I’ve been getting eyelash extensions with Mel on and off for several years for occasions and she never fails to make me feel beautiful. She is meticulous in the way she applies the lashes, using the best products and always the educating herself on the latest and greatest in the industry. The time spent is always extremely enjoyable and she makes sure I am comfortable throughout the entire service. She truly and genuinely cares about her quality of work and her individual clients.

Ok next time I’m there I’ll get before and after because I go in a DISASTER and Mel always fixes me up!! That girl works her tail off and I just can’t say enough great things about her or the salon. Also a really great retail space!!

Can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet cuz this place is awesome! Mel does such a fabulous job every time. I have been to a lot of different stylist around the country/ world and she is absolutely the most talented! Can’t recommend enough!

Best services in the valley. The hairdressers are all very well trained and know their stuff. I have split dyed hair that requires 2 hours to process, and this is the only place that does it right. My hair is healthy and soft afterward, even after lightening. Aveda products are amazing, but others are also offered and they are also great. Im a bit biased because the owner is my sister in law, but she obviously is good because who else would put up with a 2 hour double dye job that has to be redone every 6 weeks? Nobody. Andrea is astounding and her business is flourishing. Stop by, check it out.

I happily drive 1.5 hours to see Alyson. She is wonderful at what she does & personable. Love her and the entire salon vibe!

They did a great job cutting my God daughters hair, they answered my out of area number and got us in within a day. Awesome service.

Conor is new at The Root Cellar, but he is not new to barbering. He worked for 5 years at my barbershop in Portland, ME and built a huge loyal clientele. A master of his craft, Conor provides sharp crisp short haircuts and shaggy-short cuts always looking to meet the clients request. He is excellent at every style between blurry skin fades and classic Clark Kent mens scissor cuts, and as a licensed barber, also does hot lather straight razor shaves and beard trims. If youre looking for a vacation cut, or a new barber in your hometown, look no further.

They always do a wonderful job! Very professional and kind. Im looking forward to my next visit.

Hairstylist Melissa did a fabulous job. I showed her a picture and both the haircut and root touch-up came out perfect! This was my first visit and all the way across the board my experience will lead me to a return for services!

Beyond happy with what The Root Cellar did for myself and the bridal party on my wedding day. They were so friendly to work with and really proved how talented they were by transforming all of us into stunning ladies. Some of the bridal party did not have a vision on what they wanted, so Darlene and Tracy took charge and worked their magic. Since I dont usually wear too much makeup other than mascara, my husband was afraid I wouldnt look like me after having foundation and more makeup than usual applied, but he was beyond impressed what they did and that I still looked like myself. I am so happy with what their team did and could not recommend the Root Cellar enough! I have never felt more beautiful than I did that day. PS- my Dad even got a haircut from the Root Cellar the day before the wedding and he was really happy as well!

I saw Gabrielle today at The Root Cellar. Amazing. I havent had a proper haircut in 3 years because we relocated to Conway and I was afraid to try to find a new hairdresser.Gabrielle is simply amazing. I asked her to cut off a foot of my hair and create a long assymetrical inverted bob. The results are outstanding and I feel beautiful again. Thank you!!!!!!

I got probably one of the best haircuts of my life today by Kallie, I was very overdue for one. I’m super happy with it and have used this salon for years.

First time visit. Darlene did a great job of taking a grown out pixie and turning it into a modern short stacked bob. I have already made another appointment for 6 weeks.

Got a spray tan here for prom, and it came out terribly! I was bright orange and my body was covered in streaks and places that were missed. I was very disappointed and had to go to prom looking awful and felt embarrassed. It didnt go away for two-three weeks and I tried scrubbing it off, virtually everything and it didn’t come off. Very upset and won’t be returning.

Go anywhere but here! The salon was empty that should have been my first clue to run. They should not cut anyone’s hair ever! Way too short. They should be ashamed of themselves and hand out brown paper bags on the way out!

I got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding, and it looked incredible! I would definitely go here again for an event.
