other. When I feel as if my nails aren’t done right I want to speak up but I felt as if my nail technician was rushing. Also i got all solid nails with one small heart on it and it was 80 dollars. Absurd.

Due to an accident I am unable to do my own pedicure and after my wonderful experience here today I may never again!The salon was pristine and the staff not only friendly but excellent! As a bit of humor, my tech was also named Holly! I highly recommend Forever Nail & Spa and will definitely become a steady customer 👌

Went with two other friends, one male and one female, as walk-ins on a Sunday. All of us were looking to get pedicures. The staff was happy to serve us even though they had back-to-back appointments.We were all in chairs within 15 minutes of our arrival. We each ordered a mid-level package pedicure and were very pleased with the results.They accept card for payment of services, but require all tips in cash. No fee ATM available on site.

I requested a service that I did not receive, lotion wasn’t used, barely a massage included in the pedicure. The technician was yelling and rude and assumed I wanted a service I did not ask for vice what I requested in my appointment. I frequented this location years ago when I lived in the area, this was highly disappointing and not relaxing. The technician asked me what color I wanted for my feet and then picked up whatever version of red she wanted. While the color turned out fine - this was not a great experience whatsoever. I will not be returning. Also, I was greeted with “sign in on the pad”, not escorted or spoken to nicely. All in all, this was not worth any of the money spent. I would give it 0 stars if I could

The only place I get my Brazilian wax done. Fast clean and cheap. Michelle Is the best by far. Also the best place to get the best nail shape and design.

They always do a great job and take their time on my nails which I appreciate. The price is a bit higher than other salons but you get what you pay for!

I left leaving with nothing but love for my nails. Michelle was a great tech and constantly asked if I was content with my shape and color. The only comment I have is about their time management. I know they have to get as many clients as possible to make money but I wish they didn’t schedule appointments so close together, it makes them rush on service. If I’m paying $70 I hope to see a little more attention to detail on them. I will be going back, because despite the time concern, my nails look beautiful!

Nice and clean , it used to be more cheaper but I believe they up their prices since the renovation. The front desk lady i don’t know her name but she is not so nice . she doesn’t have good customer service . Other than that this place is really good , they always take you in the lady’s that do nails super nice and they do really good and make sure to always ask you if it’s good .

I am new to this area and wanted to find a home for my nails. I am usually simple and easy to please. I usually want something simple since I type a lot and see a lot of clients in person. First visit to this shop was okay. I didnt wait long even though I had an appointment and didnt get the person I requested. I did just randomly request anyone. The tech that actually took me was a lady name Vanna. She was nice for the most part of my service. I did feel as though she was rushing my nail appointment. When I came in I had a square shape set and want to change it to almond shape. My first issue was she was going so fast with the drill that she cut me three times. Second issue was after she cut me with the drill she proceed to try to cover the open wound with nail glue. That had to be illegal. Actually putting a chemical on an open bleeding wound. Last issue was after leaving the salon I noticed how all of my nails was not shape either the same or some were sides were straighter and the other was curvy. I am usually not a complainer but it was pretty bad.I will try this nail salon again but with another tech instead hopefully I dont get another person that rush my nails.

I used to frequent this salon when I lived in the Norfolk area. Michelle was my usual tech and is honestly the best. I moved last year and began going to a place closer to home. Recently I decided to come back. I made an appointment with Michelle for last Saturday. When I got there, during my pedicure I was told by the tech that Michelle will not be able to do my nails. No explanation why, just that she won’t be doing my nails. I was super disappointed but decided to give the other tech a try. Huge mistake. The nails were thick, bumpy, crooked, and not the shape I asked for. I continually asked the tech to reshape them to no avail. She simply did not understand or was not able to do what I wanted. I ended up going elsewhere that same day to get them corrected. So long story short, that door is closed now. I won’t be going back. Let’s face facts, they are expensive but used to be well worth it. Not anymore. The quality of service has gone downhill and not honoring your appointment without reason is very unprofessional.

I got my toes done here. I was not happy with the way they came out (polish on my cuticles and spots not painted). The manager and the staff redid them and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I really appreciated it. They care about their customers a lot. The manager is very attentive and a very lovely woman.

Incredibly disappointed, I went in for a wax to paper myself. I had never been before, but their prices online seemed reasonable and they had great reviews so I made an appointment. When I got there I was taken to a room right away (marvelous), but during the waxing the technician only used one stick for wax distribution (based on the other places I have gone, his is a no no for infection concerns). The technician left the wax papers on the tables and when I had to change position the used strips would get stuck to my skin and stuck to the flimsy paper they lay across the table. I would like to say you get what you pay for, but when I went to pay their prices were significantly higher than what they advertise on their website. Not only that, the technician insisted that I use the ATM to get cash to pay (they have signs up saying they accept cards and no mention of needing cash at the front door or on their site). Only after trying to use the ATM and finding it to be broken did she accept a visa for the transaction.

So my very first time getting my nails done and I was extremely spectacle because I didn’t know how good they did. They all were very friendly and I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. The lady did my nails and feet and I left around 8. She was very gentle and professional with my nails.There’s literally no extra paint on the skin or acrylic still left behind the nail. I recommend anyone in the 757 to go here you won’t regret it!!!!

I travel a lot for work and needless to say Ive tried many nail salons during my work trips. I gave Forever Nail Spa a try due to a recommendation from a colleague. I was a walk in client looking for an acrylic fill and they promptly accepted me in-- which is very much appreciated. However, I was assigned to a nail tech that seems like she doesnt even care about her job. She was rough with my manicure and she complained a lot and was not friendly (please keep in mind, I do speak Vietnamese so there were no language barriers). I had asked for 3d flowers and she told me Im too lazy to do it. What kind of service is that? Maam Im literally paying you and this is your excuse? I chose a light blue color that another customer chose as well, but my nail tech decided to ask me if I wanted to change colors last minute. She then followed up with if you want nail designs then book with that lady over there next time and your manicure looks ok, I couldve done better but I have an appointment now so I dont have time. Clearly, professionalism is not their top priority. After seeing how they responded to another clients negative review on google; I will definitely not be coming back nor will I recommend this place. The salon is clean and stylish, but the nail techs and customer service are not worth it.

I have only had an amazing experience at this salon. I have tried many other salons and the consistency always fell short. Michelle is a pro! Even at their busiest times in the salon she makes sure you leave feeling beautifully satisfied with your service. She does NOT rush her work and goes above and beyond when asked to match a color or design.

I have been going to Forever Spa since shortly after they opened for business. This is a great place! The staff is professional and friendly. The establishment is clean, priced fairly, and they also provides an individualized spa experience for the services being provided. They take their time with each client and I love that! Forever spa is kid friendly too, I take my daughter with me sometimes. They also provide amazing waxing services. Will not go anywhere else!!

Ive been coming here for pedicures for a while and have loved what i get for the price, especially compared top some of the expensive salons nearby. I decided to try or their waxing services a few months ago and was very pleased with the service and price as well as the cleanliness and efficiency the technician. HOWEVER, i came for my second wax today and when she was almost through realized the tech was double-dipping the stick. This is a huge sanitary concern! I thought maybe it was a single use pot of wax but it appeared that it was not, as it wad not removed from the warmer after she finished. I would be concerned about the overall cleanliness of their equipment and professionalism of the staff after this experience and will not get another wax here.

Ive been here before and have had a great mani/pedi but the last two times Ive been its been horrible. Yesterday I received a pedicure where she did not clean up my cuticles at all. The entire pedi lasted 15 minutes and not a lot if attention to detail. The manicure was worse. I was rushed picking a color. She barely cleaned up my cuticles and I had to ask her to clean under my nails and clean up some obviously dry cuticle skin. The total cost was $90 which is WAY MORE than other establishments charge for gel mani/pedicures. I shouldnt have to ask the technician to do obvious parts of their job especially at those prices. They display Visa signs everywhere but give attitude when you want to pay with a card and insist you pull out cash from their ATM. This place is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and look for a place that gives the time, effort and attention to their craft.

Ask 5 times for liquid gel fill and they gave me gel powder but it was 100 percent acrylic, which i specifically told them i did NOT want. Their website prices as well as their pamphlets in the salon do not have the correct prices. Cut my toes while doing cuticles and polish left all over my skin on my feet. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

They messed up my big toe and they also only take cash tip so if you want to tip you have to use the atm and for whatever reason it wasn’t working and when I was leaving to go get cash from my car the lady stopped me and grabbed me and kinda pushed me towards the atm. Dont go to this place, owner is scamming people. Let me start from the beginning..I had been going here for a few months leading up to my wedding and had no complaints. I scheduled an appointment months in advance for myself and bridesmaids to get manicures and pedicures. When I scheduled, I was told we would have our own section set up with a table where we could bring 2 bottles of wine. I called to confirm that week and even received a text message confirming my appointment. We get there at our appointment time which was when they open, and they were all clueless of what was going on, no table, disorganized, and said they dont have tables. we had to repeat over and over again what we wanted and they rushed through all my bridesmaids nails because more customers were coming in. It was like my appointment didnt matter and there really is no point in making one. I will say my nails turned out great; however when I went to pay my $345 bill, the owner told me that I would only get points for my manicure and pedicure, not for the 5 others I was paying for. A friend of mine had told me about them scamming people out of points and rewards disappearing, well I experienced it first hand. They told me they would not give me the points for everyone because it was separate accounts. Which is a bold faced lie because everything was booked and paid for under my appointment. She just doesnt want people to have rewards clearly. I will never go here again. Dont have a rewards system and then not want to give the points. Im not going to give a business hundreds of dollars a year and not get rewards when I can easily go somewhere else, receive better service, and get rewards towards a free service considering how much money I am spending. Be aware, your rewards dont last here and magically expire and disappear. Its all a scam.

The wait was much longer than expected. All I needed was for her to file down my acrylics. She was really rude and told me mine didn’t look good (I originally had an almond shape) and cut them down and barely shaped them. She also left them super thick. I felt like because I got them done somewhere else and this was a quick job and not a lot of money she didn’t care.

I’ve been to this establishment previously and have always kept them in mind since. They do my nails just how I like them! I returned today and was yet again satisfied. Tina will definitely be seeing me again !!

Love this place, been coming for years to get my acrylics done. Recently started getting my eyebrows done here too, and it’s the best they’ve ever been done! My nails are hard to do but always come out looking great. Get them done everytime I come home from school because there’s no place I trust more!

I enjoy getting my nails done here. Its quiet and has a relaxing environment. The prices are fair and the results are fabulous! Sometimes, after being told Ill be seen in 10 or 15 minutes, I have to wait for long periods of time and they dont update me while Im waiting.

I am BEYOND satisfied !!!! Tony did my nails. He took his TIME !!! He made sure my nails were perfect. Tony did an AMAZING JOB. I am sooo happy with my nails. This is a great shop. I’m so happy I found it. I will definitely be back ! I finally found my nail shop home. I got a full set with almond shape & gel polish. Shape is an additional $5 (like any shop) but his work ethic is like no other !!!! My nails came up to $50 I paid $60. I had to leave him a tip because he was literally AMAZING !!!

I’ve been coming here for YEARS! The last few times it has not been what it has been …. Seems there’s been quite a bit of turnover. My last visit will unfortunately be my very last time …… my pedicure was HORRIBLE…. I almost never complain about a service so I went back and the person that fixed it talked on her phone the entire time and was completely distracted from doing her job that she messed that up and took over an hour and made me late for my next appointment ….. this service wasn’t even worth paying for. I’m so disappointed bc I’ve been coming here so long ….. it’s so unfortunate….

Love this place. Lewis is spectacular and does the cleanest manicure/pedicure I’ve ever seen although he can be a bit relentless w cuticles. Overall good place although the pedi is a bit pricey. Never really have a huge wait and take appointments. They will fix mistakes if they make them!

Initially, the nail tech didnt seem to friendly but after a while she began to warm up to me. The atmosphere is gorgeous. What would make this place perfect is a liquor license, lol! All jokes aside, this place is lovely but for them to be able to offer a glass of wine during your services, would be a plus.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to in my life! I come here every two weeks religiously. The girls here always do a phenomenal, stand up job. I wish there was a forever nail spa in every city I ever lived in. This is one of the best things about Norfolk!

Horrible customer service, more so from management. They have a different price every time I come. My pedicure looks worse than I would’ve did on my own at home. My nails look nothing like the design I asked for. The best tech they had was Katie and she’s no longer there. Please save your time and money and go anywhere else.

I went last Sunday to try and pamper myself. I wanted a full set get, not acrylic. The tech gave me acrylic and gel polish. The tech cut two cuticles on my left hand, one on my right, they bleed. The pedicure was a joke. She didnt even allow for my feet to soak. That is the whole point of having a pedicure. I work in Healthcare. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. The soak helps my feet. The nail tech then tried convincing me to put extentions on my toes. I never mentioned it to her. Then she made me pay in cash. It has only been a week, one of my nails are already broken plus it looks like my nails need a fill in.

Ms. Trish knows her craft, she made sure my nails were PERFECT. i got dip powder in a light pink bc I was in a wedding this weekend and she not only did a fantastic job but answers any question i had and her and her coworkers were so friendly and kind. i have never had such great service from a nail tech and i have been to my fair share. Idk who I had services done by but she was horrible. I came in for a gel take off and manicure. She cut me three times trying to cut my cuticles. She kept trying to convince me to get more services done. And she didnt buff my nails down. I wont be returning to this salon.

I was visiting from out of town and needed a pedicure. Great place if I must say very friendly staff, nice and clean. My pedicure felt great. The chairs gave a awesome massage. When Im back in Virginia Ill be back to try their other services. Oh also I didnt even have to wait that was a plus for me!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I went to get a french manicure done and let me tell you, the lady that was helping me cut my nails to my finger which is not what I wanted. I wanted my nails to stay long. I thought she was just smoothing out the corners. I didnt realize she was cutting it down to the root. Then when I got upset and told her this isnt what I wanted she kept pulling my hand back and was very pushy and said no no. She didnt understand English for goodness sake! Then the guy there told me they would take care of me. By take care of they meant give me the down right worst manicure I could possibly get. All my nails were cut sharply on the left side but smoothly on the right. The clear nail polish wasnt even on my entire nail. The next day I took a shower and half of my nail polish was gone. Sure I didnt pay for this awful service since they took care of me but that doesnt make the situation any better because I still got awful service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

I gotta say I was on my vacation when I went here with my Sister. Everyone here is very friendly and Staff is wonderful. It’s a very nice environment and everyone here is very talented! I went here with my Sister to get a pedicure and manicure. Love it! Will come back again! This place is highly recommended.

Short version: ABSOLUTELY H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!! RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the history of my spa visits!I called and made an appointment, showed up and was told I needed to wait a little bit which I was alright with as long as it was like 10 - 15 minutes; I waited for 35 minutes and was never attend to so I walked out but not before all of this happened...While I was standing there the manager/owner, not sure what his role really is, body scanned me literally from head to toe when the lady behind the desk asked him how much for my appointment.Mind you I have already called and made my appointment and gotten all the details over the phone so unless this is some kind of bait and switch deal, I was not sure what could have changed since our conversation/over the phone agreement.The lady asked me if I wanted to do Shellac and I asked how much extra that would be and she looked at him again and asked We are still doing the Happy Hour right? He nodded in disagreement so she said $65 instead of $50.So I continued to ask the lady if I could use the 20% off promotion that was advertised on their website for the $65 Shellac manicure/normal pedicure since I had already asked him over the phone when I was making my appointment for the normal mani/pedi and he had said OK to me for that. Once more she looked at him and asked and he just stared at me like I was the filthiest thing he had ever witnessed in his life.....I mean like WOW dude get a hold of yourself!!I am standing there thinking Strike what is it at this point in the back of my head??! but I was like OK I really need to get this done because we are going to a baseball game tonight and then visiting my older sister and her family for Labour Day weekend and I wanted to look cute for all of it.After he was done staring me down he turned to the lady and told her not me because clearly I am so below him to even talk to me directly even though we are all just standing right there that he is going to talk to me in a minute.I looked at the lady and I said honestly I really do not feel comfortable staying here and spending my hard earned money, she sincerely apologized even though she is not the one that should be apologizing to me for such rude behavior!I have honestly never been more disrespected in a spa like that before, there is NO way NO how in any shape, way or form I would EVER step foot through those doors again period.

A little pricey but worth it. I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed with a groupon and they look great. I also got a gel fill and she fixed one of my broken nails. The tech went above and beyond what Im used to for a simple fill. Highly recommend!

This has been my go to spot since i moved to VA. Im in the military and they are AMAZING!!!!! Their pedicures are to die for, they give the best massages, very friendly, very professional. Definitely recommended this place to all my friends and they have been coming ever since.

I always enjoy coming here. They do a good job however this last time... The tech didnt trim my toe nails and I was too tired to notice until I got home and had to clip them myself. Otherwise I like it here.

I wanted to love this place but the pedicure was so painful (when cutting and filing my already trimmed nails) and my manicure was rushed, over the price originally discussed, and not 100% painted in multiple spots. Overall at a glance my nails were cute but if I’m going to pay way over the price discussed I would at least want my nails to be completely painted.

Neat, fairly quiet shop in Ghent. A little pricier compared to other local shops but not ridiculously so. I see Diane regularly and she always does a beautiful job. I love the rewards/points system which I let add up so I can get free services from time to time.

The price was outrageous for a set of Acrylic nails and a pedicure i paid $120 for both they definitely scammed me out of my money, the package i got for my feet was supposed to be $35 and they charged way more definitely don’t recommend this place at all.

Ive been going here for a couple of years now and they never dissappint. I love the New set up and aestehics as well, its very calming space for me.

I came here for a pedicure and made an appointment. I waited over 35 minutes to be seen, I ended up not getting my feet done because I had somewhere to be. The lady came over while I began to leave. I didn’t receive an apology for the service I didn’t receive.

I have been going to Forever Nails for 3 years now. I have gotten manis, pedis and Brazilian waxes by many different nail techs. I have always had a great experience and have invited my friends or family visiting to join me. Great selection of colors as well as different level of pedicures!

My sister and I booked eyelash appts for the Tuesday after Labor Day only to get there and they only scheduled one eyelash tech. Mind you, this is no less than an hour technique. Well, after having to wait and less than a week later, all of my $80 individually applied lashes are gone. The customer service and the eyelash service were less than acceptable. I live out of town so I definitely wont be returning.

Service was great but they are extremely EXPENSIVE, at most nail salons full set starts at $25 and up however at Forever Nail&Spa it’s $35 and up, eyebrows are normally $8-10 but here it is $13. I got a medium full set (gel) & eyebrows waxed totaling $65 when I could’ve went somewhere else and paid $45. Very much pricey!!

I really enjoyed my manicure and spa pedicure. This ladies were lovely. I will be coming back!👍🏼🥳🥳

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. First time and they have earned a repeat customer for life. The Brazilian was quick and painless. The eyebrow wax was clean and precise.Get in while you can they stay busy!

Tammy did a pink acrylic nails fill for me and Tammy also did my eyebrows tint & shape she did a great job!

Quality has gone way down. Prices for services have gone up. Why charge $5 to remove gel on toes when I am getting another gel pedicure the same day? I miss Michelle and her team.

Terrible experience. I have been visiting this salon for years when I am in town to visit my parents. There has obviously been recent ownership change and with that came a change in the quality of the product they deliver. One of the worst over priced pedicures I have ever received.

I’m very particular about my nails and Vanna did not disappoint. She did both my pedicure and dip manicure 💅🏾. I would frequent again if I found myself in the area and would definitely recommend!

Took my Girlfriend and she was super pleased with her nails. The place had fast and quality customer service. On top of that the place was very clean, and had great prices.

I tried this place because my sister recommended it. I scheduled an appointment and walk ins were taken before me. I reminded them that I scheduled a mani and pedi but I was blown off and told to wait. I waited over 45 minutes after my appointment time and obviously ended up leaving.

This shop was recommended by a friend of mine, so I tried it out for a pedicure. Ive seen lots of gorgeous pictures of manis here, so im guessing its a hit or miss, depending on which nail tech you get.My nail tech that day did a poor job on my toes, I have nails that weren’t fully coated with nail polish/unever polish, unevenly shaped nails and I had multiple excess nail polish on my feet.Sorry but I could not bring myself to tip with the $35 sloppy pedicure I received.

My girlfriend loved her experience; very nice and relaxing place to get a pedicure. I love the deluxe pedicure here because of the extra massage!! Also Nhi was amazing, definitely going back to her!

Literally the best manicure and pedicure ever! Each time I have gone there, I am so impressed with their service. Everyone is so nice and I have never experienced bad customer service! The salon is clean, and I almost never have to wait for a service, even as a walk-in!

This is actually a nail spa and not a nail shop. They take care of your hands and nails. They are very friendly and welcoming. They are more expensive ($$$) but they also have a rewards program for your faithfulness. I am very close to getting a free eye brow wax. They offer you water. I recommend this business. This was my second visit and I got the exact same experience as my first. When you find something good you dont pass it up.

I guess you have to ask for someone that knowe what they are doing to do your nails. I got a pedi and my nailpolish is subpar. They didnt do much work on my feet to get dead skin off. Then he didnt listen to what i wanted done with my nails. Just did whatever and when he painted them he didnt go all the way to the top of my nails with the gel paint so i had to tell him and a lady then finished my nails and seemed like she had much more experience . it was not relaxing at all going through all this.

Love love love this place! I have been searching for a good nail place after relocating to the area. Danny did such a wonderful job! I will be going back. Highly recommend :)

They filed my cuticle soo bad I got a infection. Two of my nails were bubbly. They didn’t put the polish all the way to the top of the nail. A nail came out bumpy. You could only tip in cash which I found very weird. They seemed to be in a rush to get people in and out.

I absolutely love Michelle. She’s quick with waxes and makes me feel absolutely comfortable any time I come in. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I will continue to do so.

The place was quiet at first. It got loud once the staff huddle up in a corner and was goofing off. I got a mani-pedi. I was told my nails were dry, when I went to put my shoes on my nails and toes messed up. I was so upset that I just left. I went to another salon the next day to get them fixed.

I recently got my nails done by Louis and he did such a great job, he made sure not to do a rushed job he took his time and my nails look great. I definitely recommend him if you go to this nail salon.

Been going for months now I dont recommend another place in the area! The owner has done my nails late past closing. Trina is great! And Queen does everything from wax to facial for me! This place is the best salon Ive been to and itll be hard to find a replacement when move!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Honestly this was the best experience Ive ever had at a nail shop. The man was so nice and he listened to all my needs because I am so OCD over my nails. Then he massaged my hands with lotion and a hot rag after and Ive honestly never felt so much love in my life.
