I booked an appointment online. Showed up on time and was told that she had another appointment booked at that time. I dont understand why they would double book because she even showed me the confirmation for my appointment. A man sat in the lobby just playing on his phone and another man came in for a walk in. This business looks like one of those shady full service businesses. I told the woman wed take our business elsewhere. I do not recommend.

I had the best massage by David. When I went in, (Im in a wheelchair)I was in so much pain, so much tension and stiff. David treated me so gentle and with so much care. My body feels great now, I can move my neck side to side, my shoulders feel loose, my back doesnt hurt,neither my legs. Ive had such an amazing experience. Im sleeping better after this massage. I highly recommend and definitely will be returning.

Affordable prices and this was probably the best massage I have ever received. I find that many massage therapists are scared to dig in when I tell them to lol. If there aren’t any elbows involved I don’t want it. But don’t worry if this isn’t your thing, my masseuse was very intuitive and frequently check in on me to make sure the pressure was right. She was even sweet enough to add an extra 30 minutes upon my request, which I didn’t expect her to be able to do with other clients. Overall very pleased!

The male masseuse was very good. The female needed to massage harder/deeper, but overall, this was a nice experience for my daughter & I to share 💞

My girlfriend and I got couples massages here. The overall experience was uncomfortable. The massage therapists did not seem like professionals. I also dont think its standard practice to have someones knuckles shoved in between your ribs over and over to the point it causes you pain 3 days later.

I received a massage today from Esther and it was amazing! I highly recommend. The establishment was well kept, clean, and inviting. I felt very relaxed and she did not rush through the massage. I have noticed lately other places don’t even flip you over now. It was affordable and I left feeling I did not waste my money unlike some other places I have been to.

Everything about this place says welcome. The staff is all very professional and makes you feel as if you are absolutely their most important client. You will want to make a return visit. Theres no need looking anywhere else. You cannot beat Oak Grove Massage Spa.They will ask you questions to determine what kind of massage you want and will adjust mid-stream if you need something different. They do take walk-ins but an appointment will insure you have the time you want or that a particular therapist will be there when you go. After you have the best massage ever, be sure to leave your therapist a big tip so they know how much you appreciate their work. A friend recommended I try this spa for a massage and it was the worst decision I could have made. First off I don’t appreciate being charged $5 for the credit card fee. It just seems excessive to me. The massage table was cold and hard. The rooms had an odd smell too. The Asian woman that massaged me was extremely rough and I was unable to relax. I let her know several times but she was still rough. I’ve never had a massage where I was constantly being shaken around. She leaned over my head several times while massaging my back and I could feel her nails scratching me. I also noticed that she used her elbow to massage my legs and elbows causing slight pain/discomfort. Once the massage was done she stood in the hallway expected a tip that wasn’t deserved since I had to correct her several times. I will not be returning.

I just had my first massage here and it was amazing! I got a basic one hour full body massage, they used oils and hot stones and everything. They don’t short you on time, staff is very nice, overall 10/10 experience! It was $83 after a tip.

This was the perfect birthday gift from my husband. Jenny was very attentive to the pain I was experiencing in my lower back. She was kind and made me feel very special. I would highly recommend Oak Grove Massage Spa to anyone who has a physically demanding job like I do.-Tia

Today I had my second Lymphatic massage. She is hands down the BEST. My favorite part was the hot stone on my tummy that felt so good. I have been to a few massage places but I must say this one is the BEST I have EVER been to! I will be back in 2 days and so looking forward to it!

I just left from an incredible prenatal massage! This is my third pregnancy and I get 2-3 prenatal massages during each, this was by far the best I’ve received! I also get massages 2 times a month and this was by far the best customer service as well! The ladies were incredibly nice! My table was heated, plenty of pillows to remain comfortable, hot stones, relaxing music, the works! I am 29 weeks pregnant and plan on going every couple of weeks until I deliver and after as well! Highly recommend!!

I wished I had discovered this place much sooner. I try to get a massage at least once a year. So Ive been to several spas, including spas in high end hotels. I would have to say Oak Grove Massage Spa has given the best massages Ive ever had. The women were friendly and professional. The spa has a relaxing atmosphere. Their prices cant be beat for the quality they provide. I highly recommend!

I am currently stationed at Fort Campbell and I have tried several Massage establishments in the area. This one beats them all by far! Don’t waste your money anywhere else! My therapist is also a reflexologist, so she incorporated that into my massage at no additional charge. She is also very fluent at English (hard to find around here I have found out). She also used hot rocks as part of my massage (also at no additional cost). Highly recommend! I will be going back for more!

The girls are very sweet and ask specific questions about how you want your massage done so that they’ll get it right. I have a hunched back and afterwards it was significantly less… hunched. I carry my stress in my shoulders and she found it right away and focused on it and smoothed it out, I could hold my shoulders back and stand straight. I went with my husband and we did a couples massage in the same room, they really went out of their way to make us comfortable. It’s been a few months and my back is messed up again from work so I’m looking forward to going back.

Ive been here twice and both times Ive left with that OMG satisfaction you want from a professional massage. If this were in my hometown I would make a monthly appointment. They got me in short notice and were very friendly. I asked for a lot of pressure and thats what I received. Relaxing and clean environment. Highly recommend.

Jenny is a great massage therapist. She noticed the tender spots i was experiencing and used different techniques to make the pain go away. She is one of the best Ive ever been to. I highly recommend. Very clean and friendly place

I went in for a prenatal massage today and Jenny was wonderful!! I’ve always had back problems and she truly helped relieve the stress and knots in my back. The ambiance in the spa was perfect! Will be going back again!

Enjoyed a 90 minute massage with Linda. The rooms are very comfortable and the massage tables are heated if you like. The massage pressure was solid throughout the massage, never had to ask for reduced pressure. Enjoyed the heated stone part of the massage, very relaxing. Overall a great massage and I felt wonderful afterwards.

Best experience I’ve ever had, last time I got a massage was three years ago but this business knows how to give an extremely relaxing massage will definitely come back again.

Jenny is amazing ! Ive had so many massage therapists before but let me tell yall her hands do magic , shes very nice and caring and she will work on any pain you can possibly have the spa is super clean and nice with warm beds which feels amazing during winter time . She also does traditional cupping which is my favorite and the most effective way of cupping . I have been going to her for a year now and every time is just an amazing and relaxing experience. I had a very high quality 90-minute massage with Isabela. I could barely walk going in because of some major low back pain and I had a screaming headache. Owner, Jenny, listened to my concerns and provided extra guidance to Isabella who really was able to work out the muscle issues. I felt like a new woman. Great experience here. I called spontaneously and I was able to get my massage right away, on my lunch break. Not busy, and I love that! The atmosphere was comfy. My massage was so great that I fell asleep. Very experienced. Loved it. Will be going back!

Personally, I didnt receive a massage but someone I know did and I went with. I sat in the car and felt off. The outside of all the shops have windows that are either covered, blocked, or tinted. I went inside and there virtually no lights on. I didnt feel comfortable... It didnt help with the legal paper on the 2nd door on the inside stating no illegal activities would be conducted. But the person I was with says it was amazing! So I dont know.TLDR: the outside isnt very inviting, and when I was here neither was the lobby. But person I was with said massage was amazing.

Great massage and the people are so inviting. And they take walk-ins! You can choose your music and the hot stones come with the massage. Next time I will go for cupping. Thanks for a relaxing experience.

Great establishment with a thoughtful and engaged massage therapist. Visited with significant tension in my neck and shoulders that limited my range of motion. After three sessions it has improved greatly. Prices are on par with market. Staff is accommodating, even letting change schedule within 24hrs and understanding when I was running late.

Oak grove spa is the place to visit if you area in the area of Kentucky in front of 101st airborne division base TC gate. They give great message treatment… I am visiting from out of town and this message took out the aches and pains from a long drive. GREAT PLACE 👍🏼

Location is super convenient, right across the street from Fort Campbell. The place is clean, comfortable, and private. Personally I like a deep, deep tissue massage and man did I get it! The owner Jie He is great with people and is always willing to hold a good conversation.

I have been to the other massage places on 41a, and I Can say the professionalism and quality of their employees is the best. Then you oak Grove spa for always helping to fix my migraines when I have them. 😄

I had a knee replacement November 16th. I requested my massage be centered around my lower left side to help losen up muscles and alleviate some of my pain. Its hard to find a place that properly knows the cupping method of massage therapy. Its one of the things I look for to help with constant lower back pain. This place is friendly and does a great jobB
