Just went in a few minutes ago. The guy was super friendly. Great deal on the vape brand I prefer. Best price Ive seen anywhere in the country so far. Theres even a place next door to park a rig for those of us who drive a truck. Top notch spot right here.

My husband and I go here weekly to get our vape necessities. They have a huge selection and the staff is super duper friendly and will accommodate your every need. We were asking for a specific flavor and we came back the next week and they had all sorts of new flavors in our favorite brand. We no longer go anywhere else! If you’re thinking about checking them out you won’t be disappointed, their prices are right and they’re open late if you can’t make it at normal operating hours!

Ive been shopping here since around the beginning of this year. Had a lot of great experiences with all of the staff and they have some amazing deals, recommended all of my friends and anyone who asked. Unfortunately, today i had a bad experience that will prevent me from shopping here any longer. I purchased a thc-a vape like i have many times here. I usually get the v1 of the lost mary vapes (when not getting flower) but opted for a newer version this time. When i opened the package, there was a large air bubble showing, and when moved, the juice moved very quickly, which is a common thc-vape red flag. I contacted an associate at the store whose worked with me before and ive always greatly appreciate his help, but he basically gaslit me saying it was gravity and they manufacture space in the vape...im aware they dont fill a vape 100%, but ive NEVER had one missing that much product initially. After a while, he told me to bring it back in and hed take care of it. He showed me the same vape i purchased that had the same quick-moving consistency and it also had a large bubble. I asked if i could just get a refund as this is all a lil too sketchy for me to want to deal with any longer, but he told me they have no way to refund a customer that paid with card.. theres no way you just dont have a way to refund customers, mistakes happen during checkout.. I picked a different vape of the brand Im familiar with and left, but i likely wont touch it now.. so at that moment, I decided even though i appreciate all of the interactions with the associates Ive met there, I can not in good faith return to this business, and i encourage everyone to use caution when purchasing legal thc, especially vapes, here. This store does not make the product and cant control the manufacturing of it, but they can control how they handle issues like this.Giving 2 stars due to past positive experiences and the (generally) super friendly, helpful staff, and abundance of product.

Do not go to this establishment!!! They work with law enforcement. They ask you to write your name down on certain purchases. Then give your written down name to the police. I have been a victim of this! Do not go there!

Wonderful establishment, great staff, and super mellow atmosphere! The staff is friendly and more than willing to answer any questions! They have a little something for everyones needs! I bought a disposable vape from them and ran out of juice in it within 4 days. They tried to argue with me about the vape. They told me I would have to buy a new one. This company is not worth going to. I would take your money elsewhere.

I visit this shop often and Z is super helpful and knowledgeable. I would have rated the shop a 5 but I’ve been in a few times and there is another guy there that I think is the owner or owners brother. That guy is totally rude, stares with judgmental eyes and doesn’t know anything! I won’t go in if Z is not working! The shop has so much potential and lot of selection.

He was on the clock before he was scheduled to be there 🤷🏻‍♀️😁 haha 😉 .. Again, Z is an awesome help! The establishment is amazing! I’d like to shout out the girl in the beenie that tried to help us in the beginning as well. I didn’t catch her name but she did try to help us out as well at first but this place is LIVE and she was a bit busier and kept juggling us all as customers the best she could! Still, I commend her for staying with it along with all of her other tasks at hand with other customers! This place is a wonderland of options for everyone looking for the PERFECT Smoke shop! I’m not from the KY area, I’m simply a visitor and can not stress how tough it is to encounter the kind of help that I found within this place here. I STRONGLY suggest to anyone curious that you really should check them out! I know I’ll certainly return as I plan on future visits to KY now that I have family relocating to the area. First off Z is the best!!! He always helps us find what we are looking for. But I have one HUGE complaint and that is the owner parks in the handicap parking leaving it unavailable for customers with disabilities. It is very discouraging to see the owner not care about the customers that keep him in business.

These guys are great, we love going in there just to see the guys, they’re professional and more than fair and even generous at times, when they don’t have what I need they point me in the right direction and made it worth the time to have to go down the road, he even opens on holidays just to make sure his customers aren’t left hanging, I’ve seen reviews saying they’re rude, I can assure you that is a misunderstanding of tone because these guys are very chill.

They sold me fake and blemished khalil mamoon hookah and when I called them out it and asked for a trade or a refund it was a huge problem. I even asked about a refund policy and why they didn’t have a “all sales are final” sign but i couldn’t get an answer on it.
