Worst tobacco shop ever! Customer service was trash, I felt like just because I only wanted to cigars it was a problem. Never in my life have I been asked to show id at a tobacco store (not really a problem, however the interaction was weir.) I had just walked over from eating pizza on which I left my id on my car. I’m sure if I would’ve purchase something expensive, my id wouldn’t have been asked for. I was literally looking at wraps for 2 seconds and “Moe” immediately put his phone conversation on hold however I was never greeted. Maybe he suspected me of something however, this is not a good way to treat new customers.

Friendly service and a very large, clean, and well organized store. I love there there is a reward card for elfbars. I was also impressed with the delta 8 and HHC products that are available.

Extremely overpriced, especially because their products are cheap. I got a dab cart and it came clogged, barely hit, would hit on its own, and ate through all the distillate. Huge waste of my time and money. Youll have better luck hitting up a different smoke store. Prices will be more reasonable and product will be of higher quality.

The lady that was there today (not sure of her name) was so polite, funny and helped me choose a vape that I really like based on my use of gas-station vape pods. She was patient. Answered my questions. Listened to what I had to say. And respected my time. I’m pretty picky about customer service and for a vape shop, this was better than many restaurants I’ve been to where you spend significantly longer times with a waiter/waitress/server. Hopefully she sees this and knows how great she is! Thanks so much!

BEST SMOKE SHOP IN NORTH CHARLESTON!! I feel like I have gone through many smoke shops in the area as a consistent customer, and I can announce this one as my go-to store.My biggest issue with most of the stores in the area is that when my girlfriend has gone alone to make a purchase, she has been made to feel Very uncomfortable and does not want to come back.The owner of 843 Smoke and Vape is a man named Ali. He has been nothing but welcoming since the moment we first walked through the doors. They gave us detailed descriptions of certain products, offered us new items to try, and were not sure I had to buy anything. Ali told me that he wanted to really separate himself from every other shop in the area. I can tell you for a fact… He has done that!Lastly, we finally have our smoke shop in Wescott Plantations! For someone who doesn’t leave the area much, this is Very clutch. I can also say the store upholds itself as classy, if not MORE than the surrounding establishments. That is why I will continue to go back as well and tell as many people as I can not to waste their time anywhere else!

Moe is absolutely amazing, he’s always so helpful and will walk around and help me find the perfect product everytime. This is my number one spot in Charleston!
