After my e-cig brand stopped shipping products I had to make the change over & Adrian was the best at helping me find something to meet my needs. I’ve been going here for over a year now & continuously getting new products in & yet still have what I get which is basic mint juice for my pods. Both people I deal with are great & very friendly to chat with.

I went into Adrians shop yesterday. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, I had a superb experience. I was looking for a mod and Tenny asked probing questions to find out how my habits and use will be. After contemplating the vast variety of mods, I chose the Crown. Great decision! I got home and filled up the tank and the device advised me of an atomizer issue. I got in touch with Adrian and he advised to stop in today and pick up a FREE replacement atomizer. I stopped in today and Tenny not only replaced the atomizer but took the time to clean and ensure the to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I bought another tank too! I can recommend this shop. I will be spreading the word. As a mom and pop shop, they go above and beyond what I expected. Thanks again Tenny and Adrian! Keep up the excellent customer service!

If you are uncertain as to what will fit your need, he will help you and guide to what is the best product for your intended use.They also have a great lounge area, where some times hold special events, visit the store or website for details.

Stopped in for my first time today 4/15/23 12pm. Attempting to quit smoking; the cashier and another customer in the store, both very knowledgeable of the products, made sure I got the best product for me and a quick demo of how to fill it. Will definitely continue shopping here.

When I first walked in, I was so impressed with how organized everything was, from the juices, to mods on display and the glass pieces. The owner was super down to earth, and with me still learning about vaping, he took his time explaining about the different mod devices and juices.The prices on their juices and mods are super reasonable. They always try out the mods before selling them and only put on display the ones they believe are worth selling. They have a great clearance selection of juices too.Another awesome thing, they will adjust your juice to the nicotine level preferred. Not like most of the other shops Ive visited, where my boyfriend has to argue with the associate just to get the nicotine increased on his juice.When I left the store, I said, FINALLY! Finally a place thats local, that I can regularly go to for juice. I cant wait to purchase my next device! Check this place out, you wont be dissapointed.

Very small store, so limited product availability but I was able to get what I needed. Staff was very friendly and super helpful in helping me find a new vape juice to replace my regular product that is no longer available online. Reasonably prices as well.

Great staff, good selection along with very reasonable pricing . If the product I want isn’t available they will make sure to have it within next couple days. Best experience out of all vape shops I’ve been to, always caring for customer. I highly recommend this place

Stopped here yesterday for a new tank glass & coil, left with these cool disposable tanks that chuck so hard & a bottle of juice for a price I couldn’t believe! Owner was very knowledgeable & the shop was set up great. Definitely going back

Great experience. I turned in my old Juul devices to get a refillable Renova Zero vape device. I really enjoy the change, and it was just what I needed! Getting those pods was costly, and I like the way the vape now tastes, and the texture of the smoke is silkier, too. Everyone I met was friendly and personable, including Adrian, who helped me with my purchases. Would highly recommend this to anyone in the area! Or even just passing through, like I was. 🙂 Thanks for everything.

The owner (Adrian) is very knowledgeable and never tells you no! If you need a certain juice hell often times go out of his way and order you some at prices that crush the competition. Bought a tank here for $28 that cost me at least $50 anywhere else within a 20 mile radius! Adrians shop is sure to ignite a passion in you for vaping.

Very nice place, extremely friendly staff, who are passionate and genuinely care about how good an experience you get. I have never smoked/vaped in my life, I was trying to get my dad switched, needless to say he went from skeptic to really understanding and realizing this was a better option. A and the guys at the shop guided him well.

I went in asking for a 0% (thc) vape cartridge. When I got home and saw the manufacture date, it was 2 years old. I wont be going back.

Very chill place with an awesome, welcoming vibe. Adrian is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and is in the business 100% for the benefit of his customers. I was spending about $60 a week on my Juul device (purchasing cartridges). He allowed my boyfriend and I to trade in our Juuls for a Vaporesso Click. Its the same concept as the Juul (both being e-cigs) but MUCH more cost efficient. You simply buy the juices from him (his supply is on point! Every flavor you could think of, even lychee!) and you refill the cartridges yourself. (They are disposable but last about 3 weeks and are only $5 to replace.) Switching from the Juul to the Vaporesso Click has literally saved me hundreds of dollars and will continue to do so! I am so grateful for his knowledge and appreciate his honest business morale. Definitely the only vape shop I will ever spend my money at again!

Its hard to know where to begin describing this incredible place, Im not the type to write online reviews, but Im so grateful for Ignite and its staff that itd be just plain wrong if I didnt take the time to thank them. Ive been going to Ignite since the day it pened. It was clear that they were already above and beyond any stores of their kind. Even more amazing they consistantly top themselves with each visit. No other stores anywhere in a hundred mile radius compare, and I have been to them all.

I had gone to another Vape shop in the area and they just seemed like they didnt care. I left and went to Ignite Vape & Glass and I actually wanted to buy something! Owner is awesome and did not pressure me to buy, he showed me everything I wanted!! Im telling all my friends!

It’s hard to find any business these days which truely operates and are prided on the ‘mom and pop’ business model. You don’t often come by a place still putting the customer first- and this place is one of them!From the minute you walk in- you are welcomed by thoughtful decor... Informational posters can be found on the walls proving information about products they carry.There is lots of seating sectioned and an area nuzzled in the back of the shop with a TV, and comfy couches to sit. I was amazed to see how many seats they had for such a small place!The front counter is compiled of a long glass jewelry-ask case with various E-juice components, and glass pieces. The selection of Tanks and devices aren’t extremely wide; however there are very reasonably priced devices for every kind of budget.This particular store houses amass of juices from American Vapor Group, a company shipping out of Mesa, AZ. There’s are approximately 30 different flavors Ignite itself has on the shelves, however anything available on the American Vapor Groups’ website is available to be ordered onsite, according to the store owner. I have tried three of the flavors from AVG and have yet to be disappointed. My favorite is Pegasus Puke, a blueberry yogurt with a hint of coconut. Dedicating almost a third of your shelf space to one particular brand is bold, and can be hit/miss. I have yet to see a miss with this choice.The rest of the selections of juice cater to the name brand seekers, chubby bubble and SVRF to name a few. Most of what I see in shops these days they have. There are plenty of other brands and flavors to fit any flavor profile. As aforementioned, the staff is open on producing products to customers that may not be available on shelves, if there is a particular flavor/brand you want, won’t hurt to ask!There are two vapetenders I have met, both outrageously friendly and accommodated my every need. I could spend hours talking about products here.They also have CBD gummies, and farm to vape products which are really interesting for those interested.There have got to be a half dozen shops within close enough proximity to this one, and I will say with confidence and conviction this is THE ONE TO BEAT! I stopped in a few months ago passing by and I haven’t gone anywhere else since!In short, if you are looking for a place you can go and feel comfortable and welcome, and get some good products at affordable prices, look no further than Ignite in North Aurora!

Great place to buy CBD or Kratom very high quality cheaper than any other place in town that I have seen and the staff knows a lot about how CBD breaks down and spent plenty of time explaining to me. Also from what I have seen the prices on items to smoke with which I dont use myself but are very reasonably priced if youre into that sort of thing.
