540 Smoke & Vape

Honestly I’m fed up with this vape shop, every time I come here and I buy a vape, the vape malfunctions, didn’t even have it for long, tried to charge it and it still doesn’t work also I have a stamp card which it says “buy 5 get 1 free” and I only got it stamp twice now they turning around and saying “you have to spend over $15 to get it stamped” which is ridiculous I shouldn’t have to spend more than what I usually do if I don’t want too so atp y’all need to shut down because this is ridiculous

The vape I had bought was working perfectly fine and as soon as I put it on the charger I took it off and it wasn’t working anymore it had 9000 puffs and didn’t work I tried to get a new one for the same price but didn’t let me I don’t recommend this vape shop especially for there prices so I’ll no longer be shopping there and I would love my money back for the vapes I’ve gotten honestly yall just need to stop selling these type of vapes that barley work

This is the best smoke shop in the area!!! They have everything and the people are cool. I was given a sample of 7 Labs 7-hydroxy kratom this week and it is the absolute best kratom product I have ever had by far. Cannot express that enough. Thank you for putting me on!

I’ve only ever been to a vape store that is closest to my home in Ladson since April so I haven’t been to any other stores prior. I have read the reviews on this store so many times and thought I should check them out. Yes they have 80% more stuff than the one I’ve been going to but prices don’t seem to be any better. The guy working seem to be put off so I tried just picking something and leaving. I picked a green mod and didn’t realize I wasn’t going to get it brand new still sealed but now I’m just hoping nothing is wrong with it and all pieces all there or I’m gonna be upset. I get home and googled the product to see what’s should be in the box and how to turn on since I can’t seem to get it to turn on and hoping its just a dead battery but I could have purchased this thing brand new for like $15 cheaper. i still trying to figure out what all is suppose to come in this box and just wanted to warn everyone to check online first and do research before dropping almost $54 for products that aren’t worth that. I don’t believe I’ll be returning to this store but I’m seriously considering taking my services online instead as well.

I love my vape but I cannot get out of the house. I wish there was such a thing as delivery for all stimulants.

Been a long term customer here, over a year at least once a week. Bought a new vape, no coils in stock, ok they say theyll be in next week... next week no coils. As Im trying to purchase other items, customers come in and are helped before me, this is a normal occurrence, If you dont look like a stoner, or have breasts, youll get helped last.

Reminds me of my fave shop in Oakland, CA. Hella good vibes and great selection. Highly recommended!

Not my favorite place to go. Every time I go there they never have lost Mary vapes and the guy sold me a space Mary with 8000 puffs and didn’t even last me a week. Any vape I buy usually lasts me 2 weeks

WOW!! What a selection! I could have spent an hour looking at all the different Delta 8/THC products they offer. Prices were awesome as well! Usually shop in Mt. Pleasant but was in the area and decided to try this place. So glad I did, will be making the extra 10 minute drive from now on to go here.

Ive been to the main store but Ive recently been going to the location on Dorchester Rd. by the Food Lion, great vape shop! Large selection, good prices and super helpful staff, my go to vape shop in North Charleston!

I have to brag on my guy Ahmed. The man is very knowledgeable, kind and even memorizes what I buy so when I’m walking through the door he already has what I came to buy. That’s exactly how you keep customers coming. If he’s not already a manager I would definitely keep him around as a future manager. Awesome service and prices.

Has a issue with selling broken vapes and not replacing

My friend wanted to try 540 Smoke and Vape because it was near his house, and we had never been. I struggle with social anxiety, so I will always read reviews of a place before going to try to avoid any possible panic attacks. I will, however, read the reviews with an open mind. There was a review on this place where the lady did not have a good experience and the owner responded in an accusatory tone that she was not providing a real review. That rubbed me the wrong way, however, I wanted to go in there with an open mind, and give him the benefit of the doubt especially since my friend and I had a goal to spend money that day.Upon entering, the shop dazzled.  It looked so interesting.  There were so many things to see, like a candy store for adults.  I was excited to stay and look around. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆I told the person behind the counter we were new and needed help. He pointed to a chart on the counter,  and thats it. He responded that he was the owner. After waiting a few minutes trying to read the chart and realizing I simply was not comprehending,  between that and the owner not offering to help or answer any questions, and no one else was in the store. It was simply awkward.  2 ☆☆ (at least he pointed to a chart) .We left and drove 20 min down the road to Mr. Tobacco and Vapor,  in which I also left a review. We proceeded to spend over $200 and they gained new patrons.To the owner,  your shop looked amazing 👏.  In my personal experience,  customer service is not your best feature.  I believe if you hire someone who possesses that customer service attitude your ratings will go up. You obviously have a passion for your shop shown in the amazing variety of products,  you might want to add a tool to your toolbox.

Customer service is horrible and workers are very rude. I will spend my money elsewhere…DO NOT GO THERE!! They don’t even greet you. They ignore you.

If Im not getting my vape online Im shopping here. They have the best prices on juice around and offer free juice rewards after a certain amount of purchases. They have a good return policy (Id open and smoked some juice before realizing it had no nicotine level.. they didnt ask me any questions, they gave me another bottle for free when I brought it back)The best part are their business hours. They arent closing right after I get off of work, but after 9pm. It drives me crazy dealing with a shop that closes before 9pm but these guys are open when nearly no one else is. Many people have mentioned it but the owner and workers are good people. Been with these guys over a year now and it couldnt have been better.

They always are super friendly and I absolutely love their stamp card system. They also never have a line so thats a huge bonus!!!!!

I just moved to the area and this is already my favorite spot for all my tabacco/smoke needs. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. I personally love the HUGE selection of King Palm products they have and ELFBAR vapes. The prices are fair, the selection is great, staff is awesome. I will keep coming back and bringing all my friends.

The store is great all around great selection. The staffers very attentive to customers needs and all around its a store where its truly like a true vape shop in my view. Other vap shops try to make their stores all classy and like a hang out spot bu 540 focuses on product variety which is more important to me. I personally like to have options

I had switched to buying my vape juice online but came here after work one day with a broken mod and they were so helpful. I didn’t even buy anything in my first visit because they helped me fix it at no charge. Now I come here for all my vaping needs and the customer service is the best I receive at ANY retailer of all kinds. These guys are the best.

Unbelievable. I finally get back into town after a long road trip and made the mistake of coming to 540. I seemed to have forgotten that there are a big group of juveniles that lounge around in the store (seemingly around the clock) that laugh and joke about customers to each-other in their native language. Its really uncomfortable and the people that work there literally come up with inflated prices off the top of their head.. I dont understand why anyone would come here.

No loose flowers, pushing hit it miss bulk options are often dry a lot of times. Leaving you with lots of unusable/harsh flowers.

All around a nice place to go clean friendly and Ill definitely be visiting there again. They open up before any other place opens and had a great selection of everything. Definitely enjoyed my visit and I recommend this place to anybody

They had a great variety of tobacco products Vape products. Small selection of cigars but I tell you there was a million blunts there! The guy at the counter seems like you should have been in a Sherlocks home video but its all good got what I wanted Djarum Black Sapphire little cigars a pack of smokes and I was on my way. Highly recommended!

My friend and I went to buy water pipes and it is a distaster. As soon as we got home we noticed one of them had a leak in it, so we went back. We then traded that water pipe for the exact same kind and when we put water in it, there was a leak. So after returning to the store for the 3rd time, we left with one that didn’t seem to leak. Fast forward a few weeks and the water pipe I got has a broken tube. I have never dropped it, the part that broke does not get heat applied to it at all, and it’s not able to be hit by anything even if it did fall. I am so upset that me and my friend wasted so much time and money with this store.

Solid store, especially like the rewards program. Just make sure you get a full stamp on your card. If you get a half stamp, they will not honor/count that purchase towards the rewards.

Biggest and best vape and smoke selection in CHS. They have EVERYTHING. my only problem is theres barely any employees so it does take a minute to get some service but it does give u time to see their selection
