This place was FANTASTIC! Unfortunately, they didn’t have either of the things I was looking for - virtue hi9000 disposable vapes or black note Virginia tobacco nic salt - however that does not change my rating in the slightest. The two guys working were extremely knowledgeable, laid back, polite, and accommodating! They offer legit recommendations and allow you to sample whatever you’re interested in. If I could, I would give this place 10 stars, based on customer service alone. I will definitely be back. Can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re somewhat new to the vape scene.

This is the only vape store Ive found since Ive moved here from Cincinnati, which is actually helpful and knowledgeable. The guy who was filling in today from the Massillon store is the 1st person Ive run into since I moved here in November, who genuinely knows what he is talking about and is happy to help.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable so its disappointing that they sold us a kit that was discontinued almost 2 years ago for twice as much ($40) than anywhere else that still has them ($23). Juice recommendations were good, but had to figure out after the fact which pods would work since those were discontinued as well. Not a great first impression, we wont be going back.

Working with Ap Canton was a great experience. I was in a tough spot with my tax debt and they were able to help me get out of it quickly and efficiently. They provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and their customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their taxes!

Been shopping here for about 6 months after leaving new york and their war on vaping and love this place its like the Taj Mahal of vape shops especially compared to the ones Ive been to in new york they have a huge selection of everything from disposables to mods and tanks and tons of ejuice if your into the highest puffs of disposables I get anything from 5000 to 10k puffs and their prices are not bad they beat every price I seen in new york.

Guys talked me into getting a KingVape. Talkin about bigger batteries and more puffs. Did not even get on full charge on the battery and display shows only 15% juice left. Junk and waste of $30 E B is less puffs and lasts at least a wk every bar.

This is the only vape store my husband and I have used over the last 3 or 4 years. This shop was the last one out of the couple that I had visited while on vacation, I was blown away by not only the selection, but the attention that I received. I had stopped in one night and met Ace, he had greeted me with an amazing and calm demeanor. I looked around but didnt have the time that night to stay long, so I returned the following day. As I walked in Ace had already remembered my name! He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Coming from a retail background, this meant the world to me. Aces attention to detail and the time he takes with each and every customer is so refreshing. That coupled with his calming personality makes you feel like you are genuinely cared for and at ease. I could literally talk to this man all day everyday if I had the time. I dropped a good chunk of change there that day and Ill do it again if and when Im in the area again. As my girlfriend and I drove away. She exclaimed, Babe, I almost just want to move here to be local to this shop. I’m extremely picky about my vape shops and I promise you won’t find a better shop in the area than HOV. Their staff alone is worth it. Knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. Their inventory is huge and prices reasonable. They’re open late, which is a nice bonus. 5/5 will recommend!

Took my friend here to pick up a vape in the evening, I waited in the car and unfortunately there was a guy that was trying to hit on her and she felt that he was being pretty creepy. Unfortunately she didnt get his name but she definitely doesnt want to go back.Single ladies, bring a friend in.Other than that, she said the other person in the store was friendly and helpful in finding a replacement.

I had a very unfortunate experience here where I had purchased vape juice that was already browning (oxidizing) and was given no reasonable compensation.I brought it back after I had opened up the bottle already because I didn’t think it matter, but upon further research, I was informed that brown juice is a sign of expiration and oxidization, the process of oxygen entering and altering the chemical composition in the liquid. I explained to the store clerk that it tasted very off and almost stale. I had tried the tester earlier the same day and it was delicious. When I told her this, she said snarkily, “Well yea it’s going to taste different. The tester has no nicotine in it.” I told her I was aware of the taste of nicotine and that I could differentiate the flavor, but to no resolve she did not budge. She told me the juice had arrived very recently and was brand new. I asked if she could take it back, or possibly refund me somewhat, or even exchange it. She said, “No returns once it’s opened.” I can understand that, however, she wouldn’t offer any kind of compensation. She simply offered me, “$5 off the next bottle.” I told her there was no way I’d buy another full priced bottle because why would I spend $32 more dollars for something that could again be oxidized. She told me to sell it to someone I knew which is pretty lame because I hated the taste. After about 5 minutes of going back and forth with her being very reasonable and kind, I left with nothing but expired juice and zero desire to return.The prices here are very comparable to most stores in that it’s overpriced a bit. Rather than pay $32 for a 100ml bottle of vape juice (the standard price) , it’s much cheaper online.

I love house and the employees inside, all super kind people and ive always thought this until today they went above and beyond. I had purchased a glass 30 ml bottle of juice and as i was exiting it slipped out of my hand and the bottle leaked juice everywhere, the employee Gabby gave me a new one free of charge. i appreciate them and ill always be coming back.

Staff is great. However I have gone here and gotten several disposable vapes, 8/10 I have had to call back in and get a replacement or be told I just have to buy a new one. All because they have leaked, or would just burn up when I wasn’t using it. Only vape shop I have had trouble with. In the picture you will see the 3rd vape I have had an issue with in just a week, you can see the juice in the top clear part, also on my table, and that it is lit up as if I’m hitting it. Don’t think I will be getting this brand if I decide to return to this vape shop.

I only need vape stuff once in a while so Im not really sure if the prices are good or not, but they seem comparable to other places I guess. The employees here are low-key the nicest, most welcoming people of not just any vape shop Ive been to, but pretty much most businesses that I walk into. That goes a long way with me so 5 stars.

We have been coming to House of Vapes for about 2 years. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They dont try and take you for a ride or sell you stuff you do not want or need. And thats saying something!! We always have a great visit and love chatting with the employees. Gabby is very helpful as are Freddie and the other guys and girls. Sorry, I cant remember everyones name. Lol. We drive from Barberton just to come to this store. Definitely a good place for your vaping needs.

Bar Far the Highest priced Vape store in the area Mark up is easily double from what you would pay at an online store. Great selection of gear and juice though but wow they are really raking the kids in that area over the coals with there pricing. Which there were a ton of kids at this store some which definitely did not seem at the legal age to even patron the store. The Counter help had very little knowledge on vaping and Hardware. While I did leave with some juice because they carried a flavor I have been looking for and didnt want to wait 3 days for the mailman to bring I would never ever never visit this shop again. And the big thing that bothered me is when I asked for prices on a RDA he needed to go to the back room to ask someone else. Prices were not placed on gear I had to ask for each item and then he needed to go to the back room to find out how bad they were going to over charge me. Seriously A 35 dollar device he told me was 65dollars in store. I would wait the few days for it to be delivered to my door step before buying any gear there from someone with very very little product knowledge. But hey the kids in the area seem to love the place. Oh well There are other shops in the area, sadly the establishment across the store is very poorly equipped to service the area and make that store look like rock stars. Definitely A huge waste of time and money, sadly as an adult who vapes to have a safer alternative to smoking this store was a let down. Its the blink 182 of vape shops. Keep it cloudy. Visit if you want to get stroked and your wallet assaulted.

I told the girl I wanted to try vaping but I wanted something cheap because I wasnt sure I would like it. She took me to the most expensive pen they they had and didnt listen at all when I told her again I wanted something cheap and small because I was just trying it out. She talked my friend into buying something he didnt want because she is cute, but she sold me something useless. His item didnt have the directions so we had to go back in and ask a guy who was very helpful. They didnt have the color I wanted so I settled on another one, (which I hate) and it didnt even have the USB charger it said it had on the package. There are so many vape shops in Canton. Ill never go back to that one.

This shop has a wide variety of supplies and juices. The staff is very intuitive and like to lend a helping hand when needed. Mr purple hair spicoli is a very cool young man and always trying to point to good pinnapple juice as that’s what I prefer. Give you a coil from time to time and my wife received a free MOD from one of the other gentlemen there, smok infinix cool little mod if your a lady. By far the best vape shop in canton, akron, surrounding areas. Every time I go in Im greeted by a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful customer service rep. Prices are competitive if not much less than competitors. Selection is great from juices to mods. If you vape in this area and you havent visited yet, youre doing yourself a disservice.

Big selection of juices that are not the nicotine youre looking for, very overpriced compared to most vape shops or online distributors. Extremely small selection of Rda. The customers give me better help than the usual employees that cant answer the majority of my questions on the products theyre “trying to sell”.. Prefer other shops and online stores than to have to come here anymore. 60ml ejuice $25 100ml $35. Sucks always having to go with an ejuice that was your 17th choice because all the other flavors dont carry 0mg of nicotine.

Youngsters behind the counter....smoking their own e-cigs and ”hanging out while working”. Not much help. The answers to all my questions of detail were ”yea”, ”no” or ”I dont know”. All I can say is if your above 30, looking seriously for something in particular....in my case to stop smoking...they knew nothing of what they were selling. Or possibly, didnt care much at the moment. Tons of body peircings....looking cool with their own huge Vapes behind the counter. Lol. But hey, all good, like I said....they were younsters. I just left and went to the ”Vapor Lounge”. Lol.Oh, their equiptnent looked used and scuffed up or dirty. I asked if they had a stock behind the counter other than the ”display” model. They said no. No sealed boxes, no directions....tried to sell the very used looking device for regular price. Lol. No thanks.....moved on.
