My husband and I recently bought a Hot Springs hot tub from here. We knew we wanted this brand due to owning one previously in Michigan. This particular purchase was about 2 years in the making, as we had to have some other updates to our home first, like concrete padding and electrical. We visited the North Canton location numerous times over the last couple of years and never felt pressure to make a decision. The staff was honest with their reviews to help us select the hot tub of our dreams. We got exactly what we wanted. It was well worth the wait. Hannah’s our spa tech was awesome! She took the time to clean our cover inside and out and polish it, in addition to cleaning the hot tub, filters and checking the chemicals. Happy she is our new tech!
We bought a hot tub from them a few years ago. Over the last few years have occasionally had questions about it and tried to call in only to get transferred to a over seas answering service that takes messages. This week I had them come out and fix a under warranty issue which they did with no issue. However I called in the next day to ask a follow up question and get transferred to the over seas call service. I hung up and called back and if you press the sales button they take your call but if you call the service line you get a non American who has no clue about anything. I got the sales person and asked to speak with a service advisor and he explained that they really didnt have anyone and I needed to text a different number but he would try and have someone call me back. Guess what no one ever called back. Please research there lack of a service department before you buy and realize there is no one to help after the sale.
Ohio Pools and Spas offers great plans and products. Our technician Tyler, is superb. Our tub is clean and he offers advice on maintaining optimum cleanliness.
I recently bought a home that had a Hot Springs hot tub. I have no experience with care and maintenance of a hot tub. So I had Ohio pools and spas send out someone to drain and clean and that was an opportunity for me to learn as much about maintenance as I could. Anna the technician was very thorough and informative. She explained everything I needed to know general maintenance and cleaning. Thanks Anna!!
I have the valet service for my hot tub twice a month. Almost two weeks ago, I was getting ready to go on vacation and the night before I was to leave, I went to get into the spa/hot tub and the water was cloudy. I added some shock and some water softener and turned on the jets. The next morning the hot tub looked like a huge bathtub with bubbles. I contacted Ohio Pools and Spas. My valet service was to take place the next day, but a technician was sent out the same morning I called and they corrected the situation temporarily. I received a message from Ohio Pools and Spas telling me what needed to be done in the near future. While I was still on vacation, the technician came and did all the necessary things that would fix the situation permanently-drain the entire spa, clean the filters and jets, scrub the walls of the spa, and then fill it with fresh water, add the new chemicals, and check necessary levels. I was extremely pleased with their service and I appreciated that everything was back to normal when I arrived home from my vacation. I would highly recommend Ohio Pools and Spas for all your hot tub/ spa and pool needs. I would highly recommend their valet service as well. Thanks so much for taking care of everything. We are very pleased with all of interactions with Ohio Pools. We bought a hot tub from them almost 20 yrs ago, it is obviously a great quality tub since it has lasted so long. It is still in perfect condition. The only thing that we have had to do, was very minor. We just replaced the cover (about every 6 yrs, they had it in stock!! Great place to deal with
Wonderful experience! I called Ohio Pools & Spas for drain and clean service and was assigned the technician Ryan. What an amazing and meticulous job he did! Not only was he very detail oriented, removing every spec of dirt, he even buffed out every small mark in the tub as well as cleaning and polishing the cover. Along each step, he took the time to give me a refresher course on how to maintain a saltwater spa, which is a different maintenance procedure than a traditional chlorine spa. I truly appreciate his meticulous detail and efficient mode of performing this service. Along with being very competent and knowledgeable, Ryan is very friendly and more than willing to take the time to explain everything he was doing every step of the way. We were in the market for a new hot tub and chose Ohio Pools and Spas. Robert and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and provide a service that is second to none. Weve been attempting to get a pool heater which is under warranty fixed. It took three weeks for the original appointment. Within two days it died again. They have been out a few times and admitted they did not know what was wrong with it. The manufacturer advised it was a gas issue. We had the gas company adjust the line and it died within five minutes. So, weve wasted a whole pool season with no solution from Ohio Pools and Spas. Communication has been terrible, its all through text. Weve left messages and barely gotten a callback.
First the sales group at Ohio Pools & Spa in North Canton were fantastic and very helpful. Matt was extremely helpful and never seemed frustrated with my 23 emails back and forth with Questions. Robert helped when Matt was unavailable. We bought the spa for the quality and price but it was the team there that sold it to us. Top Shelf! The install was smooth and the crew was polite and friendly. I believe Chad was the main installer and he was great. I have had my Hotspot Relay for almost a week. Had our HotSpring spa delivered November 19 and they arrived almost 2 hours earlier than expected. The installers were friendly had got it installed quickly. Ryan came 30 minutes later and walked me through on how to do my chemicals, maintain and use our new Jetsetter. This is why we went with Ohio Pools and Spas. They dont just drop it off and leave.

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. They will test a sample of your pool water and offer a solution for whatever problem you are experiencing. The problem was fixed after one treatment that they recommended.
This is an outstanding company with excellent customer service. We recently had them come out and drain and refill our hot tub. Albert did a wonderful job. He was efficient and thorough, and made sure to explain everything to me as he was doing it. I know I could have drained and refilled the hot tub myself, but I have so much trust in this company to do it properly, and make sure all the chemicals and salt are balance before they leave. We were having issues with our electrical hookup and Phil was able to diagnose we had an issue from the electrical installation. He fixed the issue without us having to contact our electrician again.Give this man a raise, great job Phil!👍
Entire experience from top to bottom was excellent. Highly recommend. Zack even let us wet test in the showroom to better determine which tub would best suit our needs. The delivery was smooth, the four guys that showed up were very clearly experienced. The set up technician, Austin, was very thorough and knowledgeable during our initial start up and gave me the confidence I needed to balance my water appropriately moving forward.

I have been a customer for years and have never left a review but last year I purchased a vacuum hose for my in ground pool and used it two times used it once this year and when I went to use it again part of the hose broke off l contacted the sales department and talked to a very caring salesman who talked to the manager owner not sure and told me there is no returns for pool products my hose was under a year old he had his salesman give me the bad news he wouldn’t tell me himself needless to say I won’t buy anything for the pool

We rented a hot tub for my 30th birthday and it arrived in perfect condition! Kyle and Daniel delivered it and were so knowledgeable and kind. They set up the tub for our use and explained all of the features. They even told me all about the option to rent to own if I really enjoyed this tub! Our experience with Ohio Pools and Spas was a pleasant one! Our salesman Jim was very knowledgeable about everything from choosing the perfect tub for us to helping with questions after it was setup and we had questions over the weekend. He was a pleasure to work with. The setup team did a great job and explained everything that was going on. We had our first “White Glove” service performed after the set up and delivery and I was as home for that while my husband was at work. Albert was on time and very professional! He even worked with me calling my husband and going over everything he had already said once just so my husband could hear it because I knew I would forget. They have tested my hot tub water numerous times for free and their recommendedations always clear up whatever problems its having. And they never push their products in any way, although Ive purchased them many times because their prices are good. Theyre friendly and helpful as well.

I Love the SPA that I purchased. Sales assisted me to get the perfect tub with the proper set up and colors I wanted. The delivery was beyond professional. I struggled a little with the electrical so be sure you know how you want it connected and routed to where your tub will be placed and how you want it placed. If any doubts just wait until after your tub is delivered then call a professional electrician to do the electrical. Dylan was the technician that walked me through all of my questions, overview and was in no hurry. The team made sure I was happy and comfortable before they left. The process was a bit overwhelming to learn about the hot tub, chemicals, testing and maintenance but that quickly passed after taking the advise provided and using all the documents as well. Do not hesitate to ask or call them they make it very clear they are there for you. No drop and run with these folks. I am very, very pleased with the quality of the tub, the quality of the service and above average employees that assisted and came back out for more assistance. GREAT JOB!June 11, 2023 - update. Couple years later and Ohio Pools & Spas has not disappointed me in anyway. Every time I go in with questions, they have answers and solutions. They’re helpful if you text them their helpful in person and if you call them. Awesome sales and service! Austin was th lead person in our deliver and installation of our new hot tub. He checked in upon arrival, explained what to expect and kept checking in to advise progress. Every once in a while an unexpected experience that exceeds expectations occurs.I’d like to identify one such tech named Albert that performed at that level today. He handled the appointment most effectively, professionally and timely.When he finished, I felt he treated me as an important customer and wanted to make sure I understood what he had done and why. From sales to delivery to setup, it was an excellent experience. I spent a lot of time with sales asking many many questions. Once I pulled the trigger the tub was delivered in less than a week and we were in it the night of delivery. I certainly recommend Ohio Pools as this is my second hot tub from them in 15 years. I felt we got a fair deal on a higher end Hot Spring Pulse hot tub. The salesman Jim at the Mayfield store was very knowledgeable without being high pressure. The installer Austin managed the delivery and installation well. He even drained the tub and called back a couple of the movers when I discovered that the tub was not placed squarely on the patio. He walked my wife through the process of maintaining the hot tub before he left.
Knowledgeable employees, good selection of products.The employees were very helpful. We have a hot tub that came with our new house and we had no experience with taking care of one. They were able to recommend easy ways to maintain chemical levels, clean it, etc.

My Hot Springs spa from Ohio Pools & Spa is part of a larger landscaping project that is dragging on. After two unsuccessful attempts (because of our electrical issues) to get the spa set-up (all 3 service visits were right on time (or even early!) and rescheduled quickly); Kyle was here last week and got everything taken care of. He was very efficient and professional and explained everything we needed to know to start using our spa. Ive been in it 6/6 evenings since - thanks, Kyle!

In early January 2021, we began shopping for a spa. We visited a total of 6 showrooms in NE Ohio. One of them, we visited twice and that was Ohio Pools and Spas in North Canton. It was on that second visit we accepted their offer of a wet test. The model we wanted happened to be filled with water on the showroom floor. I highly recommend you do this when shopping because you and your family will fit differently in water vs. a dry tub in a showroom.Of all the showrooms we visited, there was only one company that returned emails timely (if at all), did not trash-talk the other brands/showrooms and had a way of doing business that distinctly focused on customer service. While we ended up with a HotSpring Flash, we really cared about where we were buying it and from whom. Customer service matters! During the majority of our visits, they didnt even ask us our names but instead dove headfirst into their sales pitch. Again...not the case here.Zack (sales): absolute rockstar! We cant say enough good about Zack from the moment we walked in the door. We were already reaching burnout as he was the 4th salesman wed encounter. Zack, thank you so much for your customer service. It did not go unnoticed! You ARE the reason we came back.Cary (service/delivery coordinator): The handoff to Cary was flawless. While COVID was still quite a thing, we did a virtual walk-through our property via FaceTime so he could evaluate the area as well as the path the spa would take on delivery day. On the day our electrical contractors were there to install the sub-panel box and run the 220v from the breaker box, we had questions. Within 10min of leaving Cary a voicemail, he called and spoke to and answered our contractors questions. When it came time for delivery he called more than once to confirm the delivery details.Contracted Delivery Crew (Prestige Transportation Worldwide): While not employees of Ohio Pools and Spas, they continued the level of service we had come to expect. Great care was taken from the moment they arrived on site and when an electrical problem was identified (not their error), they quickly fixed it and finished their delivery that included everything but setting water chemistry and the spas orientation.Dylan (on-site chemistry and orientation): A few hours after Prestige left, Dylan arrived and complete the delivery. This service youve read about thus far is NOT the norm. One company we visited literally drops it off and leaves. I had already been to Ohio Pools and Spas and knew their delivery plan so I confirmed with this other company: You really just drop it off and leave? Yes. It is your responsibility to wire it, get the chemistry in check, etc. So once Dylan arrived, he verified proper functionality of all the spas features and then tested the water. Some adjustments were needed and he went through it all with me along with weekly, monthly, periodic and semi-annual items I would need to do as an owner. He finally reviewed the electronic controls and all the spa offered there. In short, he didnt skip a beat. He showed, demonstrated and confirmed my understanding and then asked repeatedly if I had any questions...which I did!And with that, I ask Ohio Pools and Spas this: Where are your yard signs?! Id gladly put one out! Thank you for an incredible buying experience that began in January, continued through delivery in July and Im sure will continue for months and years to come.
They have been very helpful throughout the process of buying our hot tub. Albert has been an absolute saint in helping my husband and I navigate opening and maintaining our hot tub. We have called him at all hours and he always answers the call and acts like we’re not bothering him and he’s happy to help us. I wish every company had a a service technician like him. He has gone above and beyond for us.

Ohio Pools & Spas have been great to work with. Sam has been outstanding with email communication and has been extremely helpful in guiding us on how to take care of our new pool. The techs are on time and very friendly to deal with as well. The pricing is also fair and they never charge more than what they tell us it will be up front. We will continue to have Ohio Pools and Spas open/close our pool and will rely on them to guide us with our pool matienence and chemicals. Thank you all for being so helpful.
This place is amazing with there service! Was in a pinch during a winter storm and below zero wind chills. They were able to come same day and fix the heater and control panel of my hot tub before it froze!
We had an awesome experience at Ohio Pools & Spas in North Canton! We originally went there because they sold the Covana hot tub cover and we wanted to purchase one for our hot tub. That is when we met Sam Pepple and he was very knowledgably, friendly, and helpful. When we found out our hot tub had a crack and could not be repaired I called Sam and he went to work right away to find us a hot tub at a very good price! He answered all my questions and set everything up with Service so they were able to deliver the hot tub and install the cover at the same time. Service was also great. They were able to haul our old tub away and were very friendly and explained how everything worked before they left. Even when I had questions later on Sam Pepple has always returned my calls or answered my emails with the information I needed. We love and are enjoying our new spa and especially the Covana Cover! We would definitely recommend Ohio Pools & Spas in North Canton to anyone who is searching for a new hot tub!

Wonderful experience at Ohio Pools & Spas. Jim was the salesperson. Purchased the Prism hot tub. Solid investment. I’m over the age of 65. By far, this is the best purchase I could have bought for myself. Health benefits -for aches, muscle stiffness, flexibility, relaxation - I feel amazing after about 15 minutes of sitting in the tub. I use it about twice a day - early morning and before bed. Extremely easy to maintain. In addition, to owner’s (me) regular maintenance, I take a sample of the water into the Mayfield Heighten location for testing regularly at no cost to me. All sales personnel have been polite and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone who wishes to feel rejuvenated after a long stressful day, or a hard workout, or whatever ails you. BTW - I’m a female. If I can take care of a hot tub, so can you!

Showed up at 6:05 pm on a Saturday to get my spa water checked, and a replacement cartridge. I didn’t realize they actually CLOSED at 6pm. As I was taking my walk of shame/disappointment back to my vehicle, a gentleman opened the door and asked what I was in need of. I explained my situation, and told him I could always come back on another day. He welcomed me into the store, told me what I needed in terms of the quantities of chemicals for my spa, and then sold me my cartridge. All the while, he was friendly, extremely patient, and made me glad that we had purchased our spa at Ohio Pools and Spas.Robert, I cannot thank you enough!!!Highest of accolades!!!!

We purchased our Hot Springs spa in December.We had a lot of difficulty with it and your sales People were outnumerous times, to the point that the company stood behind its product. And they delivered a new Hot Springs hot tub to us last week. We are very happy.
I was referred by a neighbor who bought an Infrared Sauna. Even though the company was an hour away, it was totally worth the trip. Robert waited on us, showed us many options on saunas. We decided on a single person sauna. Week later Scott came out to do a pre inspection to ensure that the installation went smoothly. Following week, he came back with Amanda, they had unit installed and running in less then an hour. He then spent 20 minutes reviewing the operation which was super simple. I can highly recommend this company. Its unusual in this day and age to deal with the company that exceeds your expectations.
Ohio Pools is a first class place to buy a hot tub. They only carry quality products and do all of their own service and installs with their own employees. Zack who I purchased my spa from was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend Ohio Pools to anyone who doesnt want to play the games that the other Hot Tub dealers play.

Went to Ohio Pools to have my pool water tested on the first day of opening the pool. The Ohio Pool associate was very gracious and advised me that with a salt water pool I should let the water circulate for a minimum of 72 hours for thorough mixing, to get an accurate assessment of which if any chemicals would be needed. I thought he was very honest in saving me unnecessary cost and potential chemical problems. Very professional!!!

This is the first time I have owned a above ground spa and its the best one I have ever had! I have used the spa almost every day since we got it and the right skies never looked to beautiful. We had the best customer service from sales to installation. Eric Lauchtag was informative, kind, answered my many questions cheerfully. He answered the phone personally every time I called and was a joy to work with. We needed it in a hurry and got it in 2 days as he helped me choose one that was coming in on the next truck. The color of the shell and interior are perfect for us.The team that installed the tub was also great. They were so organized and good at their jobs. I wish I remembered their names as I would like to recognize them as well. I have owned several Hot Springs spas over the years and have been dealing with Hot Springs for 30+ years. Customer Service has always been the best. Which is why when we decided to replace our old tub that we didnt even look anywhere else.The installation of our tub was great Jarrod, and his crew were right on top of everything and made the whole experience just wonderful. I recently had our hot tub repaired and Scott, the repair guy, was awesome at keeping me updated during the repair process! He called and texted me several times to let me know about the progress he was making throughout the repair. The delivery guys that returned our hot tub were great too - they showed up on time and were pleasant to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Ohio Pools. Started searching hot tubs a few years back and visited once or twice a year tossing the idea around. Jeremy was very helpful anytime we stopped in. This spring we decided to make the purchase and luckily they had the one we decided on in stock. Test soak at the store was great to make sure it was something we really wanted. Trying a hot tub in the store is more private than it sounds and really helped our rescission. We ended up choosing a different model after trying out a few and figuring out what we liked. They had salt water and chlorine tubs so you can feel the difference. We highly recommend the salt system on our Flash tub. Sales and service thoroughly explained everything and have been available for answering questions as we learn to maintain and dial in the spa water over the first week since delivery. Some sales and service members personally own and use what they sell too. Happy with the tub and service provided and would highly recommend. I checked with other dealers in the area and they had “lower” prices because they omitted covers, lifters, steps and water chemicals and supplies for startup. The price we paid was ready to use as you saw in the store with no surprises, beating the competition along with the great service.

I ordered a new hot tub cover and with shipping the way it is it took 6 months to get it. They came out and did a nice job installing the new cover and when they were done I asked if I owed them anything. They told me I had paid when I ordered it and I was good to go. Then I got a bill in my email so I really think they need to have better communication. They did a nice job and the guys were professional.

Ive been using Ohio Pools for years for my pool chemicals....I use to buy them from a different pool company and literally almost paid double/year! Today I bought a 2 seater hot tub...and got a fabulous deal! They are always friendly and knowledgeable!
I am very disappointed in your company, I cant call without getting an answering service, on April 23rd they came out to fix my pool heater it was determined that I would need a new one I agreed and Justin told me to wait 2 days if I did not here from Ohio Pools after 2 days I went in the store and they told me its only been 2 days and they are short handed and I would hear in 3 to 5 days well its been 5 weeks and I have not been contacted by anyone,I bought the heater from someone else.,plus I went to have my pool water tested and was told there would be a charge of 7.99 I would not pay it and went to another pool place.i have been a customer since 2015 buying my pool and a hot tub and all the nessacary chemicals, but no more I found another company that appreciates my business. Ohio Pools no longer cares about their customers.

Ryan provided a comprehensive evaluation and explained the situation clearly to me. He offered his advice on how to fix our hot tub and explained that the fix needs to be done in the shop. Although the hot tub cannot be fixed on site, I am confident that Ohio pools and spa will be able to correctly address the situation. So far, very good experience with this company. From start to finish, wonderful experience. My sales woman, Sarah Culbertson, spent an hour with me helping me find the perfect hot tub. It was delivered in less than two weeks. The gentlemen who delivered it were extremely cautious and patient. Kyle Somerday tested the water and adjusted the chemicals. He took plenty of time teaching me how to care for my new hot tub. Overall, couldn’t ask for anything better!
The only reason I didn’t give it a five was probably something they can’t really control. It was a five month wait to get the hot tub. Other than that, the experience was great. From the time I met the sales person until the time that the installers drove away, I felt like a valued customer. The insulation crew itself was better than expected. Jared and Dylan and Larry definitely made me feel comfortable and confident. Larry did a B job (private joke-really an excellent job explaining how to operate the hot tub. It has been less than 24 hours so I have not yet used the hot tub because I wanted to get it up to temperature. But just operating the controls has proven to be simple and straightforward. I am also confident I will be able to do the regular maintenance with very little anxiety. I would recommend using this company and especially the crew that came to install.

One thing if you go with a crane delivery (we had to with second story deck above walkout basement) put something underneath All County Cranes truck as it will leak oil on your driveway (Not Ohio Pools & Spas issue)Install team was great. We finally received our new spa and it has been great! The scheduled delivery was on time and the set up was much faster than we thought it would be. Our technician Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining all the settings and how to maintain proper water chemistry. The closing of the pool is as important as the opening to me. On Wednesday the 6th, I had a busy day but decided to stop in and get a few chemicals and I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was fantastic! This was my first time at your store and I signed up as a continuing customer!
Sales person was very good to work with. Helpful in making decisions. Service good and installation went well as did the follow up visits. The only complaint is that the front panel was broken when it arrived. It has been 6 months and still not replaced. Seems like not enough push to the manufacturer to get this panel replaced.
My wife and I moved into a home with an existing pool last summer. Ohio Pools and Spas came highly recommended by my friend and I have been very impressed. They are able to easily test my pool water and make recommendations on correcting as necessary. My pool has been crystal clear and I even winterized it myself with their advice.(Update 7/2022)Still very happy with the support I get from Ohio Pools and Spas. I have called about getting my heater replaced…no call back. I’ve called 3 times with no results. I just called again & the woman said if you want results you need to just come into the store. I’m an answering service & they don’t return calls. I live in Hartville…I shouldn’t have to drive 30 mins to speak to someone about getting a heater replaced.

I usually go to another pool store. This was my first experience at Ohio pools and spas. I will return. I’ve been having issues with my pool and the very friendly and knowledgeable female employee helped me so much and got everything I needed to handle my issues. Good place for pool supplies. Good service overall except they tend to take the heavy stuff to the car for women and older folks. Im neither, I look healthy and fit but Im not. Please offer to take heavy products to the vehicle for everyone, thanks.
Was told I would have a technician come to my house to review my chemicals and operation. When I called to schedule they said I was misinformed (my fault I guess) and did not qualify. When I told them that this wasn’t good service they still continued to ask for a review. This is really bad service.
Ohio Pools and Spas was not our first stop when we were looking to buy a new hot tub. I am so glad that we continued to shop around. Our 1st experience there with Zack was superb. No pressure, no being rushed through, answered all of our questions. We even took a couple soaks in their display models that day. The follow up installation organized by Cary and his crew was also top notch. Ryan did a great job doing the final hookup for us. He took the time to explain everything to us twice as my wife had to step aside for a few minutes. Oh and did I mention a cold rain was pouring down when Ryan was helping us. I have found all of the staff at Ohio pools to be friendly and helpful every time I call with a question. Michael was extremely helpful when our pump quit working. He helped us get a new pump with fittings to hook up to the current set up easily, all in the same day, with a friendly attitude.

We’re very happy with our experience. The salesman was honest and answered all of our questions. He set the expectation up front that it would be a couple months before delivery, which I appreciated. The installation was quick and easy, and the tech that came out after installation was very knowledgeable and helpful. And on top of that, our new spa is fantastic!
Ohio pools was awesome. Bought our hot tub in August. We had a lot of things that we needed to complete before we could take delivery. They were more than accommodating keeping our hot tub in storage until we were ready for delivery. The guys who brought out and set up the hot tub were very knowledgeable very careful with all of our property. They showed us how to check the water the chemicals in clean the filter etc. I highly recommend Ohio pools we love our hot tub. And we really love the ducky!

Salesman Daniel Williams has been great. He took the time to answer all of our questions and worked to help us get the spa we wanted (Relay Hot Tub). The Initial site inspection is an obvious plus - their representative came to investigate our intended site location, as well as our property (from driveway to site-to make sure that part would go smoothly). The Installers worked efficiently and had it all set up and filled quickly. We had a mix up with the cover assist and the Service Mgr. came out to investigate - and all is fine - they re-ordered necessary parts and installed them as promised.They thoroughly reviewed the procedure to test water, adjust pH, clean the filter, etc. - lots of printed info is included. All of our levels seem to be in an acceptable range but we will take advantage of their free water test program just to make sure were keeping up with proper maintenance.We are very happy with our purchase and glad we decided to go with Ohio Pools and Spas - the product is great and their staff is top notch.

We bought a spa from them 3 years ago, everything has been great, but we have well water and its very hard,, we tried using the bags to bring it down but they never work. Even doing 2 at $75. Each.When we discussed this with the salesman he told is about the portable softener and it worked great!! But it cost $400!!

I just had my spa maintenance instruction. It was wonderful. very informative .I will be purchasing the maintenance package for my spa. I realized I dont have the time to keep it clean. Great service from technician. Ohio Pools should institute a bonus system for product sales. I would suggest Visa cards. Very cost effective.
We purchased the Pulse hot tub and received it a week ago. The sales staff was wonderful! Robert helped us decide which tub was best for us. He was not pushy or promoting the most expensive hot tub. He was looking out for our best interest and needs. Also, the delivery crew was so helpful with everything! We did not have the hook up right but they were happy to help us fix it! They stayed until it was up and running and gave me a detailed rundown of how to care for it. We have had a wonderful experience with this whole process. It has been wonderful to enjoy almost every evening!! We are very happy customers!!

Well, finally pulled the trigger and purchased a new Hot Spot Relay tub and it was installed yesterday. Our salesman Jeremy dealt with my 5,000 questions without batting an eye and never made me feel pressured. The installation crew had a cold day to set things up but werent phased a bit. Zack and Trevor not only did a great job explaining the care and maintenance of my new tub but were also friendly and just plain good guys. I was nervous about only having a 2 year warranty with the model I purchased and Ive got my fingers crossed theres no issues. After having our first tub for twenty year it was time for something newer. Never been to OP&S. Minute we stepped in to the store Jeremy welcomed us in and was very helpful. We knew what we were looking for and Jeremy answered all our questions. Our first tub was refurbished so we took a look at their used inventory. We found something we liked with a great price. The crew that brought the tub also did a great job.
So excited about our first hot tub! We didnt know much about them before going into this store and they explained everything well and helped us pick out a spa right for us! Scott took as much time as we needed answering questions so that we had many helpful tips to maintain the lifetime of our hot tub. Weve had the unit about 3 days and have used it multiple times. Our kids love it! The girls loved their visits to the store where Dan gave them free rubber ducks and we were even given a free scent to try in the water. So many perks of being customers.

While we love our Hot Spring Aria hot tub, we’ve been disappointed with our buying and service experience. We spent over 15k on our spa, were promised a couple terry cloth robes, very cheap in comparison to our expense, and have never received them, in spite of our calls and visits to the store. With each contact from us we’re told they are out of the robes, will let us know when they are in, but no one follows through, in over a year of waiting. That has hurt our confidence in this company. It sounds small but details matter in our experience. But more important was the lack of instruction on set up, care and maintenance. The install team seemed in a hurry, set it up quickly and left us to fend for ourselves with his complicated investment of ours. No follow up from the company.
The guys were great. Set everything up, explained set up in detail, and answered all my questions. Communication was great. Even corrected a wiring issue from the electrician.
Update: The No Cost 5 year warranty is a no longer valid. They charged me 65 dollars for a warranty call and it is still in warranty. The Moto lights went bad, again. There was a leak that they didnt seem to find. Everytime I call for a warranty call it will cost me money. I contacted Hot Springs directly to see what is going on. Now they want to charge me for the broken lights that are supposed to be under warranty. Starting to regret my purchase.Customer. Service!!!! A+We looked at a lot of hot tubs in the last 2 years. Walking into Ohio Pools in Canton just to look, we ended up buying it that day based on the positive experience. Robert is awesome. No pressure sale, extremely knowledgeable, extremely thorough. He even drove to our house to help us understand chemicals and water chemistry.Look no further. We are picky and this place is the real deal. We bought the hot springs envoy and are very happy with the unit as well. So far the electric bill has barely gone up. The jets are super powerful. We bought it for therapy and its great. Make the investment -you get what you pay for. Go see Robert. Did I mention hes awesome? Plus the five year warranty. No cost. Thats a big deal to us.
We love our new hot tub! The communication process from the sales to delivery was a little poor but we have been very satisfied with the initial services that are included and with the use of our tub this far!

Last August, 2012, we purchased a new Rhythm spa from Ohio Pools & Spas to replace one that existed in our three season porch. On 8/21/2012, a team of about 6 installers arrived on time, and began the process of removing the old hot tub. This was no easy task! The tub sat on a sunken pad and had to be wiggled, then lifted to a second level, and then lifted again to a height of about 2.5 - 3 feet, and out through one of our screened-in windows. They took great care not to damage our flooring and the window ledge, and were all very safety conscious. They used a sled specifically fashioned to haul the old tub up a hill about a 30 degree grade, and to the waiting trailer. This process was all reversed as they installed the replacement. After the installation and filling of the new tub was complete, we were given a complete overview of the features of the tub, shown how to use the plethora of chemicals, and generally how to keep it in tip top shape.We love the new hot tub, and have had many people over to share in its benefits.Charley was a fantastic sales rep, and the crew that removed and installed these tubs definitely knew what they were doing. My wife and I would recommend Ohio Pools & Spas to anyone who wants quality products backed by quality installations/removals. They even had an employee who lives near us (Ill protect his identity here), come by to help us with a site survey and made further recommendations based on our needs and desires, at no additional cost!
We were extremely impressed the second we walked in. Jeremy was great to work with as well as the rest of the team. The crew that came out for the install of the hot tub had a task ahead of them since our yard is hilly and it was going on a raised deck, but they pulled it off! They were all very professional and skilled. When it comes time to buy the pool, we wont go anyway else!

We recently purchased our second hot tub from Ohio Pools. The first one was a used tub, but our recent purchase was a brand new tub. It is beautiful and we really are enjoying all of the new features on the tub. We have always received excellent service from the Service Department and the Sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My service tech Jared Wagner was the best! I thought I had a leak and it turned out to be a simple check valve and he fixed it within minutes. He was very polite and knowledgable and showed me the issue should I ever encounter this again. I highly recommend him.
We bought a pool from Ohio Pools about 6 years ago. Then about a year ago they stopped selling swimming pools so, they left customers like me hanging. They didn’t have any references when I needed my pool liner changed and they didn’t care when my wife asked what she was to do. They said look on Google. Luckily Great Escape Pools were nice enough to make several recommendations to us. So we went with one of the Great Escapes recommendations.

We used Ohio Pools for the first time to close our pool last fall and then to open our pool this season. This was by far the worst experience we have had. They came and “opened” the pool finding an absolute mess. The pool was full of algae and looked worse than any season thus far. Our prior pool company closed and opened our pool with no issues. Ohio pool opened the pool by taking off the cover and folding it up and putting it in the corner (after being asked to lay it in the yard to dry so we could store for the season. They then dumped chemicals in the pool and left stating they would be back to clean the pool and finish the opening. After 4 days they still hadn’t returned and the pool looked as bad as when they first took off the cover. We went out and started to clean the sides and sweep the bottom. We went to the store and told them the issues and were told that the scheduler hadn’t gotten around to our invoice and they didn’t know they needed to come back. That is a service department issue. We told them to cancel any further efforts as they didn’t do what they said they would and $250.00 to take the cover off and dump some chemicals in wasn’t worth it so we didn’t want to pay another over $200 for them to finish. They also were told last fall when the opening was scheduled we cannot use chlorine and we use bromine. They came with only chlorine which they put into our pool.They finally called a few days later to say they would be out in a few more days but based on their lack of competency to that point we said no (again we had been to the store and cancelled any further service). We then received a letter and bill for the remaining amount. With initial payment and this invoice it was over $400 for them to take the cover off and dump some chemicals in. No cleaning, sweeping or installing ladders and stairs. On top of that they installed the gauge on the filter wrong and broke it (it had been bought last season).We called about the invoice and for every issue we’re given a litany of excuses with no attempt to make it right. No apologies for the lack of service. It is obvious they DO NOT CARE about their customers. We have hired LITE HOUSE POOLS to come fix the mess left by Ohio pools.If you want competence and caring customer service strongly recommend you use a different pool company. If I could I would give them negative stars.
We finally received our TX hot tub and the four (4) young gentlemen who delivered and did the set-up were great. Ryan was the lead tech who was friendly, directed his set-up team flawlessly and explained the hot tub controls to me effortlessly. So happy with the process from start to finish!We got the Hot Springs Relay.We went in looking at swim spas and hot tubs, and Robert helped us figure out which one wed get the most out of and works for our space. He sent me options with tons of detail and pricing via email so we didnt have to visit the store multiple times (COVID-19). He also did not try to sell me the most expensive model or even the most expensive one in our budget. He was very up-front about the features and which ones we probably wouldnt need.We then worked with Cary to get the delivery and set-up organized. SO helpful and flexible when we had some issues with the electrical getting done. He was very nice and always called me back right away.I cant say enough about the whole process...and we LOVE our hot tub.

Ohio Pools and Spas were great to our family today. We had some electric problems and our tech Ryan W was incredible. He help diagnose the problem and figure out the solution so we could get the hot tub on and running so we didn’t have to call a electrician back out to our house. Have some happy kids over here now.

The service was excellent. The new hot tub cover was expected to take six months to deliver and only took one or two months. Everyone who took my order and delivered the cover was very helpful, kind, and courteous.
Awesome delivery by Jarrod and his crew, very professional! Set up and instructions were great and easy to understand. We bought pre-owned/as is so some quirks were expected, however, we discovered one cover latch was broken on the cover and Jarrod noted it. One was not a big issue. After they crew left we notice a second latch did go in and appeared to latch but actually didnt so we have two broken latches on our cover. :(

We bought our first hot tub about a year ago! Not knowing a lot about hot tubs they took the time to answer our questions and help us. The delivery was quick and the technician was great with all of our questions. Whenever we have had questions about chemicals, etc. they have helped us out by checking our water sample and letting us know what changes were needed. If you are looking to buy a hot tub this is the place to buy!

The staff was awesome on the phone. I drive an hour to get there. They recognized me from our discussion on the phone and went straight to the items they recommended I needed for my hot springs hot tub. I then needed items for my pool and they ran out from behind the check out to get the items off the shelf did me. I was impressed as a retail store owner myself! Great team of guys working that day!

We purchased a hot tub from Robert in August, 2016. I experience with Robert and his staff has been exceptional. If we have had any issues, Robert has corrected the situation above and beyond our expectations. The staff does an excellent job at inspecting our water samples and providing their expertise on leveling out our water levels. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a hot tub.

I had an excellent experience at Ohio Pools on Whipple in North Canton. I originally went to just shop around for hot tubs, with no intention of buying same day. I was greeted by Matt who was very helpful and very low pressure. He answered all my questions (and there were many)! Installation was easy and prompt. All questions regarding the care of my hot tub were answered clearly. I am loving the hot tub. We have used it everyday!
