I came in with severe shoulder & neck pain not knowing what to expect as I have never had a massage before and Jessica not only made me feel very comfortable but I left there feeling so much better and actually got a good night sleep last night. To say amazing is an understatement, Siobhan is gifted with her hands. I had my first ever massage this past Saturday and I was in tears....To clarify, they were tears of relief and happiness. I struggle with arthritis in my lower back and have a very physical job that requires alot of heavy lifting, so as you can imagine, I am always in a fair amount of pain. I also struggle with anxiety and constantly deal with my mind racing throughout the day...For the first time ever in my life, I experienced silence in my head and that alone made me emotional, but to have years of body aches and pain be relieved was a whole other level of relief that I have always wanted. I absolutely booked again for September and cant wait to make it an every month occurrence. The environment is also very welcoming and clean and helps you feel peaceful before you even go in for your service. Thank you Serenity Wellness Spa for all that you have done for me already and thank you Siobhan for giving me the relief I have been needing and wanting for a long time...Keep up the amazing work.

My husband and I booked an afternoon of massages and wraps for our 35 th wedding anniversary. It was our first visit to Self Serenity. We chose them after reading so many wonderful reviews and we are so glad we did. Michelle and Denise are awesome. Our massages were relaxing and professionally done. The room was lit with candles everywhere and the background music was so calming. No detail was overlooked. Both ladies did an outstanding job providing an unforgettable experience. I had my first massage today with Denise Young. I was experiencing neck and shoulder stiffness and she spent the entire appointment working through those tough, tedious areas. I left feeling relief. Ive been getting massages and bodywork for the majority of my adult life and hands down Jessica has given me the most effective and relaxing massages Ive ever had, period. Years ago I injured my hip and its been in and out of alignment and sore nearly everyday. Jessica gently addresses the soft tissue scarring on my hips each session and improves my mobility and ease in my lower body so that I have more pain free days. Most sessions are so gentle and healing I can nap during the massage. Her spa is clean, comfortable, and relaxing and her staff are friendly and efficient. Book with her today, you wont regret it!

I went here for the first time today and got a clarifying facial by Michelle. My skin feels absolutely incredible. I feel like my skin can breathe again. She was great and really helped me with some tips when the appointment was over.I then had an athletic massage with Denise. I wish I booked for longer because the 30 minutes was amazing! She got every knot out and really helped me relax. I’m always so tense, even if I’m in a relaxed setting, and she really helped me feel at ease and definitely did wonders for my back and shoulders.

Had a 90min tranquility massage with Denise. I’ve had many massages in my life but she tops any massage therapist I’ve come across, no doubt! I got a signature facial from Michelle and it was amazing! It was my first time coming here and I wasn’t sure what to expect. After a long day at work, I walked in to Michelle with a huge smile on her face greeting me. We went over any problem areas I had and Michelle was SO knowledgeable. She figured out my skin type and was able to prescribe some different lotions, moisturizers and cleansers to use. The facial was so wonderful and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back!!

We had a spectacular experience at Self Serenity Spa. The team was able to service our party of 7 (who wanted a variety of services: facials and massages). Not only was the staff incredibly accommodating, but also each room was thoughtfully prepared for a relaxing ambiance. The one hour facial was incredible, complete with high quality products, scalp massages, steam - the works. The massages were excellent as well - they listened to the client, focused on problem areas and the overall experience was very satisfying! Thank you!

Denise and Michelle are ABSOLUTE sweethearts and so accommodating!! I planned a spa day for my partner and I last week and wanted to try the body wraps with him as one of our activities, but the body wraps are technically not a couples service. I called to ask if they could do our wraps together to which they kindly and enthusiastically let me know that they would make it work -- and they did!! It was their first time doing this service for a couple, so I really appreciated how open they were to trying something new just for us. All that aside, the service itself was really wonderful and I actually fell asleep for like 5 minutes which never happens to me at a massage lol. I also rarely leave reviews but felt it was necessary to do so for this business. Denise and Michelle are super passionate about what they do and it shows. They even both individually texted me the next day to share their gratitude, say that they hoped we enjoyed our services and that they hoped to see us again, which was insanely thoughtful. The five stars are well deserved, and we will DEFINITELY be back.

The spa is so inviting & beautiful! I had a facial & eyebrow wax with Michelle. AMAZING! I immediately felt at ease & so comfortable. She was so gentle. The best part, while your steaming, she gives you a foot massage!!! She gave me some tips on my skin which was so helpful! I will definitely be back!

Stephanie Young was amazing! So very professional! Kind to my sensitivities. She made me feel very comfy. She was respectful getting into my nooks & crannys. Which I would normally feel uncomfortable having a massager massage my lower back, hamstrings or my very tight groins muscles, this was my concern, initially - going in. However, she was so respectful, professional and it made me feel comfortable and in a safe space. She was gentle, the atmosphere was well, the music was soft. I had a phenomenal and will be back!

When I first came to meet jess i was referred by a friend due to me having a pinched nerve in my back. She got me back on my feet and moving again when my doctor was no help. I cant say enough about the high quality service she provides. Needless to say i have been going once a month trying all of the awesome services she offers. I am in Rhode Island visiting a girlfriend and she scheduled a spa day for us!! It was just what I needed to get through these early cold spring days. We had massages and facials. Soothing music, soft colors, hot tea, or cool water with lemon and a cozy fireplace/heater greeted me walking in the door.Soft sheets and a warm bed set the scene to prepare me for a relaxing upper body massage. A truly healing experience. Afterwards, Jessica let me know what care I needed to do at home to extend the healing experience. I appreciated this advice very much. This morning I met with Jessica for a Cold Stone Facial Massage. My sinuses have been awful, this week in particular. Jess recommended this massage to alleviate the sinus pressure and boy was she right. My sinuses were causing pressure around my under eyes, forehead and ears along with congestion. First, she had me breathe in some eucalyptus vapor. In the beginning of the massage I could feel the pain in my sinuses as she worked to alleviate that pressure. The cold stones felt AMAZING and towards the end I could definitely feel some relief!!! Jess massaged my face, neck, ears and chest with a eucalyptus blend that smelled so good. After the massage I immediately felt no pressure under my eyes and about an hour after the massage I could actually feel my sinuses draining. Anyone experiencing sinus pressure should definitely book this massage. There are so many other benefits of a cold stone facial such as increased circulation, reducing inflammation, decreasing stress, fine lines and tired eyes. Thank you so much Jess, I feel amazing! 💕😊

Yesterday I experienced the ultimate day of bliss this was a very relaxing experience. The facial was spot on and the perfect way to start it off and the Himalayan hot stone massage was incredible as well. The spa had warm beds to lay on, snacks, tea, and a hot shower. I would highly recommend this if you need time to treat yourself or as a gift to someone special!

Great place! Did a couples massage and both girls made it such a pleasant and relaxing experience. Plus, they were very receptive to addressing certain sore spots we had. They were very comedic as well making it an overall fun and enjoyable time. We booked another session for the following month....definitely recommend :)

Jessica is AMAZING! I have major sciatica issues (and MS) and she fixes me up! I do want to punch her in the face during the treatment but a few minutes after the session is done I begin to feel relief! Go see her. You WONT be disappointed!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would first of all, I suprised my fiancee with a couples massage and facials for her brithday it was orginally scheduled for saturday but then something came up so unfortunately we couldnt of gone that day. I called them and told them I was gonna have to backout and they went the extra mile and opened just for us on Sunday when theyre not usually open. Going into the building we were greeted with memosas and little snacks for my fiancees birthday, then we had the most phenomenal massages and facials Michelle and Denise are the dynamic duo their hands are MAGIC. I highly reccomend them to anyone that wants a great masage etc. Thank you again guys for going above and beyond and making my fiancees birthday a great one!

I was in a car accident about a month ago and have been in pain. My PT recommend a massage to help with the knots and headaches. I went to Jessica and it was an amazing experience. Not only was it relaxing but she also knew what areas to work on. My headaches already have gone down. She may be my cousin but i do highly recommend jessica for massages. She has helped me with do many back issues. In front of computer all the time I get a lot of neck and upper back issues and she has help minimize that pain.
